Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for providing a pinch shield for a motor vehicle. From DE 102 61 777 A1, it is already known to configure a cargo space cover for a cargo space of a motor vehicle such that it can be automatically wound and unrolled on a winding shaft. In this case, a dimensionally stable end region is provided at an end face of the flexible sheet material facing away from the winding shaft, said end region extending at least over the width of the sheet material. Furthermore, the end has fixing means for locking the end region in a functional position of the planar structure fixed to the load space, and actuating means for manually releasing the locking fixed to the load space.A switching strip is already known from DE 10 2005 028 739 B3, in particular as anti-pinch protection for a motor vehicle. This switch strip can be used in motor vehicles in the region of a window pane that can be raised and lowered and serves as a safety device against objects or body parts being clamped during the closing process of the window pane. The switch strip can be integrated in a seal fastened to a door frame. Finally, EP 1 074 688 A2 discloses a device which consists of a flexible hollow rubber profile and in the interior of which two parts or elements are formed in the longitudinal direction. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for providing a pinch protection for a motor vehicle, which enables a particularly secure movement of two interior components of a motor vehicle relative to one another. This object is achieved according to the invention by a method for providing a pinch guard for a motor vehicle having the features of patent claim 1.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims and the description. The invention relates to a method for providing a pinch shield for a motor vehicle. In the method, a miniature switch strip is arranged on a cover element of an electrically lowerable covering roller blind as a first interior component, which is movable in an automated manner by means of a control device relative to a second interior component. An automated movement of the interior components relative to one another by means of the control device is omitted when the miniature switch strip is actuated. In other words, the first interior component of the motor vehicle is moved by means of the control device in an automated manner relative to the second interior component of the motor vehicle in an interior of the motor vehicle when the control device receives a start signal characterizing a movement command. A movement of the interior components relative to one another by means of the control device is prevented if the control device receives a stop signal characterizing an actuation of the miniature switch strip from the miniature switch strip arranged on one of the interior components. By means of the miniature switch strip, it is thus possible to provide anti-pinch protection in the interior of the motor vehicle. By means of the miniature switch strip, a collision of the two interior components movable relative to one another can thus be determined. In the case of ascertaining the collision, an automated relative movement of the interior components relative to one another can be prevented. This makes it possible to prevent damage to a vehicle occupant and / or damage to an element clamped between the interior components that can be moved relative to one another. The miniature switch strip enables a particularly simple, safe and cost-effective provision of the anti-pinch device for the interior of the motor vehicle. In particular, in the case of respective roller blinds in the interior of the motor vehicle, it is provided that the roller blind is moved relative to the second interior component, which can be, in particular, a cladding element of the interior of the motor vehicle. In this case, it is to be ensured that the roller blind is moved only until it abuts against the second interior component and subsequently a further relative movement of the roller blind relative to the second interior component is omitted. When the first interior component abuts the second interior component, the miniature switch strip is clamped between the first interior component and the second interior component, so that further movement of the roller blind relative to the trim element is prevented by means of the control device. In particular, roller blinds are moved particularly often in the interior of the motor vehicle, wherein the miniature switch strip provides a particularly reliable clamping protection with a particularly long service life. The miniature switch strip thus ensures that, when the roller blind is moved relative to the second interior component, damage to the roller blind due to the roller blind being moved towards the second interior component is prevented. Moreover, it can be ensured by means of the miniature switch strip that neither a vehicle occupant nor an object is clamped between the roller blind and the second interior component. If the vehicle occupant or a body part of the vehicle occupant and / or an object is located between the roller blind and the second interior component, the miniature switch strip is pressed onto the vehicle occupant or onto the object. This compresses the miniature switch strip, as a result of which the miniature switch strip is actuated. As a result of the actuation of the miniature switch strip, a relative movement of the roller blind to the second interior component is prevented by means of the control device. In this context, it has proven to be particularly advantageous if, when the miniature switch strip is arranged on the cover roller blind, the miniature switch strip is arranged on a cover element and the miniature switch strip is oriented depending on a direction of movement