Electrode shell, method of manufacture and battery assembly

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of battery technology, providing an electrode shell, a preparation method, and a battery assembly. The electrode shell includes a sleeve and a light-transmitting conductor. The sleeve is a hollow cylindrical body. The light-transmitting conductor includes a conductor and a light-transmitting window. The conductor is sealed at one end of the sleeve and electrically connected to it. The conductor has a perforated section, and the light-transmitting window is sealed at the perforated section. This invention, by incorporating a light-transmitting window within the electrode shell, enables optical monitoring of the internal state of the battery cell. The integration of the conductor and the light-transmitting window simplifies the structure of the electrode shell and improves integration and reliability. The conductor, sealed at one end of the sleeve and electrically connected to it, and the light-transmitting window, sealed at the perforated section of the conductor, not only provides excellent airtightness, ensuring normal operation of the battery cell, but also allows for spectral control of the light-transmitting window by selecting a suitable light-transmitting material, meeting different monitoring needs.
