[0179] This application provides a cleaning base station and its control method, cleaning system, control device, computer-readable storage medium, and computer program product, wherein the cleaning base station can at least be used to park cleaning equipment. The cleaning equipment is a device used to clean surfaces to be cleaned.

[0180] Taking the surface to be cleaned as the ground as an example, the cleaning equipment can be a floor cleaning tool such as a robot vacuum or sweeping robot. It can be understood that the cleaning equipment is a device that automatically cleans a specific area, possessing cleaning components for cleaning the ground and a dustbin for storing debris. The cleaning components can be used for sweeping, such as side brushes and bristle brushes. The cleaning base station can be used for maintenance of the cleaning equipment, such as sucking up debris from the dustbin, charging the equipment, refilling water, and collecting dust. The cleaning base station is a base station-like structure that works in conjunction with the cleaning equipment. When the cleaning equipment starts working, it can depart from the cleaning base station and execute the corresponding cleaning task; when the cleaning equipment completes its cleaning task or in other situations requiring termination, it can return to the cleaning base station to perform at least one or more tasks such as charging, refilling water, washing, and collecting dust.

[0181] Taking a robotic vacuum cleaner as an example, it cleans the floor. When the dustbin is full or after cleaning, it needs to be emptied. In related technologies, the cleaning station has a dust bag. When the robotic vacuum cleaner stops at the station's docking area, the station's dust-collecting fan starts and sucks the dust from the dustbin into the dust bag through a dust-collecting duct connected to the dustbin. This process generates considerable noise, affecting the user experience.

[0182] In view of this, in order to solve the above problems, reduce operating noise, and improve the user experience of the cleaning base station 10 during dust collection operations, this application provides a new cleaning base station 10 and its control method, cleaning system 100, control device, computer-readable storage medium, and computer program product.

[0183] Figure 1 This is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of the cleaning system 100 provided in an embodiment of this application.

[0184] Please see Figure 1 This application provides a cleaning system 100, which includes a cleaning base station 10 and a cleaning device 20. The cleaning base station 10 can be used to dock the cleaning device 20.

[0185] The cleaning base station 10 has an area for parking the cleaning equipment 20, which can enter and exit the area. When the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the area, that is, when the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the cleaning base station 10, the cleaning equipment 20 can perform cleaning on the ground.

[0186] Figure 2This is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of the clean base station 10 provided in the embodiments of this application. Figure 3 for Figure 2 A schematic diagram of part of the internal structure of the cleaning base station 10 shown. Figure 4 for Figure 3 Exploded view.

[0187] Please see Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 This application embodiment also provides a cleaning base station 10, which includes a connected base station body 1 and a transfer component 2, with at least a portion of the transfer component 2 located within the base station body 1. The base station body 1 has a docking area 101, which is the area described above for the cleaning equipment 20 to dock. The cleaning equipment 20 can conveniently enter or exit relative to the docking area 101.

[0188] For example, during the cleaning operation, when the cleaning equipment 20 is low on power or when a certain amount of garbage is collected in the dust box 210, the cleaning equipment 20 can be moved to the docking area 101 to charge the cleaning equipment 20 or clean the dust box 210 (by extracting the garbage from the dust box 210 into the cleaning base station 10).

[0189] The base station body 1 also has a dust collection station 103 and a cleaning station 104. Both the dust collection station 103 and the cleaning station 104 are located inside the base station body 1. The dust collection station 103 is used to collect dust from the dust box 210, and the cleaning station 104 is used to clean the dust box.

[0190] The cleaning base station 10 has a first working mode and a second working mode: in the first working mode, the cleaning base station 10 collects dust from the dust box 210; in the second working mode, the cleaning base station 10 collects dust from the dust box 210 and cleans it.

[0191] To facilitate the implementation of the first and second working modes described above, reduce manual intervention, and improve the user experience of the cleaning base station, in some embodiments, the cleaning base station 10 further includes a transfer component 2. The transfer component 2 is connected to the base station body 1 and is at least partially located inside the base station body 1. The transfer component 2 can move relative to the base station body 1 between any two of the docking area 101, the dust collection station 103, and the cleaning station 104, and transfers the dust box 210 during the movement.

[0192] For example, in the first working mode, the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the parking area 101. The transfer component 2 can transfer the dust box 210, which was originally placed in the cleaning equipment 20, to the dust collection station 103, and after the dust box 210 has completed dust collection, it can be put back into the cleaning equipment 20. Alternatively, the transfer component 2 can transfer the dust box 210, which has been placed at the dust collection station 103 and has completed dust collection, to the cleaning station 104.

[0193] This can be understood as the dust box 210 being detachably mounted on the main body of the cleaning equipment 20. For example, the main body of the equipment is provided with a slot, into which the dust box 210 is inserted to achieve detachable mounting of the dust box 210 on the main body of the equipment; optionally, the slot opening is arranged facing upwards, which facilitates the gripping device to grip the dust box 210 from the main body of the equipment.

[0194] Specifically, in the first working mode, the transfer component 2 can transfer the dust box 210 located in the docking area 101 to the dust collection station 103 in response to the fulfillment of the first preset condition, and transfer the dust box 210 to the docking area 101 in response to the end of dust collection, and install it on the cleaning equipment 20.

[0195] The aforementioned first presupposition condition includes at least one of the following: The cleaning equipment 20 completes a cleaning task and then docks in the docking area 101; The amount of trash in dustbin 210 exceeds a preset threshold; Received a dust collection command from the user.

[0196] It should be noted that the aforementioned "one cleaning task" refers to the cleaning equipment 20 completing the cleaning work of the designated cleaning area; or, the cleaning equipment 20 completing the whole house cleaning. During a cleaning task, when the cleaning equipment 20 returns to the cleaning base station 10 for rewashing or recharging, it may perform a dust collection operation, i.e., control the cleaning base station 10 to be in the first working mode, or it may not perform a dust collection operation. This embodiment does not limit this.

[0197] The aforementioned preset threshold can be the preset maximum weight value, volume value, etc. of the amount of waste located in the dust box 210.

[0198] When the first preset condition is met, it can be any one of the above three items, or any two or all three items can be met.

[0199] Specifically, in the second working mode, the transfer component 2 can transfer the dust box 210 located in the docking area 101 to the dust collection station 103 in response to the fulfillment of the second preset condition, and transfer the dust box 210 to the cleaning station 104 in response to the end of dust collection.

[0200] The aforementioned second presupposition condition includes at least one of the following: Within the preset cleaning cycle, the dustbin 210 is used for the preset duration. Within the preset cleaning cycle, the dustbin 210 completes the first working mode a preset number of times; The humidity level inside dust box 210 reaches the preset humidity. Received a cleaning command from the user.

[0201] The preset cycle refers to the duration of cleaning operations performed by the cleaning equipment 20, which is a preset value. For example, the preset cycle can be set to 10 hours, meaning that 10 hours of cleaning operations by the cleaning equipment 20 constitutes one preset cycle. Within this preset cycle, if the total time that the dust box 210 is in the dust collection state reaches the preset duration, it is considered to meet the second preset condition; if the number of times the dust box 210 is transferred to the dust collection station 103 reaches the preset number within this preset cycle, it is considered to meet the second preset condition; when the humidity inside the dust box 210 reaches the preset humidity, it is considered to meet the second preset condition; when a cleaning command is received from the user, it is considered to meet the second preset condition.

[0202] It should be noted that the actual length of the preset cycle can be adaptively adjusted according to design needs. The cycle data mentioned above is only an example and is not intended to limit the actual preset cycle. Similarly, the preset duration is a time length value, the preset number of times is a number of times value, and the preset humidity is a humidity value. Their specific values can be adaptively adjusted according to actual design needs, and this embodiment does not limit them.

[0203] When the second preset condition is met, it can be any one of the above four items, or any two, three, or all four items can be met.

[0204] The cleaning base station 10 also includes a storage station 102 located within the base station body 1. The storage station 102 is used to store the dust box after it has been cleaned by the cleaning station 104.

[0205] At this time, the clean base station 10 also has a third working mode.

[0206] For example, when the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the parking area 101 and the dust box 210 on it has been removed by the transfer component 2, the third working mode is activated, and the dust box 210 located in the storage station 102 is transferred to the parking area 101 and installed on the cleaning equipment 20.

[0207] Specifically, in the third working mode, the transfer component 2, in response to the fulfillment of the third preset condition, transfers the dust box 210 located at the storage station 102 to the docking area 101 and installs it on the cleaning equipment 20. At this time, another dust box 210 originally placed at the storage station 102 is placed into the cleaning equipment 20 to replace the cleaning equipment 20 that has been removed from the cleaning equipment 20.

[0208] The third preset condition includes that, after the transfer component 2 transfers the dust box located in the docking area 101 to the dust collection station 103 in response to the fulfillment of the second preset condition, the dust collection has not yet ended. It should be noted that at this time, the dust box 210 must be placed at the storage station 102.

[0209] After the cleaning base station 10 completes the third working mode, the cleaning base station 10 can switch to the second working mode and transfer the dust box 210, which is located at the dust collection station 103 and has completed dust collection, to the cleaning station 104.

[0210] Please see Figure 3 and Figure 4 The clean base station 10 also includes a dust collection component 3 and a cleaning component 4 located within the base station body 1, wherein the dust collection component 3 can be used to form a dust collection station 103 and the cleaning component 4 can be used to form a cleaning station 104.

[0211] It should be noted that the cleaning component 4 has a first state and a second state. In the first state, the cleaning component 4 constitutes a storage station 102 for storing the dust box 210 after being cleaned by the cleaning component 4; in the second state, the cleaning component 4 constitutes a cleaning station 104. At this time, the storage station 102 and the cleaning station 104 formed in the base station body 1 are located in the same spatial position, but the dust collection station 103 is located in a different spatial position from the storage station 102.

[0212] In some embodiments, the storage station 102 and the cleaning component 4 can be set apart, that is, the dust box 210 after being processed by the cleaning component 4 can be transferred to the storage station 102 for storage by the transfer component 2.

[0213] The aforementioned transfer component 2 includes a gripper 21 and a conveyor 22 connected together, wherein at least a portion of the conveyor 22 is disposed within the base station body 1 to drive the gripper 21 to move between any two of the docking area 101, the dust collection station 103 and the cleaning station 104; the gripper 21 is used to grip or release the dust box 210 to be transferred.

[0214] Driven by the conveyor 22, the gripper 21 can grab the dust box 210 located in the cleaning equipment 20 in the docking area 101 and transfer the dust box 210 to the dust collection station 103. After completing the dust collection process, the dust box 210 is reset; or, the dust box 210 located in the dust collection station 103 is transferred to the cleaning station 104; or, the dust box 210 located in the storage station 102 is transferred to the docking area 101 and placed into the cleaning equipment 20.

[0215] Specifically, the conveyor 22 includes a guide rail 221 and a sliding platform 222 that can move along the guide rail 221. The guide rail 221 extends along a first direction to guide the sliding platform 222 to move along the first direction. The gripper 21 is disposed on the sliding platform 222.

[0216] At this time, the docking area 101 is located at one end of the guide rail 221 in the first direction, and one of the storage station 102 (cleaning station 104) and the dust collection station 103 is located at the other end of the guide rail 221 in the first direction, and the other is located in the middle of the guide rail 221 in the first direction, so as to ensure that the sliding platform 222 can drive the gripper 21 to move between the above-mentioned different stations.

[0217] In some embodiments, the sliding platform 222 can be driven by a motor-driven screw and nut mechanism / gear and rack mechanism and slide along the guide rail 221.

[0218] To further facilitate the gripper 21 in gripping the dust box 210 located in the docking area 101, storage station 102 (cleaning station 104), and dust collection station 103, in some embodiments, a sliding platform 222 may be provided, including a second guide rail 2221 and a conveyor plate 2222 that can move along the second guide rail 2221. The second guide rail 2221 extends along a second direction to guide the conveyor plate 2222 to move along the second direction. The gripper 21 is disposed on the conveyor plate 2222, and the second direction is set at an angle to the first direction.

[0219] When the sliding platform 222 is set up in any one of the docking area 101, storage station 102 (cleaning station 104) and dust collection station 103, the conveyor plate 2222 can drive the gripper 21 to move along the second direction under the drive of external force (such as motor drive), so that the gripper 21 can move closer to or further away from the corresponding area / station in the second direction, so as to ensure that the gripper 21 can conveniently and smoothly grip the dust box 210 located in the docking area 101, storage station 102 (cleaning station 104) and dust collection station 103.

[0220] In some embodiments, the aforementioned conveyor 22 may also be configured as a multi-degree-of-freedom robotic arm, with the gripper 21 described above at its end. By controlling the swinging or rotating of the robotic arm, the gripper 21 can grip and release the dustbin 210 at different positions.

[0221] Please see Figure 3 and Figure 4 In the first direction, the cleaning component 4 is positioned above the dust collection component 3. In other similar embodiments, the cleaning component 4 may also be positioned below the dust collection component 3; this embodiment does not limit the relative positions of the two components.

[0222] It should also be noted that the first direction mentioned above can be a strictly vertical direction, which is the direction perpendicular to the line, or it can be an inclined direction with a certain angle relative to the vertical direction. Similarly, the second direction can be a horizontal direction or an inclined direction with a certain angle relative to the horizontal direction. This embodiment does not strictly limit the extension direction of the first and second directions, as long as it is ensured that the two directions are facing different directions and have an angle between them.

[0223] In some embodiments, the gripping member 21 can be configured to grip the dustbin 210 under magnetic force. For example, the dustbin 210 may have an iron component (such as an iron sheet) that can be magnetically attracted. The gripping member 21 can be an electromagnet, and the presence or absence of the magnetic force can be controlled by switching the current on and off. When the gripping member 21 is energized, a magnetic force is generated, and the iron component on the dustbin 210 can be attracted by the gripping member 21 under the magnetic attraction. When the gripping member 21 is de-energized, the magnetic force disappears, the attraction between the iron component on the dustbin 210 and the attracting component is released, and the component falls off the gripping member 21. At this time, the gripping and releasing operation of the dustbin 210 can be quickly and accurately achieved by controlling the current on and off of the gripping member 21.

[0224] Alternatively, in some embodiments, the gripper 21 can be configured as a gripper structure, that is, the gripper grips the dust box 210; or, the gripper 21 can be a vacuum gripping device, that is, the dust box 210 is gripped by negative pressure adsorption.

[0225] The following describes the working process of the transfer component 2 by taking the transfer of dust box 210 between the docking area 101 and the dust collection station 103 as an example.

[0226] The dust collection station 103 is located above the docking area 101 in the first direction. After the cleaning equipment 20 carrying the dust box 210 docks in the docking area 101, the transfer component 2 moves along the first direction to the docking area 101 and grabs the dust box 210 on the cleaning equipment 20. It then moves the dust box 210 along the first direction to a height opposite to the dust collection station 103, and then moves it towards the dust collection station 103 along the second direction. When the dust box 210 reaches the dust collection station 103, it releases the waste inside under the action of the dust collection component 3 at the dust collection station 103. After completing the dust collection operation, the above process is repeated in reverse to reset the dust box 210.

[0227] The structure of the dust collection component 3 and the cleaning component 4 described above will be briefly explained below.

[0228] Figure 5 This is a schematic diagram of the structure of the dust collection component 3 in the cleaning base station 10 provided in this application embodiment. Figure 6 This is a schematic diagram of the structure of the cleaning component 4 in the cleaning base station 10 provided in this application embodiment. Figure 7 for Figure 6 Assembly diagram of the cleaning component 42 and the drying component 43.

[0229] Please see Figure 5 The dust collection assembly 3 includes a first dust box positioning component 31 and a dust collection chamber 32. The first dust box positioning component 31 is provided with a dust collection opening 311. The dust collection chamber 32 is correspondingly arranged with the dust collection opening 311 and is kept in communication. The dust box 210 can be opened in response to being transferred to the first dust box positioning component 31, so that the garbage in the dust box 210 enters the dust collection chamber 32 through the dust collection opening 311.

[0230] The dust collection station 103 is the working area for collecting waste from the dust box 210. The dust collection component 3 constituting the dust collection station 103 can be used to hold and collect the waste from the dust box 210. When the dust box 210 is transferred to the dust collection component 3 by the transfer component 2, the first dust box positioning member 31 can be used to support the dust box 210. The opening of the dust box 210 is located at the bottom (i.e., the bottom cover) and can be opened in response to being transferred to the first dust box positioning member 31, so that the waste in the dust box 210 enters the dust collection chamber 32 through the dust collection opening 311. At the same time, during this process, the opening of the dust box 210 and the dust collection opening 311 are correspondingly set and connected, and the waste is prevented from scattering to other areas.

[0231] The dust collection bin 32 is located below the first dust box positioning member 31. This means that when the bottom cover of the dust box 210 is opened, the waste inside the dust box 210 can fall into the dust collection bin 32 under the action of gravity. For example, the dust collection bin 32 can be a dust collection bucket, dust collection bag, etc.

[0232] Of course, to further improve dust collection efficiency and prevent some garbage from getting stuck in the dust box 210 and not falling out naturally, the dust collection assembly 3 may also include a negative pressure generator that maintains airflow communication with the dust collection chamber 32. The dust collection chamber 32 is provided with a negative pressure suction port 321 that communicates with the negative pressure generator. When the negative pressure generator is activated, it can draw gas from the dust collection chamber 32 through the negative pressure suction port 321, thereby creating a certain negative pressure environment in the dust collection chamber 32, which in turn forces some of the garbage in the dust box 210 to flow into the dust collection chamber 32 under the action of negative pressure.

[0233] Alternatively, the dust collection assembly 3 can include a blowing component. In this case, the dust box 210 has a window. When the dust box 210 is transferred to the first dust box positioning member 31 and the opening of the dust box 210 is open, the blowing component can connect with the window of the dust box 210 through another through hole provided on the first dust box positioning member 31. The airflow generated when the blowing component is working can flow into the interior of the dust box 210 through the through hole and the window, and finally flow into the dust collection chamber 32. Under the blowing action of the blowing component, at least some of the garbage attached to the inner wall of the dust box 210 can smoothly enter the dust collection chamber 32.

[0234] The dust box 210 can be opened in response to reaching the first dust box positioning member 31. This can be understood as follows: a first triggering structure is provided at the dust collection opening 311. In response to the dust box 210 being transferred to the dust collection station 103, the first triggering mechanism acts on the bottom cover of the dust box 210 to open the bottom cover of the dust box 210.

[0235] Specifically, the dust box 210 includes a bottom cover and a box body. One end of the bottom cover is connected to the box body by rotation, and the other end is a free end. The free end can be connected to the box body by a snap-fit mechanism, and the snap-fit mechanism can be released under external pressure.

[0236] When the dust box 210 is transferred to the dust collection opening 311 of the first dust box positioning component 31, the first triggering structure can act on the free end of the bottom cover by pressing, so that the relevant snap-fit structure at the free end of the bottom cover can release the limit between itself and the body of the dust box 210 when pressed, thereby opening under the action of gravity.

[0237] To ensure the bottom cover of the dust box 210 can be closed, the first dust box positioning member 31 can be configured as a plate-like structure, including a horizontal plate. The middle portion of the horizontal plate is recessed downwards, and the dust collection opening 311 is formed in the middle of the recessed area. A first triggering structure is provided at the dust collection opening 311. When the bottom cover of the dust box 210 is located at the dust collection opening 311, the first triggering structure can apply force to the bottom cover and open the dust box 210; when the dust box 210 is disengaged from the dust collection opening 311 by the transfer component 2, the bottom cover can directly contact the surface of the horizontal plate and rotate relative to the box body under the push of the horizontal plate until the free end of the bottom cover is engaged with the box body again.

[0238] In some cases, the transfer component 2 can transfer the dust box 210 after the dust collection operation is completed at the dust collection station 103 to the cleaning station 104, and clean the inside of the dust box 210 through the cleaning component 4 located at the cleaning station 104.

[0239] Please see Figure 6 and Figure 7The cleaning component 4 includes a second dust box positioning member 41 and a cleaning member 42. The second dust box positioning member 41 is provided with a cleaning opening 411. The cleaning member 42 is correspondingly arranged with the cleaning opening 411 and keeps in communication. The dust box 210 can be opened in response to being transferred to the second dust box positioning member 41, so that the cleaning member 42 can clean the inside of the dust box 210.

[0240] The cleaning component 42 can clean the inside of the dust box 210 to remove residual dust and other dirt. It can also remove dirt that is sticky or adheres to the inner wall of the dust box 210 by rinsing.

[0241] Specifically, the cleaning component 42 includes a cleaning nozzle 421 and a cleaning chamber 422. The cleaning nozzle 421 can be inserted into the dust box 210 through an opening formed on the dust box 210 for allowing garbage to enter, so as to spray cleaning fluid to clean the inside of the dust box 210. The cleaning chamber is located below the dust box 210 and is used to contain and discharge the cleaning fluid flowing out of the dust box 210.

[0242] The dust box 210 can move a certain distance along the second direction under the drive of the transfer component 2, and cooperate with the cleaning nozzle 421 in the process. After the dust box 210 moves to the end of the path along the second direction, the dust box 210 moves exactly to the cleaning opening 411 provided on the second dust box positioning member 41.

[0243] The dust box 210 can be opened in response to being transferred to the second dust box positioning member 41. This can be understood as follows: a second triggering structure is provided at the cleaning opening 411. In response to the dust box 210 being transferred to the cleaning station 104, the second triggering mechanism acts on the bottom cover of the dust box 210 to open the bottom cover of the dust box 210. The construction of the second triggering structure can be referred to the first triggering structure described above, and will not be repeated here.

