Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to an elevator device. Background Art

[0002] In conventional elevator devices, in order to compensate for the deviation of the weight balance between the car side and the counterweight side caused by the change in the position of the car, a long body such as a balancing rope is sometimes suspended between the car and the counterweight in a spanning manner (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). A tensioning pulley is suspended at the lowest part of the balancing rope. By applying tension to the balancing rope by the load of the tensioning pulley, the vibration of the balancing rope is suppressed.

[0028] Hereinafter, the embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. The same reference numerals are given to common or corresponding elements in the drawings, and the description thereof will be simplified or omitted.

[0029] Implementation Method 1

[0030] Figure 1 is a block diagram showing an elevator device according to Embodiment 1. In the present disclosure, Figure 1 As shown, a three-axis orthogonal coordinate system of an X-axis, a Y-axis, and a Z-axis is used, and the positive direction of the X-axis is described as vertically downward. In addition, in the present disclosure, when referring to the position, shape, orientation, etc. of each component, unless otherwise specified, it refers to the position, shape, orientation, etc. of each part of the elevator device in a stationary state.

[0031] exist Figure 1 In the embodiment, a machine room 2 is provided above a lifting passage 1 of an elevator device. A winch 4 having a driving winch 3, a deflector wheel 5 arranged separately from the driving winch 3, and a control panel 6 corresponding to a control device for controlling the operation of the elevator device are provided in the machine room 2. In the lifting passage 1, a car 7 and a counterweight 8 are provided so as to be movable in the up-and-down direction. The winch 4 corresponds to a driving device for driving the car 7 and the counterweight 8. In addition, the elevator device of the present disclosure is not limited to the example shown in the figure, and can also be applied to an elevator device in which the winch 4 and the control panel 6 are arranged in the lifting passage 1 without a machine room 2.

[0032] A suspension body 9 for suspending a car 7 and a counterweight 8 is wound around the driving winch 3 and the deflector wheel 5. The car 7 is connected to one end of the suspension body 9. The counterweight 8 is connected to the other end of the suspension body 9. As the suspension body 9, for example, a rope or a belt is used. The driving winch 3 is rotated by the driving force of the motor of the hoist 4. The car 7 and the counterweight 8 are moved up and down in the elevator channel 1 by the rotation of the driving winch 3. The car 7 and the counterweight 8 move in opposite directions to each other.

[0033] A balancing rope 12 is suspended between the car 7 and the counterweight 8 in an erected manner. The balancing rope 12 is equivalent to a flexible elongated body for compensating for weight balance. By suspending the balancing rope 12 between the car 7 and the counterweight 8, the deviation of the weight balance between the car 7 side and the counterweight 8 side can be compensated. The elongated body for weight balance compensation in the present disclosure is not limited to a rope-shaped elongated body such as the balancing rope 12. The elongated body in the present disclosure may be, for example, an elongated object formed by a chain coated with resin. As the elongated object formed by a chain coated with resin, for example, Whisper-Flex ("Whisper-Flex" is a trademark) and the like may also be used. In addition, the elongated body for weight balance compensation in the present disclosure may also be a belt-shaped member.

[0034] A car side rope hoisting part 10 is provided on the car 7. The car side rope hoisting part 10 is equivalent to the car side elongated body hoisting part. A counterweight side rope hoisting part 11 is provided on the counterweight 8. The counterweight side rope hoisting part 11 is equivalent to the counterweight side elongated body hoisting part. Figure 1 As shown, the car-side rope hoisting part 10 is preferably arranged at the lower part of the car 7. The counterweight-side rope hoisting part 11 is preferably arranged at the side of the counterweight 8.

[0035] One end of the balancing rope 12 is connected to the car-side rope hanging part 10. The other end of the balancing rope 12 is connected to the counterweight-side rope hanging part 11. The balancing rope 12 is suspended between the car-side rope hanging part 10 and the counterweight-side rope hanging part 11 only by its own weight. That is, the balancing rope 12 is not suspended by a tensioning sheave.

[0036] The balance rope 12 has a first straight portion 15 suspended from the car 7, a second straight portion 16 suspended from the counterweight 8, and a curved portion 13 connecting the lower end of the first straight portion 15 and the lower end of the second straight portion 16. The first straight portion 15 is specifically a portion extending vertically downward in a straight line from the car-side rope hanging portion 10, and is a portion that ends at the point where the balance rope 12 starts to bend. Similarly, the second straight portion 16 is specifically a portion extending vertically downward in a straight line from the counterweight-side rope hanging portion 11, and is a portion that ends at the point where the balance rope 12 starts to bend. The curved portion 13 may also be in a shape along a semicircle. As described above, in this embodiment, a tensioning pulley in contact with the curved portion 13 is not provided.

[0037] The horizontal distance between the car-side rope hanging part 10 and the counterweight-side rope hanging part 11 is called the "hanging point distance" and is represented by the symbol D. The hanging point distance D is equivalent to the horizontal distance between the long-body hanging parts. The hanging point distance D is equivalent to the horizontal distance between the center line of the first straight line part 15 and the center line of the second straight line part 16.

