Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of water conservancy projects, and particularly relates to a method, device, electronic device, computer-readable storage medium, and computer program product for determining a sediment regulation scheme for cascade reservoirs under water storage conditions. Background Art
[0002] A cascade reservoir system refers to a system of multiple reservoirs built in a stepped layout within the same river or basin. These reservoirs form an organic whole through series or parallel connection, aiming to achieve the multi-objective comprehensive development of water resources, including functions such as power generation, flood control, irrigation, shipping, and ecological water replenishment.
[0003] Sediment deposition can bring many adverse effects to cascade reservoirs. For example, the deposited sediment occupies the effective regulation storage capacity, thereby weakening the reservoir regulation ability, and further leading to a reduction in comprehensive benefits such as flood control, power generation, and water supply. Another example is that sediment enters the generator set, and the high-sediment-laden water flow causes compound damage of cavitation and abrasion to the flow-through components when passing through the turbine passage; or, sediment entering the water intake may cause problems such as blockage of the water intake structure.
[0004] In response to the above problems, the solutions of the prior art mainly involve traditional water and sediment regulation, cascade joint regulation, and auxiliary sediment dredging.
[0005] However, the existing technical solutions cannot currently solve the problem of uneven spatial distribution of sediment deposition among the reservoirs in the cascade reservoir. Summary of the Invention
[0006] To solve the above technical problems, the solution of the present disclosure is proposed. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method, device, electronic device, computer-readable storage medium, and computer program product for determining a sediment regulation scheme for cascade reservoirs under water storage conditions.

[0008] According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an apparatus for determining a sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under water storage conditions, wherein the apparatus includes: a data acquisition unit configured to acquire basic information and measured information of each reservoir associated with a target cascade reservoir system; wherein the target cascade reservoir system is a cascade reservoir that needs to perform sediment regulation, and the target cascade reservoir system includes at least two target reservoirs cascaded along an associated water system; a sediment accumulation amount calculation unit configured to predict the cumulative sediment accumulation amount and the sediment accumulation amount in the regulating storage capacity of the target cascade reservoir system within a preset future time period by using a preset reservoir sediment scouring and silting calculation model based on a preset water storage order scheduling method, the basic information, and the measured information; a comparison and selection unit configured to determine a target water storage order scheduling method in the preset water storage order scheduling methods as the sediment regulation scheme of the target cascade reservoir system based on the cumulative sediment accumulation amount and the sediment accumulation amount in the regulating storage capacity.
[0009] According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic device, which includes: a processor; a memory for storing executable instructions executable by the processor; the processor is configured to read the executable instructions from the memory and execute the instructions to implement the method for determining a sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under water storage conditions according to the present disclosure.
[0010] According to a fourth aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the method for determining a sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under water storage conditions according to the present disclosure.
[0011] According to a fifth aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a computer program product including a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for determining a sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under water storage conditions according to the present disclosure.
[0012] In summary, by using the method for determining a sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under water storage conditions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, model prediction based on data driving is adopted, and quantifiable indicators are used as screening conditions to screen out an optimal sediment regulation scheme from multiple preset water storage order scheduling methods; thereby providing technical support for the sediment regulation of the target cascade reservoir system in a future period.
[0013] In addition, by implementing the described preferably sediment regulation scheme, on the one hand, the spatial distribution of sediment deposition among reservoirs in the cascade reservoir can be made more balanced. Specifically, more sediment is allocated to the upstream reservoirs with large storage capacity and strong sediment interception ability, avoiding premature siltation and abandonment of downstream reservoirs with small storage capacity; that is, without changing the total cumulative sediment deposition amount of the cascade reservoir, the spatial distribution of sediment in the cascade reservoir is optimized; filling the technical gap in the coupling mechanism of water storage time sequence and sediment differentiation in the cascade reservoir system. On the other hand, since the total sediment deposition amount in the regulating storage capacity is minimized, it means that the total loss of the regulating storage capacity can be reduced, thereby prolonging the life of the regulating storage capacity and enhancing the flood control and power generation benefits. [0037] The following combines Figures 1 to 8 to illustrate a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer program product for determining a sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under the condition of water storage in the present disclosure.
[0038] Exemplary Method
[0039] Figure 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for determining a sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under the condition of water storage provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The method can be executed on a server side, where the server side may include, but is not limited to, a server and a cloud computing platform.
[0040] Specifically, referring to Figure 1 the method for determining a sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under the condition of water storage includes:
[0041] S110. Obtain the basic information and measured information of each reservoir associated in the target cascade reservoir system.
[0042] Among them, the target cascade reservoir system is a cascade reservoir system that needs to perform sediment regulation, and the target cascade reservoir system includes at least two target reservoirs cascaded along the associated water system.
[0043] Among them, as the execution subject of step S110, the server side can "obtain" the basic information and measured information of each reservoir associated in the target cascade reservoir system in any feasible manner. For example, the server side can communicate with a data acquisition terminal to obtain the measured information. For another example, the server side can communicate with a data storage server side to obtain the basic information.
[0044] Among them, it should be noted that the present disclosure does not limit the communication method. For example, it may include but is not limited to wireless communication, and the wireless communication may include, for example, mobile networks, WI-FI, etc.