[0244] Please see Figure 6 The cleaning assembly 4 also includes a drain pipe connected to the cleaning chamber 422. Wastewater flowing into the cleaning chamber 422 can be discharged through the drain pipe. The drain pipe can be connected to a wastewater tank, or to a cleaning tray formed in the docking area 101 of the base station body 1.

[0245] The cleaning component 4 helps reduce the frequency of manual cleaning of the dust collection box 210, thereby improving the user experience.

[0246] It should be noted that when the dust box 210 leaves the cleaning station 104, it can also be closed by the plate structure provided on the second trigger structure. The specific structure can be referred to the previous text and will not be repeated here.

[0247] Considering that the dust box 210 needs to be dried before it can be reinstalled on the cleaning equipment 20 after cleaning, in some embodiments, the cleaning assembly 4 further includes a drying component 43, which is connected to the cleaning component 42 to dry the inside of the dust box 210 through the cleaning component 42.

[0248] In other words, the cleaning component 4 in the second state has a cleaning mode and a drying mode: when the dust box 210 is transferred to the cleaning station 104, the cleaning component 4 is in the cleaning mode to clean the inside of the dust box 210; after the dust box 210 is cleaned, the cleaning component 4 switches to the drying mode to dry the dust box 210.

[0249] When the drying component 43 is working, it can generate a hot airflow carrying a certain amount of heat. The hot airflow can flow into the dust box 210 through the cleaning component 42, thereby drying the inside of the dust box 210, making the dust box 210 dry, and at the same time preventing the dust box 210 from producing odors due to mold.

[0250] Specifically, the drying component 43 includes a drying fan 431, an air duct 432, and a heating element. One end of the air duct 432 is connected to the drying fan 431, and the other end is connected to the cleaning chamber 422 of the cleaning component 42. The heating element is located inside the air duct 432.

[0251] The heating element can be an electric heating device such as a heating wire, heating tube, heating plate, or heating plate. After the dust box 210 is cleaned, the air drawn in by the drying fan 431 is heated by the heating element and becomes hot air, which flows through the air duct 432 to the cleaning component 42 to dry the dust box 210 connected to the cleaning component 42.

[0252] Specifically, the air duct 432 includes a main air duct 4321, a first sub-air duct 4322, and a second sub-air duct 4323. One end of the main air duct 4321 is connected to the drying fan 431, and the other end is connected to both the first sub-air duct 4322 and the second sub-air duct 4323. The other ends of the first sub-air duct 4322 and the second sub-air duct 4323 are connected to the cleaning chamber 422 to guide airflow along the first sub-air duct 4322 and the second sub-air duct 4323 to the cleaning chamber 422, thereby achieving efficient drying of the cleaning chamber 422. Please refer to [link / reference]. Figure 7 .

[0253] At this time, the heating element can be installed in the main air duct 4321.

[0254] The cleaning base station 10 provided in this application embodiment may have at least a dust collection scenario and a cleaning scenario.

[0255] Figures 8A-8G This is a schematic diagram of the dust collection scenario of the cleaning base station 10 provided in the embodiments of this application. Figures 9A-9JThis is a schematic diagram of a cleaning scenario for the cleaning base station 10 provided in an embodiment of this application.

[0256] In dust collection scenarios, the cleaning base station 10 is in its first operating mode. Please refer to [link / reference]. Figure 8A A spare dust box 210 can be stored at the storage station 102 of the cleaning base station 10 (of course, the spare dust box 210 may not be placed, and the spare dust box 210 does not affect the dust collection operation of the cleaning base station 10); when the cleaning equipment 20 with the dust box 210 enters the docking area 101 of the cleaning base station 10, please refer to Figure 8B Subsequently, the transfer component 2 moves along the first direction to the docking area 101 and grabs the dust box 210. Please refer to [link / reference]. Figure 8C At this point, the transfer component 2 continues to move along the first direction to a height opposite to the dust collection station 103; subsequently, the transfer component 2 pushes the dust box 210 into the dust collection station 103 along the second direction and performs dust collection operations. Please refer to [link to relevant documentation]. Figure 8D After the dust collection operation is completed, the transfer component 2 moves the dust box 210 back to its original position along the second direction. Please refer to [further details]. Figure 8E Finally, the transfer component 2 moves the dust box 210 along the first direction to the docking area 101 and places the dust box 210 inside the cleaning equipment 20. At this point, the dust collection operation of the cleaning base station 10 is complete.

[0257] In the cleaning scenario, the cleaning base station 10 alternately executes the second and third operating modes. Please refer to... Figures 9A-9D This process is similar to that described above. Figures 8A-8D The process is the same and will not be repeated here. The difference is that while the removed dust box 210 is collecting dust at the dust collection station 103, the transfer component 2 moves to a position opposite to the storage station 102 and grabs the spare dust box 210 located at the storage station 102. Please refer to [link to relevant documentation]. Figure 9E Subsequently, the transfer component 2 moves along the second and first directions, moving the aforementioned spare dust box 210 to the docking position and placing the dust box 210 inside the cleaning equipment 20. Please refer to [link to relevant documentation]. Figure 9F At this point, cleaning equipment 20 can continue performing cleaning operations. Please refer to [link / reference]. Figure 9G (The original dust box 210 is still placed at the dust collection station 103), or, after the cleaning equipment 20 completes the cleaning operation, the cleaning equipment 20 can dock at the docking area 101 for charging, etc., and the third working mode is completed. Subsequently, the cleaning base station 10 continues to execute the second working mode, please refer to... Figure 9H After dust collection is completed at dust collection station 103, transfer component 2 can remove the dust box 210 located at dust collection station 103, and finally move the dust box 210 to cleaning station 104. Please refer to [link / reference]. Figure 9IThe cleaning station 104 can clean and dry the dust box 210. During the cleaning and drying process of the dust box 210 at the cleaning station 104, the transfer assembly 2 resets. Please refer to [link / reference]. Figure 9J After the cleaning operation at cleaning station 104 is completed, the cleaning components are adjusted to the first state, and cleaning station 104 is switched to storage station 102. The dust box 210 located at storage station 102 can be installed into the cleaning equipment 20 in subsequent cleaning scenarios.

[0258] It is understood that this application embodiment provides a cleaning base station 10, which includes a base station body 1. In addition to the docking area 101, the base station body 1 also has a dust collection station 103 and a cleaning station 104. The dust collection station 103 is used to collect dust from the dust box 210, and the cleaning station 104 is used to clean the dust box 210. By controlling the cleaning base station 10 to be in a first working mode, dust can be collected from the dust box 210. By controlling the cleaning base station 10 to be in a second working mode, both dust collection and cleaning of the dust box 210 are possible. Since the dust box 210 is directly detached from the cleaning equipment 20 and enters the cleaning base station 10 through the transfer component 2, the dust collection duct 432 path can be effectively shortened when performing the dust collection operation of the dust box 210, thereby reducing the power of the dust collection fan and reducing the dust collection noise, which helps to improve the user experience. In addition, the transfer component 2 can also clean and replace the dust box 210, which helps to avoid users manually cleaning and replacing the dust box 210, effectively reducing the difficulty of daily maintenance of the cleaning equipment 20, improving the automation level of maintenance of the cleaning equipment 20, and further helping to improve the user experience.

[0276] Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of this application also provide a computer program product, including a computer program or instructions, which, when executed by a processor or an electronic device having the processor, implement the steps in the control method as described in any of the preceding claims.

[0277] The dustbin is removed from the device body for emptying. To prevent debris from falling out of the dustbin's suction port when it is removed, a baffle is installed inside the dustbin. During cleaning, the baffle opens under the suction of the device's fan and automatically closes when cleaning is finished. However, when the dustbin is full, the baffle may not close, failing to effectively prevent debris from falling out.

[0278] To address the problem of litter falling, this application proposes a dust box 10a, a cleaning device 20, and a cleaning system 100.

[0279] Embodiments of this application provide a dustbin 10a for installation on the main body of a cleaning device 20, such as a sweeper. Please refer to... Figure 12 The dust box 10a includes a box body 11a, a door 12a and a pusher 13a. The box body 11a has a suction port 114a. The door 12a is movably connected to the box body 11a along a first direction X, and the pusher 13a is movably connected to the box body 11a along a second direction Y. The first direction X and the second direction Y intersect.

[0280] Understandably, the first direction X can be perpendicular to the second direction Y; or, the first direction X can be nearly perpendicular to the second direction Y. Specifically, when the dust box 10a is installed on the main body of the device, the first direction X is vertical or nearly vertical, and the second direction Y is the length direction of the dust box 10a.

[0281] When the dust box 10a is installed on the main body of the equipment, the main body triggers the pusher 13a to move along the second direction Y and approach the suction port 114a. The pusher 13a pushes the baffle 12a to move along the first direction X to open the suction port 114a. When the dust box 10a is removed from the main body of the equipment, the baffle 12a moves along the first direction X under external force to block the suction port 114a, and the pusher 13a moves along the second direction Y and away from the suction port 114a.

[0282] Understandably, the suction port 114a of the housing 11a communicates with the inner cavity of the housing 11a. When the housing 11a is installed on the main body of the device and the cleaning device 20 is performing cleaning operations, debris on the ground enters the inner cavity of the housing 11a through the suction port 114a for storage. Exemplarily, the suction port 114a is elongated and extends along the second direction Y.

[0283] The baffle 12a is movably connected to the housing 11a along the first direction X. Understandably, the baffle 12a can open or close the suction port 114a during its movement along the first direction X. Specifically, when the suction port 114a is open, the baffle 12a can fully open the suction port 114a or only partially open it; when the suction port 114a is closed, the baffle 12a can fully close the suction port 114a or only partially close it.

[0284] For example, the gate 12a can be a plate-like structure.

[0285] For example, the pusher 13a can be a push rod, a push block, etc.

[0286] Understandably, when the dust box 10a is removed from the main body of the device, the external force on the door 12a can be gravity or elasticity.

[0287] Understandably, when the dust box 10a is installed on the main body of the equipment, the pusher 13a pushes the baffle 12a upward along the first direction X to open the suction port 114a, or the pusher 13a pushes the baffle 12a downward along the first direction X to open the suction port 114a.

[0288] The beneficial effects of the dustbin 10a provided in this embodiment are as follows: When the dustbin 10a is installed on the main body of the cleaning device 20, the main body triggers the pusher 13a to move along the second direction Y and approach the suction port 114a. The pusher 13a pushes the baffle 12a to move along the first direction X to open the suction port 114a. That is, when the dustbin 10a is installed on the main body, the suction port 114a is in an open state, so that garbage on the ground can normally enter the dustbin 10a during cleaning. When the dustbin 10a is removed from the main body, the baffle 12a moves along the first direction X under external force to block the suction port 114a, and the pusher 13a moves along the second direction Y and away from the suction port 114a. That is, when the dustbin 10a is removed from the main body, the suction port 114a is blocked to prevent garbage in the dustbin 10a from falling out of the suction port 114a, thus improving the user experience.

[0289] Please refer to Figure 13 and Figure 14 In some embodiments, the dust box 10a further includes a first elastic member 14a, which is disposed between the box body 11a and the door 12a to drive the door 12a to block the dust suction port 114a.

[0290] Understandably, the first elastic element 14a can be a compression spring, tension spring, etc. Of course, the first elastic element 14a can also be a rubber element with a certain degree of elasticity.

[0291] When the dust box 10a is installed on the main body of the equipment, the pusher 13a pushes the baffle 12a to move along the first direction X and overcomes the elastic force of the first elastic member 14a, thereby opening the suction port 114a; when the dust box 10a is removed from the main body of the equipment, the first elastic member 14a drives the baffle 12a to reset, so that the baffle 12a blocks the suction port 114a.

[0292] Based on the above technical solution, under the elastic force of the first elastic member 14a, it is beneficial for the door 12a to block the dust suction port 114a.

[0293] In other embodiments, the first elastic member 14a may be omitted. When the dust box 10a is installed on the main body of the device, the pusher 13a pushes the baffle 12a upward along the first direction X to open the suction port 114a. When the dust box 10a is removed from the main body of the device, the baffle 12a moves downward under its own weight to block the suction port 114a. A counterweight may be provided on the baffle 12a to facilitate its downward movement under its own weight.

[0294] Please refer to Figure 14 , Figure 15 and Figure 18 In some embodiments, based on the provision of the first elastic member 14a, the box body 11a also has a limiting groove 115a, in which the first elastic member 14a is located.

[0295] The extension direction of the limiting groove 115a is perpendicular to or nearly perpendicular to the second direction Y, and the extension direction of the limiting groove 115a is parallel to or nearly parallel to the first direction X.

[0296] For example, the first elastic member 14a is a compression spring, the lower end of the limiting groove 115a is provided with a first abutting part 1151a, the stop 12a is provided with a second abutting part 122a, the lower end of the first elastic member 14a abuts against the first abutting part 1151a, and the upper end of the first elastic member 14a abuts against the second abutting part 122a.

[0297] Understandably, the cross-section of the limiting groove 115a can be semi-circular, rectangular, trapezoidal, etc.

[0298] Based on the above technical solution, by placing the first elastic member 14a in the limiting groove 115a, the limiting groove 115a can limit the first elastic member 14a to ensure the stability of the first elastic member 14a during the extension and contraction process.

[0299] In other embodiments, instead of providing a limiting groove 115a on the housing 11a, a first limiting post can be provided on the first abutting portion 1151a, and a second limiting post can be provided on the second abutting portion 122a. The lower end of the first elastic member 14a abuts against the first abutting portion 1151a and is sleeved on the first limiting post, while the upper end of the first elastic member 14a abuts against the second abutting portion 122a and is sleeved on the second limiting post. The distance between the first limiting post and the second limiting post should not be less than the travel distance of the stop door 12a to avoid interference between the first and second limiting posts, which could affect the movement of the stop door 12a.

[0300] Please refer to Figure 13 and Figure 14 In some embodiments, the dust box 10a further includes a second elastic member 15a, which is disposed between the box body 11a and the push member 13a to drive the push member 13a away from the suction port 114a along the second direction Y.

[0301] Understandably, the second elastic element 15a can be a compression spring, tension spring, etc. Of course, the first elastic element 14a can also be a rubber element with a certain degree of elasticity.

[0302] When the dust box 10a is installed on the main body of the equipment, the main body of the equipment triggers the pusher 13a so that the pusher 13a overcomes the elastic force of the second elastic member 15a and moves along the second direction Y, thereby pushing the door 12a to move along the first direction X; when the dust box 10a is removed from the main body of the equipment, the pusher 13a is reset under the elastic force of the second elastic member 15a.

[0303] Based on the above technical solution, the elastic force of the second elastic member 15a is conducive to the reset of the pushing member 13a.

[0304] In other embodiments, the second elastic member 15a may not be provided. When the dust box 10a is removed from the main body of the equipment, the pusher 13a is reset by the push of the baffle 12a.

[0305] Please refer to Figure 14 and Figure 15 In some embodiments, the housing 11a also has a groove 116a that extends along the second direction Y, and the pusher 13a is located in the groove 116a, that is, the pusher 13a can slide in the groove 116a along the second direction Y.

[0306] Understandably, the cross-section of the groove 116a can be semi-circular, rectangular, trapezoidal, etc.

[0307] Based on the above technical solution, by placing the pusher 13a in the slide groove 116a, the slide groove 116a can limit the pusher 13a to ensure the stability of the pusher 13a during the movement process.

[0308] Please refer to Figure 15 In some embodiments, the box body 11a includes a box body 111a and a first plate 112a and a second plate 113a disposed on the box body 111a. The first plate 112a and the second plate 113a extend along the second direction Y, and the first plate 112a, the second plate 113a and the box body 111a form a groove 116a.

[0309] Understandably, the first plate 112a and the second plate 113a can be integrally formed with the box body 111a; or, the first plate 112a and the second plate 113a can also be fixedly connected to the box body 111a by means of bonding, snap-fitting, etc.

[0310] Based on the above technical solution, the wall thickness of the box 11a can be reduced, which is beneficial to reducing the weight of the box 11a and saving material costs.

[0311] In some other embodiments, the wall thickness of the box 11a is relatively large, and the groove 116a is formed by recessing the wall surface of the box 11a.

[0312] Please refer to Figures 13 to 15 In some embodiments, the pusher 13a has a receiving hole 131a extending along the second direction Y, and the bottom wall of the slide groove 116a is provided with a first limiting portion 117a located within the receiving hole 131a; in the second direction Y, the receiving hole 131a has a first hole wall 1311a and a second hole wall 1312a arranged opposite to each other, one end of the second elastic member 15a abuts against the first hole wall 1311a, and the other end of the second elastic member 15a abuts against the first limiting portion 117a; when the pusher 13a moves away from the dust suction port 114a along the second direction Y, the second hole wall 1312a is used to limit and cooperate with the first limiting portion 117a.

[0313] Understandably, the receiving hole 131a can be a rectangular hole, an oval hole, etc.

[0314] Understandably, the first limiting part 117a can be integrally formed with the box body 111a; or, the first limiting part 117a can also be fixedly connected to the box body 111a by means of bonding, snap-fitting, etc. The bottom wall of the slide groove 116a is the outer wall surface of the box body 111a.

[0315] Among them, the first hole wall 1311a is further away from the gate 12a than the second hole wall 1312a.

[0316] When the dust box 10a is not installed on the main body of the equipment, under the elastic force of the second elastic member 15a, the push member 13a moves away from the barrier door 12a. Due to the limiting cooperation between the second hole wall 1312a and the first limiting part 117a, the push member 13a cannot move too far away from the barrier door 12a. When the dust box 10a is installed on the main body of the equipment, the main body of the equipment triggers the push member 13a, causing the push member 13a to move closer to the barrier door 12a and compress the second elastic member 15a.

[0317] By adopting the above technical solution, the second elastic member 15a is disposed in the receiving hole 131a, and the receiving hole 131a can limit the second elastic member 15a to ensure the stability of the second elastic member 15a during the extension and contraction process.

[0318] Please refer to Figure 14 and Figure 16 In some embodiments, the end of the pusher 13a away from the stop 12a is provided with a first inclined surface 132a, and the end of the pusher 13a near the stop 12a is provided with a second inclined surface 133a. The inclination directions of the first inclined surface 132a and the second inclined surface 133a are the same or opposite.

[0319] Understandably, the first inclined plane 132a and the second inclined plane 133a can be straight inclined planes or curved inclined planes.

[0320] Understandably, the first inclined surface 132a can be formed by the entire end face of the pusher 13a away from the stop 12a, or by a portion of the end face; the second inclined surface 133a can be formed by the entire end face of the pusher 13a near the stop 12a, or by a portion of the end face.

[0321] The first inclined surface 132a faces downwards; the second inclined surface 133a can face either downwards or upwards. When the second inclined surface 133a faces downwards, the inclination directions of the first inclined surface 132a and the second inclined surface 133a are opposite. At this time, when the pusher 13a moves along the second direction Y and approaches the baffle 12a, the baffle 12a moves downwards along the first direction X to open the suction port 114a. When the second inclined surface 133a faces upwards, the inclination directions of the first inclined surface 132a and the second inclined surface 133a are the same. At this time, when the pusher 13a moves along the second direction Y and approaches the baffle 12a, the baffle 12a moves upwards along the first direction X to open the suction port 114a.

[0322] It should be noted that the main body of the equipment is provided with a mating part that mates with the first inclined surface 132a. The mating part can be a fourth inclined surface, which has the same inclination direction as the first inclined surface 132a, that is, the fourth inclined surface faces obliquely upward.

[0323] Please refer to Figure 14 and Figure 18 In some embodiments, the gate 12a is provided with a third inclined surface 121a, and the inclination direction of the third inclined surface 121a is the same as the inclination direction of the second inclined surface 133a.

[0324] Understandably, the third inclined plane 121a can be a straight inclined plane or an arc-shaped inclined plane.

[0325] The inclination direction of the third inclined plane 121a is the same as that of the second inclined plane 133a. That is, when the second inclined plane 133a faces downward, it faces upward; when the second inclined plane 133a faces upward, it faces downward.

[0326] Please refer to Figure 12 , Figure 14 and Figure 17 In some embodiments, the dust box 10a further includes a limiting plate 16a, which is fixed on the box body 11a and limits the pusher 13a and the door 12a.

[0327] The limiting plate 16a can be fixed to the box body 11a by screws, or by snap-fit, or the limiting plate 16a can be fixed to the box body 11a by a combination of screws and snap-fit.

[0328] When the limiting plate 16a is fixed to the box body 11a by screws and snap-fit, the lower end of the limiting plate 16a has a snap-fit part 161a, the upper end of the limiting plate 16a has a through hole 162a, and the box body 11a has a threaded hole 118a. During installation, the lower end of the limiting plate 16a is snapped into the bottom of the box body 11a by the snap-fit part 161a, and the upper end of the limiting plate 16a is fixed by screws passing through the through hole 162a and screwing into the threaded hole 118a. The number of through holes 162a and threaded holes 118a can be set as needed; for example, the number of through holes 162a and threaded holes 118a can be one, two, or three or more.

[0329] Based on the above technical solution, the pusher 13a and the baffle 12a are limited by the limiting plate 16a to ensure the stability of the pusher 13a and the baffle 12a during the movement process, while also ensuring the aesthetics of the dust box 10a.

[0330] Please refer to Figure 13 and Figure 15 In some embodiments, the housing 11a is provided with a second limiting part 119a, which limits the door 12a in the upward direction when the door 12a blocks the dust suction port 114a.

[0331] The second limiting part 119a is a stop.

[0332] Based on the above technical solution, by limiting the gate 12a by the second limiting part 119a, the gate 12a can be prevented from moving upward excessively.

