Abstract

The device places raw materials into a raw material placement tank through inlet and outlet ports. Leaks in the raw material placement tank allow the soaking liquid to penetrate the raw materials. Simultaneously, two sets of structures in the raw material flat placement section are connected by hinges for easy placement and removal of the raw materials. Starting a motor drives a rotating shaft, which in turn rotates the mounting frame and the raw material flat placement section, causing the raw materials to continuously tumble during soaking, ensuring full contact between the raw materials and the soaking liquid and improving the soaking effect. The water-filled U-shaped pipe in the air pressure balancing sealing assembly balances the air pressure inside and outside the soaking tank, while also providing a seal to prevent external impurities from entering, ensuring hygiene and purity during the soaking process.