[0045] As an alternative embodiment, the basic information at least includes the reservoir capacity, normal storage level, dead storage level, flood control limited level, and water level operation mode associated with the target reservoir.
[0046] As an alternative embodiment, the measured information at least includes the measured flow rate, sediment concentration, sediment transport volume, and scouring and silting data associated with the target reservoir.
[0047] S120. Based on the preset water storage sequence scheduling method, the basic information, and the measured information, using a preset reservoir sediment scouring and silting calculation model, predict the cumulative siltation volume and the regulated storage capacity siltation volume of the target cascade reservoir system within a preset future time period.
[0048] As an alternative embodiment, there may be multiple types of the preset water storage sequence scheduling methods. For example, based on the cascade sequence of the target cascade reservoir system, the target reservoir upstream is stored first, and the target reservoir downstream is stored later; or, based on the cascade sequence of the target cascade reservoir system, the target reservoir upstream is stored later, and the target reservoir downstream is stored first; or, each target reservoir in the target cascade reservoir system may be stored simultaneously.
[0049] Among them, the numerical value of the serial number of the cascade sequence is negatively correlated with the degree of the target reservoir matching the serial number being close to the upstream of the water system in the target cascade reservoir system.
[0050] For ease of understanding the above "preset water storage sequence scheduling method", reference may be made to Figure 2 The following exemplary description is given:
[0051] Assume that the target cascade reservoir system includes four target reservoirs A1 (the first cascade), A2 (the second cascade), A3 (the third cascade), and A4 (the fourth cascade) distributed in series along a certain river basin (in the direction from "the upstream of the water system" to "the downstream of the water system").
[0052] Based on the above assumption conditions, regarding "the numerical value of the serial number of the cascade sequence is negatively correlated with the degree of the target reservoir matching the serial number being close to the upstream of the water system in the target cascade reservoir system", it can be specifically understood that: the smaller the numerical value of the serial number of the cascade sequence of the target reservoir, the closer the target reservoir is to the upstream of the water system; conversely, the larger the numerical value of the serial number of the cascade sequence of the target reservoir, the farther the target reservoir is from the upstream of the water system. Specifically, for example, referring to Figure 2The shown cascade reservoir system, in which the target reservoir A1 (as the first cascade reservoir) is closer to the upstream of the water system than the target reservoir A3 (as the third cascade reservoir).
[0053] As an optional example, referring to Figure 2 , the target reservoirs A1 and A2 close to the upstream of the water system can be grouped as a set (denoted as B1), and the target reservoirs A3 and A4 far from the upstream of the water system can be grouped as a set (denoted as B2).
[0054] Based on Figure 2 the example, if the preset water storage order scheduling method is "based on the cascade order of the target cascade reservoir system, the target reservoir in the upstream stores water first, and the target reservoir in the downstream stores water later", it can be understood that the preset water storage order scheduling method requires the target reservoirs in group B1 to store water first and the target reservoirs in group B2 to store water later. Similarly, if the preset water storage order scheduling method is "based on the cascade order of the target cascade reservoir system, the target reservoir in the upstream stores water later, and the target reservoir in the downstream stores water first", it can be understood that the preset water storage order scheduling method requires the target reservoirs in group B1 to store water later and the target reservoirs in group B2 to store water first. Similarly, if the preset water storage order scheduling method is "each target reservoir in the target cascade reservoir system can store water simultaneously", it can be understood that the preset water storage order scheduling method requires the target reservoirs in group B1 and the target reservoirs in group B2 to store water synchronously; that is, the target reservoirs A1 to A4 store water synchronously.
[0055] As an optional implementation manner, the preset reservoir sediment scouring and silting calculation model may include: an empirical model based on the law of reservoir backwater sediment discharge and open-channel sediment discharge, and / or a hydrodynamic model based on the hydrodynamic principle.
[0056] It should be noted that the empirical model can be directly constructed by referring to engineering sediment design manuals, etc.; the hydrodynamic model can be applied after parameter calibration and verification. In the preparation stage of the present disclosure solution, technicians can flexibly select the above two models according to the information and model situation they have mastered.
[0057] In addition, it should be explained that the present disclosure does not limit the specific duration of the future preset time period. For example, it can be 50 years, 100 years.
[0058] The cumulative siltation amount refers to the total amount by which the effective reservoir capacity decreases due to sediment deposition in the reservoir during a specific time period. The siltation amount in the regulating reservoir capacity refers to the total amount by which the effective reservoir capacity decreases due to the long-term accumulation of sediments such as silt within the regulating reservoir capacity range of the reservoir (i.e., between the normal storage level and the dead storage level). Both are core indicators for measuring the degree of reservoir sediment siltation.
[0059] As an optional implementation manner, referring toFigure 3 , step S120 may include the following steps:
[0060] S1210. In the case of executing each of the preset water storage order scheduling methods, based on the basic information and the measured information, using a preset reservoir sediment scouring and silting calculation model, calculate the cumulative siltation amount and the regulating storage siltation amount of each target reservoir in a future preset time period that matches each of the preset water storage order scheduling methods.
[0061] Further, as an optional example, referring to Figure 4 , step S1210 may include the following steps:
[0062] S12101. Based on a preset screening rule, determine a reference strategy and at least one alternative strategy among the preset water storage order scheduling methods.