[0333] In some embodiments, the pusher 13a and the stop 12a are located outside the housing 11a; correspondingly, the limiting groove 115a and the sliding groove 116a are provided on the outer wall surface of the housing 11a. This design facilitates the installation of the pusher 13a and the stop 12a on the housing 11a, and also facilitates the provision of the limiting groove 115a and the sliding groove 116a on the outer wall surface of the housing 11a.

[0334] In some other embodiments, the door 12a is located inside the box 11a, and the pusher 13a passes through the side wall of the box 11a, that is, part of the pusher 13a is inside the box 11a and part of it is outside the box 11a; correspondingly, the limiting groove 115a and the sliding groove 116a are provided on the inner wall surface of the box 11a.

[0335] Please refer to Figure 13 In some embodiments, in the second direction Y, pushers 13a are provided on both sides of the gate 12a.

[0336] For example, there are two pushers 13a, which are located on both sides of the gate 12a in the second direction Y.

[0337] Understandably, the two pushers 13a can be the same or different in size. The two pushers 13a move in opposite directions to jointly push the baffle 12a to open the suction port 114a.

[0338] Understandably, there are two first elastic members 14a, which are respectively located on both sides of the gate 12a in the second direction Y; there are two second elastic members 15a, which are respectively located on both sides of the gate 12a in the second direction Y; there are two limiting grooves 115a, which are respectively located on both sides of the gate 12a in the second direction Y; there are two sliding grooves 116a, which are respectively located on both sides of the gate 12a in the second direction Y; and there are two limiting plates 16a, which are respectively located on both sides of the gate 12a in the second direction Y.

[0339] Based on the above technical solution, by setting pushers 13a on both sides of the barrier 12a, the pushers 13a on both sides of the barrier 12a can push the barrier 12a together, so that the barrier 12a is subjected to more uniform force when it moves along the first direction X, which is conducive to opening the barrier 12a.

[0340] Please refer to Figure 12and Figure 19 This application also proposes a cleaning device 20, which includes a main body and the aforementioned dust box 10a, the dust box 10a being disposed on the main body. The cleaning device 20 can be a sweeper.

[0341] The cleaning device 20 employs any one or more embodiments of the dust box 10a described above, and thus has the beneficial effects of the above embodiments, which will not be described in detail here.

[0342] Please refer to Figure 19 This application also proposes a cleaning system 100, which includes a cleaning base station 10 and a cleaning device 20 as described above, wherein the cleaning base station 10 is used to dock the cleaning device 20.

[0343] The cleaning system 100 employs any one or more embodiments of the cleaning equipment 20 described above, and thus has the beneficial effects of the embodiments described above, which will not be repeated here.

[0344] Please refer to Figure 19 and Figure 20 This application also proposes a cleaning system 100, which includes a cleaning device 20 and a cleaning base station 10. The cleaning device 20 includes a device body and a dust box 10a installed on the device body. The cleaning base station 10 includes a gripping device 110, which is used to remove the dust box 10a from the device body when the cleaning device 20 is docked at the cleaning base station 10.

[0345] Understandably, after the gripping device 110 grips the dust box 10a, it can move the dust box 10a above the dust storage chamber 120. After the bottom cover of the dust box 10a is opened, the garbage inside the dust box 10a falls into the dust storage chamber 120 under the action of gravity. The dust storage chamber 120 is equipped with a dust bag for collecting garbage.

[0346] The dust box 10a includes a box body 11a and a door 12a. The box body 11a has a suction port 114a, and the door 12a is connected to the box body 11a and is used to prevent the garbage in the box body 11a from falling out of the suction port 114a.

[0347] Please refer to Figure 12 and Figure 13 In some embodiments, the housing 11a further includes a pusher 13a, a door 12a is movably connected to the housing 11a along a first direction X, and the pusher 13a is movably connected to the housing 11a along a second direction Y, wherein the first direction X and the second direction Y intersect.

[0348] When the dust box 10a is installed on the main body of the equipment, the main body triggers the pusher 13a to move along the second direction Y and approach the suction port 114a. It should be noted that the main body of the equipment is provided with an inclined pusher part that cooperates with the pusher 13a.

[0349] Please refer to Figure 21 and Figure 22 In some embodiments, the cleaning device 20 also includes a device fan disposed on the device body, and the baffle 12a is a flexible baffle 12a.

[0350] Among them, the elastic barrier 12a can be a rubber barrier 12a or a silicone barrier 12a, etc.

[0351] When the equipment fan is working, the free end of the elastic baffle 12a moves into the housing 11a under the suction force of the equipment fan to open the dust suction port 114a; when the equipment fan stops working, the free end of the elastic baffle 12a returns to its original position under its own elastic force to close the dust suction port 114a.

[0352] Please refer to Figure 23 In some embodiments, the dust box 10a further includes a pressure plate 17a disposed inside the box body 11a. The pressure plate 17a is used to compress and cover the garbage at the suction port 114a to prevent the garbage inside the box body 11a from falling out of the suction port 114a.

[0353] In some embodiments, the pressure plate 17a is rotatably connected to the housing 11a. The pressure plate 17a can be driven to rotate by a drive device or manually.

[0354] Please refer to Figure 25 and Figure 26 In some embodiments, the resilient baffle 12a includes a plurality of sub-baffles 124a arranged around the centerline of the suction port 114a.

[0355] The flexible barrier 12a also includes a fixed ring edge 123a, and multiple sub-bars 124a are connected to the fixed ring edge 123a.

[0356] Understandably, the sub-baffles 124a can be set in two, three, four or more.

[0357] In some other embodiments, the resilient gate 12a may also include a sub-gate 124a.

[0358] In some embodiments, multiple sub-baffles 124a extend inclinedly into the interior of the housing 11a. This not only facilitates the suction of each sub-baffle 124a by the suction of the device fan, but also allows the free ends of each sub-baffle 124a to come together when the suction disappears, thus better closing the suction port 114a and preventing debris inside the housing 11a from falling out of the suction port 114a.

[0359] Please refer to Figure 24 In some embodiments, the baffle 12a is a pressure plate 17a located inside the box 11a. The pressure plate 17a is used to compress and cover the garbage at the suction port 114a to prevent the garbage inside the box 11a from falling out of the suction port 114a.

[0360] Currently, during dust collection, the cleaning equipment typically moves to a cleaning base station. The base station uses a fan to suck the debris collected in the dust box into a dust bag. Due to the complex internal structure of the cleaning base station, the air duct is usually long. To ensure effective dust collection, the base station fan has relatively high power, resulting in significant noise during dust collection and affecting the user experience.

[0361] In related technologies, noise reduction typically employs two methods. One is to reduce the noise of the base station's fan through noise reduction measures. However, this not only increases costs but also fails to effectively address the noise problem. The other method involves removing the dust box from the cleaning equipment and moving it above the dust storage device while the door is opened, allowing the debris inside the dust box to fall into the dust storage device under gravity. Afterward, the dust box is removed from above the dust storage device, and the door is closed, effectively solving the problem of excessive noise from the base station's fan. However, opening and closing the door is inconvenient.

[0362] To address the problem of inconvenient opening and closing of the hatch, this application proposes a dust storage device 10b, a cleaning base station 10, and a cleaning system.

[0363] Please refer to Figure 27 and Figure 28 An embodiment of this application proposes a dust storage device 10b, located within the base station body 20b of the cleaning base station 10, to store the garbage falling from the dust box 200b during dust collection.

[0364] Please refer to Figure 29 and Figure 30 The dust storage device 10b includes a chamber 11b and a door 12b. The chamber 11b has a receiving cavity 1111b and a dust collection port 1121b communicating with the receiving cavity 1111b. The door 12b is movably connected to the chamber 11b to open or close the dust collection port 1121b.

[0365] The dust collection port 1121b is located above the receiving cavity 1111b, and the waste in the dust box 200b falls into the receiving cavity 1111b through the dust collection port 1121b. Understandably, the waste in the dust box 200b can fall directly into the receiving cavity 1111b; or, a dust bag 300b is installed inside the receiving cavity 1111b, and the waste in the dust box 200b falls into the dust bag 300b through the dust collection port 1121b.

[0366] To facilitate the loading and unloading of the dust bag 300b, an installation port is provided on the side of the chamber 11b, through which the dust bag 300b is installed in the receiving cavity 1111b. When the door 30b is closed, it can cover the installation port, and a sealing ring 13b is provided at the edge of the installation port to ensure the airtightness of the receiving cavity 1111b after the door 30b covers the installation port.

[0367] The hatch 12b is movably connected to the hull 11b. This means that the hatch 12b can move in a straight line on the hull 11b or rotate on the hull 11b.

[0368] The door 12b opens the dust collection port 1121b in response to the dust box 200b reaching the dust collection port 1121b, and closes the dust collection port 1121b in response to the dust box 200b leaving the dust collection port 1121b. That is, when the dust box 200b approaches the dust collection port 1121b, the dust box 200b triggers the door 12b to open the dust collection port 1121b, and when the dust box 200b moves away from the dust collection port 1121b, the dust box 200b triggers the door 12b to close the dust collection port 1121b.

[0369] Understandably, the way in which the dustbin 200b triggers the door 12b to open and close the dust collection port 1121b can be the same or different. For example, the way in which the dustbin 200b triggers the door 12b to open and close the dust collection port 1121b can both be mechanically triggered, that is, the dustbin 200b drives the door 12b to move through physical contact or mechanical force transmission; or, the way in which the dustbin 200b triggers the door 12b to open and close the dust collection port 1121b can both be signal triggered, that is, the dustbin 200b triggers the sensor to transmit a signal to control the drive component to drive the door 12b to move; or, the way in which the dustbin 200b triggers the door 12b to open is mechanically triggered, and the way in which the dustbin 200b triggers the door 12b to close the dust collection port 1121b is signal triggered.

[0370] The beneficial effects of the dust storage device 10b provided in this application embodiment are as follows: The dust storage device 10b in this application includes a chamber 11b and a door 12b, and the door 12b is movably connected to the chamber 11b; wherein, the door 12b opens the dust collection port 1121b in response to the dust box 200b reaching the dust collection port 1121b, and closes the dust collection port 1121b in response to the dust box 200b leaving the dust collection port 1121b, that is, the door 12b is triggered to open and close the dust collection port 1121b by the dust box 200b approaching and moving away from the dust collection port 1121b, which makes it more convenient for the door 12b to open and close the dust collection port 1121b.

[0371] Please refer to Figure 30 and Figure 32 In some embodiments, the hatch 12b is movably connected to the housing 11b along a first direction X. The hatch 12b includes a mating part 1211b for pushing and engaging with the push part 210b of the dust box 200b in the first direction X. The mating part 1211b is provided with a pulling mating member 1212b.

[0372] Among them, the first direction X is the horizontal direction or close to the horizontal direction.

[0373] When the dust box 200b approaches the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X, the pushing part 210b of the dust box 200b pushes the engaging part 1211b to open the dust outlet 1121b of the hatch 12b; when the dust box 200b moves away from the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X, the pulling member 220b on the pushing part 210b of the dust box 200b pulls the pulling engaging part 1212b to close the dust outlet 1121b of the hatch 12b.

[0374] In some other embodiments, the chamber 11b is equipped with sensors and an electric actuator, which drives the door 12b to move. When the dust box 200b approaches the dust outlet 1121b, the dust box 200b triggers the sensor (signal changes from off to on), and the electric actuator drives the door 12b to open the dust outlet 1121b. When the dust box 200b moves away from the dust outlet 1121b, the dust box 200b triggers the sensor (signal changes from on to off), causing the electric actuator to drive the door 12b to close the dust outlet 1121b.

[0375] In some embodiments, the door 12b includes a mating portion 1211b, on which a pulling mating member 1212b is provided, the pulling mating member 1212b being a first magnetic element. Correspondingly, the dust box 200b includes a pushing portion 210b, on which a pulling member 220b is provided, the pulling member 220b being a second magnetic element.

[0376] The first magnetic component and the second magnetic component are arranged correspondingly and can attract each other. It can be understood that both the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component are magnets; or, one of the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component is a magnet, and the other of the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component is an iron component.

[0377] Please refer to Figure 31 and Figure 32 The door 12b is initially closed. When the dustbin 200b needs to be emptied, it moves towards the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X. The dustbin 200b pushes against the door 12b, and the first and second magnetic components attract each other. When the dustbin 200b moves above the dust outlet 1121b, the door 12b is essentially open, and the bottom cover 240b of the dustbin 200b opens, allowing the waste inside the dustbin 200b to fall into the dust bag 300b through the dust outlet 1121b. After the dustbin 200b is emptied, it moves away from the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X. Due to the attraction between the first and second magnetic components, the door 12b moves along with the dustbin 200b, thus automatically closing. As the dustbin 200b continues to move away from the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X, the first and second magnetic components detach.

[0378] In some embodiments, the door 12b includes a mating portion 1211b, on which a pull-fitting member 1212b is provided, the pull-fitting member 1212b being a first snap-fitting member. Correspondingly, the dust box 200b includes a pushing portion 210b, on which a pull member 220b is provided, the pull member 220b being a second snap-fitting member.

[0379] The first and second snap-fit components are arranged correspondingly and can be snapped into and detached from each other. For example, one of the first and second snap-fit components is a snap-fit protrusion, and the other is a snap-fit groove.

[0380] Specifically, the door 12b is initially closed. When the dust box 200b needs to be emptied, the dust box 200b moves towards the dust outlet 1121b in the first direction X. The dust box 200b pushes the door 12b, and the first and second locking parts engage with each other. When the dust box 200b moves above the dust outlet 1121b, the door 12b is basically open. At the same time, the bottom cover 240b of the dust box 200b opens, and the garbage inside the dust box 200b falls into the dust bag 300b through the dust outlet 1121b. After the dustbin 200b is emptied, it moves away from the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X. Because the first and second locking parts are interlocked, the door 12b moves with the dustbin 200b, thus automatically closing the door 12b. As the dustbin 200b continues to move away from the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X, the first and second locking parts will disengage.

[0381] In some embodiments, the bottom cover 240b of the dustbin 200b is unlocked and opened by the unlocking protrusion 1112b. Of course, the bottom cover 240b of the dustbin 200b can also be unlocked and opened by other means.

[0382] Please refer to Figure 33 and Figure 37 In some embodiments, multiple tensioning members 1212b are arranged at intervals along the second direction Y, which intersects with the first direction X.

[0383] The second direction Y can be perpendicular to or nearly perpendicular to the first direction X.

[0384] Understandably, the tensioning member 1212b can be arranged in two, three, four or more intervals along the second direction Y, and correspondingly, the tensioning member 220b can be arranged in two, three, four or more intervals along the second direction Y.

[0385] Based on the above technical solution, the reliability can be improved by using multiple pulling parts 220b and multiple pulling mating parts 1212b to pull and engage (magnetically or snap-fit). When the dust box 200b moves away from the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X, the door 12b will move with the dust box 200b, thereby achieving automatic closing of the door 12b.

[0386] In some other embodiments, a single tensioning member 1212b may be provided.

[0387] Please refer to Figure 33 In some embodiments, the mating part 1211b includes a vertical plate 1211ab, and a pull mating member 1212b is disposed on the vertical plate 1211ab. The vertical plate 1211ab has a clearance notch 1213b for avoiding the unlocking protrusion 1112b.

[0388] Understandably, the upright plate 1211ab is located at the cantilever end of the hatch 12b, and the upright plate 1211ab is located on the upper side of the hatch 12b.

[0389] Based on the above technical solution, the pushing and mating area of the pushing part 210b and the mating part 1211b can be increased, which is beneficial for the pushing part 210b to push the mating part 1211b to open the hatch 12b.

[0390] Please refer to Figure 32 In some embodiments, an inclined plate 1122b is provided at the edge of the dust outlet 1121b, and the inclined plate 1122b is arranged correspondingly to the mating part 1211b.

[0391] Understandably, as the dust box 200b moves away from the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X, the inclined plate 1122b blocks the mating part 1211b, causing the pulling member 220b to disengage from the pulling mating member 1212b. During this process, the inclined plate 1122b can gradually push against the bottom cover 240b of the dust box 200b, causing the bottom cover 240b to close slowly and improving the stability of the dust box 200b's movement along the first direction X.

[0392] Please refer to Figure 34 In some embodiments, the upright plate 1211ab is provided with a limiting groove 1214b. The lower end of the inclined plate 1122b is inserted into the limiting groove 1214b when the hatch 12b closes the dust outlet 1121b, so as to support the overhanging end of the hatch 12b and improve the stability of the hatch 12b after it is closed. The limiting groove 1214b extends along the second direction Y.

[0393] In some other embodiments, a step extending along the second direction Y can be provided at the lower end of the inclined plate 1122b. When the hatch 12b closes the dust outlet 1121b, the overhanging end of the hatch 12b is supported on the step to improve the stability of the hatch 12b after it is closed.

[0394] Please refer to Figure 33 In some embodiments, the hatch 12b includes a rigid plate segment 121b and a flexible plate segment 122b connected to the rigid plate segment 121b. When the hatch 12b opens the dust collection port 1121b, the flexible plate segment 122b can be bent or rolled up; when the hatch 12b closes the dust collection port 1121b, the flexible plate segment 122b can be straightened.

[0395] Based on the above technical solution, when the dust outlet 1121b of the door 12b is opened, the flexible plate segment 122b can be bent or rolled up, which can reduce the space occupied by the door 12b in the base station body 20b in the horizontal direction, and help reduce the size of the base station body 20b in the horizontal direction (e.g., the front-to-back direction).

[0396] In some other embodiments, the hatch 12b may be entirely made of rigid board.

[0397] Please refer to Figure 33 In some embodiments, the hatch 12b includes a rigid plate segment 121b and a flexible plate segment 122b connected to the rigid plate segment 121b. The flexible plate segment 122b includes a plurality of sub-plate segments 1221b, and a thinning region 1222b is provided between two adjacent sub-plate segments 1221b.

[0398] Understandably, the flexible segment 122b can be made of rubber or silicone, etc. The flexible segment 122b can be fixedly connected to the rigid segment 121b by means of bonding, welding, etc.

[0399] Understandably, the thinning region 1222b can be formed by the upper and lower recesses of the flexible plate segment 122b; or, the thinning region 1222b can be formed by the upper or lower recess of the flexible plate segment 122b.

[0400] When the flexible plate segment 122b is straightened, multiple sub-plate segments 1221b are arranged at intervals along the first direction X, and both the sub-plate segments 1221b and the thinning region 1222b extend along the second direction Y. Among them, a thinning region 1222b is provided between any two adjacent sub-plate segments 1221b.

[0401] Understandably, sub-board segment 1221b can be set to two, three, four or more.

[0402] Based on the above technical solution, two adjacent sub-plate segments 1221b can be bent at the thinning zone 1222b to facilitate the bending or winding of the flexible plate segment 122b.

[0403] Please refer to Figure 31 , Figure 35 and Figure 36 In some embodiments, the dust storage device 10b further includes a receiving portion located at the top of the chamber 11b, which is used to receive the dust box 200b. The dust outlet 1121b communicates with the space enclosed by the receiving portion.

[0404] In some embodiments, the receiving portion includes a first guide plate 114b and a second guide plate 115b, which are located on opposite sides of the dust collection port 1121b in the second direction Y, to guide the dust box 200b moving along the first direction X.

[0405] The second direction Y can be perpendicular to or nearly perpendicular to the first direction X.

[0406] Please refer to Figure 31In some embodiments, the receiving portion further includes a limiting plate 116b, which limits the dust box 200b when it approaches the dust outlet 1121b along the first direction X, so that the dust box 200b is above the dust outlet 1121b.

[0407] Please refer to Figure 35 and Figure 37 In some embodiments, the first guide plate 114b has a first guide rib 1141b extending along the first direction X on the side facing the second guide plate 115b; the second guide plate 115b has a second guide rib 1151b extending along the first direction X on the side facing the first guide plate 114b. Correspondingly, the dust box 200b has a third guide groove 230b on the outer wall surfaces of the two opposite side walls in the second direction Y.

[0408] In some embodiments, the first guide plate 114b has a first guide groove extending along the first direction X on the side facing the second guide plate 115b; the second guide plate 115b has a second guide rib 1151b extending along the first direction X on the side facing the first guide plate 114b. Correspondingly, the dust box 200b has a third guide rib and a third guide groove 230b respectively on the outer wall surfaces of the two opposite side walls in the second direction Y.

[0409] In some embodiments, the first guide plate 114b has a first guide rib 1141b extending along the first direction X on the side facing the second guide plate 115b; the second guide plate 115b has a second guide groove extending along the first direction X on the side facing the first guide plate 114b. Correspondingly, the dust box 200b has a third guide groove 230b and a third guide rib on the outer wall surfaces of the two opposite side walls in the second direction Y, respectively.

[0410] In some embodiments, the first guide plate 114b has a first guide groove extending along the first direction X on the side facing the second guide plate 115b; the second guide plate 115b has a second guide groove extending along the first direction X on the side facing the first guide plate 114b. Correspondingly, the dust box 200b has third guide ribs on the outer wall surfaces of its two opposite side walls in the second direction Y.

[0411] Please refer to Figure 31 The first guide plate 114b has a first guide plate 1142b at one end, and the second guide plate 115b has a second guide plate 1152b at one end. The first guide plate 1142b and the second guide plate 1152b form a flared structure so that the dust box 200b can enter between the first guide plate 114b and the second guide plate 115b.

[0412] Please refer to Figure 30 , Figure 35 and Figure 36In some embodiments, the cabin 11b includes a cabin body 111b and a support frame 112b connected within the cabin body 111b. The support frame 112b has a dust outlet 1121b, and the cabin door 12b is movably connected between the cabin body 111b and the support frame 112b along a first direction X.

