A water tank sealing test device

Abstract

This invention provides a water tank sealing performance testing device, comprising: a mounting base, an inflation mechanism, and a testing mechanism; the mounting base is used to place the test piece; the inflation mechanism connects to the opening to form an airflow passage with the interior of the test piece; the testing mechanism is used to detect the air pressure value of the airflow passage. This invention utilizes the connection between the inflation mechanism and the interior of the test piece to form an airflow passage, and detects the air pressure value of the airflow passage through the testing mechanism to determine the water tank sealing performance based on air pressure changes. This avoids the water droplet residue problem caused by traditional water injection testing, eliminates the need for subsequent drying treatment, and significantly improves testing efficiency; moreover, air pressure changes are easily captured, making the water tank sealing performance testing results more accurate and reliable.
