Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of diesel engine cylinder head cleaning, and particularly relates to a cleaning device for diesel engine cylinder head machining, which comprises a base, an ultrasonic generator fixed to the upper left side of the base, a cleaning cavity fixed to the right side of the ultrasonic generator, converters fixed to the inner walls of the cleaning cavity, and the ultrasonic generator and the converters being electrically connected; a through hole is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning cavity, a lifting cavity is fixed in the through hole, a hydraulic plate is slidably connected to the inner wall of the lifting cavity, a hydraulic rod is fixed to the upper side of the hydraulic plate, a placement plate is fixedly connected to the upper end of the hydraulic rod, the placement plate is located in the interior of the cleaning cavity, and the interior of the cleaning cavity is filled with a cleaning agent; the bottom of the lifting cavity is connected with an external hydraulic pump pipeline, and the device solves the problems of poor cleaning effect, low efficiency, and the inability to use one cleaning device to complete the cleaning of cylinder heads with different cleaning difficulties.
