Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of heat dissipation and noise reduction of engineering machinery, and in particular to a heat dissipation and noise reduction system and engineering machinery. Background Art

[0002] As an important equipment for engineering construction, construction machinery has high power and torque, and its working conditions are complex and harsh. There are many heat-generating components during operation, and the heat dissipation demand is large. The heat sources include the engine, hydraulic actuator, transmission system, turbocharger system and air conditioning system, etc. The radiator is usually a water radiator, hydraulic oil radiator, transmission oil radiator, air-to-air intercooler, air conditioning condenser, etc. The speed of construction machinery is slow, and there is almost no headwind. It is necessary to use a fan to force air suction or blowing to cool the system. Due to the small space and many pipelines in the power compartment of construction machinery, the heat dissipation and noise reduction system usually adopts a double-row series arrangement or a multi-row series arrangement. The outside air enters the downstream radiator after heat exchange in the upstream radiator, which causes the inlet air temperature of the downstream radiator to be too high, which seriously reduces the cooling capacity of the downstream radiator. Under high temperature and harsh working conditions, the engine water temperature and oil temperature often rise, which seriously reduces the working performance and service life of the whole construction vehicle.

[0003] In addition, fan noise is an important source of noise for the main engine of construction machinery. Reducing fan noise is of great significance to the noise reduction of the entire vehicle of construction machinery. After the fan is matched with the radiator, the noise after the fan radiator is matched will increase due to the increase in airflow resistance and the change in the gas flow field. Fan noise is divided into rotational noise and eddy noise. Rotational noise is a harmonic noise with obvious frequency components formed by the fan blades periodically hitting the surrounding air; eddy noise is caused by the surrounding gas generating eddy currents when the fan rotates, and the eddy currents split to disturb the air, forming a compression and rarefaction process to generate broadband noise. Obviously, to reduce fan noise, it is necessary to start with reducing fan rotation noise and eddy noise. Therefore, reducing fan noise has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently. [0045] like Figure 1 As shown, the engineering vehicle includes an engine 1, a fan 2, an air guide 3, a first radiator 4, a second radiator 5, a cooling device 6 and an exhaust ejection mechanism 7. The heat dissipation and noise reduction system includes the first radiator 4, the second radiator 5 and the cooling device 6. The first radiator 4 and the second radiator 5 are arranged in sequence along the air inlet direction A, and the cooling device 6 is arranged between the first radiator 4 and the second radiator 5. Along the air inlet direction A, the fan 2 is arranged downstream of the first radiator 4, and air is sucked into the engineering vehicle from the outside through the second radiator 5, the cooling device 6, the first radiator 4 and the air guide 3 in sequence. The air first enters the second radiator 5 for heat exchange, and then the air is cooled by the cooling device 6. The cooled air then enters the first radiator 4 for heat exchange, thereby reducing the air inlet temperature of the downstream radiator, which is beneficial to improving the cooling capacity of the downstream radiator.

[0046] like Figure 2 As shown, the cooling device 6 includes a silencer chamber 68 arranged around the outer periphery of the circumferential inner wall 64, which is used to reduce the noise from the main machine of the engineering machinery. The cross-sectional shape of the silencer chamber 68 is a substantially trapezoidal shape that tapers from the outside to the inside. The silencer chamber 68 is surrounded by the circumferential inner wall 64, the circumferential outer wall 61, the first side wall 62 and the second side wall 63. The first side wall 61 connects the cooling device 6 with the first radiator 4, and the second side wall 63 connects the cooling device 61 with the second radiator 5.

[0047] like Figure 3-5 As shown, the cooling device 6 includes a circumferential inner wall 64, and a plurality of cooling fins 65 are arranged at intervals in the space enclosed by the inner periphery of the circumferential inner wall 64. A cooling channel 653 is formed in each cooling fin 65, and water flows in the cooling channel 653 to cool the air flowing through the cooling fins 65. Multiple rows of the cooling fins 65 can be arranged in a staggered manner along the air inlet direction, which can increase the contact area with the airflow and effectively rectify the airflow, so that the air is cooled more fully.

[0048] like Figure 6 As shown, the cooling fin 65 includes a fin body 651, a water-absorbing material layer 652, a cooling water channel 653 and a transverse channel 654. The cooling fin 65 is a hollow structure, and the cooling water channel 653 is provided inside it. A plurality of transverse channels 654 are provided between the cooling water channel 653 and the two side walls of the cooling fin 65. Water-absorbing material layers 652 are provided on the two side walls of the cooling fin 65, respectively. The water-absorbing material layer 652 is made of a material with good water absorption performance. When the cooling water channel 653 is filled with water, the water can reach the water-absorbing material layer 652 through the transverse channel 654. After the water-absorbing material layer 652 absorbs water, heat exchange can be achieved when the hot air flows through its surface, thereby achieving the purpose of evaporative cooling. By providing cooling fins and circumferential water channels, the evaporative cooling effect of water is utilized to reduce the air inlet temperature of the downstream radiator, which is beneficial to improving the cooling capacity of the downstream radiator.