[0038] The car 7 and the counterweight 8 move in the vertical direction while maintaining the value of the distance D between the suspension points. Below the balance rope 12, a part of the balance rope 12 is bent to form a curved portion 13. When the car 7 and the counterweight 8 move, the balance rope 12 moves while changing the length of the first straight portion 15 and the length of the second straight portion 16 while maintaining the position of the curved portion 13. That is, when the car 7 descends and the counterweight 8 ascends, the first straight portion 15 becomes shorter and the second straight portion 16 becomes longer. At this time, the position and shape of the curved portion 13 are maintained. Similarly, when the car 7 ascends and the counterweight 8 descends, the first straight portion 15 becomes longer and the second straight portion 16 becomes shorter. At this time, the position and shape of the curved portion 13 are also maintained.

[0039] In the concave portion as the lower end of the lifting passage 1, a car buffer (not shown) and a counterweight buffer (not shown) are provided on the bottom surface of the lifting passage 1. The car buffer is a device for relieving the impact on the car 7 when the car 7 collides with the floor, that is, the bottom surface of the lifting passage 1. In addition, the counterweight buffer is a device for relieving the impact on the counterweight 8 when the counterweight 8 collides with the floor, that is, the bottom surface of the lifting passage 1. In addition, a strip guide device 14 for guiding the balance rope 12 is provided at the lower end of the lifting passage 1.

[0040] Figure 2 It is a side view showing the main part of the elongated object guiding device 14 according to the first embodiment. Figure 3 1 is a perspective view showing the main part of the strip guide device 14 of Embodiment 1. The strip guide device 14 includes a first roller 14a and a second roller 14b. The first roller 14a and the second roller 14b are in contact with the first straight portion 15 of the balance rope 12, respectively. In a state where the first straight portion 15 of the balance rope 12 is sandwiched between the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b, the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b guide the balance rope 12 while rotating. The rotation axis of the first roller 14a is parallel to the rotation axis of the second roller 14b. With respect to the position in the vertical direction, the vertical position of the rotation axis of the first roller 14a is different from the vertical position of the rotation axis of the second roller 14b. The first roller 14a and the second roller 14b are equivalent to a first roller pair.

[0041] The strip guide device 14 includes a third roller 14c and a fourth roller 14d. The third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d are in contact with the second straight portion 16 of the balance rope 12, respectively. The third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d guide the balance rope 12 while rotating in a state where the second straight portion 16 of the balance rope 12 is sandwiched between the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d. The rotation axis of the third roller 14c is parallel to the rotation axis of the fourth roller 14d. With respect to the vertical position, the vertical position of the rotation axis of the third roller 14c is different from the vertical position of the rotation axis of the fourth roller 14d. The third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d are equivalent to the second roller pair.

[0042] The strip guide device 14 is provided with a roller position fixing member 14i. The roller position fixing member 14i is fixed so that the position of the rotation axis of each of the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d does not move. That is, the roller position fixing member 14i supports each roller in such a manner that the position of the rotation axis of each of the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d does not shift in any direction of the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis. In this example, the roller position fixing member 14i is fixed to the concave portion. In this embodiment, since the position of the rotation axis of each of the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d does not move, the shape and size of the curved portion 13 of the balance rope 12 can be reliably maintained when the car 7 and the counterweight 8 are raised or lowered. In addition, since there is no need for a mechanism to make the position of the rotation axis of each of the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d movable, the structure is simple and miniaturization can be achieved.

[0043] The roller position fixing member 14i corresponds to a roller support portion that supports the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d in such a manner that the positions of the rotation axes of the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d in the horizontal direction do not change.

[0044] The first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d may be, for example, metal rollers, metal rollers coated with resin, metal rollers coated with rubber, resin rollers, or rubber rollers.

[0045] Each of the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c, and the fourth roller 14d may have a bearing on its rotation axis. The bearing may be a rolling bearing.

[0046] The rotation axes of the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c, and the fourth roller 14d are respectively perpendicular to the plane including the curved portion 13. That is, these rotation axes are relative to Figure 1 It is parallel to the Z-axis direction and is also parallel to the rotation axis of the driving winch 3.

[0047] Here, the relationship between the lateral vibration generated in the balancing rope 12 when the car 7 travels and the arrangement of each roller of the first roller 14a to the fourth roller 14d will be described using Fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a diagram for explaining the lateral vibration generated in the balancing rope 12 when the car 7 travels. Figure 4A It means that if it is not set Figures 1 to 3Schematic diagram of the state in which the balance rope 12 is suspended between the car 7 and the counterweight 8 when the car 7 is traveling. When the car 7 is traveling upward or downward, due to acceleration and deceleration, such as Figure 4A As shown, pendulum-like lateral vibration occurs below the balance rope 12. Here, the lateral vibration generated in the balance rope 12 is vibration generated in the plane including the curved portion 13, that is, in the XY plane in the left-right direction.

