A CNC machining center with automatic slag removal

Abstract

This utility model provides an automatic slag removal CNC machining center, including a base. A machining spindle, front and rear rails, and left and right rails that move along the front and rear rails are mounted on the top surface of the base, as well as a worktable that moves along the left and right rails. Two material troughs are recessed on each of the left and right sides of the base. Several water spray heads are installed at the front end of each trough, and a discharge port is opened at the rear end. The water spray heads are positioned towards the discharge port and connected to an external water source, spraying water into the material troughs. The design of the material troughs allows waste material to fall from the worktable into the recessed troughs during machining, increasing the storage space for waste material. The operator can then control the water spray heads to flush the waste material into the discharge port, reducing waste accumulation in the machining area.