of the cover element relative to the cover element and / or the second interior component. This means that the miniature switch strip is adjusted in its orientation relative to the cover element and / or the second interior component in order to ensure that the miniature switch strip is arranged between the interior components in the direction of movement of the interior components relative to one another. If a direction of relative movement of the cover element relative to the second interior component is changed, the orientation of the miniature switch strip relative to the cover element and / or the second interior component can consequently be adapted in accordance with the change in the relative movement. In this way, with each relative movement and in particular with a change in the relative movement between the covering roller blind and the second interior component, the anti-pinch protection is ensured by means of the miniature switch strip. In a further embodiment of the invention, it has been found to be advantageous if the miniature switch strip is arranged on an outer side of the first interior component facing the second interior component. This is advantageous in particular when the first interior component is moved towards the second interior component. In particular, the miniature switch strip is arranged on the first interior component so as to project furthest in the direction of movement of the first interior component toward the second interior component. When the first interior component is moved in the direction of the second interior component, the miniature switch strip would thus first come into contact with the second interior component and only then would the first interior component be in contact with the second interior component. As a result, it is advantageously possible to prevent the vehicle occupant and / or the element from being caught between the interior components. In this context, it has proven to be particularly advantageous if the miniature switch strip is arranged on a cover element of the covering roller blind, which cover element is configured as a latching element. The latching element can be latched to the second interior component, wherein the miniature switch strip can be actuated during the latching. In particular, the miniature switch strip is actuated when the cover element is locked in the second interior component, whereby a further movement of the covering roller blind relative to the second interior component is prevented by means of the control device. It can thus be ensured that, when the first interior component is locked in the second interior component, a further relative movement of the first interior component with respect to the second interior component by means of the control device does not occur. Here, for example, the miniature switch strip can be arranged on the latching element at the front in the direction of movement of the cover element relative to the second interior component, such that the miniature switch strip comes into contact with the second interior component when the cover element is moved relative to the second interior component in front of the cover element. This makes it possible to ensure that the miniature switch strip is reliably actuated when the latching element is latched in the second interior component. In order to make it possible to arrange the miniature switch strip on a first interior component in a particularly simple manner, it is provided according to the invention that the miniature switch strip is connected to the first interior component via a plug connection. For this purpose, the miniature switch strip can have a foot which can be inserted into an undercut recess of the first interior component. As a result, a latching connection of the miniature switch strip with the first interior component can be produced. The plug connection enables a particularly simple and secure connection of the miniature switch strip to the first interior component, whereby the miniature switch strip is held particularly securely on the first interior component.Further features of the invention are evident from the claims, the figures and the description of the figures. The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description and the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the figures can be used not only in the respectively specified combination but also in other combinations or alone. The invention will now be explained in more detail on the basis of preferred exemplary embodiments and with reference to the drawings. The following shows: FIG. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a luggage compartment of a motor vehicle, in the present case of a motor vehicle, in which an electrically retractable covering roller blind is arranged, which can be moved along a vehicle longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle and can be lowered along a vehicle vertical direction of the motor vehicle in order to be stored in a floor cladding element of the motor vehicle; FIG. 2 shows a further schematic perspective view of the luggage compartment of the motor vehicle with the covering roller blind which is arranged in a rolled-up manner in the luggage compartment of the motor vehicle, wherein the covering roller blind comprises a roller blind element and a covering element held on the roller blind element, on which a miniature switch strip is arranged as an anti-pinch device; FIGS. 3 aand 3 b show respective schematic perspective views of the cover element on which the miniature switch strip is arranged, wherein the cover element can be aligned together with the miniature switch strip relative to the roller blind element of the covering roller blind, wherein the alignment takes place as a function of a direction of movement of the roller blind element