[0048] Figure 4B This is a schematic diagram showing the lateral vibration of the balance rope 12 when the car 7 is traveling when only the second roller 14b and the fourth roller 14d of the strip guide device 14 are provided. When the car 7 travels upward or downward, the lateral vibration is generated in the balance rope 12 due to the acceleration and deceleration. Figure 4B In the example of FIG. 1 , when lateral vibration occurs on the balance rope 12, the first straight portion 15 of the balance rope 12 is restrained from displacement to the left by the second roller 14b, and the pendulum-like displacement is reduced. Figure 4B In the example of FIG. 1 , since no roller is arranged inside the curved portion 13 below the balancing rope 12, the displacement of the curved portion 13 inward is not restrained, and the curved portion 13 is displaced inward. In addition, when the balancing rope 12 collides with the roller, a local bending displacement occurs on the balancing rope 12 with the roller as a fulcrum. This bending displacement becomes a lateral vibration with a short wavelength and propagates on the balancing rope 12.

[0049] Figure 4C 1 is a schematic diagram showing the state of the balance rope 12 when the car 7 is traveling when the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d of the strip guide device 14 are provided. Figure 4C As shown in FIG. 1 , the effect of configuring four rollers will be described. When lateral vibration occurs on the balance rope 12, if using Figure 4BAs described, the second roller 14b, which is arranged on the outer side of the curved portion 13 below the balancing rope 12, constrains the displacement of the first straight portion 15 of the balancing rope 12 to the left. The fourth roller 14d constrains the displacement of the second straight portion 16 of the balancing rope 12 to the right. The first roller 14a constrains the displacement of the first straight portion 15 of the balancing rope 12 to the right, and constrains the suspension shape of the balancing rope 12 so that the first straight portion 15 becomes vertical. That is, the first roller 14a constrains the suspension shape of the balancing rope 12 to maintain the state in which the first straight portion 15 is at a right angle to the YZ plane. The third roller 14c constrains the displacement of the second straight portion 16 of the balancing rope 12 to the left, and constrains the suspension shape of the balancing rope 12 so that the second straight portion 16 becomes vertical. That is, the third roller 14c constrains the suspension shape of the balancing rope 12 to maintain the state in which the second straight portion 16 is at a right angle to the YZ plane. As described above, according to Figure 4C The configuration of the rollers can reliably suppress the pendulum-like lateral vibration that may occur on the balance rope 12 when the car 7 is traveling.

[0050] As described above, in the strip guide device 14, the first straight portion 15 of the balance rope 12 is sandwiched between the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b, which are arranged at different heights in the vertical direction. As a result, the bending of the balance rope 12 is restrained at the position where the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b are arranged. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the propagation of short-wavelength vibrations on the balance rope 12 caused by the starting shock or acceleration and deceleration when the car 7 starts to travel. On the contrary, if the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b are located at the same height, the bending of the balance rope 12 is not restrained at the position where the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b are arranged, so the propagation of short-wavelength vibrations on the balance rope 12 cannot be suppressed.

[0051] Similarly, in the strip guide device 14, the second straight portion 16 of the balance rope 12 is sandwiched between the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d, which are arranged at different heights in the vertical direction. As a result, the bending of the balance rope 12 is restrained at the position where the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d are arranged. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the propagation of short-wavelength vibrations on the balance rope 12 caused by the starting shock or acceleration and deceleration when the car 7 starts to travel. On the contrary, if the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d are located at the same height, the bending of the balance rope 12 is not restrained at the position where the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d are arranged, so the propagation of short-wavelength vibrations on the balance rope 12 cannot be suppressed.

[0052] Figure 514a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c, and the fourth roller 14d in the strip guide device 14 of the first embodiment. Figure 5 That is, the rollers may be arranged so that at least one of the distance in the vertical direction from the lowest part of the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 to the center of the roller located below among the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b, and the distance in the vertical direction from the lowest part of the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 to the center of the roller located below among the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d becomes equal to or more than half (D / 2) of the horizontal distance between the first straight portion 15 and the second straight portion 16 of the balancing rope 12, that is, the distance between the suspension points.

[0053] like Figure 4A As shown in FIG. 1 , when the car 7 travels, a pendulum-like lateral vibration is generated in the balancing rope 12. At this time, the displacement of the lateral vibration becomes the maximum at a position D / 2 upward from the lowest part of the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12. In contrast, by arranging the rollers as described above, each roller restrains the displacement of the balancing rope 12 in the left-right direction near the position where the displacement of the lateral vibration of the balancing rope 12 becomes the maximum. Therefore, by arranging each roller in this way, the occurrence of lateral vibration generated in the balancing rope 12 during the travel of the car 7 can be more reliably suppressed.

