A granulation device for producing biomass pellets

Abstract

This application relates to a biomass pellet production pelleting device, belonging to the field of biomass pellet technology. To solve the problem of excessively fast or slow pelleting feed, the device includes a frame, a shell mounted on the frame, a feed hopper at the top of the shell, a partition inside the shell dividing the shell into a feed chamber and a pelleting chamber, and a discharge port at the bottom of the shell. Several sector-shaped grooves are formed through the partition, and a sector-shaped plate is slidably disposed within each groove. An adjustment groove for communicating with the corresponding sector-shaped groove is formed on the side wall of the shell, and an adjustment handle is provided on the sector-shaped plate, passing through the adjustment groove and extending to the outside of the shell. An annular film disc is disposed within the pelleting chamber of the shell, with several pellet holes formed on the annular film disc. A stirring rod is mounted on the partition, and a pressure roller is mounted on the annular film disc. A drive mechanism for synchronously driving the stirring rod and the pressure roller is disposed within the shell. This application achieves the effect of controlling the amount of raw material entering the pelleting chamber per unit time.
