Evaporative concentration apparatus

Abstract

The application provides an evaporation concentration device, and relates to the technical field of titanium white production. The evaporation concentration device comprises an evaporation assembly and a cleaning assembly. The evaporation assembly comprises a flash evaporator and an evaporator, the evaporator is provided with a water injection opening in communication with the interlayer of the evaporator, and the flash evaporator is in material communication with the evaporator through the water injection opening. The cleaning assembly comprises a water storage element and a communication pipe, the water storage element is connected to the pipeline between the evaporator and the flash evaporator through the communication pipe, so that the water storage element is in communication with the water injection opening. When cleaning is needed, the cleaning assembly is directly used to pass cleaning water or cleaning liquid in the water storage element into the cover shell of the evaporator, so that the inner wall of the evaporator, the demister and other parts prone to fouling are flushed and soaked. After soaking, the cleaning water or cleaning liquid is directly discharged, so that manual cleaning of the interior of the evaporator is not needed, the downtime is short, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