[0063] Based on the foregoing embodiments, optionally, "Based on the cascade order of the target cascade reservoir system, the target reservoir in the upper reaches stores water first, and the target reservoir in the lower reaches stores water later" may be used as the reference strategy. More specifically, referring to Figure 2 the example, "The preset water storage order scheduling method requires that the target reservoirs in group B1 store water first, and the target reservoirs in group B2 store water later" may be used as the reference strategy.
[0064] Optionally, "Based on the cascade order of the target cascade reservoir system, the target reservoir in the upper reaches stores water later, and the target reservoir in the lower reaches stores water first" and "All the target reservoirs in the target cascade reservoir system store water simultaneously" may be used as alternative strategies respectively. More specifically, referring to Figure 2 the example, "The preset water storage order scheduling method requires that the target reservoirs in group B1 store water later, and the target reservoirs in group B2 store water first" may be used as an alternative strategy; and / or, "The preset water storage order scheduling method requires that the target reservoirs in group B1 store water synchronously with the target reservoirs in group B2" may also be used as an alternative strategy.
[0065] S12102. In the case of executing the reference strategy, based on the basic information and the measured information, using a preset reservoir sediment scouring and silting calculation model, calculate the cumulative siltation reference amount and the regulating storage siltation reference amount of each target reservoir in a future preset time period.
[0066] Specifically, for each target reservoir, S12102 may be implemented in the following manner:
[0067] Step 1) Basic data collection and model selection.
[0068] Integrate basic information. First, collect the river channel terrain data of cascade reservoirs (ensuring the terrain connectivity of main and tributary rivers), operation regulations (i.e., water level operation methods, such as the open discharge and sediment flushing rules during the flood season), and storage capacity curves (including normal storage level, dead water level, and flood limit water level). Second, obtain the measured data. Specifically, the relationship between inflow and sediment concentration, the annual sediment transport volume sequence, and historical erosion and deposition data (such as cross-section terrain changes and storage capacity evolution curves). Third, for reservoirs without an upstream control station, calculate the inflow through the water balance equation (control the outflow to make the water levels at the beginning and end of the time period equal).
[0069] Model selection and parameter calibration. Optionally, for the empirical model, methods such as the Shamov method and the delta morphology method can be selected. The above empirical models are applicable to reservoirs with high sediment concentration and mainly bed load, and it is necessary to verify the sediment void ratio and sediment transport rate decay coefficient. Optionally, for the hydrodynamic model, the "one-dimensional unsteady flow model" can be selected. The "one-dimensional unsteady flow model" can include a system of equations composed of the water continuity equation, the motion equation, and the suspended sediment / bed load sediment transport equation. Optionally, the extreme sediment transport scenario can be verified through Monte Carlo simulation, with the error controlled within 10%.
[0070] Step 2) Calculate the scope division and set boundary conditions.
[0071] First, divide the river reaches. Specifically, take the dam sites of each reservoir as the boundaries, divide the cascade river channel into independent calculation reaches, and each reach is treated as a single reservoir. Verify the terrain connectivity to avoid breaks at the confluences of main and tributary rivers.
[0072] Second, set boundary conditions. Specifically, the outer boundary can be determined based on the flow-sediment concentration process at the outlet section of the most downstream reservoir, and the outflow sediment process of the upstream reservoir is used as the inflow condition for the downstream reservoir (i.e., the inner boundary), so as to achieve spatio-temporal synchronous joint calculation.
[0073] Step 3) Calculate the upstream preferential water storage.
[0074] First, calculate the initial time period. Specifically, start from the most upstream reservoir, input the measured flow and sediment concentration, and solve the water-sediment equations jointly; select a calculation time period of 1 - 2 hours, and control the erosion and deposition thickness ≤ 1.5 m; output the outflow sediment process (flow, sediment concentration, sediment transport rate) of the upstream reservoir.
[0075] Second, dynamically adjust the constraint conditions. Specifically, if the elevation of sediment deposition in front of the dam exceeds the dead water level, return to the previous calculation step, adjust the opening of the sediment discharge bottom hole or reduce the water storage volume; introduce a correction coefficient k (1.01 - 1.05) to correct the deviation between the storage capacity difference and the actual sediment deposition volume.
[0076] Step 4) Calculate the downstream progressive recursion.
[0077] First, the transfer of water and sediment processes. Specifically, the upstream calculation results are transferred step by step to downstream reservoirs, and the calculation process of step 3 is repeated; among them, the sedimentation in the regulating storage capacity (the interval between the dead water level and the flood limit water level) needs to be focused on, and the sedimentation pattern of "high beach and deep trough" is simulated.
[0078] Secondly, for special treatment, for the curved reservoir of the pumped-storage power station, the sedimentation tank calculation method can be adopted; for karst areas, the risk of sediment siltation blocking the underground river needs to be evaluated.
[0079] Step 5) Result output.
[0080] First, output the longitudinal sedimentation profile and storage capacity evolution curve of each reservoir, and count the total sedimentation volume to obtain the cumulative sedimentation reference quantity. Secondly, quantify the loss rate of the effective storage capacity through the storage capacity change table, and focus on analyzing the interval between the dead water level and the flood limit water level to obtain the sedimentation reference quantity of the regulating storage capacity.