of the covering roller blind, whereby the miniature switch strip protrudes from the covering roller blind in the direction of movement of the covering roller blind; FIG. 4 shows a schematic perspective view of a seat system in an interior of the motor vehicle, wherein the miniature switch strip is arranged on a first vehicle seat of the seat system and the first vehicle seat is movable relative to a second vehicle seat of the seat system, whereby the miniature switch strip can be triggered when a vehicle occupant and / or an object is clamped between the vehicle seats when a vehicle occupant and / or an object is moved relative to a second vehicle seat of the seat system, and the relative movement of the vehicle seats relative to one another is prevented as a result of the miniature switch strip being triggered; and FIG. 5 shows a schematic perspective view of the cover element in an embodiment different from FIGS. 3 aand 3 b, wherein this cover element is in particular a component of a roller blind element of a sun roller blind.FIGS. 1 and 2 show an electrically lowerable covering roller blind 1, which is arranged in a luggage compartment 2 of a motor vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle 3. The covering roller blind 1 is a first interior component of the motor vehicle 3, which is movable within the luggage compartment 2. As shown in FIG. 1, a roller blind element 4 of the covering roller blind 1 can be extended and retracted along a vehicle longitudinal direction x. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the covering roller blind 1 can be moved overall along a vehicle vertical direction z of the motor vehicle 3, as a result of which the covering roller blind 1 can be arranged in the luggage compartment 2 or can be stowed in or under a floor cladding 5 of the motor vehicle 3. When the roller blind element 4 or the entire covering roller blind 1 is moved within the luggage compartment 2, a vehicle occupant and / or an object can be clamped in the luggage compartment 2 between the covering roller blind 1 and a second interior component of the motor vehicle 3, which in the present case can be a tailgate of the motor vehicle 3 or the floor cladding 5. In order to avoid the vehicle occupant or the object being caught, a miniature switch strip 6 is arranged on the electrically movable covering roller blind 1. The miniature switch strip 6 is a switch element which can be actuated by compression. The miniature switch strip 6 is arranged on the covering roller blind 1 protruding in a respective direction of movement of the covering roller blind 1. When the covering roller blind 1 is moved within the motor vehicle 3, the miniature switch strip 6 therefore comes into contact with the vehicle occupant or the object in front of the covering roller blind 1. When it comes into contact with the vehicle occupant or the object, the miniature switch strip 6 is triggered. As a result of the release of the miniature switch strip 6, a further movement of the covering roller blind 1 can be prevented. As a result, a pinch protection can be provided in an interior of the motor vehicle 3 by means of the miniature switch strip 6.FIGS. 3 aand 3 b show a detail of the covering roller blind 1. The covering roller blind 1 comprises the roller blind element 4 and a covering element 7 designed as a latching element. The miniature switch strip 6 is arranged on the cover element 7. Both the miniature switch strip 6 and the cover element 7 are arranged protruding toward the roller blind element 4 in the direction of movement of the roller blind element 4. The miniature switch strip 6 is in turn arranged protruding from the cover element 7 in each direction of movement of the roller blind element 4. In order to ensure this particularly advantageously, the covering element 7 which is in the present case rigidly connected to the miniature switch strip 6 can be adjusted in its orientation relative to the roller blind element 4. The cover element 7 is arranged on a terminating edge 8 of the roller blind element 4 and extends in the present case at least substantially over an entire length of the terminating edge 8 of the roller blind element 4. In this case, the cover element 7 is oriented relative to the roller blind element 4 depending on a respective direction of movement of the roller blind element 4 in such a way that the miniature switch strip 6 is arranged at the front in the direction of movement of the roller blind element 4 or of the cover element 7. FIG. 3 ashows the orientation of the cover element 7 relative to the roller blind element 4 during a movement of the cover element 7 along the vehicle longitudinal direction x of the motor vehicle 3. The cover element 7 is aligned relative to the roller blind element 4, in particular when the roller blind element 4 rolls off, as illustrated in FIG. 3 a. The orientation of the cover element 7 relative to the roller blind element 4 shown in FIG. 3 bis adjusted when the cover roller blind 1 is moved along the vehicle vertical direction z and in this case is moved in particular towards the floor covering 5 in order to store the cover roller blind 1 in the floor covering 5.The covering roller blind 1 can be rolled out and rolled in, in particular, by means of an electronic control device 9, which is schematically marked with a box in the figures, and can be moved inside the interior of the motor vehicle 3. By means of the electronic control device 9, a stop signal characterizing an actuation of the miniature switch strip 6 can be received by the miniature switch strip 6. When the stop signal is received, the electronic control device 9 prevents the covering roller blind 1 from moving or the roller blind element 4 from rolling out or retracting. This allows particularly reliable operation of the covering roller blind 1 while