Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to an air guiding device for a vehicle.
[0002] DE 10 2010 000 634 A1 discloses a vehicle with an air deflector designed as a rear spoiler module. The air deflector is mountable on a vehicle body structure via a support member known as a mounting bracket. The support member accommodates a spoiler that can be moved between a retracted rest position and an extended operating position via an adjustment motor. The air deflector is a preassembled unit, with the support member being centered on the body via centering units.
[0003] DE 10 2014 118 496 A1 discloses another air guiding device for a vehicle, which is arranged in the rear area of the vehicle. The air guiding device disclosed therein has an air guiding element designed as a spoiler, which can be displaced between a rest position and an operating position via an adjusting motor. A joint arrangement extending through through-openings in a lower shell serves to displace the air guiding element. The adjusting motor engages this joint arrangement to displace the air guiding element.
[0004] DE 10 2009 033 695 A1 discloses a rear section of a motor vehicle in which a spoiler drive of an air deflector is mounted on a support bracket, which in turn is attached to a body structure of the motor vehicle. The support bracket is plugged onto or held by a plug-in connection on retaining rails, which are mounted on the body structure.
[0005] Further prior art is known from DE 10 2016 119 374 A1 and DE 10 2007 061 812 A1.
[0006] The object of the invention is to create a novel air guiding device. This object is achieved by an air guiding device according to claim 1.
[0007] The air guiding device according to the invention has a fixed support part which can be mounted on a body structure of the vehicle via mounting brackets, wherein each of the mounting brackets is connected to the body structure at a first section and to the support part at a second section.
[0008] The air guiding device according to the invention further comprises an air guiding element which can be displaced relative to the fixed support part between a retracted rest position and an extended operating position.
[0009] The air guiding device according to the invention further comprises a linkage kinematics comprising a plurality of links, via which the air guiding element can be displaced relative to the support part, wherein links of the linkage kinematics are mounted on first mounting brackets.
[0010] The air guiding device according to the invention further comprises an adjusting motor which acts on the handlebar kinematics to displace the air guiding element relative to the support part, wherein the adjusting motor is mounted on a second mounting bracket.
[0011] In the air guiding device according to the invention, the support part, which is made of plastic, is connected to the mounting brackets, which are made of plastic or metal, by clipping.
[0012] The support part is formed with joint-head-like anchoring elements. Recesses are formed on the mounting brackets into which connecting elements with socket-like recesses are inserted. The anchoring elements of the support part are clipped into the recesses of the connecting elements.
[0013] In the air guiding device according to the invention, which has a fixed support part and an air guiding element that is movable relative to the support part, the support part is mounted on the body structure via mounting brackets. Each of the mounting brackets is connected to the body structure at a first section and to the support part at a second section. The support part, which is made of plastic, is connected to the mounting brackets, which are made of plastic or metal, by clipping. This connection of the support part, which can also be referred to as a mounting bracket, to the mounting brackets, via which the support part is ultimately connected to the body structure, is particularly preferred.
[0014] Connecting the support section to the second sections of the mounting brackets is not only simple, but also provides acoustic decoupling between the support section and the mounting brackets. This prevents adverse noise development in the area of the mounting brackets or the support section of the air deflector.
[0015] Preferably, the connecting elements are made of rubber or a rubber-elastic material. When the connecting elements are made of rubber or a rubber-elastic material, particularly advantageous acoustic decoupling can be provided.
[0016] Preferably, the connecting elements have a groove on an outer surface, into which a material web of the mounting bracket, which defines the respective recess of the mounting bracket, engages in a form-fitting manner, in particular forming a tongue-and-groove connection between the respective connecting element and the respective mounting bracket. This connection between the connecting elements and the mounting brackets is particularly preferred.
[0017] Preferred developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the following description. Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail, without being limited thereto, with reference to the drawings. Herein: Fig. 1 is a perspective view from above of an air guiding device for a vehicle according to the invention; Fig. 2 the air guiding device of the Fig. 1 with raised or removed air guide element; Fig. 3 a detail of the Fig. 2; Fig. 4 a cross-section through an embodiment of the air guiding device according to the invention; Fig. 5 a cross section through an air guiding device not according to the invention.
[0018] Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an air guiding device 10 for a vehicle, namely for a passenger car, which is to be mounted in a rear region of the vehicle on a body structure 15 of the vehicle, in particular behind a rear window of the vehicle.
[0019] The air guiding device 10 has a fixed support part 11 and an air guiding element 29 that can be displaced relative to the fixed support part 11. Fig. Figure 1 shows the air guiding device 10 in a state in which the air guiding element 29 assumes a retracted rest position. Compared to this retracted rest position, the air guiding element 29 can be displaced relative to the stationary support part 11, specifically into an extended operating position, which is not shown in the figures.
