Personalized debridement and medication regimen generation system for burn population

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of intelligent medical decision-making, in particular to a personalized debridement and medication scheme generation system for burn population, which comprises a burn data acquisition module, a wound state recognition module, an anatomical weighted evaluation module, a debridement logic deduction module and a medication scheme generation module.In the present application, high-precision wound images are collected, texture and edge features are extracted by using deep learning technology, background interference is suppressed by combining attention mechanism, pixel-level accurate classification of wound tissue pathological state is realized, two-dimensional image coordinates are mapped to a three-dimensional anatomical model of human body, multi-modal pathological vectors are constructed by combining anatomical region weight and physiological and biochemical indicators, burn severity is quantitatively graded, on this basis, drug sensitivity information and clinical contraindication rules are integrated, the safety and compliance of surgery and medication are automatically checked, and a precise diagnosis and treatment strategy considering local wound treatment and systemic treatment is generated.
