Abstract

The invention discloses a plate heat exchanger and a battery heat management module, and relates to the technical field of new energy batteries, the plate heat exchanger comprises a first cold plate, a second cold plate and a plurality of groups of turbulent flow units, the second cold plate is correspondingly attached to the side, away from a cooling liquid inlet, of the first cold plate, and a flow channel for cooling liquid to flow is formed between the first cold plate and the second cold plate; the turbulent flow unit is arranged in the flow channel; each turbulent flow unit comprises a plurality of turbulent flow plates, and the length direction of the turbulent flow plates is perpendicular to the flowing direction of cooling liquid; each spoiler comprises a front plate and a rear plate which are symmetrically and obliquely arranged, in the flowing direction of cooling liquid, the front plate of the same spoiler obliquely extends upwards, the rear plate of the same spoiler obliquely extends downwards, the top of the front plate is fixedly connected with the top of the rear plate, the spoiler with a downward opening is formed, and a gap is reserved between the spoiler and the first cooling plate; and turbulent flow holes are formed in the front plate and the rear plate. The effect of improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is achieved.