providing anti-pinch protection.FIG. 4 shows an arrangement of the miniature switch strip 6 in a passenger compartment of the motor vehicle 3. Here, the miniature switch strip 6 is arranged on a first vehicle seat 10 of a vehicle seat system 11. The vehicle seat system 11 comprises a further second vehicle seat 12 in the present case. the first vehicle seat 10 is a first interior component of the motor vehicle 3 and the second vehicle seat 12 is a second interior component of the motor vehicle 3, wherein the first vehicle seat and the second vehicle seat are movable relative to one another in an automated manner. In particular, the vehicle seats 10, 12 are movable relative to one another by means of the electronic control device 9. The miniature switch strip 6 is arranged in the present case on a side of a backrest of the first vehicle seat 10 facing the second vehicle seat 12. The miniature switch strip 6 is thus triggered in the event of a collision of the miniature switch strip 6 with a vehicle occupant and / or object arranged between the vehicle seats 10, 12. As a result of the miniature switch strip 6 colliding with the vehicle occupant and / or the object as a result of the latter being clamped between the miniature switch strip 6 and the second vehicle seat 12, the miniature switch strip 6 is actuated and, as a result of the actuation of the miniature switch strip 6, a further movement of the vehicle seats 10, 12 relative to one another is prevented by means of the electronic control device 9.In a further embodiment, not shown in the figures, the miniature switch strip 6 can extend along a vehicle transverse direction y and be arranged on a rear side of a bench seat of the motor vehicle 3, wherein the miniature switch strip 6 is triggered when a vehicle occupant and / or an object is clamped between the miniature switch strip 6 and a tailgate of the motor vehicle 3 when the bench seat is moved to the rear in the vehicle longitudinal direction x. In this case, the movement of the seat bench can likewise be prevented by means of the electronic control device 9 as a result of the actuation of the miniature switch strip 6.The miniature switch strip 6 is configured in particular to detect a force of approximately 6 to 10 Newton acting on the miniature switch strip 6 and to signal its actuation for the electronic control device 9 as a result of the detection of the force. A respective actuating force which has to act at least on the miniature switch strip 6 in order to actuate the miniature switch strip 6 and a response angle of the miniature switch strip 6 can be selected via a shape of the miniature switch strip 6 and / or a material combination of elements of the miniature switch strip 6.FIG. 5 shows a cover element 7 which is designed alternatively to the cover elements 7 shown in FIG. 3. The cover element 7 shown in FIG. 5 is suitable in particular for a sun roller blind. The cover element 7 shown in FIG. 5 comprises a flap 13 and a telescopic panel 14, each of which is formed from a plastic. Both in the embodiment of the cover element 7 shown in FIG. 3, that is to say also in the embodiment of the cover element 7 shown in FIG. 5, the cover elements 7 have respective undercut recesses 15, into which the miniature switch strip 6 is inserted. The miniature switch strip 6 has a foot 16 in the present case, which can be locked in the recess 15, whereby the miniature switch strip 6 is held on the cover element 7 in a particularly simple and secure manner. The miniature switch strip 6 can thus be inserted into the recess 15 via a plug connection and fastened in the recess 15 via the undercut. The cover element 7 shown in FIG. 3 has a latching region 17, by means of which the cover element 7 can be latched in a second interior component of the motor vehicle 3, in particular in a cladding element of the motor vehicle 3. The miniature switch strip 6 makes the locking of the cover element 7 in the second interior component optional, since, when the miniature switch strip 6 is actuated by means of the electronic control device 9, a relative movement of the cover element 7 relative to the second interior component can be prevented, so that a clip-out function is not necessary. The electrically retractable covering roller blind 1 is permanently located in the luggage compartment 2 of the motor vehicle 3 and can be automatically retracted, at the desired end, in a separate stowage compartment, in the present case behind the floor cladding 5. In addition, the roller blind element 4 of the covering roller blind 1 can automatically retract and extend in its extended state along the vehicle longitudinal direction x as a function of an orientation of the tailgate of the motor vehicle 3. When the miniature switch strip 6 is touched, in particular as a result of a blockage or a case of jamming, a contact inside the miniature switch strip 6 is closed. As a result of the closing of the contact, the electronic control device 9 detects a current flow in the miniature switch strip 6 and reverses a movement of the roller blind element 4; consequently, upon actuation of the miniature switch strip 6, a further movement of the first interior component relative to the second interior component in the direction of movement can be prevented and subsequently the first interior component can be moved relative to the second interior component in the opposite direction. In particular, the invention shows how miniature switch strips 6 can be used for electrical interior functions.List of reference characters1 Covering roller blind 2 Luggage compartment 3 Motor vehicle 4 Roller blind element 5 Floor covering 6 Miniature switch strip 7 Cover element 8 Terminating edge 9 Electronic control device 10 Vehicle seat 11 Seat system 12 Vehicle seat 13 Flap 14 Telescopic panel 15 Recess 16 Foot 17 Latching region