[0413] In some embodiments, the support frame 112b is detachably connected to the cabin body 111b. For example, the support frame 112b can be detachably connected to the cabin body 111b by means of snap-fit, fastener connection, or other methods.

[0414] Please refer to Figure 30 , Figure 35 and Figure 36 In some embodiments, the cabin 11b further includes a hanger 113b connected within the cabin body 111b, wherein the hanger 113b is located below the support frame 112b and is used to suspend the dust bag 300b.

[0415] In some embodiments, the hanger 113b is detachably connected to the main body 111b to facilitate user replacement of the dust bag 300b. For example, the hanger 113b is suspended from a support plate of the main body 111b and can be pushed and pulled along a first direction X.

[0416] Please refer to Figure 27 and Figure 28 This application also proposes a cleaning base station 10, which includes a base station body 20b and a dust storage device 10b as described above, the dust storage device 10b being located within the base station body 20b. The base station body 20b has a parking space 21b for parking cleaning equipment.

[0417] The clean base station 10 adopts any one or more embodiments of the dust storage device 10b described above, and thus has the beneficial effects of the above embodiments, which will not be described in detail here.

[0418] In some embodiments, the cleaning base station 10 further includes a dust box 200b transfer assembly, which is used to transfer the dust box 200b to the dust outlet 1121b of the dust storage device 10b.

[0419] This application also proposes a cleaning system, which includes cleaning equipment and the aforementioned cleaning base station 10. The cleaning base station 10 is used to dock the cleaning equipment. The cleaning equipment includes a dust box 200b, which can be located near or away from the dust collection port 1121b. The cleaning equipment is a sweeper.

[0420] The cleaning system employs any one or more embodiments of the cleaning base station 10 described above, and thus has the beneficial effects of the embodiments described above, which will not be elaborated further here.

[0421] Please refer to Figure 37In some embodiments, the dust box 200b includes a pusher portion 210b, on which a puller 220b is provided.

[0422] Understandably, one or more tension members 220b may be provided. When multiple tension members 220b are provided, the multiple tension members 220b are arranged at intervals along the second direction Y.

[0423] Understandably, the pulling member 220b is a second magnetic member, for example, the second magnetic member can be a magnet or an iron member; the pulling member 220b can also be a second snap-fit member, for example, the second snap-fit member can be a snap-fit protrusion or a snap-fit groove.

[0424] Please refer to Figure 37 In some embodiments, at least one of the two opposite sidewalls of the dust box 200b in the second direction Y has a third guide groove 230b on its outer wall surface. This can be understood as the dust box 200b having a third guide groove 230b on one of the two opposite sidewalls in the second direction Y; or, the dust box 200b having a third guide groove 230b on the outer wall surfaces of both opposite sidewalls in the second direction Y.

[0425] In some embodiments, at least one of the two opposing sidewalls of the dust box 200b in the second direction Y has a third guide rib on its outer wall surface. This can be understood as the dust box 200b having a third guide rib on the outer wall surface of one of the two opposing sidewalls in the second direction Y; or, the dust box 200b having a third guide rib on the outer wall surfaces of both opposing sidewalls in the second direction Y.

[0426] During dust collection, the base station's negative pressure suction device requires relatively high power to ensure effective dust collection, resulting in significant noise and impacting user experience. Related technologies typically employ two noise reduction methods. The first involves using noise reduction measures to lower the noise of the base station's negative pressure suction device; however, this not only increases costs but also fails to effectively address the noise issue. The second method involves using a gripping device to remove the dust box from the cleaning equipment and move it above the dust storage compartment. After the bottom cover of the dust box opens, the debris (dust) inside falls into the dust bag within the dust storage compartment under gravity, effectively solving the problem of excessive noise from the base station's negative pressure suction device. However, if the dust bag is folded or in a vacuum-adhesive state, it can prevent debris from the dust box from easily entering the dust bag.

[0427] To address the problem that debris in the dust box is difficult to enter the dust bag, this application proposes a cleaning base station 10 and a cleaning system.

[0428] This application provides an embodiment of a cleaning base station 10 for docking cleaning equipment. Please refer to... Figures 38 to 41The clean base station 10 includes a base station body 10c, a dust storage chamber 20c, and a negative pressure suction device 30c. The dust storage chamber 20c is located inside the base station body 10c. The dust storage chamber 20c has a placement cavity 21c and a dust discharge port 22c that communicates with the placement cavity 21c. The placement cavity 21c is used to place a dust bag 300c. The dust storage chamber 20c is provided with a dust box docking position 23c for docking a dust box 200c. The dust box docking position 23c is arranged corresponding to the dust discharge port 22c. The negative pressure suction device 30c is connected to the placement cavity 21c to draw negative pressure from the placement cavity 21c.

[0429] Understandably, the base station body 10c has an equipment parking space 11c, which is used to park cleaning equipment, such as a sweeper. The equipment parking space 11c is located at the bottom of the base station body 10c, and the dust collection chamber 20c is located above the equipment parking space 11c.

[0430] For example, the dust collection port 22c is located at the top of the placement cavity 21c. Since the placement cavity 21c is connected to the dust collection port 22c, after the dust bag 300c is placed in the placement cavity 21c, the dust bag 300c is connected to the dust collection port 22c. The dust bag 300c can be suspended inside the placement cavity 21c.

[0431] In this system, after the cleaning equipment docks at the equipment docking position 11c of the cleaning base station 10, the gripping device 80c inside the base station body 10c can remove the dust box 200c from the cleaning equipment. It can be understood that the gripping device 80c can first move the dust box 200c vertically upwards until the dust box 200c is at or nearly at the same height as the dust box docking position 23c, and then move the dust box 200c horizontally to the dust box docking position 23c. Alternatively, the gripping device 80c can first move the dust box 200c vertically upwards until the dust box 200c is higher than the dust box docking position 23c, then move the dust box 200c horizontally above the dust box docking position 23c, and then move the dust box 200c vertically downwards to the dust box docking position 23c. After the dust box 200c moves to the dust box docking position 23c, the bottom cover 230c of the dust box 200c will automatically open.

[0432] The dust box docking position 23c and the dust discharge port 22c are arranged accordingly. It can be understood that after the dust box 200c moves to the dust box docking position 23c, with the bottom cover 230c of the dust box 200c open, the garbage in the dust box 200c can fall into the dust bag 300c through the dust discharge port 22c under the action of gravity.

[0433] Understandably, the negative pressure suction device 30c can be connected to the dust storage chamber 20c or to the base station body 10c. The negative pressure suction device 30c can be a fan.

[0434] The clean base station 10 provided in this embodiment includes a base station body 10c, a dust storage chamber 20c, and a negative pressure suction device 30c. The dust storage chamber 20c is located inside the base station body 10c. By communicating the negative pressure suction device 30c with the placement cavity 21c of the dust storage chamber 20c, a dust bag 300c is placed in the placement cavity 21c. Figure 41 As shown by the arrow, the negative pressure suction device 30c can be used to suck the air in the placement chamber 21c to create a negative pressure in the placement chamber 21c, which causes the dust bag 300c to bulge under the negative pressure, making it easier for the garbage in the dust box 200c to enter the dust bag 300c.

[0435] Please refer to Figure 40 and Figure 41 In some embodiments, the cleaning base station 10 further includes a first air duct 40c, and the negative pressure suction device 30c is connected to the placement cavity 21c through the first air duct 40c.

[0436] For example, the first air duct 40c is a tubular structure. Understandably, the shape of the first air duct 40c can be straight, curved, or zigzag, or it can be partially straight and partially curved. The first air duct 40c can be a rigid pipe or a flexible pipe.

[0437] Based on the above technical solution, the negative pressure suction device 30c is connected to the placement cavity 21c through the first air duct 40c, which is beneficial for arranging the position of the negative pressure suction device 30c.

[0438] In some other embodiments, the first air duct 40c may not be included, and the negative pressure suction device 30c is directly connected to the placement cavity 21c.

[0439] Please refer to Figure 40 and Figure 41 In some embodiments, the first end of the first air duct 40c is connected to the side wall of the placement cavity 21c, and the second end of the first air duct 40c is connected to the negative pressure suction device 30c.

[0440] The method by which the first end of the first air duct 40c is connected to the cavity sidewall of the placement cavity 21c is not limited in this application. For example, the first end of the first air duct 40c can be connected to the cavity sidewall of the placement cavity 21c by an interference fit; or, the first air duct 40c can also be connected to the cavity sidewall of the placement cavity 21c by a threaded fastener (such as a screw, bolt, etc.).

[0441] The method by which the second end of the first air duct 40c is connected to the negative pressure suction device 30c is not limited in this application. For example, the second end of the first air duct 40c can be connected to the negative pressure suction device 30c by an interference fit; or, the first air duct 40c can also be connected to the negative pressure suction device 30c by a threaded fastener (such as a screw, bolt, etc.).

[0442] Based on the above technical solution, by connecting the first end of the first air duct 40c to the cavity sidewall of the placement cavity 21c, the side space of the placement cavity 21c in the horizontal direction can be fully utilized, which is beneficial to the miniaturization of the cleaning base station 10.

[0443] In some other embodiments, the first end of the first air duct 40c may be connected to the bottom wall of the placement cavity 21c.

[0444] Please refer to Figure 40 and Figure 41 In some embodiments, the negative pressure suction device 30c is connected to the top of the dust storage chamber 20c and is located on one side of the dust box docking position 23c in the horizontal direction.

[0445] Understandably, the negative pressure suction device 30c can be fixedly connected to the top of the dust storage chamber 20c by means of fastener connection, snap-fit, etc.

[0446] The negative pressure suction device 30c is located on one side of the dust box stopping position 23c in the horizontal direction. This can be understood as the dust box 200c being at the same height or basically at the same height as the negative pressure suction device 30c when the dust box 200c is stopped at the dust box stopping position 23c.

[0447] Based on the above technical solution, not only can the side space of the dust box docking position 23c in the horizontal direction be fully utilized, but also the negative pressure suction device 30c is exposed to the outside of the dust storage chamber 20c, which is conducive to the maintenance and replacement of the negative pressure suction device 30c.

[0448] In some other embodiments, the negative pressure suction device 30c may also be located in the side space of the placement cavity 21c in the horizontal direction.

[0449] Please refer to Figure 41 and Figure 42 In some embodiments, the cleaning base station 10 further includes a second air duct 50c, the first end of which is connected to a negative pressure suction device 30c, and the second end of which is used to connect to the inner cavity 210c of the dust box 200c to backflush the filter 220c inside the dust box 200c.

[0450] The shape of the second air duct 50c is not limited in this application. For example, the shape of the second air duct 50c can be one of straight, arc and broken line, or part of the shape of the second air duct 50c is straight and part of the shape is arc.

[0451] Understandably, the negative pressure suction device 30c is located between the first air duct 40c and the second air duct 50c.

[0452] The filter 220c divides the inner cavity 210c into a first chamber 211c and a second chamber 212c. The first chamber 211c is used to communicate with the second air duct 50c, and the second chamber 212c is used to store waste, such as... Figure 42 As shown by the arrow, the air in the second air duct 50c enters the first chamber 211c and backflushs the filter 220c, so that the dust adsorbed on the filter 220c facing the second chamber 212c can be blown off.

[0453] Understandably, the first chamber 211c and the second chamber 212c can be arranged vertically, horizontally, or front-back.

[0454] It should be noted that, please refer to Figure 44 The dust box 200c has an exhaust port 240c communicating with the first chamber 211c and a suction port 270c communicating with the second chamber 212c. The cleaning equipment's fan is connected to the exhaust port 240c. When the cleaning equipment is cleaning, the fan creates negative pressure in the inner chamber 210c through the exhaust port 240c, causing debris on the ground to enter the second chamber 212c through the suction port 270c and be stored there. At this time, the filter 220c filters dust, preventing dust from entering the fan through the first chamber 211c and the exhaust port 240c; that is, dust is adsorbed on the side of the filter 220c facing the second chamber 212c. Backflushing the filter 220c means blowing air from the side of the filter 220c facing the first chamber 211c towards the filter 220c, so that the dust adsorbed on the side of the filter 220c facing the second chamber 212c can be blown off.

[0455] Based on the above technical solution, since the first end of the second air duct 50c is connected to the negative pressure suction device 30c, and the second end of the second air duct 50c is used to connect to the inner cavity 210c of the dust box 200c, the negative pressure suction device 30c can both draw negative pressure into the placement cavity 21c, causing the dust bag 300c to bulge under negative pressure, and blow air into the first chamber 211c of the dust box 200c to blow out the dust in the folds of the filter 220c and make it fall into the dust bag 300c, thereby achieving the cleaning of the filter 220c. Moreover, the above-mentioned negative pressure suction device 30c achieves two functions, which can reduce costs.

[0456] In other embodiments, an additional negative pressure suction device 30c can be provided, i.e., two negative pressure suction devices 30c are provided. One negative pressure suction device 30c is used to draw negative pressure into the placement chamber 21c, causing the dust bag 300c to bulge under negative pressure; the other negative pressure suction device 30c blows air into the first chamber 211c of the dust box 200c to blow out the dust in the folds of the filter 220c and let it fall into the dust bag 300c, thereby cleaning the filter 220c.

[0457] Please refer to Figure 41 In some embodiments, the second air duct 50c is a tubular structure. Understandably, the second air duct 50c can be a rigid pipe or a flexible pipe.

[0458] Please refer to Figure 41 In some embodiments, based on the provision of the second air duct 50c, the first end of the first air duct 40c is connected to the cavity sidewall of the placement cavity 21c. In this way, when the negative pressure suction device 30c backflushes the filter 220c of the dust box 200c through the second air duct 50c, the total length of the first air duct 40c and the second air duct 50c can be reduced.

[0459] Please refer to Figure 42 and Figure 43 In some embodiments, the dust box docking position 23c is provided with a first guide plate 24c and a second guide plate 25c for guiding the dust box 200c, and the second end of the second air duct 50c is connected to the first guide plate 24c.

[0460] Understandably, the first guide plate 24c and the second guide plate 25c are positioned on opposite sides of the dust collection port 22c in the second direction Y to guide the dust box 200c moving along the first direction X. Both the first direction X and the second direction Y are horizontal, and the second direction Y may be perpendicular to or nearly perpendicular to the first direction X.

[0461] In some other embodiments, the dust box docking position 23c is provided with a first guide plate 24c and a second guide plate 25c for guiding the dust box 200c, and the second end of the second air duct 50c is connected to the second guide plate 25c.

[0462] Please refer to Figure 42 and Figure 43 In some embodiments, the first guide plate 24c has a first guide rib 241c extending along the first direction X on the side facing the second guide plate 25c; the second guide plate 25c has a second guide rib 251c extending along the first direction X on the side facing the first guide plate 24c. Correspondingly, please refer to... Figure 44 The dust box 200c has a third guide groove 250c on the outer wall surface of each of its two opposite sides in the second direction Y.

[0463] In some embodiments, the first guide plate 24c has a first guide groove extending along the first direction X on the side facing the second guide plate 25c; the second guide plate 25c has a second guide rib 251c extending along the first direction X on the side facing the first guide plate 24c. Correspondingly, the dust box 200c has a third guide rib and a third guide groove 250c on the outer wall surfaces of the two opposite side walls in the second direction Y, respectively.

[0464] In some embodiments, the first guide plate 24c has a first guide rib 241c extending along the first direction X on the side facing the second guide plate 25c; the second guide plate 25c has a second guide groove extending along the first direction X on the side facing the first guide plate 24c. Correspondingly, the dust box 200c has a third guide groove 250c and a third guide rib on the outer wall surfaces of the two opposite side walls in the second direction Y, respectively.

[0465] In some embodiments, the first guide plate 24c has a first guide groove extending along the first direction X on the side facing the second guide plate 25c; the second guide plate 25c has a second guide groove extending along the first direction X on the side facing the first guide plate 24c. Correspondingly, the dust box 200c has third guide ribs on the outer wall surfaces of its two opposite side walls in the second direction Y.

[0466] Please refer to Figure 43 The first guide plate 24c has a first guide plate 242c at one end, and the second guide plate 25c has a second guide plate 252c at one end. The first guide plate 242c and the second guide plate 252c are inclined plates to form a flared structure so that the dust box 200c can enter between the first guide plate 24c and the second guide plate 25c along the first direction X.

[0467] Please refer to Figure 38 , Figure 40 and Figure 41 In some embodiments, the dust storage chamber 20c also has a loading port 26c that communicates with the placement chamber 21c and is used for loading and unloading the dust bag 300c. The cleaning base station 10 also includes a door 60c for sealing the loading port 26c, and a sealing ring 70c is provided between the edge of the loading port 26c and the door 60c.

[0468] Understandably, the sealing ring 70c can be provided on the edge of the opening 26c, for example, the sealing ring 70c is bonded to the edge of the opening 26c; or, the sealing ring 70c can be provided on the door body 60c, for example, the sealing ring 70c is bonded to the door body 60c.

[0469] The inlet / outlet 26c is rectangular in shape, and correspondingly, the sealing ring 70c is rectangular in shape.

[0470] Based on the above technical solution, by providing a sealing ring 70c between the edge of the opening 26c and the door 60c, the sealing performance of the placement cavity 21c after the door 60c is closed can be improved, which is beneficial for the negative pressure suction device 30c to draw negative pressure into the placement cavity 21c.

[0471] Please refer to Figure 41 and Figure 42In some embodiments, the dust storage chamber 20c further includes a hanger 27c connected to the placement cavity 21c, the hanger 27c being used to suspend the dust bag 300c.

[0472] In some embodiments, the hanger 27c is detachably connected to the placement cavity 21c to facilitate user replacement of the dust bag 300c. For example, the hanger 27c is suspended on a support plate within the placement cavity 21c and can be pushed and pulled along a first direction X.

[0473] In some embodiments, the dust bag 300c is made of a breathable material, such as non-woven fabric, which allows air to pass through and traps and collects trash. Of course, the dust bag 300c can also be made of an impermeable material, such as plastic.

[0474] Please refer to Figure 38 , Figure 40 and Figure 41 In some embodiments, the cleaning base station 10 further includes a gripping device 80c, which is used to remove the dust box 200c from the main body of the cleaning equipment and transfer it to the dust box docking position 23c. The gripping device 80c can move vertically on the first track 81c or horizontally on the second track 82c.

[0475] This application also proposes a cleaning system that includes cleaning equipment and a cleaning base station 10 as described above, the cleaning base station 10 being used to dock the cleaning equipment.

[0476] Understandably, the cleaning base station 10 can perform operations such as mopping, garbage collection, automatic water replenishment, automatic cleaning fluid replenishment, and high-temperature drying on the cleaning equipment. The cleaning equipment can be a sweeper.

[0477] The cleaning system employs any one or more embodiments of the cleaning base station 10 described above, and thus has the beneficial effects of the embodiments described above, which will not be elaborated further here.

[0478] Please refer to Figure 44 In some embodiments, the cleaning device includes a dust box 200c. When the dust box 200c is parked at the dust box parking position 23c, the exhaust port 240c of the dust box 200c is connected to the exhaust port of the negative pressure suction device 30c. For example, the exhaust port 240c of the dust box 200c is connected to the exhaust port of the negative pressure suction device 30c through a second air duct 50c.

[0479] The exhaust port 240c is connected to the equipment fan during cleaning. Therefore, the negative pressure suction device 30c uses the exhaust port 240c to backflush the filter 220c without having to reopen the dust box 200c, i.e., without modifying the existing dust box 200c.

[0480] In some other embodiments, the dust box 200c may also be reopened to connect with the air outlet of the negative pressure suction device 30c.

[0481] Please refer to Figure 44 In some embodiments, at least one of the two opposite sidewalls of the dust box 200c in the second direction Y has a third guide groove 250c on its outer wall surface. This can be understood as the dust box 200c having a third guide groove 250c on one of the two opposite sidewalls in the second direction Y; or, the dust box 200c having a third guide groove 250c on the outer wall surfaces of both opposite sidewalls in the second direction Y.

[0482] In some embodiments, at least one of the two opposing sidewalls of the dust box 200c in the second direction Y has a third guide rib on its outer wall surface. This can be understood as the dust box 200c having a third guide rib on the outer wall surface of one of the two opposing sidewalls in the second direction Y; or, the dust box 200c having a third guide rib on the outer wall surfaces of both opposing sidewalls in the second direction Y.

[0483] Please refer to Figures 42 to 44 In some embodiments, the bottom cover 230c of the dustbin 200c is provided with a locking tongue 260c, and the dustbin resting position 23c is provided with an unlocking protrusion 231c. When the dustbin 200c moves along the first direction X to the dustbin resting position 23c, the unlocking protrusion 231c pushes the locking tongue 260c to open the bottom cover 230c; wherein, the locking tongue 260c can be reset under the action of an elastic member. Of course, the bottom cover 230c of the dustbin 200c can also be unlocked and opened by other means.

[0484] This application provides a cleaning base station and a cleaning system, wherein the cleaning base station can at least be used to park cleaning equipment. The cleaning equipment is a device used to clean a surface to be cleaned, and the cleaning equipment has a dust box.

[0485] Taking the surface to be cleaned as the ground as an example, the cleaning equipment can be a floor cleaning tool such as a robot vacuum or sweeping robot.

