Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of assembly, and particularly discloses a switch assembly device and a switch assembly method, which comprise a machine tool, the machine tool is internally provided with a positioning assembly, a control assembly, a suction assembly, a detection assembly and an adjusting assembly, the position between a cover plate and a shell which need to be assembled is adjusted through the positioning assembly, so that accurate assembly between the shell and the cover plate is ensured when the control assembly controls the suction assembly to drive the cover plate to be assembled on the shell, meanwhile, when an obstacle appears between the shell and the cover plate, damage of the shell, the cover plate and parts in the shell caused by hard assembly can be avoided through the elastically arranged suction assembly.