[0081] Specifically, calculate the cumulative sedimentation volume based on the longitudinal sedimentation profile of each reservoir, which can be achieved, for example, by "accumulating the scouring and silting thickness and grid area of each section", and the specific calculation formula is as follows:
[0082]
[0083] Among them, ΔZ i represents the scouring and silting thickness of the i-th section; B i represents the width of the i-th section;; represents the dry unit weight of the sediment; Δx i represents the grid area corresponding to the i-th section; W 累积 represents the cumulative sedimentation volume.
[0084] S12103. For each of the at least one alternative strategy, when the alternative strategy is executed, based on the basic information and the measured information, use a preset reservoir sediment scouring and silting calculation model to calculate the first cumulative sedimentation volume and the first regulating storage capacity sedimentation volume of each of the target reservoirs within a preset future time period.
[0085] It should be noted that for the case of the alternative strategy, the basic principle of calculating the "first cumulative sedimentation volume and the first regulating storage capacity sedimentation volume" involved is similar to the corresponding case of the reference strategy. Therefore, the relevant implementation methods can refer to S12102 and will not be elaborated here.
[0086] S12104. In response to the execution of the alternative strategy, use the cumulative sedimentation reference quantity, the regulating storage capacity sedimentation reference quantity, the first cumulative sedimentation volume matching the executed alternative strategy, and the first regulating storage capacity sedimentation volume of each of the target reservoirs within a preset future time period to determine the sedimentation change quantity and the regulating storage capacity sedimentation change quantity of each of the target reservoirs within a preset future time period.
[0087] For ease of understanding, with reference to Figure 2 , taking the target reservoir A3 as an example, step S12104 will be described. Herein, it is assumed that the future preset time period is 50 years.
[0088] Specifically, under the condition that the baseline strategy (i.e., for example, with reference to Figure 2 , the target reservoirs in group B1 store water first, and the target reservoirs in group B2 store water later”) is executed, the cumulative sedimentation baseline amount Q1 and the regulation storage sedimentation baseline amount Q2 of the target reservoir A3 after 50 years can be calculated by using the above-mentioned step S12102. Under the condition that the alternative strategy (i.e., for example, with reference to Figure 2 , the target reservoirs in group B1 store water later, and the target reservoirs in group B2 store water first) is executed, the first cumulative sedimentation amount P1 and the first regulation storage sedimentation amount P2 of the target reservoir A3 after 50 years can be calculated by using the above-mentioned step S12103. Then, calculate the difference delta1 between the cumulative sedimentation baseline amount Q1 and the first cumulative sedimentation amount P1; that is, obtain the sedimentation change amount of the target reservoir A3 after 50 years. Similarly, calculate the difference delta2 between the regulation storage sedimentation baseline amount Q2 and the first regulation storage sedimentation amount P2; that is, obtain the regulation storage sedimentation change amount of the target reservoir A3 after 50 years.
[0089] Similarly, other target reservoirs can also be calculated by referring to the above method, so as to determine the corresponding sedimentation change amount and regulation storage sedimentation change amount within the future preset time period.
[0090] As described above, through the calculation of the sedimentation change amount and the regulation storage sedimentation change amount, the spatial distribution of sediment deposition in the target cascade reservoir system can be accurately quantified and analyzed; thus, according to the standard of balanced sediment distribution among the reservoirs in the target cascade reservoir system, the optimal scheduling plan in the preset water storage order scheduling method can be judged.
[0091] S130. Based on the cumulative sedimentation amount and the regulation storage sedimentation amount, determine the target water storage order scheduling method in the preset water storage order scheduling method as the sediment regulation plan for the target cascade reservoir system.
[0092] As an alternative embodiment, with reference to Figure 5 , step S130 may include the following steps:
[0093] S1310. Based on the cumulative sedimentation amount and the regulation storage sedimentation amount of each target reservoir matching each preset water storage order scheduling method within the future preset time period, calculate the total cumulative sedimentation amount and the total regulation storage sedimentation amount of the target cascade reservoir system matching each preset water storage order scheduling method within the future preset time period.
[0094] Here, with reference to the method of calculating the first cumulative sedimentation volume and the sedimentation volume of the first regulating storage capacity for the target reservoir A3 in step S12104, the cumulative sedimentation volume and the sedimentation volume of the regulating storage capacity of each target reservoir in the target cascade reservoir system within a future preset time period for each of the preset water storage sequence scheduling methods can be calculated; then, by summing up the cumulative sedimentation volumes of each target reservoir within the future preset time period for each of the preset water storage sequence scheduling methods, the corresponding total cumulative sedimentation volume can be obtained. Similarly, by summing up the sedimentation volumes of the regulating storage capacity of each target reservoir within the future preset time period for each of the preset water storage sequence scheduling methods, the total sedimentation volume of the regulating storage capacity can be obtained.
[0095] S1320. In response to the deviation of the total cumulative sedimentation volume for each of the preset water storage sequence scheduling methods being less than the preset total sedimentation volume deviation threshold, determine the total sedimentation volume of the regulating storage capacity with the smallest value.
[0096] Here, optionally, the preset total sedimentation volume deviation threshold can be set according to the actual engineering needs, and the present disclosure does not limit this.