[0054] In addition, Figure 5 In the example shown, the vertical distance from the lowest part of the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 to the center of the lower roller of the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b is equal to D / 2. In addition, the vertical distance from the lowest part of the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 to the center of the lower roller of the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d is equal to D / 2.

[0055] In addition, at least one of the vertical distance from the lowest part of the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 to the center of the roller located below among the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b, and the vertical distance from the lowest part of the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 to the center of the roller located below among the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d is preferably less than D, and more preferably less than 3D / 4. Thus, each roller restrains the displacement of the balancing rope 12 in the left-right direction near the position where the displacement of the lateral vibration of the balancing rope 12 becomes the maximum. Therefore, by arranging each roller in this way, the occurrence of lateral vibration generated in the balancing rope 12 during the travel of the car 7 can be more reliably suppressed.

[0056] Figure 6It is an explanatory diagram of the installation positions of the first roller 14a, second roller 14b, third roller 14c, and fourth roller 14d in the elongated body guiding device 14 of Embodiment 1. The first roller 14a, second roller 14b, third roller 14c, and fourth roller 14d may also be arranged as Figure 6 shown. That is, the vertical distance from the lowermost part of the bent portion 13 of the balance rope 12 to the lowermost layer position where the car 7 or the counterweight 8 can move is set as PD, the vertical distance from the lowermost part of the bent portion 13 of the balance rope 12 to the upper end of the lower roller among the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b is set as A, and the vertical distance between the center of the first roller 14a and the center of the second roller 14b is set as r. In this case, the rollers may be arranged in such a way that the relationship 0 < r < PD - A is satisfied. In addition, the "lowermost layer position where the car 7 or the counterweight 8 can move" corresponds to the same height as the floor surface in the car 7 when the car 7 collides with the car buffer and the car buffer is maximally compressed, or corresponds to the same height as the lower end of the counterweight 8 when the counterweight 8 collides with the counterweight buffer and the counterweight buffer is maximally compressed.

[0057] As Figure 4B shown, when lateral vibration occurs on the balance rope 12 and the balance rope 12 collides with the roller, short-wavelength lateral vibration is generated by locally bending the balance rope 12 with the roller as a fulcrum. In contrast, by arranging the rollers in a manner that satisfies the conditions described Figure 6 above, the local bending of the balance rope 12 can be more reliably restricted, and the propagation of short-wavelength lateral vibration can be more reliably suppressed. Therefore, the occurrence of lateral vibration generated on the balance rope 12 during the travel of the car 7 can be more reliably suppressed.

[0058] In Figure 6 the example shown, the upper end of the upper roller among the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b is located at a position lower than the lowermost layer position where the car 7 can move. The upper end of the upper roller among the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d is located at a position lower than the lowermost layer position where the counterweight 8 can move.

[0059] If an elevator device is provided with the elongated body guiding device 14 of this embodiment, the suspension shape of the balance rope 12 can be made close to an ideal shape that is difficult to sway, and its ideal shape can be reliably maintained during the travel of the car 7. Thereby, an increase in the sway of the balance rope 12 when the car 7 and the counterweight 8 move can be reliably suppressed. In addition, since no load such as a tension pulley is applied to the balance rope 12, the burden on devices such as the car-side rope hoisting portion 10, the counterweight-side rope hoisting portion 11, and the hoist 4 can be reduced. Thereby, the enlargement of these devices can be suppressed, and the enlargement of the elevator device can also be suppressed.

[0060] Generally, in a structure in which a tensioning pulley is not suspended on the balancing rope 12, the shape and curvature radius of the curved portion 13 formed below the balancing rope 12 may deviate from the design value depending on the rigidity of the balancing rope 12. If the car 7 and the counterweight 8 are moved in a state in which the shape and curvature radius of the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 deviate greatly from the design value, the lateral movement of the balancing rope 12 is likely to increase. In contrast, according to the present embodiment, by providing the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c, and the fourth roller 14d, the shape and curvature radius of the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 can be reliably maintained in a state in which the shape and curvature radius of the balancing rope 12 are in accordance with the design value without a tensioning pulley. Therefore, when the car 7 and the counterweight 8 are moved, the lateral movement of the balancing rope 12 can be more reliably suppressed.

[0061] According to this embodiment, the positions of the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c, and the fourth roller 14d in the horizontal direction do not change. Therefore, when the car 7 and the counterweight 8 move, the shape and the curvature radius of the curved portion 13 of the balance rope 12 can be more reliably maintained to be in a state that is suitable for the design value. In addition, when the car 7 and the counterweight 8 move, the horizontal distance between the center line of the first straight portion 15 and the center line of the second straight portion 16 can be more reliably maintained to be equal to the distance D between the suspension points.

[0062] In the example shown in the figure, the first roller 14a is arranged on the second straight portion 16 side relative to the second roller 14b in the first roller pair, that is, the first roller 14a is arranged on the inner side and the second roller 14b is arranged on the outer side. In the present disclosure, it is not limited to these examples, and the second roller 14b may be arranged on the second straight portion 16 side relative to the first roller 14a. That is, the first roller 14a may be arranged on the outer side and the second roller 14b may be arranged on the inner side.