[0486] Taking a robotic vacuum cleaner as an example, it can clean the floor. When the dustbin inside the robot is full or after cleaning is complete, the debris needs to be emptied. In related technologies, the cleaning station has a dust bag. When the robot stops at the station's docking area, the dust-collecting fan inside the station starts and sucks the debris from the dustbin into the dust bag through a dust-collecting duct connected to the dustbin. Subsequently, the robot will continue cleaning until the cleaning is finished; after cleaning is completed, it will either perform other tasks or stop at the cleaning station to recharge. During the above process, the dustbin's interior was not cleaned. With prolonged use and without cleaning, the dustbin's cleaning function will weaken. Dust, hair, and other debris adhering to the inner wall of the dustbin can clog the airflow channels (e.g., blocking the first opening), thus reducing its suction power. This can also cause the filter inside the dustbin to become clogged. Consequently, the robot vacuum's motor will work under high load, potentially shortening its lifespan. To avoid these problems, users need to manually clean or replace the dustbin regularly to ensure it remains clean and maintains high cleaning efficiency.

[0487] However, the above cleaning operations require manual operation by the user, which will affect the ease of use of the equipment to some extent and ultimately reduce the user experience.

[0488] In view of this, in order to solve the above problems and improve the user experience, this application provides a new cleaning base station 10 and cleaning system 100.

[0489] Please see Figure 1This application provides a cleaning system 100, which includes a cleaning base station 10 and a cleaning device 20. The cleaning base station 10 can be used to dock the cleaning device 20.

[0490] The cleaning base station 10 has an area for parking the cleaning equipment 20, which can enter and exit the area. When the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the area, that is, when the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the cleaning base station 10, the cleaning equipment 20 can perform cleaning on the ground.

[0491] Please see Figure 2 , Figure 45 and Figure 46 This application provides a cleaning base station 10, which includes a base station body 1 and a docking area 101 for parking cleaning equipment 20. The cleaning equipment 20 is the floor cleaning equipment 20 with a dust box 30 described above. The docking area 101 is the area described above for parking the cleaning equipment 20. The cleaning equipment 20 can easily enter or exit the docking area 101.

[0492] For example, during the cleaning operation, when the cleaning equipment 20 is low on power or when a certain amount of garbage is collected in the dust box 30, the cleaning equipment 20 can be moved to the docking area 101, where the cleaning base station 10 can charge the cleaning equipment 20 or clean the dust box 30 (by extracting the garbage from the dust box 30 into the cleaning base station 10).

[0493] In some cases, when the cleaning equipment 20 has wet mopping components (such as mops, rollers, etc.), the docking area 101 of the base station may also be equipped with a cleaning tray 11 for cleaning the aforementioned mopping components.

[0494] The cleaning equipment 20 is equipped with a cleaning component 2d and a transfer component 4d. The cleaning component 2d is used to clean the inside of the dust box 30, and the transfer component 4d can be used to transfer the dust box 30 between the docking area 101 of the base station body 1 and the cleaning component 2d inside the base station body 1.

[0495] For example, when the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the parking area 101, the transfer component 4d can transfer the dust box 30, which was originally placed in the cleaning equipment 20 and is to be cleaned, from the parking area 101 to the cleaning component 2d (or, transfer the dust box 30 to be cleaned located in other locations inside the base station body 1 to the cleaning component 2d), so that the cleaning component 2d can clean the inside of the dust box 30; after cleaning is completed, the transfer component 4d can move the cleaned dust box 30 from the cleaning component 2d back to the parking area 101 or other corresponding locations.

[0496] Understandably, the dustbin 30 is detachably mounted on the main body of the cleaning equipment 20. For example, the main body of the equipment has a slot into which the dustbin 30 is inserted to achieve detachable mounting of the dustbin 30 on the main body of the equipment; alternatively, the slot opening is arranged upwards, which facilitates the transfer component 4d to pick up the dustbin 30 from the main body of the equipment.

[0497] Specifically, the cleaning component 2d is located inside the base station body 1, and at least part of the transfer component 4d is located inside the base station body 1, and is set at least in the location corresponding to the docking area 101 and the location of the cleaning component 2d.

[0498] In some embodiments, a cleaning area is provided inside the base station body 1, which is used to house the dust box 30.

[0499] The cleaning assembly 2d includes a cleaning element 22d, which has a nozzle 221d. When the dust box 30 is placed in the cleaning zone, the nozzle 221d can extend into the dust box 30 and clean the inside of the dust box 30.

[0500] In some embodiments, a wastewater tank 3d is also provided inside the base station body 1. This wastewater tank 3d can be connected to the cleaning pan 11 via a pipe to collect wastewater generated during the cleaning of the mopping components on the cleaning pan 11. Please refer to... Figure 45 At this time, the wastewater tank 3d can also be connected to the cleaning component 2d to collect the wastewater generated by the cleaning component 2d cleaning the dust box 30.

[0501] In some embodiments, the cleaning component 2d can be directly connected to the cleaning tray 11 via a pipeline, thereby discharging the wastewater generated by the cleaning component 2d to the cleaning tray 11. The wastewater flowing into the cleaning tray 11 can be directly discharged into the wastewater tank 3d via a pipeline connected to the wastewater tank 3d.

[0502] Specifically, the cleaning component 2d can be configured to include a drainage pipe 24d, which can be used to connect either the wastewater tank 3d or the cleaning plate 11 to guide the wastewater generated by the cleaning component 2d into either the wastewater tank 3d or the cleaning plate 11.

[0503] Please see Figure 47 In addition to the cleaning component 22d, the cleaning assembly 2d also includes a carrier component 21d. The carrier component 21d is disposed within and connected to the base station body 1. The carrier component 21d has the aforementioned cleaning area. When the dust box 30 reaches the cleaning area of the carrier component 21d, at least a portion of the cleaning component 22d (i.e., the nozzle 221d) can extend into the dust box 30 through the second opening 301 of the dust box 30 to clean the interior of the dust box 30.

[0504] The support member 21d is used to support and fix the dust box 30 so that the dust box 30 is housed in the cleaning area. The cleaning member 22d connected to the support member 21d can be inserted into the dust box 30 through the second opening 301 of the dust box 30 to achieve effective cleaning of the dust box 30 housed in the cleaning area.

[0505] Understandably, when the cleaning equipment 20 is working, the airflow generated by its internal fan can carry the debris near the roller brush or side brush into the dust box 30 through the second opening 301. The airflow can be filtered by the filter element 330 located inside the dust box 30 and then discharged through the first opening 303 of the dust box 30. The debris remains inside the dust box 30 due to the obstruction of the filter element 330, thus achieving the collection of debris.

[0506] The nozzle 221d in the cleaning component 22d can extend into the dust box 30 through the second opening 301 formed on the dust box 30, so that the cleaning treatment of the inside of the dust box 30 can be conveniently achieved by using the second opening 301 of the dust box 30 without changing the structure of the dust box 30.

[0507] Please see Figure 48 and Figure 49 The cleaning element 22d extends along the first direction X. As the dust box 30 gradually approaches the cleaning element 22d along the first direction X, at least a portion of the cleaning element 22d can extend into the interior of the dust box 30.

[0508] In some embodiments, the cleaning component 22d includes a nozzle 221d and a mounting base 222d. The nozzle 221d is rotatably mounted on the support component 21d about its own axis for installation and fixation. Alternatively, the nozzle 221d and the support component 21d can be spaced apart and not in direct contact.

[0509] The nozzle 221d has its own axis parallel to the first direction X. The mounting base 222d is fitted over the nozzle 221d and has a closure portion 2221d on its circumferential outer side in the first direction X. When the cleaning component 22d moves relative to the dust box 30 along the first direction X and extends into the dust box 30, the mounting base 222d can engage with the inner wall of the second opening 301 through the closure portion 2221d to close the second opening 301.

[0510] Specifically, the aforementioned sealing portion 2221d can be made of rubber material or other similar material with a certain deformation recovery capability. When the mounting base 222d engages with the second opening 301 of the dust box 30 through the sealing portion 2221d, the sealing portion 2221d can maintain contact with the inner wall of the second opening 301 of the dust box 30, thereby sealing the second opening 301 of the dust box 30.

[0511] The shape of the closure 2221d is consistent with the shape and size of the second opening 301 of the dust box 30. For example, when the second opening 301 is circular, the closure 2221d is a circular columnar structure with a size that is basically the same as that of the second opening 301; when the second opening 301 is rectangular, the closure 2221d is a rectangular columnar structure with a size that is basically the same as that of the second opening 301, etc.

[0512] It should be noted that the first direction X can be any direction. In the diagram, direction X represents the first direction X, direction Y represents the second direction Y, and direction Z represents the third direction Z. The first direction X and the second direction Y have an angle between them, and the first direction X also has an angle with the third direction Z. The second direction Y and the third direction Z can be in the same direction or have an angle between them. For example, the first direction X and the second direction Y can both extend horizontally and are perpendicular to each other, while the third direction Z extends vertically and remains perpendicular to both the first direction X and the second direction Y. Of course, in some embodiments, the first direction X can also have an angle with the horizontal direction, and similarly, the second direction Y can also have an angle with the horizontal direction, and the third direction Z can have an angle with the vertical direction. This embodiment does not strictly limit the actual extension directions of the first direction X, the second direction Y, and the third direction Z; it is only necessary to ensure that the first direction X, the second direction Y, and the third direction Z maintain the angular relationships described above.

[0513] Please see Figure 48 The cleaning component 22d also includes a cleaning drive component 223d, which is connected to the nozzle 221d to drive the nozzle 221d to rotate around its own axis.

[0514] The cleaning drive component 223d is partially located outside the mounting base 222d and can be fixed to the carrier 21d. Part of it passes through the mounting base 222d and is located inside it, facilitating the driving of the nozzle 221d, which is mounted on the mounting base 222d, to rotate around its own axis within a certain range. In other words, at least a portion of the cleaning drive component 223d is located on the side of the mounting base 222d facing the carrier 21d and is connected to the carrier 21d. In this case, the mounting base 222d covers and encloses a portion of the structure of the cleaning drive component 223d.

[0515] Specifically, the rotation angle of the nozzle 221d can be 360 degrees, or it can rotate within a certain range. The rotation angle of the nozzle 221d can be adaptively adjusted according to actual design requirements to ensure that the cleaning effect of the nozzle 221d meets the requirements. This embodiment does not limit the rotation angle or rotation range of the nozzle 221d. For example, the nozzle 221d can rotate freely 360 degrees under the drive of the cleaning drive component 223d, or it can reciprocate around its own axis within a certain range (e.g., 90 degrees, 180 degrees, or 270 degrees).

[0516] The number of nozzles 221d can be one, two, or more. The number can be adjusted according to the specific size and shape of the dust box 30 to be cleaned, so as to maximize the cleaning effect of the nozzles 221d on the dust box 30 and avoid cleaning dead corners.

[0517] It should be noted that the cleaning assembly 2d also includes a liquid supply component connected to the nozzle 221d. The liquid supply component includes a liquid supply pipe for supplying cleaning fluid to the nozzle 221d. The nozzle 221d cleans the inside of the dust box 30 by spraying cleaning fluid into the dust box 30.

[0518] Please see Figure 48 and Figure 49 The number of nozzles 221d is two. In other similar embodiments, the number of nozzles 221d may be more.

[0519] The cleaning drive unit 223d for driving the nozzle 221d to rotate includes a cleaning drive motor 2231d and a transmission component 2232d. The transmission component 2232d connects the output end of the cleaning drive motor 2231d and the nozzle 221d. When the cleaning drive motor 2231d starts, it can drive the nozzle 221d to rotate through the transmission component 2232d.

[0520] Please see Figure 49 In this case, the transmission component 2232d may include a transmission belt. When the cleaning drive motor 2231d starts, the transmission belt can rotate in a set direction under the drive of the cleaning drive motor 2231d, and in this process, drive the corresponding nozzle 221d to rotate. Of course, in other embodiments, the transmission component 2232d may also be a gear meshing structure or other transmission structure, and this embodiment does not limit it.

[0521] by Figure 49 Taking the structure shown as an example, there are two nozzles 221d. To ensure that both nozzles 221d can rotate, in some embodiments, the cleaning drive unit 223d may also include a timing belt 2233d, allowing the two nozzles 221d to rotate synchronously via the timing belt 2233d. Of course, when there are three or more nozzles 221d, the timing belt 2233d can also synchronously drive more nozzles 221d to rotate. Furthermore, the cleaning drive unit 223d can also achieve synchronous drive of multiple nozzles 221d through other similar transmission structures such as a gear and rack meshing structure.

[0522] The nozzle 221d is provided at the end of the nozzle 221d, and the nozzle 2211d is configured to spray a fan-shaped water flow that expands in the first direction X.

[0523] Specifically, the nozzle 221d can be configured to have an elongated nozzle extending along the first direction X. Please refer to [reference needed]. Figure 49 When the nozzle 221d rotates around its own axis, the nozzle 2211d can rotate synchronously and achieve circumferential sweeping through the liquid it sprays, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency of the nozzle 2211d on the inside of the dust box 30.

[0524] It should be noted that the filter element 330 (High-Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) located in the dust box 30 is mostly designed with dense pleats. Its filter substrate is folded into dense V-shaped or W-shaped corrugations to increase the filtration area in a limited space, thereby significantly improving filtration efficiency. When the fan-shaped water flow sprayed by the nozzle 2211d is parallel to the folds of the filter substrate, the water flow can fully flow between the folded filter substrates and effectively clean the base station. When the fan-shaped water flow sprayed by the nozzle 2211d has a certain angle with the folds of the filter substrate (e.g., perpendicular, or at a 60-degree angle), some of the water flow will be blocked by the folded filter substrate, making it difficult for the water flow to fully flow between the folded filter substrates and clean the inside of the folded structure. Therefore, when the crease of the filter element 330 forms a certain angle with the fan-shaped water flow sprayed from the nozzle 221d, it is necessary to appropriately increase the spray range of the nozzle 221d or increase the flow rate of the water sprayed from the nozzle 221d to ensure that the nozzle 221d can still maintain a good cleaning effect on the filter element 330.

[0525] Please see Figure 47 and Figure 48 The carrier 21d of the cleaning component 2d is provided with a perforation 2101d. When the dust box 30 reaches the cleaning area, the dust box 30 opens, so that the fluid in the dust box 30 can flow out of the dust box 30 through the perforation 2101d.

[0526] Specifically, the cleaning area is positioned opposite to the perforation 2101d, and the dust box 30 can be opened when it reaches the carrier 21d and is exactly opposite to the perforation 2101d.

[0527] In addition, the cleaning assembly 2d also includes a water collection component 23d, which has a receiving cavity 2301d for receiving fluid. When the dust box 30 is placed in the cleaning area, the water collection component 23d is located below the dust box 30 to receive wastewater flowing out of the dust box 30 and the perforation 2101d.

[0528] In some embodiments, the water collecting member 23d is connected to and located below the support member 21d. The receiving cavity 2301d and the perforation 2101d are disposed opposite to each other and remain in communication. At this time, the liquid sprayed into the dust box 30 through the nozzle 2211d can flow into the receiving cavity 2301d of the water collecting member 23d through the perforation 2101d, thereby achieving preliminary collection of the wastewater generated after cleaning.

[0529] One end of the drain pipe 24d of the cleaning assembly 2d can be connected to the water collection component 23d, and the other end is used to connect to either the wastewater tank 3d or the cleaning disc 11, so as to guide the fluid flowing into the receiving cavity 2301d to either the wastewater tank 3d or the cleaning disc 11. The cleaning disc 11 is connected to the wastewater tank 3d through a pipeline so that the wastewater generated by the cleaning assembly 2d can eventually flow into the wastewater tank 3d.

[0530] Specifically, the aforementioned drainage pipe 24d is equipped with a drain valve 241d, and the drain valve 241d is generally located on the side of the drainage pipe 24d near the sewage tank 3d or near the cleaning plate 11. Taking the connection of the drainage pipe 24d to the sewage tank 3d as an example, the end of the drainage pipe 24d used to connect to the sewage tank 3d is equipped with a drain valve 241d.

[0531] The drain valve 241d is used to connect and close the drain pipe 24d. When the drain valve 241d is open, the drain pipe 24d connects the sewage tank 3d and the water collection component 23d to guide the sewage in the receiving cavity 2301d of the water collection component 23d into the sewage tank 3d; when the drain valve 241d is closed, it ensures that the sewage in the sewage tank 3d will not flow back and also blocks the odor in the sewage tank 3d.

[0532] In addition, the aforementioned drain valve 241d can also, to a certain extent, block large particulate impurities (such as hair, thread ends, etc.) mixed in during the cleaning process of dust box 30, preventing these impurities from entering the sewage tank 3d and causing damage to the sewage tank 3d and other subsequent drainage structures.

[0533] Of course, considering that the aforementioned impurities may clog the drainage pipe 24d, a filter screen can be installed inside the water collection component 23d. The filter screen can be used to filter the liquid flowing into the receiving cavity 2301d through the perforation 2101d to separate the liquid from the solids. Along the direction of liquid flow, the filter screen is located inside the receiving cavity 2301d and is at a certain distance from the drain outlet of the water collection component 23d that connects to the drainage pipe 24d.

[0534] Specifically, the filter screen is detachably connected to the water collection component 23d and located within the receiving cavity 2301d. This structure facilitates user self-cleaning of the inner wall of the water collection component 23d and the filter screen. Along the height direction of the water collection component 23d (i.e., the Z direction in the figure), the filter screen divides the receiving cavity 2301d into a first receiving space and a second receiving space space spaced apart along the height direction. The first receiving space space is located above the filter screen. The perforation 2101d is connected to the first receiving space. Some of the liquid flowing into the first receiving space through the perforation 2101d can pass through the filter screen and flow into the second receiving space. At the same time, the dirt flowing into the first receiving space along with the liquid will be blocked by the filter screen and remain in the first receiving space. The second receiving space is connected to the drain outlet, and the liquid flowing into the second receiving space will flow into the drainage pipe 24d through the drain outlet. Alternatively, along the horizontal direction (i.e., any direction perpendicular to the Z direction in the figure), the filter can divide the receiving cavity 2301d into a first receiving space and a second receiving space space that are spaced apart along the horizontal direction. The first receiving space is located on the side of the filter that is close to the perforation 2101d in the horizontal direction, and the second receiving space is located on the other side of the filter that is away from the perforation 2101d in the horizontal direction.

[0535] Please see Figure 47 and Figure 48 The support member 21d extends a certain distance in the first direction X and can be used to support the dust box 30.

[0536] The support member 21d includes a flat plate portion 212d and a recessed portion 213d, wherein the flat plate portion 212d is located on one side of the recessed portion 213d in the first direction X. A through hole 2101d is provided in the recessed portion 213d and is substantially located in the middle of the recessed portion 213d. When the dust box 30 reaches the through hole 2101d along the first direction X, the dust box 30 can be opened precisely.

[0537] Specifically, the carrier 21d also includes a trigger 211d disposed adjacent to the perforation 2101d. The dust box 30 includes a box body 310 and a box cover 320. The box body 310 is provided with a communicating opening 302. One end of the box cover 320 is rotatably connected to the box body 310, and the other end is limitedly engaged with the box body 310 to close the communicating opening 302.

[0538] When the dust box 30 reaches the cleaning area along the first direction X and communicates with the perforation 2101d, the trigger 211d can release the limiting position between the cover 320 and the box body 310, so that the cover 320 rotates relative to the box body 310 under the action of gravity to expose the communicating opening 302.

[0539] Please see Figure 48The trigger 211d is located on the side of the perforation 2101d near the cleaning member 22d in the first direction X, and the trigger 211d protrudes from the recess 213d on the side facing away from the flat plate 212d. Alternatively, the trigger 211d can be considered to be located on the side of the recess 213d near the cleaning member 22d.

[0540] When the trigger 211d reaches the cleaning area, is positioned opposite the perforation 2101d, and contacts the recess 213d of the support member 21d, it releases the restriction between the cover 320 and the body 310 of the dust box 30 by pressing, thereby allowing the dust box 30 to open under gravity and reveal the communicating opening 302. At this time, the liquid sprayed into the dust box 30 by the cleaning member 22d can flow into the receiving cavity 2301d of the water collecting member 23d through the communicating opening 302.

[0541] by Figure 48 Taking the structure shown as an example, the lid 320 is located below the box body 310. The second opening 301 is located on one side of the box body 310 in the first direction X, and above the lid 320.

[0542] In some embodiments, the trigger 211d, the flat plate 212d, the recessed portion 213d, etc., are all integrally formed to constitute the carrier 21d.

[0543] Of course, please see Figure 48 The carrier 21d is also provided with a first positioning member 214d and a first sliding member 215d. The first positioning member 214d can cooperate with the transfer assembly 4d to ensure that the transfer assembly 4d can transfer the dust box 30 precisely onto the carrier 21d along the first direction X and keep it relative to the through hole 2101d, so that the cleaning assembly 2d can perform cleaning operations on the dust box 30. The first sliding member 215d can provide a certain guiding and limiting function for the dust box 30, which slides relative to the flat plate 212d along the first direction X, thereby ensuring that the dust box 30 and the carrier 21d will not deviate in any direction other than the first direction X, while reducing the sliding friction between the carrier 21d and the dust box 30.

[0544] Please refer to the following text for the specific structure and function of the first positioning member 214d and the first sliding member 215d.

[0545] Please see Figure 50 The dust box 30 reaches the carrier 21d of the cleaning component 2d and is positioned exactly in the cleaning area.

[0546] Please see Figure 51 and Figure 52The cleaning component 22d can be inserted into the dust box 30 through the closure part 2221d, and at this time the dust box 30 is in the open state and the connecting opening 302 of the dust box 30 is exposed.

