Abstract

The screening type grinding device comprises a machine box, a grinding mechanism is arranged in the machine box, a feeding pipe extending towards the interior of the machine box is arranged on the right side of the top of the machine box, a first screen is obliquely arranged on the inner side wall of the machine box, and a smashing mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the right side wall of the machine box. The right side of the machine box is provided with a conveying mechanism used for conveying materials screened by the first screen to the smashing mechanism, the inner side wall of the feeding pipe is provided with a second screen in an inclined state, and the right side of the feeding pipe is provided with a guide hopper which right corresponds to the second screen and faces the smashing mechanism. According to the screening type grinding device for the water reducing agent, caking and large-particle water reducing agents can be screened out to be smashed and ground, so that the grinding effect is improved, finally, the ground water reducing agents are screened again, then unqualified water reducing agents are screened out to be smashed and ground again, and the grinding efficiency is improved. Therefore, the grinding quality of the water reducing agent is improved.
