Description

We live in a time in which persistent energy is one of the most important energy carriers for the future of mankind. Therefore, they should be operated as efficiently as possible to use this costable energy as well as possible. The existing photovoltaic systems are subject to negative influences which considerably influence the yield of the system. In order to reduce this loss and to achieve optimum efficiency, this cleaning plant has been developed.Environmental effects of a wide variety of types reduce the production of electricity in our PV systems. These include various types of air pollution such as pollen, traffic fine dust, as well as particle output through chimneys and chimneys.Environmental influences such as snow and icing in winter months or southwinds with desert sand also considerably influence the yield. With power prices of about 35 cents per kilowatts and the tendency of increasing prices for the future, the plant is a lucrative investment and a contribution to reducing global pollution and heating. The plant can achieve an increase in the production of electricity up to 15 percent, which enables an amortization in the shortest time. The alternative of cleaning by a technical company is cost-intensive, which is why in most cases it takes place only once a year. The developed cleaning system is ready for use 365 days a year at any time, which makes it possible to react immediately to any dirt present. The costs for a cleaning insert range from a few cents depending on the size of the PV system. The cleaning system is manufactured in the kit so that it can be mounted individually for each PV system and thus enables optimum cleaning. The cleaning system can be retrofitted to any existing PV system regardless of the age or dimension, which can be done by persons without particular technical knowledge. In new installations, it is possible to integrate the cleaning installation into the PV installation immediately, which would be advisable. The plant consists of a nozzle pipe (10.) which is fastened to the upper end of the PV plant and which, depending on the size of the PV plant, is provided with the necessary number of cleaning nozzles (11.).At the end of the nozzle tube ( 10), which is laid over the entire length of the PV system, the nozzle tube ( 10) is closed off by a cap, screw connection or copper base ( 12).As a result, sufficient water pressure is built up to obtain the required water supply ( 3) for the nozzles ( 11.) and to ensure their function. These are mounted as required at the required angle to the module surface ( 6) and adjusted in order to obtain the best possible cleaning effect. On the outside of the PV installation from the roof ridge (8) A pipe ( 4) is located to transition to the roof inclination ( 7) in the direction of the floor, which pipe ensures the water supply ( 3).At the end of the roof slope, the tube ( 4) is formed. Laid in the direction of the ground up to approximately 1.5 metres above the ground level, here a unit (2) for decalcifying the detergent feed and a water filter are mounted. On the above-mentioned unit, the inlet for the water supply (3) of the cleaning plant is a solid component and is fed by a water hose (1).The water supply ( 3) can be effected with cold water and also with hot water, this corresponding to the season, and also the intensity of the contamination of the PV system. The tubes (4.), nozzles (11.), end cap (12.) and angle (12.) can be made from different materials such as stainless steel, plastics, glass, carbon or otherwise. The dimension of the nozzle tube ( 10) and its water supply ( 3) is dependent on the size of the PV system and the number of nozzles ( 11). in order to obtain sufficient pressure for all the nozzles ( 11).The components of the cleaning system are held (5) by tube holders (5) which are fastened to the PV modules (6) or to the roof of the roof trough and the masonry. All variations of the fastening are possible with magnet, screw connection, dowel and click systems.

Claims

The water supply (1) is connected to the maintenance unit (2).The maintenance unit ( 2) has a direct water supply ( 3) to the cleaning system. The tubes (4th) are fastened to the modules (6th) by holders (5th).When the roof inclination ( 7) changes over to the ridge ( 8), a bend ( 9) is used.Nozzles ( 11.) are positioned on the nozzle tube ( 10.) in the direction of the module top side ( 6).The nozzle pipe ( 10) is laid down on a slope. At the end of the nozzle tube ( 10), an end cap ( 12) is attached as a tube closure.