[0097] Among them, optionally, the method of "determining the total sedimentation volume of the regulating storage capacity with the smallest value" can be to compare the values of the total sedimentation volumes of the regulating storage capacity calculated in step S1310 for different preset water storage sequence scheduling methods, and determine the minimum value therefrom.
[0098] S1330. Based on the total sedimentation volume of the regulating storage capacity with the smallest value, determine the target water storage sequence scheduling method.
[0099] Specifically, assuming that under the preset water storage sequence scheduling method of "based on the cascade order of the target cascade reservoir system, the target reservoir upstream stores water later, and the target reservoir downstream stores water first", the total sedimentation volume of the regulating storage capacity of the target cascade reservoir system is the smallest, then this scheduling strategy can be used as the target water storage sequence scheduling method.
[0100] In addition, the basic technical principle of the technical solution of the present disclosure can be summarized as follows: The difference in the water storage sequence of cascade reservoirs can change the hydrodynamic conditions and sediment transport paths, thereby significantly affecting the spatial distribution of sediment deposition and the rate of reservoir storage capacity loss. The reason is that when the water level is high, the water flow is slow and coarse sediment is easy to deposit; when the water level is low, the flow velocity is fast and fine sediment is more likely to be eroded and transported. It can be seen from this that the water storage sequence can affect the flow velocity through the water level change, and then control the particle size distribution of the sediment deposits. Specifically, if the upstream reservoir stores water in advance, the upstream reservoir takes the lead in raising the water level, while its downstream reservoir still maintains a lower water storage level. At this time, when the water flow discharged from the upstream reservoir enters the downstream reservoir, due to the lower water level in the downstream reservoir, the flow velocity increases sharply, and the sediment-carrying capacity of the water flow suddenly increases, resulting in slower deposition of the sediment discharged from the upstream reservoir near the entrance of the downstream reservoir. If the downstream reservoir stores water in advance, it will cause the water level in the downstream reservoir area to rise and fall, the water level gradient between the upstream and downstream to decrease, the flow velocity to slow down, the sediment-carrying capacity of the water flow to weaken, and the fine sediment to be transported to near the entrance of the downstream reservoir.
[0101] In summary, by using the method for determining the sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under water storage provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, a data-driven model prediction is adopted, and quantifiable indicators are used as screening conditions to screen out the preferred sediment regulation scheme from multiple preset water storage sequence scheduling methods; thus providing technical support for the sediment regulation of the target cascade reservoir system in a future period.
[0102] In addition, by implementing according to the preferred sediment regulation scheme, on the one hand, it can make the spatial distribution of sediment deposition between the reservoirs in the cascade reservoir more balanced. Specifically, more sediment is allocated to the upstream reservoirs with large storage capacity and strong sediment interception ability, avoiding premature siltation and abandonment of the downstream reservoirs with small storage capacity; that is, without changing the total cumulative sediment deposition amount of the cascade reservoirs, the spatial distribution of sediment in the cascade reservoirs is optimized; filling the technical gap in the coupling mechanism of the water storage time sequence and sediment differentiation in the cascade reservoir system. On the other hand, since the total sediment deposition amount in the regulating reservoir is minimized, it means that the total loss of the regulating reservoir can be reduced, thereby prolonging the life of the regulating reservoir and improving the flood control and power generation benefits.
[0103] Application scenario example:
[0104] The following summarizes the method for determining the sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under water storage according to the above embodiments of the present disclosure in combination with specific scenario examples.
[0105] The scenario is a target cascade reservoir system composed of 4 reservoirs in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River. Specifically, from upstream to downstream are the Wudongde, Baihetan, Xiluodu, and Xiangjiaba reservoirs in sequence. The reservoirs are basically connected end to end and are located at the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan provinces.
[0106] In the above scenario, based on the foregoing embodiments of the present disclosure, the method for determining the sediment regulation scheme of cascade reservoirs under water storage may include:
[0107] Step 1: Collect basic information and measured water and sediment data of cascade reservoirs.
[0108] The Wudongde and Baihetan reservoirs started impounding and operating in 2020 and 2021 respectively, and they are the seventh and second largest hydropower stations in the world. The total reservoir capacity of the Wudongde Reservoir is 7.408 billion m³, the regulating reservoir capacity is 3.020 billion m³, and the flood control reservoir capacity is 2.440 billion m³; the total reservoir capacity of the Baihetan Reservoir is 20.627 billion m³, the regulating reservoir capacity is 10.436 billion m³, and the flood control reservoir capacity is 7.500 billion m³. The Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations were completed in 2015 and 2012 respectively, and Xiluodu is the third largest hydropower station in the world. Currently, the normal impounding level of the Xiluodu Reservoir is 600 m, the restricted operating level during the flood season is 560 m, and the dead level is 540 m. The normal impounding level of the Xiangjiaba Reservoir is 380 m, and the restricted operating level during the flood season and the dead level are both 370 m. The specific parameters of each reservoir are shown in Table 1.