[0063] In the example shown in the figure, the third roller 14c is arranged on the first straight portion 15 side relative to the fourth roller 14d in the second roller pair, that is, the third roller 14c is arranged on the inner side and the fourth roller 14d is arranged on the outer side. In the present disclosure, it is not limited to these examples, and the fourth roller 14d may be arranged on the first straight portion 15 side relative to the third roller 14c. That is, the third roller 14c may be arranged on the outer side and the fourth roller 14d may be arranged on the inner side.

[0064] exist Figure 5 In the example of , the diameter of the first roller 14a is equal to the diameter of the second roller 14b, and the diameter of the third roller 14c is equal to the diameter of the fourth roller 14d. Figure 6In the example of , the diameter of the first roller 14a is smaller than the diameter of the second roller 14b, and the diameter of the third roller 14c is smaller than the diameter of the fourth roller 14d. Not limited to these examples, the diameter of the first roller 14a may be larger than the diameter of the second roller 14b, and the diameter of the third roller 14c may be larger than the diameter of the fourth roller 14d.

[0066] exist Figure 5 and Figure 6 In the example of , the rotation axis of the inner first roller 14a is located at a position lower than the rotation axis of the outer second roller 14b. In addition, the rotation axis of the inner third roller 14c is located at a position lower than the rotation axis of the outer fourth roller 14d.

[0067] A groove that contacts the balancing rope 12 may be provided in an annular shape along the circumferential direction of the first roller 14a on the outer periphery of the first roller 14a. A groove that contacts the balancing rope 12 may be provided in an annular shape along the circumferential direction of the second roller 14b on the outer periphery of the second roller 14b. A groove that contacts the balancing rope 12 may be provided in an annular shape along the circumferential direction of the third roller 14c on the outer periphery of the third roller 14c. A groove that contacts the balancing rope 12 may be provided in an annular shape along the circumferential direction of the fourth roller 14d on the outer periphery of the fourth roller 14d. By providing the above-mentioned grooves on each roller, each roller can guide the balancing rope 12 more appropriately.

[0068] Implementation Method 2

[0069] Next, referring to FIG. 7~ Fig. 9 Embodiment 2 is described, focusing on the differences from the above-mentioned embodiment 1, and simplifying or omitting common descriptions. In addition, the same reference numerals are given to elements that are the same as or correspond to the above-mentioned elements. FIG. 7 is a three-dimensional view of an elongated body guiding device 14A according to embodiment 2. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view for illustrating the configuration of each roller of the elongated body guiding device 14A. Fig. 9 It is a side view explaining the arrangement of each roller of the elongated object guiding device 14A.

[0070] According to the present embodiment, it is possible to more reliably suppress the vibration component of the balance rope 12 generated in the plane direction perpendicular to the plane including the bent portion 13, that is, in the Z-axis direction.

[0071] exist Figure 1In the elevator device of FIG. 1 , when the car 7 is traveling without the strip guide device 14A, the balance rope 12 may vibrate like a pendulum in the direction of the plane perpendicular to the plane including the curved portion 13 below the balance rope 12, that is, in the direction of the ZX plane. In order to suppress this vibration, in the strip guide device 14A, Fig. 7A As shown, in addition to the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d, there are also a fifth roller 14e, a sixth roller 14f, a seventh roller 14g and an eighth roller 14h. Figure 7B As shown, the strip guide device 14A has a roller position fixing member 14i that fixes the position of the rotation axis of each of the first roller 14a to the eighth roller 14h. In this example, the roller position fixing member 14i is fixed to the recessed portion. Fig. 7A This is a diagram in which the roller position fixing member 14i is omitted. Figure 7B It is a diagram of a strip guide device 14A including a roller position fixing member 14i. Fig. 8A express Fig. 7A A cross-sectional view at the height of point A is shown. Figure 8B express Fig. 7A A cross-sectional view at the height of point B is shown.

[0072] In the present embodiment, the first roller 14 a , the second roller 14 b , the third roller 14 c , and the fourth roller 14 d are the same as those in the first embodiment, and thus description thereof will be omitted.

[0073] The fifth roller 14e and the sixth roller 14f sandwich the first straight portion 15 of the balance rope 12 and guide the balance rope 12. The fifth roller 14e and the sixth roller 14f can rotate while contacting the balance rope 12. The rotation axis of the fifth roller 14e is parallel to the rotation axis of the sixth roller 14f. The rotation axis of the fifth roller 14e is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the first roller 14a. The rotation axis of the sixth roller 14f is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the second roller 14b. Regarding the vertical position, the vertical position of the rotation axis of the fifth roller 14e is different from the vertical position of the rotation axis of the sixth roller 14f. The fifth roller 14e and the sixth roller 14f are equivalent to the third roller pair.

