In the utility model, the first squeeze roller and the second squeeze roller are rotated to squeeze the moving fabric, so that the moisture in the fabric is fully squeezed out, and then the hot air blown by the hot blower is transported into the two air outlet pipes through the air supply pipe to blow and dry both sides of the fabric, thereby achieving full dehydration of the fabric, and the fabric is made flatter by squeezing to avoid wrinkles, thereby ensuring the production quality of the fabric.
[0003] In the actual fabric production process, the fabric after dehydration and drying needs to be cut to a specified length according to requirements and then rolled up on the winding roller. When using the utility model, when the fabric on the winding roller reaches the specified length, the winding roller stops rotating, and the staff member pinches one end of the fabric passing through the outlet with one hand, and manually cuts the fabric with the help of scissors or other tools with the other hand, which increases the labor intensity of the staff member and reduces the work efficiency.
[0004] The utility model proposes a technical solution to solve the problem that manual cutting of fabrics increases the labor intensity of workers and reduces work efficiency. Utility Model Content
[0005] In view of the deficiencies in the prior art, the purpose of the utility model is to provide a knitted fabric dehydration device, aiming to achieve the technical effect of automatically cutting the fabric, thereby reducing the labor intensity of the staff and improving the work efficiency.
[0006] A knitted fabric dehydration device comprises a box body, wherein a feed port and a discharge port are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the box body, a first guide roller, a first squeezing roller, a second squeezing roller, a second guide roller, a hot blower and a cleaning box are installed inside the box body, and a cutting structure and a winding structure are provided on the right side outer wall of the box body;
[0007] The cutting mechanism includes a first extension plate, a fixed plate, an electric telescopic rod, a first motor and a lifting plate, the fixed plate is fixedly connected to the right outer wall of the box body and is located below the discharge port, the top of the fixed plate is provided with a first slide groove extending horizontally front and back, a reciprocating screw rod and a first slider are arranged in the first slide groove, the extension direction of the reciprocating screw rod is consistent with the first slide groove and is rotatably connected to the first slide groove through a bearing, the first slider is sleeved on the outside of the reciprocating screw rod in a threaded connection manner, and the left and right outer walls of the first slider are connected to the first slide groove. The groove wall fits and moves forward and backward along the first slide groove. A cutter passing through the first slide groove is fixed on the top of the first slider. The first motor is installed on the outer wall of the fixed plate to drive the reciprocating screw to rotate. The first extension plate is fixedly connected to the right outer wall of the box body and is located above the discharge port. The electric telescopic rod is installed on the top of the first extension plate. The piston rod of the electric telescopic rod vertically passes through the first extension plate downward and is fixedly connected to the lifting plate. The lifting plate is located directly above the fixed plate, and a strip groove is opened at its bottom end for the cutter to be inserted and slide.
[0008] The winding structure includes a second extension plate, a second motor and a winding roller. The second extension plate is fixedly connected to the right outer wall of the box body and is located below the fixed plate. A first bracket is provided on the right side of the top end of the second extension plate. The winding roller is rotatably connected to the top end of the first bracket through a bearing and is located on the right side of the cutting structure. The second motor is installed on the outer wall of the first bracket to drive the winding roller to rotate.
[0009] By adopting the above technical solution, after one end of the fabric passes through the discharge port, it passes between the lifting plate and the fixed plate and is located at the rear side of the cutter, and then is fixedly connected to the winding roller. When the fabric on the winding roller reaches the specified length, the second motor is turned off and the winding roller stops rotating. Then the electric telescopic rod is started, and the piston rod of the electric telescopic rod is extended, driving the lifting plate to move downward, and the fabric is clamped between the lifting plate and the fixed plate. At this time, the cutter will be inserted into the strip groove, and because the fabric is located at the rear side of the cutter, the cutter does not contact the fabric. Then the first motor is started, and the output shaft of the first motor rotates to drive the reciprocating screw to rotate. The rotation of the reciprocating screw first drives the first slider to move backward along the first slide groove, and then drives the first slider to slide forward along the first slide groove. After the first slider moves back and forth once, the first motor is turned off and the first slider is reset. At the same time, the first slider will drive the cutter to slide back and forth along the strip groove once, and the fabric is cut back and forth once, thereby achieving the purpose of automatically cutting the fabric. Finally, the piston rod of the electric telescopic rod is retracted to move the lifting plate upward and reset. The utility model can automatically cut fabrics, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving work efficiency.