[0109]
[0110] Table 1 Characteristic parameters of cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River
[0111] The current operation regulations (i.e., water level operation methods) of the four reservoirs are as follows:
[0112] The normal impounding level of the Wudongde Hydropower Station is 975 m, the dead level is 945 m, and the flood control limited water level is controlled at 952 m. The water level operation method is as follows: It operates not higher than the flood control limited water level in July, starts impounding at the beginning of August, the reservoir is impounded to the normal impounding level of 975 m by the end of August, operates in a way to maintain a high water level from September to May of the next year, and drops to the flood control limited water level or the dead level in June of the next year.
[0113] The normal impounding level of the Baihetan Hydropower Station is 825 m, the restricted water level during the flood season is 785 m, and the dead level is 765 m. The water level operation method: The reservoir starts impounding near the dead level of 765 m in June, impounds to the flood control limited water level of 785 m, operates according to the stage water level control method during the flood season from June to August, maintains the flood control limited water level of 785 m from June to July, starts to control the impounding by raising 10 m every ten days in early August, the reservoir can be impounded to the normal impounding level of 825 m in early September, starts to supply water in December, and the water level of the reservoir drops to near the dead level of 765 m by the end of May of the next year.
[0114] For the Xiluodu Hydropower Station, the normal pool level is 600 m, the flood control restricted level during the flood season is 560 m, and the dead level is 540 m. The water level operation mode is as follows: During the flood season, it operates at the flood control restricted level of 560 m. After the flood season, it stores water according to the incoming water situation. The reservoir water level should be stored up to 600 m by the end of September. From late December to the end of May, the reservoir water level drops to the dead level of 540 m. During the initial operation period, the rising and falling speed of the reservoir water level should not exceed 2 m / d. During the normal operation period, the rising and falling rate of the reservoir water level can be relaxed to 3 - 5 m / d. The Xiangjiaba and Xiluodu cascades should jointly ensure that the downstream flow of Xiangjiaba is not less than 1200 m³ / s.
[0115] For the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, the normal pool level is 380 m, and the flood control restricted level during the flood season is 370 m. The water level operation mode is as follows: During the flood season from July 1st to September 10th, it operates at the flood control restricted level of 370 m. Starting from September 11th, it stores water and reaches the normal pool level of 380 m by the end of September. From October to December, it generally operates at the normal pool level. Starting from January, it enters the water supply period, and the reservoir water level gradually drops and reaches 370 m by the end of June. The maximum daily variation range of the reservoir water level should not exceed 4 m / d. During the water supply period, when the incoming water is relatively abundant in April and May, part of the reservoir capacity is refilled.
[0116] According to the current operation regulation, the water storage sequence of the four reservoirs after the flood season can be summarized as "the upper two reservoirs first, and then the lower two reservoirs", that is: The Wudongde and Baihetan reservoirs start storing water at the beginning of August, and reach the normal pool level from the end of August to the first ten days of September. The Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba reservoirs start storing water from the beginning of September to the middle of September, and reach the normal pool level by the end of September.
[0117] Step 2: Propose a water storage operation plan.
[0118] Regarding the water storage sequence problem of the four cascade reservoirs, three comparison schemes of "the upper two reservoirs first, and then the lower two reservoirs" (the current operation regulation, that is, the "basic strategy" described in the foregoing embodiments of the present disclosure), "the lower two reservoirs first, and then the upper two reservoirs", and "balanced water storage of the four reservoirs" are respectively designed to study the influence of different water storage sequences on the sediment deposition amount of the four reservoirs.
[0119] Specifically, for "the upper two reservoirs first, and then the lower two reservoirs", that is, the Wudongde and Baihetan reservoirs start storing water at the beginning of August, and reach the normal pool level from the end of August to the first ten days of September. The Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba reservoirs start storing water from the beginning of September to the middle of September, and reach the normal pool level by the end of September; for "the lower two reservoirs first, and then the upper two reservoirs", that is, the Wudongde and Baihetan reservoirs start storing water at the beginning of September, and reach the normal pool level by the end of September. The Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba reservoirs start storing water from the beginning of August to the middle of August, and reach the normal pool level by the end of August; for "balanced water storage of the four reservoirs", that is, all four reservoirs start storing water at the beginning of August and reach the normal pool level by the end of September.
[0120] Step 3: Execute calculations using the reservoir sediment scouring and silting calculation model.
[0121] The sediment scouring and silting amounts of four reservoirs over 100 years are calculated respectively using the reservoir sediment scouring and silting model. Specifically, under different reservoir impounding sequence schemes, the changes in the cumulative silting amounts of the four reservoirs can be reflected in the waveform diagram as shown in Figures 6a to 6d shown below.
[0122] In addition, under different reservoir impounding sequence schemes, the data of the cumulative silting amounts of the four reservoirs are shown in Table 2, and the silting amounts in the regulating storage capacities of the four reservoirs are shown in Table 3.
[0123]
[0124] Table 2 Comparison of sedimentation amounts of four reservoirs under different impounding sequences (unit: 100 million tons)
[0125]
[0126] Table 3 Comparison of sedimentation amounts in regulating storage capacities of four reservoirs under different impounding sequences (unit: 100 million tons)
[0127] Referring to Table 2 and Table 3 above. When the impounding scheme of "first the upper two reservoirs, then the lower two reservoirs" (i.e., the so-called "benchmark strategy", which is also the current scheme) is implemented, the 100-year cumulative sedimentation amount of Wudongde Reservoir is 3.591 billion tons;
[0128] When the impounding scheme of "first the lower two reservoirs, then the upper two reservoirs" is implemented, the 100-year cumulative sedimentation amount of Wudongde Reservoir is 3.343 billion tons, with 0.248 billion tons less sedimentation than the current scheme; when the "equal impounding of the four reservoirs" scheme is implemented, the 100-year cumulative sedimentation amount of Wudongde Reservoir is 3.474 billion tons, with 0.117 billion tons less sedimentation than the current scheme.