[0547] Specifically, the cover of the dust box 30 is located at the bottom of the box body 310. One end of the cover in the first direction X is rotatably connected to the box body 310, and the other end can be connected to the box body 310 by a snap-fit engagement. The two ends of the cover in the first direction X are defined as a rotating end and a free end, respectively. The rotating end is rotatably connected to the box body 310, and the free end can be snapped into the box body 310. When the snap-fit is released, the rotating end rotates under the action of gravity, thereby exposing the connecting opening 302.

[0548] by Figure 52 Taking the structure shown as an example, the rotating end of the dust box 30 is provided with a rotating shaft, and the box cover 320 rotates around the box body 310 through the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft extends along the second direction Y. At this time, the first direction X and the second direction Y are both parallel to the horizontal direction and remain orthogonal.

[0549] Specifically, the box body 310 may have a snap-fit groove integrally formed on one side for locking with the free end of the lid 320. The groove opening faces the assembly direction of the lid 320, and the inner sidewall of the snap-fit groove has a stepped surface for limiting the position. Correspondingly, the free end of the lid 320 has a groove at a position opposite to the snap-fit groove. The groove is a blind hole structure extending along the thickness direction of the lid 320. A buckle is fitted in the groove of the lid 320 with a clearance fit. The buckle can reciprocate linearly relative to the groove along its axial direction. An elastic element (such as a spring or sheet) is also embedded in the groove. One end of the elastic element abuts against the bottom inner wall of the groove, and the other end abuts against one end of the buckle. In its natural state, the elastic element can push the other end of the buckle out of the groove opening.

[0550] When the dustbin 30 moves along the first direction X to the set position (i.e., the cleaning zone), the trigger 211d applies a pressing force to the latch. This pressing force overcomes the elastic force of the elastic element, allowing the latch to move along the axial direction of the groove towards the bottom of the groove under the pressing force, while simultaneously compressing the elastic element. Under the pressing force applied by the trigger 211d, the portion of the latch protruding from the groove can completely disengage from the locking groove on the box body 310. At this point, the locking and limiting relationship between the latch and the locking groove is released, and the box cover 320 can rotate relative to the box body 310 around the pivot under gravity, thereby exposing the communicating opening 302 that was closed by the box cover 320.

[0551] Please see Figure 52 At this time, the recessed portion 213d can be used to support the lid 320.

[0552] When the dustbin 30 moves in the reverse direction X and leaves the cleaning area, the lid 320 can rotate under the support and push of the flat plate 212d, causing its free end to rotate towards the side closer to the body 310. During the rotation, the part of the buckle protruding from the groove can contact the edge of the body 310 and generate a certain squeezing force. Under the action of the squeezing force, the buckle can be fixed along the axial direction of the groove towards the bottom of the groove and squeeze the elastic element to cause it to compress and deform until the mounting surface of the lid 320 is in close contact with the body 310 (at this time, the lid 320 is in place). The buckle and the snap-fit groove on the body 310 are exactly opposite each other. At this time, the elastic element releases the elastic potential energy accumulated in the compressed state and acts on the buckle to push the buckle to move in the reverse direction along the axial direction of the groove and extend into the snap-fit groove, so as to realize the snap-fit limiting and locking of the lid 320 and the body 310. At this time, the connecting opening 302 of the dustbin 30 can be closed by the lid 320.

[0553] In some embodiments, the cleaning assembly 2d further includes a drying component 25d. The drying component 25d is used to dry the cleaned dust box 30 to remove moisture from the dust box 30 and prevent residual moisture from affecting the normal use of the dust box 30.

[0554] The drying unit 25d and the water collecting unit 23d are connected in their receiving cavity 2301d. (See also...) Figure 53 The drying component 25d includes a drying fan 251d, a heating element, and an air duct 252d, wherein the heating element is located inside the air duct 252d and is not shown in the figure.

[0555] When the drying component 25d is in operation, it generates a hot airflow carrying a certain amount of heat. This hot airflow can flow into the dust box 30 through the air duct 252d, thereby drying the interior of the dust box 30 and preventing mold growth and odors. Additionally, the hot airflow generated by the drying component 25d can also flow into the receiving cavity 2301d through the air duct 252d, drying any residual liquid within the cavity and effectively inhibiting mold growth, preventing mold contamination of the dust box 30, and also preventing odors from developing in the receiving cavity 2301d and the dust box 30.

[0556] In some embodiments, one end of the air duct 252d is connected to the drying fan 251d, and the other end extends into the water collection member 23d to connect with the receiving cavity 2301d. The hot airflow generated by the drying fan 251d can flow into the receiving cavity 2301d through the air duct 252d, and further flow into the dust box 30, so as to simultaneously dry the dust box 30 and the receiving cavity 2301d.

[0557] In some embodiments, one end of the air duct 252d may be connected to the drying fan 251d, and the other end may be connected to the first opening 303 of the dust box 30 when the dust box 30 reaches the cleaning area, so that the hot airflow generated by the drying fan 251d flows directly into the dust box 30 through the air duct 252d, and then flows into the receiving cavity 2301d through the connecting opening 302 of the dust box 30, so as to simultaneously dry the dust box 30 and the receiving cavity 2301d.

[0558] Alternatively, the dust box 30 can be configured as a Y-shaped air duct 252d, with one end connected to the drying fan 251d and the other two ends connected to the carrier 21d and the receiving cavity 2301d, respectively. Please refer to [link / reference]. Figure 54 and Figure 55 The carrier 21d is provided with an opening for connecting to the first opening 303 of the dust box 30. One end of the air duct 252d is connected to the opening, and the other end extends into the receiving cavity 2301d, so that the airflow generated by the drying fan 251d when it is working can flow to the first opening 303 of the dust box 30 and the receiving cavity 2301d of the water collection component 23d respectively, so as to simultaneously achieve the drying treatment of the dust box 30 and the receiving cavity 2301d.

[0559] The heating element mentioned above can be an electric heating device such as a heating wire, heating tube, heating plate, or heating plate.

[0560] After the dust box 30 is cleaned, the air drawn in by the drying fan 251d is heated into hot air by the heating element and flows through the air duct 252d to the dust box 30 and the receiving cavity 2301d for drying.

[0561] After drying, the cleaning of dust box 30 is completed.

[0562] After the cleaning operation is completed, the dust box 30 can be transferred from the cleaning component 2d to the docking area 101 by the transfer component 4d. At this time, the dust box 30 can be placed into the cleaning equipment 20 located in the docking area 101 by the transfer component 4d.

[0563] Additionally, to ensure that the dustbin 30 can move only relative to the sliding platform 421d along the first direction X, a second sliding member 340 can be provided on the dustbin 30 to slide and engage with the first sliding member 215d formed on the support member 21d. (See also...) Figure 55 The dust box 30 can slide and engage with the carrier 21d through the first sliding member 215d and the second sliding member 340.

[0564] Specifically, the first slider 215d may include one of a slidingly engaged slider and a guide rail, and the second slider 340 may include the other.

[0565] The structure of the 4d transfer component will be explained in detail below.

[0566] The transfer component 4d includes a gripper 41d and a conveyor 42d. The gripper 41d is used to grip or release the dust box 30 to be transferred. At least part of the conveyor 42d is located inside the base station body 1 and connected to the gripper 41d to drive the gripper 41d to move between the docking area 101 and the cleaning area.

[0567] Please see Figure 56 The transfer component 4d can transfer the dust box 30 at least in the first direction X.

[0568] Of course, when there is a certain distance between the docking area 101 and the cleaning area in other directions besides the first direction X, the transfer component 4d also needs to transfer the dust box 30 in the corresponding direction.

[0569] by Figure 56 Taking the structure shown as an example, there is a certain distance between the docking area 101 and the cleaning area in the third direction Z. That is, along the third direction Z, there is a gap between the docking area 101 and the cleaning area, and the docking area 101 is located below the cleaning area. Therefore, the transfer component 4d can also transfer the dust box 30 in the third direction Z.

[0570] Specifically, the conveyor 42d can drive the gripper 41d to move along the first direction X and the third direction Z to realize the transfer of the dust box 30 gripped by the gripper 41d.

[0571] The conveyor 42d includes a connected sliding platform 421d and a first guide rail 422d, wherein the gripper 41d is disposed on the sliding platform 421d, and the first guide rail 422d extends along the first direction X and slides in cooperation with the sliding platform 421d to guide the sliding platform 421d to move along the first direction X.

[0572] Of course, the conveyor 42d also includes a first drive assembly, which drives the sliding platform 421d to slide relative to the first guide rail 422d along the first direction X. For example, the first drive assembly may include a screw and nut mechanism / gear and rack mechanism driven by a motor.

[0573] To ensure that the sliding platform 421d does not collide with and be damaged by the cleaning component 2d when moving along the first direction X toward the side closer to the cleaning component 2d, the sliding platform 421d can be equipped with a first detection element 4211d. The first detection element 4211d can emit a corresponding detection signal when cooperating with the first positioning element 214d provided on the support member 21d, indicating that the sliding platform 421d has moved to a predetermined position (i.e., the cleaning area, located at the end of the path in the first direction X). Please refer to [link to relevant documentation]. Figure 57 At this point, the gripper 41d can grip or release the dust box 30 as needed.

[0574] The first detection element 4211d is located on the side of the sliding platform 421d in the first direction X, close to the cleaning component 2d, and is positioned opposite to the first positioning element 214d on the cleaning component 2d.

[0575] Specifically, the first detection element 4211d is configured to detect the first positioning element 214d and generate a corresponding detection signal in response to the detection of the first adjustment element.

[0576] For example, the first detection element 4211d may include a contact sensor. When the sliding platform 421d moves along the first direction X to the end of the path, the first detection element 4211d comes into contact with the first positioning element 214d and generates a first detection signal. The first detection signal is used to indicate that the sliding platform 421d moves along the first direction X to the end of the path near the cleaning assembly 2d.

[0577] When the sliding platform 421d slides along the first direction X and the gripper 41d grips the dust box 30, in order to ensure that the dust box 30 can move only relative to the sliding platform 421d along the first direction X, the dust box 30 can be provided with a second sliding member 340 that can slide and cooperate with the first sliding member 215d formed on the support member 21d.

[0578] When the sliding platform 421d slides along the first guide rail 422d in the first direction X, the dust box 30 gripped by the gripper 41d can achieve sliding engagement with the bearing member 21d through the first sliding member 215d and the second sliding member 340 mentioned above.

[0579] Please see Figure 56 and Figure 58 The conveyor 42d also includes a mounting platform 423d and a second guide rail 424d for moving the gripper 41d in the third direction Z. The sliding platform 421d is mounted on the mounting platform 423d, and the mounting platform 423d slides in conjunction with the second guide rail 424d extending in the third direction Z. Guided by the second guide rail 424d, the mounting platform 423d can slide in the third direction Z.

[0580] It should be noted that on the third direction Z, the docking area 101 and the cleaning area are respectively set opposite to the two ends of the second guide rail 424d.

[0581] Of course, the conveyor 42d also includes a second drive assembly for driving the mounting platform 423d to slide relative to the second guide rail 424d along a third direction Z. For example, the second drive assembly may include a screw and nut mechanism / gear and rack mechanism driven by a motor.

[0582] The structure of the first drive components can be the same or different. Their construction has been disclosed in the prior art and will not be described in detail here.

[0583] To ensure that the current position of the installation platform 423d can be obtained in a timely and effective manner when it moves along the third direction Z, a second detection element 4231d can be installed on the installation platform 423d, and a second positioning element 12d can be installed on the second guide rail 424d. When the second detection element 4231d and the second positioning element 12d cooperate, the second detection element 4231d outputs a second detection signal.

[0584] Please see Figure 55 and Figure 56 The number of the aforementioned second positioning elements 12d is at least two, and they are arranged sequentially at intervals along the third direction Z on the second guide rail 424d. The number and distribution of the second positioning elements 12d in the figure are for illustrative purposes only and do not actually limit the number and distribution of the second positioning elements 12d.

[0585] Generally, at least one second positioning element 12d is disposed opposite to the docking area 101, and at least one second positioning element 12d is disposed opposite to the cleaning component 2d, so that the second detection element 4231d outputs a corresponding detection signal when it cooperates with the corresponding second positioning element 12d.

[0586] Specifically, the second detection element 4231d can be configured to include a light sensor. The light sensor is used to generate a sensing signal in response to changes in the light signal.

[0587] As the mounting platform 423d changes position in the Z-direction, at least one second positioning element 12d enters or exits the optical path of the photosensor to alter the light signal received by the photosensor, thereby generating a corresponding detection signal. Please refer to... Figure 58 For ease of display, Figure 58 Only one second positioning element 12d is drawn in the middle.

[0588] For example, a light sensor can be configured to include a first light sensor and a second light sensor, with a sensing interval formed between the first and second light sensors. As the mounting platform 423d moves in the third direction Z, the corresponding second positioning member 12d can act as a blocking member, selectively extending into or out of the aforementioned sensing interval. Please refer to [link to relevant documentation]. Figure 58 and Figure 59 When the second positioning element 12d extends into the sensing interval, it can block the light path between the first and second photosensors.

[0589] It should be noted that the cleaning base station 10 also includes a signal processing unit electrically connected to the first detection element 4211d and the second detection element 4231d. This signal processing unit can determine the current positions of the sliding platform 421d and the mounting platform 423d using the first and second detection signals.

[0590] In some embodiments, the aforementioned conveyor 42d can also be configured as a multi-degree-of-freedom robotic arm, with the gripper 41d described above at its end. By controlling the swinging or rotating of the robotic arm, the gripper 41d can grip and release the dustbin 30 at different positions.

[0591] The gripper 41d includes any one of a magnetic gripping part, a vacuum gripping part, or a claw gripping part.

[0592] In some embodiments, the gripping member 41d includes a magnetic gripping part, which can grip the dustbin 30 under magnetic force. For example, the dustbin 30 is provided with an iron component (such as an iron sheet) that can be attracted by magnetic force. The magnetic gripping part includes an electromagnet, and the presence or absence of magnetic force can be controlled by controlling the on / off state of the current. When the magnetic gripping part is energized, it generates magnetic force, and the iron component on the dustbin 30 can be attracted by the magnetic gripping part under the attraction of magnetic force. When the magnetic gripping part is de-energized, the magnetic force disappears, the attraction between the iron component on the dustbin 30 and the magnetic gripping part is released, and it falls off the magnetic gripping part. At this time, the gripping and releasing operation of the dustbin 30 can be quickly and accurately realized by controlling the on / off state of the current of the magnetic gripping part.

[0593] Alternatively, in some embodiments, the gripper 41d can be configured as a gripper gripping part, that is, using a gripper to grip the dust box 30; or, the gripper 41d can be a vacuum gripping part, that is, using negative pressure adsorption to grip the dust box 30.

[0594] The specific working process of the clean base station 10 provided in this embodiment is as follows: After the cleaning equipment 20 enters the docking area 101 of the cleaning base station 10, please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2At this time, the transfer component 4d can remove the dust box 30 from the cleaning device 20 and raise the dust box 30 along the third direction Z to a height opposite to the cleaning zone. Then, it moves the dust box 30 along the first direction X to the cleaning zone where it is finally housed on the carrier 21d of the cleaning component 2d. During this process, the cleaning component 22d of the cleaning component 2d is positioned opposite the second opening 301 of the dust box 30 and can be inserted into the dust box 30 through the second opening 301 as the dust box 30 gradually approaches. When the dust box 30 moves to the cleaning zone and is exactly aligned with the through hole 2101d on the carrier 21d of the cleaning component 2d, the locking and limiting structure between the body 310 and the cover 320 of the dust box 30 can be released under the pressing action of the trigger 211d. At this time, the cover 320 opens. Please refer to [link to relevant documentation]. Figure 50 , Figure 51 and Figure 52 The nozzle 221d in the cleaning component 22d sprays a fan-shaped stream of water to rinse the inside of the dust box 30. The wastewater generated during rinsing flows through the open cover 320 into the receiving cavity 2301d of the water collection component 23d, and finally flows through the drain pipe 24d into the wastewater tank 3d of the cleaning base station 10. After rinsing, the drain valve 241d is closed, and the drying component 25d is activated. The hot airflow generated by the drying component 25d dries the dust box 30 and the receiving cavity 2301d of the cleaning component 2d. (See [link to relevant documentation]). Figure 54 and Figure 55 After drying is complete, the transfer component 4d can grab the dust box 30 again and move it in the opposite direction along the first direction X, thereby locking the lid 320 and the body 310. Subsequently, the transfer component 4d drives the dust box 30 to move along the third direction Z towards the side closer to the docking area 101, and finally puts the dust box 30 back into the cleaning equipment 20.

[0595] It is understood that the present application provides a cleaning base station 10, which includes a base station body 1 and a cleaning component 2d located within the base station body 1. The cleaning component 2d can be used to clean the dust box 30 removed from the cleaning equipment 20, thereby enabling the cleaning base station to have a dust box 30 cleaning function. This helps reduce the frequency and number of times users manually clean the dust box 30, further extending the manual maintenance time of the dust box 30, thereby improving the ease of use of the cleaning base station 10 and helping to improve the user experience.

[0596] The cleaning system 100 includes the cleaning base station 10 and the cleaning equipment 20 described above. The cleaning base station 10 is used to park the cleaning equipment 20, and the cleaning equipment 20 is equipped with a dust box 30. The cleaning system 100 includes any one or more embodiments of the cleaning base station 10 described above. Therefore, the beneficial effects of the cleaning system 100 including any one or more of the cleaning base stations 10 described above will not be elaborated here.

[0597] This application provides a cleaning base station 10 and a cleaning system 100, wherein the cleaning base station 10 can at least be used to park cleaning equipment 20. The cleaning equipment 20 is a device for cleaning surfaces to be cleaned, and the cleaning equipment 20 has a dust box 30.

[0598] Taking the surface to be cleaned as the ground as an example, the cleaning equipment can be a floor cleaning tool such as a robot vacuum or sweeping robot.

[0599] Taking a robotic vacuum cleaner as an example, it can clean the floor. Dust, hair, and other debris adhering to the inner wall of the dustbin can clog the airflow channels (e.g., blocking the exhaust vent), thus reducing its suction power. This can also clog the filter, causing the robot vacuum's motor to work under high load, potentially shortening its lifespan. To avoid these problems, users need to manually clean or replace the dustbin regularly to ensure it remains clean and maintains high cleaning efficiency.

[0600] However, the above cleaning operations require manual operation by the user, which will affect the ease of use of the equipment to some extent and ultimately reduce the user experience.

[0601] In view of this, in order to solve the above problems and improve the user experience, this application provides a new cleaning base station 10 and cleaning system 100.

[0602] Please see Figure 1 This application provides a cleaning system 100, which includes a cleaning base station 10 and a cleaning device 20. The cleaning base station 10 can be used to dock the cleaning device 20.

[0603] The cleaning base station 10 has an area for parking the cleaning equipment 20, which can enter and exit the area. When the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the area, that is, when the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the cleaning base station 10, the cleaning equipment 20 can perform cleaning on the ground.

[0604] Please see Figure 2 and Figure 60 This application provides a cleaning base station 10, which includes a base station body 1e and a docking area 101 for parking a cleaning device 20. The cleaning device 20 is the floor cleaning device 20 with a dust box 30 described above. The docking area 101 is the area described above for parking the cleaning device 20. The cleaning device 20 can easily enter or exit relative to the docking area 101.

[0605] For example, during the cleaning operation, when the cleaning equipment 20 is low on power or when a certain amount of garbage is collected in the dust box 30, the cleaning equipment 20 can be moved to the docking area 101 to charge the cleaning equipment 20 or clean the dust box 30 through the cleaning base station 10 (extracting the garbage in the dust box 30 into the cleaning base station 10, at which time the cleaning base station 10 is equipped with a dust collection structure, such as a dust collection bin).

[0606] In some cases, when the cleaning equipment 20 has wet mopping components (such as mops, rollers, etc.), the docking area 101 of the base station may also be equipped with a cleaning tray 6e for cleaning the aforementioned mopping components.

[0607] The cleaning base station 10 is equipped with a drying component 2e. The dust box 30, which is installed inside the cleaning equipment 20 and can be removed from the cleaning equipment 20, can be placed in the drying component 2e inside the cleaning base station 10 to facilitate the drying component 2e to blow clean the inside of the dust box 30. This will dry the inside of the dust box 30 to a certain extent, reducing the problem of mold growth and odor caused by residual moisture in the dust box 30.

[0608] In some embodiments, the cleaning base station 10 may also be equipped with a transfer component ( Figure 60 (Not shown in the drawing).

[0609] For example, when the cleaning equipment 20 is parked in the parking area 101, the transfer component can transfer the dust box 30, which was originally placed in the cleaning equipment 20 and is to be cleaned, from the parking area 101 to the drying component 2e (or transfer the dust box 30 to be cleaned located in other positions inside the base station body 1e to the drying component 2e), so that the drying component 2e can blow clean the inside of the dust box 30; after the blowing is completed, the transfer component can move the dust box 30 that has been blown clean from the drying component 2e back to the parking area 101 or other corresponding positions.

[0610] Understandably, the dustbin 30 is detachably mounted on the main body of the cleaning equipment 20. For example, the main body of the equipment has a slot into which the dustbin 30 is inserted to achieve detachable mounting of the dustbin 30 on the main body of the equipment; alternatively, the slot opening is arranged upwards, which facilitates the transfer component in picking up the dustbin 30 from the main body of the equipment.

[0611] Specifically, the drying component 2e is located inside the base station body 1e, and at least part of the transfer component is located inside the base station body 1e, and is set at least in the location corresponding to the docking area 101 and the location of the drying component 2e.

[0612] In some embodiments, the base station body 1e further includes a cleaning tray 6e. The cleaning tray 6e is located in the docking area 101 of the base station body 1e and is used to clean the wiping and mopping components of the cleaning device 20. See also... Figure 60 The drying component 2e is located above the cleaning tray 6e.