[0020] Rather, it shows Fig. 2 the air guiding device 10 with the air guiding element 29 lifted or dismantled, thus providing a view from above of the fixed support part 11.
[0021] In the illustrated embodiment, the fixed support part 11 has a two-layered or two-ply structure consisting of two parts 11a and 11b. Part 11a is the actual support part, while part 11b is a visually appealing covering for part 11a.
[0022] The support part 11, which can also be referred to as a mounting support, can be mounted on the body structure 15 via mounting brackets 12, 13, and 14. The respective mounting bracket 12, 13, or 14 can be connected to the body structure 15 by first sections 12a, 13a, and 14a, respectively. The respective mounting bracket 12, 13, or 14 is connected to the support part 11, namely to part 11a thereof, by second sections 12b, 13b, and 14b opposite the first sections 12a, 13a, and 14a, respectively.
[0023] The air guiding device 10 has a handlebar kinematics 17 having several handlebars 16 and an adjusting motor 18.
[0024] The adjustment motor 18 is located at the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 visible central mounting bracket 14. The central mounting bracket 14, which engages a central section of the support part 11, serves not only to attach the support part 11 to the body structure 15, but also to accommodate and support the adjustment motor 18.
[0025] The adjustment motor 18 engages the linkage kinematics 17 in order to displace the air guide element 29 relative to the support part 11 via the links 16 of the linkage kinematics 17 and thus to displace the same between the retracted rest position and the extended operating position. The linkage kinematics 17 has several links 16, of which Fig. 1, Fig. 2 only a few links 16 are visible, namely those links 16 which are mounted on lateral mounting brackets 12 and 13, wherein these lateral mounting brackets 12 and 13 engage lateral sections of the carrier part 11 and are accordingly positioned laterally next to the central mounting bracket 14.
[0026] The present invention now relates in particular to the fastening of the support part 11, which can be referred to as a mounting support, to the second sections 12b, 13b, 14b of the respective mounting bracket 12, 13 or 14. Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show schematic cross sections through the connection area or connecting area of the support part 11 with a mounting bracket, which can be one of the mounting brackets 12, 13 or 14.
[0027] The support part 11, namely the part 11a thereof, which is made of plastic, is connected to the mounting brackets 12, 13 and 14, which are made of plastic or metal, by clipping.
[0028] To connect the support part 11 to the mounting brackets 12, 13, and 14, it is not necessary to install metal bushings or metal inserts in the support part 11 to screw the support part 11 to the respective mounting brackets 12, 13, or 14. Such a screw connection is eliminated. Instead, the support part 11 is clipped to the mounting brackets 12, 13, or 14.
[0029] Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show two possible variants for clipping the support part 11 and the mounting brackets 12, 13 and 14, whereby the variant of the Fig. 4 is particularly preferred.
[0030] In the variant according to the invention of the Fig. 4, joint-head-like anchoring elements 19 are formed on the support part 11, namely on part 11a of the support part 11. Recesses 20 are formed on the respective mounting brackets 12, 13, or 14, namely on the respective second sections 12b, 13b, or 14b thereof, into which connecting elements 21 with socket-like recesses 22 are inserted. The joint-head-like anchoring elements 19 of the support part 11 are clipped into the socket-like recesses 22 of the connecting elements 21.
[0031] The connecting elements 21 are preferably made of rubber or a rubber-elastic material. These are cylindrical or round in cross-section, with a circumferential groove 24 formed in an outer surface 23 of the respective connecting element 21, into which a material web 25 of the respective mounting bracket 12, 13, or 14, defining the respective recess 20, engages in a form-fitting manner, forming a tongue-and-groove connection.
[0032] The variant of the Fig. 4 is not only preferred for the simple connection of the support part 11 with the mounting brackets 12, 13 and 14, but the variant of the Fig. 4 also provides acoustic decoupling of the support member 11 from the mounting brackets 12, 13, and 14, and thus from the body structure 15. Unwanted noise generation can thus be avoided.
[0033] Fig. 5 shows a variant of the clip connection of the support part 11 with the respective mounting bracket 12, 13 and 14, in which barb-like anchoring elements 26 are formed on the support part 11, which are clipped into recesses 27 of the respective mounting bracket 12, 13 and 14, respectively. The barb-like anchoring elements 26 are formed on the part 11a of the support part 11 and have insertion ramps 28, via which the barb-like anchoring element 26 can be clipped into the respective recess 27 of the respective mounting bracket 12, 13 and 14 and held. With this clip connection, the support part 11 can also be easily connected to the respective mounting bracket 12, 13 and 14, but without the acoustic decoupling, which in the variant according to the invention of the Fig. 4 is given.
[0034] The invention allows for a simple and reliable connection of the support part 11 to the mounting brackets 12, 13, and 14, preferably while providing acoustic decoupling. Eliminating inserts and screws reduces the number of required components. The assembly effort and time required for assembly can be reduced.