[0129] When the impounding scheme of "first the upper two reservoirs, then the lower two reservoirs" (i.e., the so-called "benchmark strategy", which is also the current scheme) is implemented, the 100-year cumulative sedimentation amount of Baihetan Reservoir is 5.381 billion tons; when the impounding scheme of "first the lower two reservoirs, then the upper two reservoirs" is implemented, the 100-year cumulative sedimentation amount of Baihetan Reservoir is 5.563 billion tons, with 0.182 billion tons more sedimentation than the current scheme; when the "equal impounding of the four reservoirs" scheme is implemented, the 100-year cumulative sedimentation amount of Baihetan Reservoir is 5.483 billion tons, with 0.102 billion tons more sedimentation than the current scheme.
[0130] When the impounding scheme of "first the upper two reservoirs, then the lower two reservoirs" (i.e., the so-called "benchmark strategy", which is also the current scheme) is implemented, the 100-year cumulative sedimentation amount of Xiluodu Reservoir is 3.585 billion tons; when the impounding scheme of "first the lower two reservoirs, then the upper two reservoirs" is implemented, the 100-year cumulative sedimentation amount of Xiluodu Reservoir is 3.667 billion tons, with 0.081 billion tons more sedimentation than the current scheme; when the "equal impounding of the four reservoirs" scheme is implemented, the 100-year cumulative sedimentation amount of Xiluodu Reservoir is 3.612 billion tons, with 0.026 billion tons more sedimentation than the current scheme.
[0131] When the water storage plan of "filling the upper two reservoirs first and then the lower two reservoirs" (i.e., the "benchmark strategy", also the current plan) is implemented, the cumulative sediment deposition in the Xiangjiaba Reservoir over 100 years is 418 million tons; when the water storage plan of "filling the lower two reservoirs first and then the upper two reservoirs" is implemented, the cumulative sediment deposition in the Xiangjiaba Reservoir over 100 years is 416 million tons, with 0.02 million tons less sediment deposition than the current plan; when the "balanced water storage of the four reservoirs" plan is implemented, the cumulative sediment deposition in the Xiangjiaba Reservoir over 100 years is 411 million tons, with 0.07 million tons less sediment deposition than the current plan.
[0132] When the water storage plan of "filling the upper two reservoirs first and then the lower two reservoirs" (i.e., the "benchmark strategy", also the current plan) is implemented, the total cumulative sediment deposition in the four reservoirs over 100 years is 12975 million tons; when the water storage plan of "filling the lower two reservoirs first and then the upper two reservoirs" is implemented, the total cumulative sediment deposition in the four reservoirs over 100 years is 12988 million tons. When the "balanced water storage of the four reservoirs" plan is implemented, the total cumulative sediment deposition in the four reservoirs over 100 years is 12980 million tons.
[0133] Step 4: Scheme comparison and selection.
[0134] First, based on the comparative analysis of the sediment deposition in the four reservoirs under the above different water storage sequence schemes, it can be seen that both the scheme of filling the lower two reservoirs first and the scheme of balanced water storage of the four reservoirs reduce the sediment deposition in the two smaller reservoirs of Wudongde and Xiangjiaba and increase the sediment deposition in the two larger reservoirs of Baihetan and Xiluodu, and the total sediment deposition in the four reservoirs remains basically unchanged.
[0135] Specifically, compared with the current upper two reservoirs first storage plan, the lower two reservoirs first storage plan and the four reservoirs balanced storage plan both advance the storage time of the lower two reservoirs and delay the storage time of the upper two reservoirs. The sediment content entering the reservoirs is relatively large in the early stage of water storage, and relatively small in the later stage. Therefore, the overall siltation amount of the lower two reservoirs with advanced water storage time increases compared with the current plan, while the overall siltation amount of the upper two reservoirs with delayed water storage time decreases compared with the current plan. Further analysis of the two reservoirs whose water storage time was delayed shows that the Wudongde Reservoir, located in the first cascade, has a lower sediment content and correspondingly reduced siltation due to the delayed water storage time. The cumulative siltation has decreased by 117 million tons to 249 million tons in 100 years. The change in siltation of the Baihetan Reservoir, located in the second cascade, is affected by two factors. On the one hand, the sediment content of tributaries and intervals entering the reservoir during the water storage period is low due to the delayed water storage. On the other hand, the amount of sediment entering the main stream reservoir has increased due to the reduction in siltation in the upstream Wudongde Reservoir. Obviously, the increase in the amount of sediment entering the main stream reservoir is the dominant factor. The combination of these two factors has caused a significant increase in the siltation of the Baihetan Reservoir, with a cumulative increase of 102 million tons to 182 million tons in 100 years. Among the lower two reservoirs whose water storage time was advanced, the siltation of the Xiluodu Reservoir, which is located in the third cascade, was also affected by two factors. On the one hand, the amount of sediment entering the main stream increased due to the decrease in the overall siltation of the two upstream reservoirs. On the other hand, the amount of sediment entering the tributaries and intervals during the water storage period was large due to the early water storage time. Both factors led to an increase in the siltation of the Xiluodu Reservoir, with the cumulative siltation increasing by 26 million tons to 81 million tons over the past 100 years. The amount of sediment entering the tributaries and intervals of the Xiangjiaba Reservoir, which is located in the fourth cascade, is relatively small, mainly affected by the decrease in the amount of sediment entering the main stream caused by the increase in siltation of the upstream Xiluodu Reservoir. The cumulative siltation decreased slightly, with the cumulative siltation decreasing by 2 million tons to 7 million tons over the past 100 years.