[0613] The specific structure of the drying component 2e is described below.

[0614] The drying component 2e can reduce the moisture content inside the dust box 30 by supplying airflow into the dust box 30, thereby keeping the dust box 30 in a relatively dry state.

[0615] Please see Figure 61 The drying assembly 2e includes a connected support member 21e and an air supply member 22e. The support member 21e has a support area for supporting the dust box 30, and the support member 21e is provided with an air passage structure 2101e for communicating with the air outlet of the air supply member 22e. The cavity 301e located in the support area of the dust box 30 can communicate with the air supply member 22e through the aforementioned air passage structure 2101e, so as to ensure that the air supply member 22e can deliver airflow into the cavity 301e of the dust box 30.

[0616] The aforementioned airflow structure 2101e can be a perforated or tubular structure formed on the carrier member 21e. One end of this structure is connected to the air supply member 22e, and the other end remains open and can maintain communication with the cavity 301e of the dust box 30 when the dust box 30 is located in the bearing area. Alternatively, the aforementioned airflow structure 2101e can be set as the air outlet of the air supply member 22e, and can be directly or indirectly connected to the carrier member 21e through the air supply member 22e.

[0617] It should be noted that when the dust box 30 has not moved to the bearing area of the carrier 21e, one end of the aforementioned air passage structure 2101e is connected to the air supply component 22e, while the other end remains open. When the dust box 30 reaches the bearing area of the carrier 21e, the air supply component 22e can communicate with the cavity 301e of the dust box 30 through the air passage structure 2101e on the carrier 21e to deliver airflow to the cavity 301e.

[0618] In some embodiments, the air supply component 22e includes a fan 221e and an air duct 222e. One end of the air duct 222e is connected to the fan 221e, and the other end is connected to the air passage structure 2101e to guide the airflow generated by the fan 221e to the air passage structure 2101e.

[0619] Please see Figure 61 and Figure 63 When the dust box 30 reaches the bearing area on the bearing member 21e, the air passage structure 2101e provided on the bearing member 21e can communicate with the airflow inside the dust box 30, so that the airflow generated by the fan 221e can flow into the cavity 301e of the dust box 30 through the air duct 222e and the air passage structure 2101e in sequence, thereby blowing the inside of the dust box 30.

[0620] Specifically, the carrier 21e includes a first part 211e and a second part 212e connected together. The first part 211e has the aforementioned carrier area, and a through hole 2102e is also provided on the first part 211e. When the dust box 30 reaches the carrier area, the communicating opening 302e of the dust box 30 opens to communicate with the through hole 2102e. The second part 212e is located below the first part 211e and can maintain airflow communication with the space above the first part 211e through the through hole 2102e. The second part 212e has a receiving cavity 21201e communicating with the through hole 2102e.

[0621] When the dust box 30 reaches the bearing area, the dust box 30 can be attached to the first part 211e and the connecting opening 302e of the dust box 30 is in the open state. When the connecting opening 302e in the open state can be connected to the receiving cavity 21201e through the through hole 2102e, the cavity 301e of the dust box 30 can be kept in communication with the receiving cavity 21201e located below the first part 211e through the connecting opening 302e in the open state.

[0622] When the dust box 30 is located in the bearing area, the airflow generated by the fan 221e when it is working can flow into the receiving cavity 21201e of the second part 212e after passing through the air duct 222e, the air passage structure 2101e and the cavity 301e in the dust box 30 in sequence, so as to quickly discharge the airflow carrying a certain amount of water vapor from the dust box 30.

[0623] In some embodiments, the air passage structure 2101e is disposed on the first portion 211e.

[0624] Specifically, the air passage structure 2101e can be configured including the first channel 21011e; please refer to [link / reference]. Figure 62 The first channel 21011e can be used to communicate with the first opening 303e of the dust box 30 reaching the bearing area, so as to guide the airflow at the air supply member 22e to flow sequentially through the first channel 21011e and the first opening 303e into the dust box 30.

[0625] In some embodiments, the number of air passage structures 2101e is at least two. In addition to the first channel 21011e described above, the air passage structure 2101e also includes a second channel 21012e disposed at a distance from the first channel 21011e. See also... Figure 62 The second channel 21012e can be connected to the receiving cavity 21201e so that when the dust box 30 reaches the bearing area, the airflow at the air supply component 22e is guided to flow sequentially through the second channel 21012e, the receiving cavity 21201e and the connecting opening 302e into the dust box 30.

[0626] Of course, the airflow flowing into the receiving cavity 21201e through the second channel 21012e can also simultaneously purge the inner wall of the second part 212e where the receiving cavity 21201e is located.

[0627] Specifically, the second channel 21012e can be located on the side of the first channel 21011e away from the perforation 2102e.

[0628] Please see Figure 62When the air passage structure 2101e includes a first channel 21011e and a second channel 21012e arranged at intervals in the first part 211e, the air duct 222e includes a main air duct 2221e, a first sub-air duct 2222e and a second sub-air duct 2223e connected together. One end of the main air duct 2221e is connected to the fan 221e, and the other end is used to connect the first sub-air duct 2222e and the second sub-air duct 2223e at the same time. At this time, the air duct 222e has a Y-shaped or similar Y-shaped structure, which can guide the airflow generated at the fan 221e to be divided into two paths and flow to the first channel 21011e through the first sub-air duct 2222e and to the second channel 21012e through the second sub-air duct 2223e, respectively.

[0629] In some embodiments, the above-mentioned air duct 222e can be integrally formed. In this case, the first sub-air duct 2222e is connected to the first channel 21011e, and the second sub-air duct 2223e can be directly connected to the second channel 21012e, or it can pass through the second channel 21012e and be inserted into the receiving cavity 21201e.

[0630] Alternatively, the main air duct 2221e can be detachably connected to the first sub-air duct 2222e and the second sub-air duct 2223e.

[0631] Alternatively, the second sub-duct 2223e may be provided, including a first pipe 22231e and a second pipe 22232e that are detachably connected, wherein the first pipe 22231e is integrally formed with the main duct 2221e and is located above the first part 211e, and the second pipe 22232e is located below the first part 211e and connected to the first part 211e.

[0632] Please see Figure 62 The first pipe fitting 22231e and the second pipe fitting 22232e are separate structures and are respectively connected to the upper and lower surfaces of the first part 211e to cooperate with the second channel 21012e and form a complete gas flow channel.

[0633] It is important to note that the end of the second tube 22232e that extends into the receiving cavity 21201e needs to maintain a distance from the inner wall of the second part 212e to ensure that the airflow can flow smoothly through the second tube 22232e. Alternatively, the end of the second tube 22232e can be provided with multiple openings for airflow to better guide the airflow to different areas of the receiving cavity 21201e.

[0634] A filter element 330 is installed inside the receiving cavity 21201e of the dust box 30. (See also...) Figure 64 , Figure 65 and Figure 66When the dust box 30 reaches the perforation 2102e of the carrier 21e and the connecting opening 302e of the dust box 30 remains connected to the perforation 2102e, the first channel 21011e can communicate with the first opening 303e of the dust box 30 to guide the airflow through the first opening 303e to blow towards the first surface 3301 of the filter element 330 located in the cavity 301e; the second channel 21012e is used to guide the airflow flowing into the receiving cavity 21201e to blow towards the second surface 3302 of the filter element 330 through the connecting opening 302e.

[0635] The first surface 3301 and the second surface 3302 are located on different sides of the filter element 330, so that the airflow flowing into the dust box 30 from different directions can act on the filter element 330 from different directions, thereby achieving thorough cleaning of the filter element 330.

[0636] Please see Figure 65 and Figure 66 The first surface 3301 and the second surface 3302 are disposed opposite to each other. The filter element 330 is disposed in the cavity 301e adjacent to the first opening 303e and is disposed opposite to the connecting opening 302e.

[0637] In order to further improve the drying efficiency of the drying component 2e for the humid gas in the dust box 30, and at the same time further reduce the possibility of mold growth and odor generation in the dust box 30, in some embodiments, the drying component 2e may also include a heating element, which may be located in the air duct 222e to heat the airflow flowing through the air duct 222e to a preset temperature range.

[0638] The aforementioned preset temperature range can be determined based on the heat resistance of the filter element 330 and other structures within the dust box 30.

[0639] For example, the maximum temperature that filter element 330 can withstand is set to 55℃. The preset temperature range can be set with a maximum temperature less than or equal to 55℃ and a minimum temperature of 50℃. That is, the preset temperature range is 50℃~55℃.

[0640] Of course, when the filter element 330 has a higher temperature tolerance, the maximum value of the above preset temperature range can be adaptively adjusted according to the temperature tolerance of the filter element 330, which will not be elaborated here.

[0641] Specifically, the heat-generating element can be located at one end of the air duct 222e near the fan 221e, which is not shown in the figure.

[0642] When the heating element is operating, the airflow blown out through the air duct 222e carries a certain amount of heat. The hot airflow can flow into the dust box 30 through the duct, thereby drying the inside of the dust box 30, making the dust box 30 dry, and preventing the dust box 30 from producing odors due to mold. In addition, the hot airflow generated by the drying component 2e can also flow into the receiving cavity 21201e through the air duct 222e, and dry any residual liquid and humid gas that may be present in the receiving cavity 21201e, so as to effectively inhibit mold growth, prevent mold contamination of the dust box 30, and also prevent the receiving cavity 21201e and the dust box 30 from producing odors.

[0643] The heating element mentioned above can be an electric heating device such as a heating wire, heating tube, heating plate, or heating plate.

[0644] In some embodiments, the clean base station 10 further includes an exhaust assembly, one end of which is connected to the receiving cavity 21201e of the second part 212e, and the other end is connected to the outside of the base station body 1e.

[0645] The humid gas generated during the drying process can be directly discharged to the outside of the base station body 1e through the exhaust component, so as to ensure that the relevant structures inside the clean base station 10 can remain dry, reduce the risk of circuit failure due to moisture, and reduce the probability of equipment maintenance.

[0646] Specifically, the other end of the exhaust assembly can be directly connected to an exhaust port on the outer shell of the base station body 1e; alternatively, the other end of the exhaust assembly can be connected to the external space of the base station body 1e via a location on the cleaning tray 6e. In this case, the airflow generated by the drying assembly 2e can be directly blown onto the cleaning tray 6e through the exhaust assembly. The airflow flowing through the cleaning tray 6e can carry the moisture from the cleaning tray 6e to the outside of the base station body 1e, thereby drying the cleaning tray 6e to a certain extent. When the cleaning equipment 20 is docked in the docking area 101, the airflow discharged by the exhaust assembly can also dry the wiping and mopping parts of the cleaning equipment 20, reducing the probability of odor generation from the wiping and mopping parts.

[0647] To further improve the ease of use of the cleaning base station 10 and enable it to have more functions, thereby reducing the need for manual cleaning of the dust box 30, in some embodiments, a cleaning component 3e may be provided inside the cleaning base station 10. The cleaning component 3e can be used to clean the inside of the dust box 30.

[0648] After cleaning, the dust box 30 can be directly dried or baked by the aforementioned drying component 2e, thereby further reducing the possibility of mold growth and odor caused by moisture in the dust box 30.

[0649] Please see Figure 67The cleaning component 3e is mounted on the drying component 2e and can be used to clean the dust box 30 located in the carrying area.

[0650] Specifically, the cleaning component 3e is mounted on the drying assembly 2e and connected to the first part 211e. Wastewater generated during the operation of the cleaning component 3e can flow into the receiving cavity 21201e located below the first part 211e. In addition, the cleaning base station 10 also includes a drainage pipe 4e and a wastewater recovery unit, wherein the wastewater recovery unit includes either a cleaning tray 6e or a wastewater tank 5e.

[0651] In related technologies, the wastewater tank 5e can be connected to the cleaning pan 6e via a pipe to collect wastewater generated during the cleaning of the mopping components at the cleaning pan 6e. Please refer to [link / reference needed]. Figure 67 At this time, the wastewater tank 5e can also be connected to the second part 212e in the drying component 2e through the drainage pipe 4e to collect the wastewater generated by the cleaning dust box 30 of the cleaning component 3e.

[0652] In some embodiments, the drain pipe 4e can be connected to the cleaning plate 6e so that the wastewater generated by the cleaning component 3e can be discharged to the cleaning plate 6e. The wastewater flowing into the cleaning plate 6e can be directly discharged into the wastewater tank 5e through the pipe connected to the wastewater tank 5e.

[0653] Specifically, the aforementioned drainage pipe 4e is equipped with a drain valve 41e, and the drain valve 41e is generally located on the side of the drainage pipe 4e closer to the sewage tank 5e or closer to the cleaning tray 6e. Taking the connection of the drainage pipe 4e to the sewage tank 5e as an example, the end of the drainage pipe 4e used to connect to the sewage tank 5e is equipped with a drain valve 41e.

[0654] The drain valve 41e is used to connect and close the drain pipe 4e. When the drain valve 41e is open, the drain pipe 4e connects the sewage tank 5e and the second part 212e to guide the sewage in the receiving cavity 21201e of the second part 212e into the sewage tank 5e; when the drain valve 41e is closed, it can ensure that the sewage in the sewage tank 5e will not flow back and at the same time block the odor in the sewage tank 5e.

[0655] In addition, the aforementioned drain valve 41e can also, to a certain extent, block large particulate impurities (such as hair, thread ends, etc.) mixed in during the cleaning process of the dust box 30, preventing these impurities from entering the sewage tank 5e and causing damage to the sewage tank 5e and other subsequent drainage structures.

[0656] Of course, considering that the aforementioned impurities may clog the drainage pipe 4e, a filter screen can be installed in the second part 212e. The filter screen can be used to filter the liquid flowing into the receiving cavity 21201e to separate the liquid and solids. Along the direction of liquid flow, the filter screen is located in the receiving cavity 21201e and is a certain distance away from the drain outlet of the second part 212e used to connect the drainage pipe 4e.

[0657] Specifically, the filter screen is detachably connected to the second part 212e and located within the receiving cavity 21201e. This structure allows the user to clean the second part 212e and the filter screen themselves.

[0658] Please see Figure 68 , Figure 69 and Figure 70 When the dust box 30 reaches the first part 211e and is located in the bearing area, the cleaning component 3e connected to the first part 211e can extend into the dust box 30 through the second opening 304e of the dust box 30 to clean the inside of the dust box 30.

[0659] Specifically, at this time, only the part of the cleaning component 3e used to spray the cleaning fluid can extend into the dust box 30.

[0660] The first opening 303e, the connecting opening 302e, and the second opening 304e of the dust box 30 can be formed on different sides of the dust box 30. Of course, in other similar embodiments, the positions of the above-mentioned openings can also be adjusted as needed, which will not be described in detail in this embodiment.

[0661] In some embodiments, the cleaning component 3e may include a nozzle and a mounting base. The nozzle is rotatably mounted on the first portion 211e about its own axis. The mounting base is sleeved around the outer periphery of the nozzle and has a closing portion on the outer side. When the cleaning component 3e extends into the dust box 30, the mounting base can engage with the wall of the third opening of the dust box 30 through the closing portion to close the third opening.

[0662] Specifically, the aforementioned sealing portion can be made of rubber material or other similar materials with a certain deformation recovery capability. When the mounting base mates with the third opening of the dust box 30 through the sealing portion, the sealing portion can maintain contact with the wall surface of the third opening of the dust box 30, thereby sealing the third opening of the dust box 30.

[0663] The shape and size of the closure are consistent with the shape and size of the third opening of the dust box 30. For example, when the third opening is circular, the closure is a circular cylindrical structure with a size that is basically the same as that of the third opening; when the third opening is rectangular, the closure is a rectangular cylindrical structure with a size that is basically the same as that of the third opening, etc.

[0664] The cleaning component 3e also includes a cleaning drive component connected to the nozzle drive, which can be used to drive the nozzle to rotate around its own axis within a certain range.

[0665] Specifically, the nozzle's rotation angle can be 360 degrees, or it can rotate within a certain range. The nozzle's rotation angle can be adaptively adjusted according to actual design requirements to ensure that the cleaning effect of the nozzle meets the requirements. This embodiment does not limit the nozzle's rotation angle or rotation range. For example, the nozzle can rotate freely 360 degrees under the drive of the cleaning drive component, or it can reciprocate around its own axis within a certain range (e.g., 90 degrees, 180 degrees, or 270 degrees).

[0666] The number of nozzles can be one, two, or more. The number can be adjusted according to the specific size and shape of the dust box 30 to be cleaned, so as to maximize the cleaning effect of the nozzles on the dust box 30 and avoid cleaning dead corners.

[0667] It should be noted that the cleaning assembly also includes a liquid supply unit connected to the nozzle, which includes a liquid supply pipe for supplying cleaning fluid to the nozzle. The nozzle cleans the inside of the dust box 30 by spraying cleaning fluid into the dust box 30.

[0668] The structure of the nozzle can be found in existing technology and will not be described in detail here.

[0669] Please see Figure 70 The first part 211e is provided with a trigger 2111e. The trigger 2111e is arranged adjacent to the connecting opening 302e. When the dust box 30 reaches the connecting opening 302e, the trigger 2111e can release the restriction between the cover 320 and the box body 310, so that the cover 320 rotates relative to the box body 310 under the action of gravity to expose the connecting opening 302e.

[0670] Specifically, the dustbin 30 includes a body 310 and a lid 320. One end of the lid 320 is rotatably connected to the body 310, and the other end is fitted with the body 310 to close the communication opening 302e. When the dustbin 30 reaches the first part 211e and is opposite to the perforation 2102e of the first part 211e, the trigger 2111e can act on the dustbin 30 by pressing and release the lid 320 from the body 310, so that the lid 320 rotates relative to the body 310 under the action of gravity, so that the communication opening 302e of the dustbin 30 is in the open state. At this time, the cleaning fluid sprayed into the dustbin 30 by the cleaning component 3e can flow along the interior of the dustbin 30 to the communication opening 302e after contacting the inner wall of the dustbin 30, and then flow into the receiving cavity 21201e through the communication opening 302e and the perforation 2102e.

[0671] The trigger element 2111e is integrally formed with the first part 211e.

[0672] by Figure 70 Taking the structure shown as an example, the lid 320 is located below the body 310. The end of the lid 320 that is rotatably connected to the body 310 is defined as the rotating end, and the other end is the free end. The free end of the lid 320 can engage with the body 310, and when the engagement is released, the rotating end will rotate under the action of gravity so that the connecting opening 302e is exposed.

[0673] The box body 310 can be integrally formed with a snap-fit groove on one side for locking with the free end of the box cover 320. The opening of the snap-fit groove faces the assembly direction of the box cover 320, and the inner sidewall of the snap-fit groove has a stepped surface for limiting the position. Correspondingly, the free end of the box cover 320 has a groove at a position opposite to the snap-fit groove. The groove is a blind hole structure extending along the thickness direction of the box cover 320. A buckle is fitted in the groove of the box cover 320 with a clearance fit. The buckle can reciprocate linearly relative to the groove along the axial direction of the groove. An elastic element (such as a spring or sheet) is also embedded in the groove. One end of the elastic element abuts against the bottom inner wall of the groove, and the other end abuts against one end of the buckle. In its natural state, the elastic element can push the other end of the buckle out of the groove opening.

[0674] When the dustbin 30 moves to the set position along the upper surface of the first part 211e, the trigger 2111e applies a pressing force to the latch. This pressing force overcomes the elastic force of the elastic element, allowing the latch to move along the axial direction of the groove towards the bottom of the groove under the pressing force, while simultaneously compressing the elastic element. Under the pressing force applied by the trigger 2111e, the portion of the latch protruding from the groove can completely disengage from the locking groove on the box body 310. At this point, the locking and limiting relationship between the latch and the locking groove is released, and the lid 320 can rotate relative to the box body 310 around the pivot under gravity, thereby exposing the communicating opening 302e that was closed by the lid 320.

[0675] When the lid 320 moves in the opposite direction along the upper surface of the first part 211e and leaves the through hole 2102e, the lid 320 can rotate in the opposite direction under the support and pushing action of the upper surface of the first part 211e, causing the free end to rotate towards the side closer to the box body 310. During the rotation, the part of the buckle that protrudes from the groove can contact the edge of the box body 310 and generate a certain squeezing force. Under the action of the squeezing force, the buckle can be fixed along the axial direction of the groove towards the bottom of the groove and squeeze the elastic element to cause it to compress and deform until the mounting surface of the lid 320 is in close contact with the box body 310 (at this time, the lid 320 is assembled in place), and the buckle and the snap-fit groove on the box body 310 are exactly opposite to each other. At this time, the elastic element releases the elastic potential energy accumulated in the compressed state and acts on the buckle to push the buckle to move in the opposite direction along the axial direction of the groove and extend into the snap-fit groove, so as to realize the snap-fit limiting and locking of the lid 320 and the box body 310. At this time, the connecting opening 302e of the dust box 30 can be closed by the box cover 320.

[0676] It is understood that the cleaning base station 10 provided in this application embodiment includes a drying component 2e. The drying component 2e can supply air into the cavity 301e of the dust box 30 located at a set position, and can also supply hot air when a heating element is included, so as to achieve the blowing and drying treatment of the cavity 301e of the dust box 30, thereby effectively removing the moisture remaining in the dust box 30, especially the filter element 330, to overcome the problem of mold growth and odor caused by moisture residue in the dust box 30, and improve the user experience. In addition, the above structure can also dry the water vapor remaining in the drying component 2e and the dust box 30 after cleaning when the base station body 1e has a cleaning component 3e, thereby replacing the manual washing and drying method. This further realizes the automatic maintenance of the dust box 30 by the cleaning base station 10, thereby reducing the frequency of users cleaning the dust box 30 themselves, realizing the closed loop of cleaning and maintenance of the dust box 30, without the need for manual intervention, effectively reducing the user's housework burden and improving the user experience.