[0074] The seventh roller 14g and the eighth roller 14h sandwich the second straight portion 16 of the balance rope 12 to guide the balance rope 12. The seventh roller 14g and the eighth roller 14h can rotate while contacting the balance rope 12. The rotation axis of the seventh roller 14g is parallel to the rotation axis of the eighth roller 14h. The rotation axis of the seventh roller 14g is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the third roller 14c. The rotation axis of the eighth roller 14h is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the fourth roller 14d. Regarding the vertical position, the vertical position of the rotation axis of the seventh roller 14g is different from the vertical position of the rotation axis of the eighth roller 14h. The seventh roller 14g and the eighth roller 14h are equivalent to the fourth roller pair. The roller position fixing member 14i fixes the positions of the first roller pair to the fourth roller pair.

[0075] As described above, in the strip guide device 14A of the second embodiment, the first to fourth roller pairs are provided to constrain the displacement of the balance rope 12. Therefore, in the elevator device having the strip guide device 14A, in addition to being able to reliably suppress the vibration in the left-right direction of the surface including the curved portion 13 of the balance rope 12, even the vibration in the direction of the surface orthogonal to the surface including the curved portion 13 can be more reliably suppressed. In addition, in the example shown in the figure, the following positional relationship exists. The center of the roller located below among the fifth roller 14e and the sixth roller 14f is located at a position higher than the center of the roller located below among the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b. The center of the roller located above among the fifth roller 14e and the sixth roller 14f is located at a position lower than the center of the roller located above among the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b. The center of the roller located below among the seventh roller 14g and the eighth roller 14h is located at a position higher than the center of the roller located below among the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d. The center of the roller located above the seventh roller 14g and the eighth roller 14h is located at a position lower than the center of the roller located above the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d. Not limited to such an example, in the present disclosure, the following positional relationship may also be possible. The center of the roller located below the fifth roller 14e and the sixth roller 14f may also be located at a position lower than the center of the roller located below the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b. The center of the roller located above the fifth roller 14e and the sixth roller 14f may also be located at a position higher than the center of the roller located above the first roller 14a and the second roller 14b. The center of the roller located below the seventh roller 14g and the eighth roller 14h may also be located at a position lower than the center of the roller located below the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d. The center of the roller located above the seventh roller 14g and the eighth roller 14h may also be located at a position higher than the center of the roller located above the third roller 14c and the fourth roller 14d.

[0076] Implementation 3

[0077] Next, refer to Fig.1011, Embodiment 3 will be described, but the description will be centered on the differences from Embodiment 1, and common descriptions will be simplified or omitted. In addition, the same reference numerals are given to the same or corresponding elements as those described above. Fig.10 It is a perspective view showing the elongated body guide device 14B according to Embodiment 3. Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the main part of the elongated body guide device 14B. Fig.11A express Fig.10 The main part of the elongated body guiding device 14B at the height A in the figure. Fig. 11B express Fig.10 The main part of the elongated body guiding device 14B at the height B in the figure.

[0078] In the present embodiment, a configuration example of the elongated guide device 14B will be described in the case where a plurality of balancing ropes 12 are suspended. The elevator device of the present embodiment includes a plurality of balancing ropes 12 that are arranged in parallel with each other.

[0079] exist Figure 1 In the elevator apparatus shown in the figure, when the weight of the suspension body 9 on the car 7 side and the suspension body 9 on the counterweight 8 side are greatly unbalanced, in order to compensate for the unbalanced weight, sometimes Fig.10 As shown, a plurality of balancing ropes 12 are suspended.

[0080] Fig.10 The strip guide device 14B shown in FIG. 11 shows a structure corresponding to the case where multiple balance ropes 12 are suspended. Fig.11A As shown, a plurality of grooves 17 are provided in an annular shape along the circumference of the first roller 14a so as to contact and be parallel to each of the plurality of balancing ropes 12. A plurality of grooves 17 are provided in an annular shape along the circumference of the third roller 14c so as to contact and be parallel to each of the plurality of balancing ropes 12. Fig. 11B As shown, on the outer periphery of the second roller 14b, a plurality of grooves 17 are provided in an annular shape along the circumferential direction of the second roller 14b, which are in contact with and parallel to each of the plurality of balancing ropes 12. On the outer periphery of the fourth roller 14d, a plurality of grooves 17 are provided in an annular shape along the circumferential direction of the fourth roller 14d, which are in contact with and parallel to each of the plurality of balancing ropes 12.

[0081] According to the present embodiment, the plurality of balancing ropes 12 are guided in the corresponding grooves 17 while individually contacting each roller from the first roller 14a to the fourth roller 14d. If the elevator device is provided with such a strip guide device 14B, the suspension shape of each of the plurality of balancing ropes 12 can be made close to an ideal shape that is difficult to sway, and the ideal shape can be reliably maintained even when the car 7 is traveling. As a result, the increase in the sway of the balancing rope 12 when the car 7 and the counterweight 8 are moving can be more reliably suppressed. In addition, since the load of the tensioning wheel and the like is not applied to the balancing rope 12, the burden on the equipment such as the car side rope hoisting part 10, the counterweight side rope hoisting part 11 and the winch 4 can be reduced. As a result, the enlargement of these equipment can be suppressed, and the enlargement of the elevator device can also be suppressed.