[0010] The second sliding groove is provided with a screw rod and a second sliding block, and the extension direction of the screw rod is consistent with the second sliding groove and is rotatably connected to the second sliding groove through a bearing, one end of the screw rod passes through the second sliding groove and is fixed with a handle, and the second sliding block is sleeved on the outside of the screw rod in a threaded connection manner, and the outer side walls on the left and right sides of the second sliding block are in contact with the groove wall of the second sliding groove and are rotated along the second sliding groove. The groove moves back and forth, and the bottom end of the sliding column is fixedly connected to the top end of the second sliding block. The opposite sides of the fixed column and the top of the sliding column are rotatably connected with a shaft rod through a bearing. A turntable is fixed on the opposite side of the two shaft rods. The turntable and the shaft rod are concentrically and coaxially arranged. A plug-in column is fixed at the center position of the opposite side of the two turntables. The winding roller is an annular cylindrical structure, and the front and rear ends of the winding roller are respectively pressed against the two turntables, and are respectively arranged on the outside of the two plug-in columns in a matching connection manner. The second motor is installed on the fixed column to drive the shaft rod on the fixed column to rotate.
[0011] By adopting the above technical solution, the output shaft of the second motor rotates to drive the shaft on the fixed column to rotate, the shaft drives the turntable on it to rotate, the turntable drives the plug-in column on it to rotate, and the turntable and the plug-in column jointly drive the winding roller to rotate. The winding roller drives another turntable and the plug-in column to rotate, thereby driving another shaft to rotate. After the specified length of fabric is rolled up on the winding roller. It is necessary to remove the winding roller of the rolled fabric and install a new winding roller of the unrolled fabric. When removing the winding roller, the screw is rotated by the handle, and the screw drives the second slider to move back to the fixed column along the second slide groove. The second slider drives the sliding column to move back to the fixed column, so that the turntable and the plug-in column on the sliding column are separated from the winding roller, and at this time, the winding roller can be easily removed. Similarly, when a new winding roller needs to be installed, one end of the winding roller is first sleeved on the outside of the plug-in column on the fixed column, and one end of the winding roller is pressed against the turntable on the fixed column. Then, the handle is rotated in the opposite direction to move the sliding column toward the fixed column until the plug-in column on the sliding column is inserted into the winding roller, and the rotating disk on the sliding column is pressed against the winding roller.
[0012] Further configuration of the utility model: a second bracket located on the right side of the fixed plate is also fixed to the top of the second extension plate, a meter counter is installed on the top of the second bracket, the roller of the meter counter is in contact with the fabric, and the meter counter is electrically connected to the second motor, the electric telescopic rod and the first motor through a PLC controller.
[0013] By adopting the above technical solution, the staff sets the length of the fabric to be rolled up in advance through the PLC controller, and the meter measures the length of the fabric rolled up by the winding roller and transmits the information to the PLC controller. When the rolled fabric reaches the set length, the PLC controller first controls the second motor to stop working and stop the winding roller from rotating. Then the piston rod of the electric telescopic rod is controlled to extend so that the fabric is clamped. Then the output shaft of the first motor is controlled to rotate a fixed number of times so that the cutter moves back and forth once. Finally, the piston rod of the electric telescopic rod is controlled to retract so that the lifting plate rises and resets. This makes the cutting of fabric more automated.
[0014] A further configuration of the utility model is as follows: a buzzer and an LED warning light are installed at the bottom end of the second extension plate, and both the buzzer and the LED warning light are electrically connected to the meter through a PLC controller.
[0015] By adopting the above technical solution, when the piston rod of the electric telescopic rod is retracted, the PLC controller controls the buzzer and the LED warning light to turn on, reminding the staff to replace the winding roller.

The first bracket 23 includes a fixed column 24 and a sliding column 25 symmetrically arranged front and back. The bottom end of the fixed column 24 is fixedly connected to the second extension plate 20. A second slide groove 26 extending horizontally front and back is opened at the top of the second extension plate 20. A screw rod 27 and a second slider 28 are arranged in the second slide groove 26. The extension direction of the screw rod 27 is consistent with that of the second slide groove 26 and is rotatably connected in the second slide groove 26 through a bearing. One end of the screw rod 27 passes through the second slide groove 26 and is fixed with a handle 29. The second slider 28 is sleeved on the outside of the screw rod 27 in a threaded connection manner. The left and right side outer walls of the second slider 28 are in contact with the groove wall of the second slide groove 26 and move forward and backward along the second slide groove 26. The winding roller 22 is an annular cylindrical structure and is located on the right side of the cutting structure. The front and rear ends of the winding roller 22 are respectively pressed against the two turntables 31, and are respectively sleeved on the outside of the two plug-in columns 32 in a matching connection manner. The second motor 21 is installed on the fixed column 24 to drive the shaft rod 30 on the fixed column 24 to rotate.