[0677] The cleaning system 100 includes the cleaning base station 10 and the cleaning equipment 20 described above.

[0678] Currently, cleaning containers (such as dust boxes, wastewater boxes, and washing trays) typically need to be dried after cleaning to prevent odors. However, residual water on the inner walls of these containers after cleaning usually exists as droplets, resulting in low drying efficiency. Related technologies often increase the airflow and heat of the drying air to improve efficiency, but this leads to higher noise levels, a poorer user experience, and increased costs.

[0679] To address the issue of low drying efficiency, the applicant proposed a cleaning system 100, a dust box 201af, and a cleaning device 200f.

[0680] An embodiment of this application provides a cleaning system 100. Please refer to... Figure 19 , Figure 71 , Figure 77 and Figure 78 The cleaning system 100 includes a drying component 10f and a cleaning container 201f. The drying component 10f is connected to the cleaning container 201f to provide a drying airflow to the drying area of the cleaning container 201f. The drying area of the cleaning container 201f is provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f.

[0681] The drying unit 10f provides a drying airflow to the drying area of the cleaning container 201f to dry the cleaning container 201f.

[0682] The drying area of the cleaning container 201f is provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f. Understandably, a portion of the inner wall surface of the cleaning container 201f forms the drying area, that is, a portion of the inner wall surface of the cleaning container 201f is provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f; or, all the inner wall surfaces of the cleaning container 201f form the drying area, that is, all the inner wall surfaces of the cleaning container 201f are provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f.

[0683] The hydrophilic coating 80f exhibits strong hydrophilicity, enabling it to interact strongly with water molecules, reducing the surface tension of water and promoting its spread into a uniform thin film rather than agglomerating into droplets. Specifically, the hydrophilic coating 80f can be a coating made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyacrylic acid (PAA), or their copolymers.

[0684] Understandably, the cleaning container 201f can be a dust box 201af, a wastewater box 30f, or a cleaning tray, etc., that needs to be dried after cleaning. The cleaning tray is located at... Figure 79 The cleaning zone is located at 90f.

[0685] The beneficial effects of the cleaning system 100 provided in this application embodiment are as follows: Since the drying area of the cleaning container 201f is provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f, and the hydrophilic coating 80f has a strong affinity for water, residual water on the surface of the cleaning container 201f after cleaning will form a thin water film on the surface of the hydrophilic coating 80f. When the cleaning container 201f is dried using the drying fan 11f, the thin water film has a larger contact area with the drying air compared to water droplets, thereby improving drying efficiency. Moreover, it eliminates the need for large air volume and high heat, significantly reducing costs. Furthermore, the hydrophilic coating 80f also has a dust-repellent effect; in the absence of water, the hydrophilic coating 80f does not attract dust or has very little dust adhesion, which is beneficial for dust removal.

[0686] Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 71 In some embodiments, the cleaning system 100 further includes a cleaning base station 10, a drying assembly 10f disposed on the cleaning base station 10, and a cleaning container 201f detachably disposed on the cleaning base station 10.

[0687] Please refer to Figure 71 , Figure 77 and Figure 78 In some embodiments, the cleaning container 201f is a dust box 201af, the inner wall surface of the dust box 201af is provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f, and the cleaning base station 10 is provided with a drying station 20f for drying the dust box 201af, and the dust box 201af is detachably disposed in the drying station 20f.

[0688] The dust box 201af is detachably mounted on the drying station 20f, meaning that the dust box 201af can be in the drying station 20f or removed from the drying station 20f. When the dust box 201af is in the drying station 20f, the drying assembly 10f dries the dust box 201af.

[0689] Please refer to Figure 71 and Figure 72 In some embodiments, the drying assembly 10f includes a drying fan 11f and a drying duct 12f, with the drying fan 11f connected to the dust box 201af via the drying duct 12f. This facilitates the arrangement of the drying fan 11f. The drying duct 12f is a tubular structure.

[0690] For example, both the drying duct 12f and the drying fan 11f are located on one side of the drying station 20f in the first direction X. Of course, both the drying duct 12f and the drying fan 11f can also be located on one side of the drying station 20f in the second direction Y.

[0691] Understandably, the drying assembly 10f may include a heating element, such as a heating wire or heating plate. The heating element can increase the temperature of the air, thereby further improving drying efficiency. The heating element can be located on the air inlet side of the drying fan 11f or on the air outlet side of the drying fan 11f; for example, the heating element may be located within the drying duct 12f. Of course, when the room temperature is high, a heating element may not be required, and natural wind may be used to dry the dust box 201af.

[0692] Please refer to Figures 71 to 73 In some embodiments, the drying station 20f is also provided with a wastewater box 30f located below the dust box 201af, and the inner wall surface of the wastewater box 30f is provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f; the drying air duct 12f includes a first air inlet 121f, a first air outlet 122f and a second air outlet 123f, the first air inlet 121f is connected to the outlet of the drying fan 11f, the first air outlet 122f is connected to the dust box 201af, and the second air outlet 123f is connected to the wastewater box 30f.

[0693] Understandably, the hydrophilic coating 80f can be applied to only part of the inner wall surface of the wastewater box 30f, or the hydrophilic coating 80f can be applied to all the inner wall surfaces of the wastewater box 30f.

[0694] Understandably, the air blown out by the drying fan 11f enters the drying air duct 12f through the first air inlet 121f, then enters the dust box 201af through the first air outlet 122f to dry the dust box 201af, and then enters the wastewater box 30f through the second air outlet 123f to dry the wastewater box 30f.

[0695] The wastewater box 30f is located below the dust box 201af. Understandably, when the dust box 201af moves to the drying station 20f, the bottom cover 2014f of the dust box 201af opens, and the inner cavity 2016f of the dust box 201af communicates with the inner cavity 2016f of the wastewater box 30f. That is, the air entering the dust box 201af can dry the dust box 201af, and at the same time, the air can also enter the wastewater box 30f through the dust box 201af to dry the wastewater box 30f.

[0696] Please refer to Figure 72 , Figure 75 and Figure 76The dust box 201af has an exhaust port 2011f at one end in the first direction X. When the dust box 201af moves to the drying station 20f, the first exhaust port 122f connects with the exhaust port 2011f. That is, the air exiting from the first exhaust port 122f first enters the dust box 201af above the filter 2015f through the exhaust port 2011f, and then the air passes through the filter 2015f and blows downwards to dry the dust box 201af, while also drying the filter 2015f. Here, the first direction X is the length direction of the dust box 201af.

[0697] When the dust box 201af is installed on the main body 202f of the cleaning equipment 200f, the exhaust port 2011f is connected to the equipment fan of the cleaning equipment 200f. The equipment fan draws negative pressure on the dust box 201af through the exhaust port 2011f so that the garbage on the ground enters the dust box 201af through the suction port 2012f.

[0698] Of course, the exhaust vent 2011f can also be located at one end of the dustbin 201af in the second direction Y, and the exhaust vent 2011f and the suction port 2012f are arranged opposite each other; in this case, a third air inlet can be opened at one end of the dustbin 201af in the second direction Y, and the third air inlet is connected to the first air outlet 122f. The second direction Y is the width direction of the dustbin 201af.

[0699] Understandably, there can be one or more second air outlets 123f. When multiple second air outlets 123f are provided, they can be arranged at intervals along the length of the sewage box 30f.

[0700] For example, the second air outlet 123f is connected to the top of the wastewater box 30f. Of course, the second air outlet 123f can also be connected to the side of the wastewater box 30f in the first direction X, or the second air outlet 123f can also be connected to the side of the wastewater box 30f in the second direction Y.

[0701] The length direction of the sewage box 30f is the first direction X, and the width direction of the sewage box 30f is the second direction Y.

[0702] When a heating element is installed in the drying air duct 12f, one heating element can be installed at the first air inlet 121f, which reduces the number of heating elements and helps to reduce costs; or, two heating elements can be installed at the first air outlet 122f and the second air outlet 123f respectively, which allows the temperature of the drying air entering the dust box 201af and the wastewater box 30f to be controlled separately, which helps to reduce heat loss while ensuring drying efficiency.

[0703] Based on the above technical solution, since the air blown out by the drying fan 11f can enter the dust box 201af and the sewage box 30f through the drying air duct 12f and dry them respectively, the drying efficiency can be improved compared with setting the first air outlet 122f but not setting the second air outlet 123f.

[0704] In some other embodiments, the drying duct 12f may include a first air outlet 122f, but not a second air outlet 123f. Understandably, when the dust box 201af moves to the drying station 20f, the bottom cover 2014f of the dust box 201af opens, and the inner cavity 2016f of the dust box 201af communicates with the inner cavity 2016f of the wastewater box 30f; the air blown by the drying fan 11f can enter the dust box 201af through the drying duct 12f to dry the dust box 201af, and at the same time, the air can also enter the wastewater box 30f through the dust box 201af to dry the wastewater box 30f.

[0705] Please refer to Figure 71 , Figure 72 and Figure 74 In some embodiments, a drain outlet 311f is provided at the first end 31f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f along the length direction of the sewage box 30f. The drying assembly 10f also includes a transfer air duct 40f disposed in the sewage box 30f. The transfer air duct 40f includes a second air inlet 41f and a third air outlet 42f. The second air inlet 41f is connected to the second air outlet 123f, and the third air outlet 42f faces the second end 32f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f.

[0706] The function of the drain outlet 311f is to discharge sewage from the sewage box 30f. Understandably, the first end 31f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f can be lower than the second end 32f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f to facilitate the flow of sewage from the sewage box 30f to the drain outlet 311f, thereby facilitating the discharge of sewage from the sewage box 30f. Of course, the first end 31f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f can also be equal to the second end 32f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f.

[0707] For example, the second air outlet 123f is arranged near the second end 32f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f, and the connecting air duct 40f extends vertically.

[0708] The third air outlet 42f faces the second end 32f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f. Understandably, the air blown out of the third air outlet 42f first blows towards the second end 32f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f, and then flows from the second end 32f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f to the first end 31f of the bottom wall of the sewage box 30f, which is beneficial for drying the entire inner wall surface of the sewage box 30f.

[0709] Please refer to Figure 72 and Figure 74 In some embodiments, the third air outlet 42f faces the sidewall of the wastewater box 30f in the width direction. The width direction of the wastewater box 30f is the second direction Y.

[0710] Understandably, a third air outlet 42f is provided on one side of the transfer duct 40f in the width direction of the sewage box 30f, or a third air outlet 42f is provided on both opposite sides of the transfer duct 40f.

[0711] Based on the above technical solution, the third air outlet 42f can blow air onto the opposite side walls of the sewage box 30f in the second direction Y, so as to achieve rapid drying of the opposite side walls of the sewage box 30f in the second direction Y, and further improve the drying efficiency.

[0712] Please refer to Figure 74 In some embodiments, the transfer duct 40f is provided with a fixing ear 43f, the fixing ear 43f is provided with a fixing hole, and the fixing ear 43f is fixed in the sewage box 30f by a threaded fastener (such as a screw or bolt) so as to fix the transfer duct 40f in the sewage box 30f.

[0713] In some other embodiments, the transfer duct 40f can also be fixed in the sewage box 30f in other ways, for example, by snap-fitting.

[0714] In some other embodiments, the drying assembly 10f may not include the transfer duct 40f, and the second air outlet 123f may be connected to the second end 32f of the sewage box 30f. In this way, the air blown out by the second air outlet 123f blows from the second end 32f of the sewage box 30f to the first end 31f of the sewage box 30f, so as to facilitate the drying of the entire inner wall surface of the sewage box 30f.

[0715] In some embodiments, the hydrophilic coating 80f is a superhydrophilic coating 80f.

[0716] The hydrophilic coating 80f has a strong hydrophilicity, with a contact angle typically greater than 10° and less than 90°. The superhydrophilic coating 80f has an even stronger hydrophilicity, with a contact angle typically less than or equal to 10°, or even close to 0°. This significantly reduces the surface tension of water, allowing water to spread into a uniform water film on the surface at an extremely fast speed (within 1 second), while also providing better self-cleaning properties.

[0717] The contact angle refers to the angle between the tangent of the liquid-gas interface and the solid-liquid interface at the junction of the three phases (solid, liquid, and gas) when a water droplet comes into contact with a fixed surface.

[0718] Understandably, the superhydrophilic coating 80f can be a titanium dioxide nanocoating (especially photocatalytic TiO2), a silica nanocoating, or some biomimetic polymer gel, etc.

[0719] Please refer to Figure 71 , Figure 72 , Figure 75 and Figure 76 In some embodiments, the cleaning base station 10 is also provided with a drive pump 50f, a water inlet pipe 60f and a nozzle 70f. The drive pump 50f is connected to the nozzle 70f through the water inlet pipe 60f. The nozzle 70f is located in the drying station 20f and is used to spray water into the dust box 201af located in the drying station 20f to clean the dust box 201af.

[0720] Understandably, the dust box 201af is provided with a suction port 2012f. When the dust box 201af moves to the drying station 20f, the nozzle 70f extends into the interior of the dust box 201af through the suction port 2012f.

[0721] Understandably, one or more nozzles 70f can be installed.

[0722] For example, the nozzle 70f can rotate to spray water to improve cleaning efficiency.

[0723] The drive pump 50f is connected to the nozzle 70f via the water inlet pipe 60f. The drive pump 50f pumps water into the nozzle 70f through the water inlet pipe 60f, allowing the nozzle 70f to spray water onto the inside of the dust box 201af, thus cleaning the dust box 201af. During cleaning, the wastewater generated enters the wastewater box 30f through the bottom of the dust box 201af (with the bottom cover 2014f of the dust box 201af open at this time), and is discharged into the wastewater collection tank through the drain port 311f of the wastewater box 30f. After cleaning is completed, the drive pump 50f stops working, the nozzle 70f stops spraying water, and the drying fan 11f starts working to dry the dust box 201af and the wastewater box 30f.

[0724] For example, the drive pump 50f is a peristaltic pump.

[0725] Based on the above technical solution, the dustbin 201af can be automatically cleaned and dried, reducing manual operation for users and improving user experience.

[0726] In some other embodiments, the drive pump 50f, water inlet pipe 60f and nozzle 70f may be omitted, and the dust box 201af may be cleaned manually. After cleaning, the drying fan 11f dries the dust box 201af and the wastewater box 30f.

[0727] Please refer to Figure 75 and Figure 76In some embodiments, the drying station 20f is provided with guide ribs 21f on at least one inner wall surface in the first direction X. It can be understood that the drying station 20f is provided with guide ribs 21f on one of the inner wall surfaces in the first direction X; or, the drying station 20f is provided with guide ribs 21f on both inner wall surfaces in the first direction X. Correspondingly, the dust box 201af is provided with guide grooves 2013f that cooperate with the guide ribs 21f to facilitate the entry of the dust box 201af into the drying station 20f.

[0728] In some embodiments, the cleaning base station 10 is further provided with a gripping component and a dust storage device. When the cleaning equipment 200f docks at the cleaning base station 10, the gripping component first removes the dust box 201af from the cleaning equipment 200f and transfers the dust box 201af to the dust storage device to transfer the waste inside the dust box 201af to the dust storage device. Then, the gripping component transfers the dust box 201af from the dust storage device to the drying station 20f, where a drive pump 50f pumps water through the water inlet pipe 60f into the nozzle 70f to spray water onto the inside of the dust box 201af, thereby cleaning the dust box 201af; wherein, the wastewater generated during cleaning enters the wastewater box 30f through the bottom of the dust box 201af and is discharged into the wastewater collection tank through the drain outlet 311f of the wastewater box 30f. After cleaning is completed, the drive pump 50f stops working, the nozzle 70f stops spraying water, and the drying fan 11f starts working to dry the dust box 201af and the wastewater box 30f. After drying, the gripping assembly puts the dust box 201af back from the drying station 20f into the cleaning equipment 200f. The cleaning equipment 200f can be a sweeper.

[0729] Please refer to Figure 1 , Figure 79 , Figure 80 and Figure 81 This application also proposes a cleaning system 100, which includes a cleaning base station 10 and a cleaning device 200f. The cleaning base station 10 is used to dock the cleaning device 200f. A water source component is provided on the cleaning base station 10 to provide cleaning water to the cleaning base station 10 and the cleaning device 200f. A water stain enrichment area 204f is formed on the cleaning device 200f, and the water stain enrichment area 204f is provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f. The hydrophilic coating 80f can be a superhydrophilic coating 80f.

[0730] The water-accumulation area 204f is the area where cleaning equipment 200f is easily contaminated by cleaning water when it is docked at cleaning base station 10 (for water replenishment or cleaning of cleaning components 203f). If cleaning water adheres to cleaning equipment 200f, when cleaning equipment 200f exits cleaning base station 10 for cleaning, the water droplets attached to cleaning equipment 200f can easily drip onto the ground, thus contaminating the ground. By applying a hydrophilic coating 80f to the water-accumulation area 204f, water droplet accumulation and ground contamination can be prevented.

[0731] Please refer to Figure 79 and Figure 80 In some embodiments, the cleaning base station 10 has a cleaning area 90f for cleaning the cleaning device 200f, the cleaning component 203f (e.g., the mop component 203af), and the water stain enrichment area 204f includes a first enrichment area 204af, which is the area opposite to the cleaning device 200f and the cleaning area 90f when the cleaning device 200f is docked at the cleaning base station 10. That is, when the cleaning device 200f is docked at the cleaning base station 10, the cleaning area 90f is the projection area of the cleaning area 90f on the cleaning device 200f.

[0732] In some embodiments, the water stain enrichment area 204f further includes a second enrichment area, which is the area on the cleaning device 200f where the distance from the first enrichment area 204af is less than a preset threshold; that is, the area surrounding the first enrichment area 204af. Understandably, the second enrichment area is not opposite to the cleaning area 90f.

[0733] Please refer to Figure 81 In some embodiments, the cleaning device 200f includes a device body 202f and a mopping component 203af. The mopping component 203af is located at the bottom of the device body 202f, and the water accumulation area 204f is the area of the device body 202f located behind the mopping component 203af.

[0734] For example, the mopping component 203af is a roller mop, the wastewater tank of the cleaning device 200f is located behind the roller mop, and the water accumulation area 204f is the area of the wastewater tank facing the ground, that is, the outer side of the bottom wall of the wastewater tank.

[0735] Since the wastewater tank is located behind the roller mop, if water droplets adhere to the outer bottom wall of the tank and drip onto the ground during cleaning, the roller mop cannot clean them up, creating the illusion of a leak and resulting in a poor user experience. Applying a hydrophilic coating 80f to the outer bottom wall of the wastewater tank, forming a thin water film, can prevent water droplets from hanging and dripping onto the ground.

[0736] Please refer to Figures 76 to 78The third aspect of this application proposes a dust box 201af, which has an inner cavity 2016f and a suction port 2012f and an exhaust port 2011f communicating with the inner cavity 2016f. The exhaust port 2011f is used to connect to the equipment fan to create a negative pressure in the inner cavity 2016f, so that the garbage is sucked into the inner cavity 2016f from the suction port 2012f. The cavity wall of the inner cavity 2016f is provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f.

[0737] Understandably, the hydrophilic coating 80f can be applied to only part of the cavity wall of the inner cavity 2016f, or the hydrophilic coating 80f can be applied to the entire cavity wall of the inner cavity 2016f.

[0738] Based on the above technical solution, since the inner cavity 2016f of the dust box 201af is provided with a hydrophilic coating 80f, and the hydrophilic coating 80f has a strong affinity for water, the residual water on the surface of the inner cavity 2016f after cleaning will form a thin water film on the surface of the hydrophilic coating 80f. When the dust box 201af is dried using the drying fan 11f, the thin water film has a larger contact area with the drying air compared to water droplets, thereby improving drying efficiency. Moreover, the hydrophilic coating 80f also has a dust-repellent effect. In the absence of water, the hydrophilic coating 80f does not attract dust or has very little dust adhesion, which is beneficial for dust cleaning.

[0739] In some embodiments, the hydrophilic coating 80f is a superhydrophilic coating 80f.

[0740] Please refer to Figures 75 to 77 In some embodiments, the dust box 201af is provided with a guide groove 2013f on at least one side in the first direction X. This can be understood as the dust box 201af having a guide groove 2013f on one side of the first direction X; or, the dust box 201af having guide grooves 2013f on both opposite sides of the first direction X. The drying station 20f is provided with guide ribs 21f that cooperate with the guide grooves 2013f to facilitate the entry of the dust box 201af into the drying station 20f.

[0741] In other embodiments, the dust box 201af is provided with guide ribs 21f on at least one side in the first direction X. This can be understood as the dust box 201af being provided with guide ribs 21f on one side of the first direction X; or, the dust box 201af being provided with guide ribs 21f on both opposite sides of the first direction X. The drying station 20f is provided with guide grooves 2013f that cooperate with the guide ribs 21f to facilitate the entry of the dust box 201af into the drying station 20f.

[0742] The fourth aspect of this application discloses a cleaning device 200f, which includes a device body 202f and a dust box 201af as described in the third aspect, wherein the dust box 201af is disposed on the device body 202f. The cleaning device 200f can be a sweeper.

[0743] The cleaning device 200f adopts any one or more embodiments of the dust box 201af described above, and thus has the beneficial effects of the above embodiments, which will not be described in detail here.

[0744] From the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that, for the sake of convenience and brevity, only the division of the above functional modules is used as an example.