[0136] Secondly, by comparing and analyzing the sedimentation in the regulating reservoir capacity of the four reservoirs under different water storage sequence schemes, it can be seen that the total sedimentation in the regulating reservoir capacity of the four reservoirs decreased in the scheme of storing water in the lower two reservoirs first and the scheme of storing water in the four reservoirs in a balanced manner. The cumulative sedimentation in the regulating reservoir capacity of the scheme of storing water in the lower two reservoirs first decreased by 136 million tons over 100 years, accounting for 8.13% of the sedimentation in the regulating reservoir capacity, and the cumulative sedimentation in the regulating reservoir capacity of the scheme of storing water in the four reservoirs in a balanced manner decreased by 12 million tons over 100 years, accounting for 0.72% of the sedimentation in the regulating reservoir capacity. Among the four reservoirs, only the sedimentation in the regulating reservoir capacity of the Xiluodu Reservoir increased, while the sedimentation in the regulating reservoir capacity of the other three reservoirs decreased. Among them, the total sedimentation of the Baihetan Reservoir increased, while the sedimentation in the regulating reservoir capacity decreased, indicating that the increased sedimentation was all deposited in the dead reservoir capacity.
[0137] Therefore, in the scheduling and use of cascade reservoirs, a scheduling method can be adopted in which the downstream cascades store water appropriately first, so as to reduce the total siltation of the cascade reservoirs and rationally allocate the distribution of sediment in the cascade reservoirs, which is conducive to maintaining the regulation of storage capacity and maximizing the comprehensive benefits of the cascade reservoirs.
[0138] In summary, in the above scenario example, after applying the method for determining the sediment regulation plan of cascade reservoirs during water storage provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, the water storage strategy of "first the lower two reservoirs, then the upper two reservoirs" is finally determined as the preferred sediment regulation plan for the "target cascade reservoir system composed of 4 reservoirs in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River".
[0139] Exemplary device
[0140] It should be understood that the method for determining the sediment regulation plan of cascade reservoirs during water storage in the foregoing embodiments of the present disclosure can also be similarly applied to the following device for determining the sediment regulation plan of cascade reservoirs during water storage for similar expansion; for simplicity, it is not described in detail.
[0141] Figure 7 FIG. is a schematic structural diagram of a device for determining a sediment regulation plan of cascade reservoirs during water storage provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0142] Referring to Figure 7 , the device includes: a data acquisition unit 710 configured to acquire basic information and measured information of each reservoir associated in the target cascade reservoir system; wherein, the target cascade reservoir system is a cascade reservoir that needs sediment regulation, and the target cascade reservoir system includes at least two target reservoirs cascaded along the associated water system; a sediment accumulation amount calculation unit 720 configured to predict the cumulative sediment accumulation amount and the sediment accumulation amount in the regulating reservoir capacity of the target cascade reservoir system within a preset future time period by using a preset reservoir sediment scouring and silting calculation model based on a preset water storage order scheduling method, the basic information, and the measured information; a comparison and selection unit 730 configured to determine a target water storage order scheduling method in the preset water storage order scheduling methods as the sediment regulation plan of the target cascade reservoir system based on the cumulative sediment accumulation amount and the sediment accumulation amount in the regulating reservoir capacity.
[0143] In summary, by using the method for determining the sediment regulation plan of cascade reservoirs during water storage provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, a model prediction based on data driving is adopted, and a quantifiable index is used as a screening condition to screen out a preferred sediment regulation plan from multiple preset water storage order scheduling methods; thereby providing technical support for the sediment regulation of the target cascade reservoir system in a future period.
[0144] In addition, by implementing the preferably sediment regulation scheme, on the one hand, the spatial distribution of sediment deposition among reservoirs in the cascade reservoir can be made more balanced. Specifically, more sediment is allocated to the upstream reservoirs with large storage capacity and strong sediment interception ability, avoiding premature siltation and abandonment of the downstream reservoirs with small storage capacity; that is, without changing the total cumulative sediment deposition amount of the cascade reservoir, the spatial distribution of sediment in the cascade reservoir is optimized; filling the technical gap in the coupling mechanism of water storage time sequence and sediment differentiation in the cascade reservoir system. On the other hand, since the total sediment deposition amount in the regulating storage capacity is minimized, it means that the total loss of the regulating storage capacity can be reduced, thereby prolonging the life of the regulating storage capacity and enhancing the flood control and power generation benefits.