[0082] Implementation 4

[0083] Next, refer to Figures 12 to 15 , Embodiment 4 is described, but the description is centered on the differences from the above-mentioned Embodiment 1, and the common description is simplified or omitted. In addition, the same reference numerals are attached to the elements that are the same as or correspond to the above-mentioned elements.

[0084] In this embodiment, an example of a structure for more reliably preventing an excessive load from being applied to the balancing rope 12 when the emergency stop device (not shown) of the elevator device is actuated and the lower curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 jumps up will be described.

[0085] Fig.12 This is a side view showing a state in which the emergency stop device of the elevator device in Embodiment 4 is actuated and the bent portion 13 below the balance rope 12 jumps up. When an abnormality such as a power outage occurs in the elevator device, an emergency brake based on a winch brake (not shown) provided on the winch 4 comes into effect. In addition, when an abnormality such as a breakage of the suspension body 9 or an abnormal increase in speed due to a loss of control of the control panel 6 occurs in the elevator device, an emergency brake device (not shown) provided on the car 7 is actuated and the emergency brake comes into effect. When such an emergency brake comes into effect, deviations occur in the lifting and lowering movements of the car 7 and the counterweight 8, such as Fig.12 As shown, the bent portion 13 may be displaced to jump upward.

[0086] Fig.13 1 is a perspective view showing a strip body guiding device 14C according to Embodiment 4. Fig.13 As shown, the strip guide device 14C includes a first roller 14a, a second roller 14b, a third roller 14c, and a fourth roller 14d. The arrangement of these rollers is the same as that described in the first embodiment.

[0087] The strip guiding device 14C has a roller position fixing member 14j. Four long hole portions 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d are formed in the roller position fixing member 14j. The long hole portions 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d each have a long hole formed with a rectangular opening portion that is long in the up-down direction. The first roller 14a can be supported so as to slide along the long hole portions 18a, 18b in the up-down direction, i.e., in the X-axis direction. The third roller 14c can be supported so as to slide along the long hole portions 18c, 18d in the up-down direction, i.e., in the X-axis direction. The up-down dimension of each of the long hole portions 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d is L. The displacement of the first roller 14a and the third roller 14c in the left-right direction, i.e., in the Y-axis direction, is constrained. The first roller 14a and the third roller 14c do not move in the left-right direction, i.e., in the Y-axis direction.

[0088] As described above, in this embodiment, the first roller 14a is disposed so as to be located on the second straight portion 16 side relative to the second roller 14b and to be movable in the vertical direction. In addition, the third roller 14c is disposed so as to be located on the first straight portion 15 side relative to the fourth roller 14d and to be movable in the vertical direction. In the example shown in the figure, the first roller 14a and the third roller 14c are disposed on the inner side relative to the curved portion 13.

[0089] The roller position fixing member 14j in this embodiment corresponds to a roller support portion that supports the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c, and the fourth roller 14d in such a manner that the positions of the rotation axes of the first roller 14a, the second roller 14b, the third roller 14c, and the fourth roller 14d in the horizontal direction do not change. The roller position fixing member 14j in this embodiment supports the first roller 14a and the third roller 14c in such a manner that the positions of the rotation axes of the first roller 14a and the third roller 14c can move in the X-axis direction, that is, in the vertical direction, and the positions of the rotation axes of the first roller 14a and the third roller 14c do not shift in any direction of the Y-axis and the Z-axis. In addition, the roller position fixing member 14j supports the second roller 14b and the fourth roller 14d in such a manner that the positions of the rotation axes of the second roller 14b and the fourth roller 14d do not shift in any direction of the X-axis, the Y-axis, and the Z-axis.

[0090] In normal situations when the winch brake and emergency brake are not in operation, such as Fig.13 As shown, the first roller 14a is supported by the lower end portions of the long holes 18a and 18b due to its own weight. Similarly, the third roller 14c is supported by the lower end portions of 18c and 18d due to its own weight.

[0091] Fig.141 is a perspective view showing a state in which the winding machine brake or the emergency brake device is operated and the curved portion 13 of the balance rope 12 jumps up in the strip guide device 14C of the fourth embodiment. Fig.14 As shown, the balancing rope 12 contacts the first roller 14a and the third roller 14c disposed inside the curved portion 13. After the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 contacts the first roller 14a and the third roller 14c, when the curved portion 13 further moves upward, the first roller 14a moves upward along the long holes 18a and 18b, and the third roller 14c moves upward along the long holes 18c and 18d.