[0049] like Figure 2 and 5 As shown, the circumferential inner wall 64 is hollow, and a circumferential water channel 641 is arranged inside the circumferential water channel 641. Two baffles 645 separate the circumferential water channel 641 into an upper water channel and a lower water channel. The cooling channel 653 of each cooling fin 65 is connected to the upper water channel through the water inlet 642, and the cooling channel 653 of each cooling fin 65 is connected to the lower water channel through the water outlet 643. When the upper water channel of the circumferential water channel 641 is filled with water, water enters the cooling water channel 653 through the water inlet 642, a part of the water is absorbed by the water-absorbing material layer 652, and the other part of the water enters the lower water channel of the circumferential water channel 641.

[0050] like Figure 3 As shown, a water inlet pipe 611, a water pump 612, a water valve 613 and a water outlet pipe 614 are arranged on the circumferential outer wall 61. One end of the water inlet pipe 611 passes through the top of the circumferential outer wall 61 and communicates with the upper water channel of the circumferential waterway 641, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 611 is connected to the water tank 67. The water pump 612 and the water valve 613 connected to the water inlet pipe 611 are also provided, and the water pump 612 is installed on the circumferential outer wall 61. One end of the water outlet pipe 614 passes through the bottom of the circumferential waterway 641 and communicates with the lower part of the circumferential waterway 641, and the other end of the water outlet pipe 614 is connected to the water tank 67. The cooling device 6 also includes a water tank 67 at the bottom, and the water tank 67 is installed on the frame through a mounting seat 672. A filter screen 671 is provided in the water tank 67 for filtering water entering through the water outlet pipe 614 after heat dissipation. The water pump 612 is used to circulate water between the cooling channels and the water tank.

[0051] like Figure 4 As shown, the silencer chamber 68 can be divided into a plurality of silencer sub-chambers 681 along the circumferential direction by a plurality of partitions 69. The volumes of the plurality of silencer sub-chambers 681 can be different. The silencer sub-chamber 681 with a large volume is suitable for absorbing low-frequency noise.

[0052] like Figure 2 , 4 As shown in FIG. 7 , a noise reducer 621 may be provided in some or all of the muffler sub-chambers 681, and the noise reducer 621 is connected to the outside through an opening 621 formed on the side 62 of the muffler chamber 68 adjacent to the main unit. The noise reducer 66 includes a small-diameter inlet channel 661 and an outlet channel 662, and the inlet channel 661 is connected to the outside through the opening 621. A large-diameter intermediate chamber 663 is provided between the inlet channel 661 and the outlet channel 662, and a sound-absorbing material 664 is provided in the inlet channel 661. The small-diameter inlet channel 661 and the outlet channel 662 and the large-diameter intermediate chamber 663 together form a resistance muffler. Due to the presence of the sound-absorbing material 664, the airflow in the cooling air duct will not enter the muffler chamber 68. Through the muffler sub-chambers and noise reducers of different volumes, the effect of impedance composite muffler is achieved, which does not cause airflow loss and can effectively reduce the rotation harmonic noise and eddy current broadband noise of the fan.

[0053] The size of the noise reducer 66 is selected accordingly according to the volume of the muffler sub-chamber. The muffler sub-chamber with a large volume is provided with the noise reducer 66 with a large size, and the muffler sub-chamber with a small volume is provided with the noise reducer 66 with a small size.

[0054] like Figure 8 and 9As shown, the exhaust ejection mechanism 7 includes an exhaust port 71, an exhaust pipe 72, an ejection cavity 73, a first ejection pipe 74, and a second ejection pipe 75. A first check valve 741 is provided between the first ejection pipe 74 and the ejection cavity 73, and a second check valve 751 is provided between the second ejection pipe 75 and the ejection cavity 73. When the high-speed airflow discharged from the engine rushes into the exhaust pipe 72 through the muffler exhaust port 71, only when negative pressure is formed inside the ejection chamber 73, the first one-way valve 741 and the second one-way valve 751 are connected, and the airflow in the corner area of the first radiator 4 and the second radiator 5, which are respectively connected to the first ejection pipe 74 and the second ejection pipe 75, enters the ejection chamber 73 and is discharged to the outside along the exhaust pipe 72. The negative pressure effect of the exhaust ejection is used to improve the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator corner with low wind speed, and the problem of poor heat dissipation capacity of the radiator corner is improved by exhaust ejection. The first one-way valve 741 and the second one-way valve 751 prevent the hot air in the exhaust pipe 72 from entering the first and second radiators through the first ejection pipe 74 and the second ejection pipe 75.

[0055] like Figure 8 As shown, the cooling device 6 also includes a drain pipe 83, one end of which is connected to a water tank 82. The water tank 82 collects condensed water generated when the air-conditioning device 8 is working. The other end of the drain pipe 83 is connected to the water tank 67, so that the condensed water below the ambient temperature discharged when the air-conditioning device 8 is working is replenished into the water tank, which is beneficial to lowering the temperature of the water in the water tank and thus improving the effect of evaporative cooling.

[0056] The cooling device 6 is detachably mounted between the first radiator 4 and the second radiator 5, for example, in a slidable plug-in manner. Figure 3 As shown, the circumferential outer wall 61 is provided with a handle 615, and the cooling device 6 is pulled out and pushed in by the handle 615, so that the cooling device 6 and the first radiator 4 and the second radiator 5 can be quickly disassembled and assembled, and cleaning and maintenance are convenient.
