Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to A61K and the field of makeup preparations, and in particular to a soap-based facial cleansing composition with a high fatty acid content, a preparation method and an application thereof. Background Art

[0002] Facial cleansing products have become indispensable products for modern people to cleanse their faces. The quality of facial cleansing products is an important condition for the quality of skin. Good facial cleansing products also have the effect of skin care and can lay a good foundation for the subsequent makeup steps. Products based on fatty acid salts have strong cleaning power and are one of the most popular surfactant products among facial cleansing products. The production principle of soap-based facial cleansing products is that fatty acids and alkalis undergo saponification reactions. The resulting fatty acid salts have a higher solubility at high temperatures and a lower solubility at low temperatures. The difference in solubility between high and low temperatures is used to make the material crystallize into a paste. However, for soap-based systems, higher fatty acid content is prone to agglomeration at high temperatures, resulting in failure of soap-based reactions, or too high hardness of the material, resulting in decreased use effects. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a facial cleanser with a high fatty acid content and suitable washing feel and hardness.

[0003] Chinese invention patent CN201310296440.1 discloses a soap-based cleansing cream and a preparation method thereof, which is mainly made of fatty acids, polyols, potassium hydroxide, emulsifiers, polyquaternium-7, guar hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride, ion chelating agents, essences and deionized water. The prepared soap-based cleansing cream has rich, dense and stable foam and can protect the skin. However, the fatty acid content is low. Chinese invention patent CN202111051251.9 discloses a mild, moisturizing and stable soap-based cleansing cream and a preparation method thereof. The invention optimizes the total content of fatty acids, amino acid surfactants and polyols and the special ratio between the raw materials, successfully overcomes the problem of unstable formula of low-content soap-based systems, and can significantly improve the moisturizing feeling of the soap-based system and reduce the tightness of the face after soap-based cleaning. However, the fatty acid content is below 30%, and the soap-based content is low. Summary of the invention

The preparation raw materials include, by weight percentage: 25-45% fatty acid, 20-40% polyol, 5-10% alkaline substance, 3-8% skin conditioner, 2-7% detergent, 0.01-0.1% auxiliary agent, 0.5-0.8% preservative, and water supplemented to 100%.

[0005] As a preferred embodiment, the fatty acid is at least one selected from the group consisting of myristic acid, palmitic acid, lauric acid, stearic acid, hydroxystearic acid, and glyceryl hydroxystearate.

[0006] As a preferred embodiment, the fatty acid comprises a combination of myristic acid, palmitic acid, lauric acid, stearic acid and hydroxystearic acid. Preferably, the stearic acid is a stearic acid mixture, and the hydroxystearic acid is a hydroxystearic acid mixture.

[0007] As a preferred embodiment, the stearic acid mixture includes stearic acid and hydroxystearic acid in a weight ratio of 81:19; the hydroxystearic acid mixture includes glyceryl hydroxystearate and hydroxystearic acid in a weight ratio of 78.5:21.5.

[0008] As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the myristic acid, palmitic acid, lauric acid, stearic acid mixture and hydroxystearic acid mixture is (10-14): (10-14); (6-10): (3-5): (0.3-1).

[0009] As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the myristic acid, palmitic acid, lauric acid, stearic acid mixture and hydroxystearic acid mixture is 12:12:8:4:0.5.

[0013] As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the glycerol, diglycerol, polyethylene glycol mixture, and PPG-sorbitol mixture is (8-13): (8-13): (6-10): (1-3).

[0014] As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the glycerol, diglycerol, polyethylene glycol mixture, and PPG-sorbitol mixture is 11:11:8:2.

[0018] As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the fatty acid, the polyol and the alkaline substance is 36.5:32:7.7.

[0019] The applicant found during the experiment that a soap-based cleansing cream with a high fatty acid content can be prepared by using a weight ratio of fatty acids, polyols and alkali of (29-43): (23-39): (6-9.5), which has excellent cleaning experience, high foam richness and high product stability. The possible reasons are speculated to be: the existing products on the market have the problems of low fatty acid content, poor cleaning experience and low foam richness. The cleaning experience can be optimized by increasing the fatty acid content, but under high fatty acid content, a large amount of fatty acid salts generated are prone to agglomeration at high temperatures, resulting in failure of the saponification reaction. In addition, the high soap-based cleansing cream formed in the high fatty acid system will cause the material body to be hard after crystallization, which is not easy to use during cleaning. In this application, by optimizing the weight ratio of fatty acids, polyols and alkali, the hardness of the material body can be reduced while increasing the fatty acid content, avoiding the problem of the material body being too hard. The applicant further found that under the preferred weight ratio, the material body has high stability in high and low temperature environments and cyclic environments, and is not prone to stratification problems.

[0167] 2. Needle penetration test:

[0168] (1) Sample preparation: Cut or melt the solid sample (such as soap, wax) and pour it into a standard mold to ensure that the sample surface is flat. Soap-based cleansing creams can be sampled directly. The sample is cooled to room temperature and then equilibrated in a constant temperature water bath at 25°C for 1 hour.

[0169] (2) Needle penetration test: Adjust the needle penetration tester to a horizontal state. Place the prepared sample on the tester platform. Place a standard needle vertically on the sample surface, making sure that the needle tip touches the sample surface. Under the action of a constant load (100 grams), allow the needle to fall freely in the sample for 5 seconds. Record the depth of the needle into the sample in millimeters (mm). Repeat the test, test each sample three times, and take the average value as the final needle penetration. The test results are shown in Table 7. The smaller the needle penetration, the harder the material and the lower the plasticity; the larger the needle penetration, the softer the material and the higher the plasticity.

[0174] 3. Foam height test: Refer to the "Foam Particle Size Measurement-Standard Operating Procedure 2023" standard to test the foam height of the product. The test results are shown in Table 8 and the bar chart is shown in Figure 4 , pictures of the testing process are shown in Figure 5 , in the figure: A: commercially available product 1; B: commercially available product 2; C: Example 1.

[0175] Table 8

[0176]

[0177] Conclusion: Among the three products, Example 1 has the highest initial foam height, followed by Commercial Product 1, and the lowest is Commercial Product 2. The foam stability of the three products is good, and the foam height hardly changes within 0 to 15 minutes.

[0178] 4. Foam size test: Refer to the "Foam Particle Size Measurement-Standard Operating Procedure 2023" standard to test the foam size of the product. The test results are shown in Table 9 and the foam diameter distribution diagram is shown in Figure 6-8 , Figure 6 : Commercially available product 1; Figure 7 : Commercially available product 2; Figure 8 :Example 1. Foam diagram see Figure 9-11 , Fig. 9 : Commercially available product 1; Fig.10 : Commercially available product 2; Fig.11 :Example 1.

[0179] Table 9

[0180]

[0181]

[0182] Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the foam diameter results between the commercial product 1 and Example 1, that is, the distribution of the foam diameters of the two is relatively the same; the commercial product 2 has significant differences compared with the other two;

[0183] ② The diameters of the foams are as follows: Commercially available product 2 (105.74 μm) > Commercially available product 1 (75.51 μm) ≈ Example 1 (77.65 μm).