[0030] A second bracket 33 located between the fixed plate 11 and the winding roller 22 is also fixed to the top of the second extension plate 20. The meter counter 34 is electrically connected to the second motor 21, the electric telescopic rod 12, the first motor 13, the buzzer 35 and the LED warning light 36 through a PLC controller.
[0031] Working principle: After one end of the fabric passes through the discharge port 3, it passes between the lifting plate 14 and the fixed plate 11 and is located at the rear side of the cutter 18, and then is fixedly connected to the winding roller 22, while making the fabric contact with the roller of the meter counter 34.
[0032] When the fabric is rolled up on the winding roller 22, the second motor 21 is started. The output shaft of the second motor 21 rotates to drive the shaft 30 on the fixed column 24 to rotate, and the shaft 30 drives the rotating disk 31 thereon to rotate, and the rotating disk 31 drives the plugging column 32 thereon to rotate, and the rotating disk 31 and the plugging column 32 together drive the winding roller 22 to rotate. The winding roller 22 drives another rotating disk 31 and the plugging column 32 to rotate, thereby driving another shaft 30 to rotate. The winding of the winding roller 22 causes the fabric to move and the fabric to be rolled up on the winding roller 22.
[0033] The staff sets the length of the fabric to be rolled up in advance through the PLC controller, and the meter 34 measures the length of the fabric rolled up by the winding roller 22 and transmits the information to the PLC controller. When the rolled fabric reaches the set length, the PLC controller first controls the second motor 21 to stop working, so that the winding roller 22 stops rotating. Then the piston rod of the electric telescopic rod 12 is controlled to extend, driving the lifting plate 14 to move downward, and the fabric is clamped between the lifting plate 14 and the fixed plate 11. At this time, the cutter 18 will be inserted into the strip groove 19, and because the fabric is located at the rear side of the cutter 18, the cutter 18 does not contact the fabric. Then the output shaft of the first motor 13 is controlled to rotate a fixed number of times. The rotation of the output shaft of the first motor 13 drives the reciprocating screw 16 to rotate. The rotation of the reciprocating screw 16 first drives the first slider 17 to move backward along the first slide groove 15, and then drives the first slider 17 to slide forward along the first slide groove 15. After the output shaft of the first motor 13 rotates a fixed number of times and the first slider 17 moves back and forth once, the first slider 17 is reset. At the same time, the first slider 17 drives the cutter 18 to slide back and forth along the strip groove 19 once, and the fabric is cut back and forth once, thereby achieving the purpose of automatically cutting the fabric. Then the piston rod of the electric telescopic rod 12 is controlled to retract, so that the lifting plate 14 rises and resets. Finally, the buzzer 35 and the LED warning light 36 are controlled to turn on to remind the staff to replace the winding roller 22.
[0034] After the specified length of fabric is rolled up on the winding roller 22, it is necessary to remove the winding roller 22 of the rolled fabric and install a new winding roller 22 of the unrolled fabric. When removing the winding roller 22, the screw 27 is rotated by the handle 29, and the screw 27 drives the second slider 28 to move along the second slide groove 26 away from the fixed column 24. The second slider 28 drives the sliding column 25 to move away from the fixed column 24, so that the turntable 31 and the plug-in column 32 on the sliding column 25 are separated from the winding roller 22. At this time, the winding roller 22 can be easily removed. Similarly, when a new winding roller 22 needs to be installed, one end of the winding roller 22 is first sleeved on the outside of the plug-in column 32 on the fixed column 24, and one end of the winding roller 22 is pressed against the turntable 31 on the fixed column 24. Then, the handle 29 is rotated in the opposite direction to move the sliding column 25 toward the fixed column 24 until the plug-in column 32 on the sliding column 25 is inserted into the winding roller 22 and the rotating disk 31 on the sliding column 25 is pressed against the winding roller 22 .