[0092] According to the elevator device of the present embodiment provided with such an elongated body guide device 14C, since the first roller 14a and the third roller 14c are configured to be movable in the vertical direction, when the emergency brake device or the like is actuated and the curved portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 jumps up, it is possible to more reliably prevent an excessive load from acting on the balancing rope 12 and the elongated body guide device 14C. Since an excessive load is not applied to the balancing rope 12, the burden on the equipment such as the car side rope hoisting portion 10, the counterweight side rope hoisting portion 11, and the hoisting machine 4 can be further reduced. As a result, it is possible to more reliably suppress the enlargement of these equipment, and it is also possible to more reliably suppress the enlargement of the elevator device.

[0093] The elevator device of this embodiment further includes: a first stopper that restricts the displacement of the first roller 14a in the vertical direction upward; and a second stopper that suppresses the displacement of the third roller 14c in the vertical direction upward. The upper ends of the long holes 18a and 18b correspond to the first stopper. The upper ends of the long holes 18c and 18d correspond to the second stopper.

[0094] When the first roller 14a moves upward by a distance L and reaches the upper ends of the long holes 18a and 18b, i.e., the first stopper, the first roller 14a does not move upward any further. When the third roller 14c moves upward by a distance L and reaches the upper ends of the long holes 18c and 18d, i.e., the second stopper, the third roller 14c does not move upward any further.

[0095] In this embodiment, by providing the first stopper and the second stopper, it is possible to more reliably prevent the bent portion 13 from excessively rising when the bent portion 13 of the balancing rope 12 jumps up. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the balancing rope 12 from colliding with other parts.

[0096] An elastic body such as a spring or rubber may be disposed at the upper end of the long holes 18a, 18b, 18c, and 18d. The elastic body disposed at the upper end of the long holes 18a and 18b can absorb the impact when the first roller 14a reaches the upper end of the long holes 18a and 18b. The elastic body disposed at the upper end of the long holes 18c and 18d can absorb the impact when the third roller 14c reaches the upper end of the long holes 18c and 18d.

[0097] Fig.15 This is a perspective view showing a strip guide device 14D according to a modified example of the fourth embodiment. Fig.13 and Fig.14 The example shown is Fig.15 As shown in the example. Fig.13 and Fig.14 In the strip guide device 14C shown in FIG. 1 , in the first roller pair, the first roller 14a is arranged closer to the second straight line portion 16 than the second roller 14b. Fig.15 In the elongated body guide device 14D shown, the second roller 14b is arranged at a position closer to the second straight line portion 16 than the first roller 14a. That is, the second roller 14b is located on the inner side, and the first roller 14a is located on the outer side.

[0098] exist Fig.13 and Fig.14 In the strip guide device 14C shown in FIG. 1 , in the second roller pair, the third roller 14c is arranged closer to the first straight portion 15 than the fourth roller 14d. Fig.15 In the elongated body guiding device 14D shown, the fourth roller 14d is arranged at a position closer to the first straight portion 15 than the third roller 14c. That is, the fourth roller 14d is located on the inner side and the third roller 14c is located on the outer side.

[0099] exist Fig.15 In the elongated body guiding device 14D shown, the second roller 14b can be supported so as to slide in the up-down direction, i.e., the X-axis direction, along the long hole portions 18a, 18b. The fourth roller 14d can be supported so as to slide in the up-down direction, i.e., the X-axis direction, along the long hole portions 18c, 18d. When the second roller 14b is displaced upward by a distance L and reaches the upper ends of the long hole portions 18a, 18b, the upper ends of the long hole portions 18a, 18b serve as stoppers, thereby constraining the upward displacement of the second roller 14b. As a result, the second roller 14b does not move further upward. The upper ends of the long hole portions 18a, 18b are equivalent to the third stoppers that limit the displacement of the second roller 14b in the vertical direction.

[0100] exist Fig.15In the strip guide device 14D shown, the fourth roller 14d is supported so as to slide in the vertical direction, i.e., in the X-axis direction, along the long holes 18c and 18d. When the fourth roller 14d moves upward by a distance L and reaches the upper ends of the long holes 18c and 18d, the upper ends of the long holes 18c and 18d serve as stoppers, restricting the upward displacement of the fourth roller 14d. As a result, the fourth roller 14d does not move further upward. The upper ends of the long holes 18c and 18d are equivalent to the fourth stoppers that restrict the displacement of the fourth roller 14d upward in the vertical direction.

[0101] exist Fig.15 In the strip guide device 14D shown, it is also preferred to configure elastic bodies at the upper end portions of the long holes 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d. This can absorb the impact when the upward displacement of the second roller 14b and the fourth roller 14d reaches the upper ends of the long holes 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d.

[0102] exist Fig.15 In the strip guide device 14D shown, when the curved portion 13 of the balance rope 12 is not jumped up, the outer first roller 14a is located at a vertical position higher than the inner second roller 14b, and the outer third roller 14c is located at a position higher than the inner fourth roller 14d.

[0103] Furthermore, two or more of the features of the above-described embodiments that can be combined may be implemented in combination.
