Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a grill spit holder for a table grill device, and to a table grill device.According to the prior art, (table) grill devices are known in which a grill spit is mounted above a firing location so as to be rotatable about its longitudinal axis by means of two carrier devices or the like spaced apart from one another. In this case, a distance between the two carrier devices relative to one another corresponds at least to a length of the grill spit arranged rotatably mounted thereon. This is known from DE 80 05 295 U1, DE 1 965 900 U and DE 20 2013 104 620 U1, respectively. In the aforementioned grilling devices, there is a respective disadvantage in that the height of the grilling spit, in which the same is arranged rotatably mounted above a firing location, is defined from the outset by the dimensions of the two carrier devices provided for this purpose and cannot be changed easily. A further disadvantage of such grilling devices is that a targeted pivoting of the grill spit out of the flame, possibly for only a short period of time, is not technically possible. Instead, for this purpose, the grill spit would have to be lifted completely from or out of the carrier devices, which, however, represents a complicated operation.Further devices and apparatuses which are suitable for grilling are known, for example, from DE 69 04 952 U, DE 17 51 368 U, DE 73 43 731 U, U.S. Pat. No. 3,742,839 A and U.S. Pat. No. 2021 / 0 156 565 A1.Accordingly, the object of the invention is on the one hand to simplify a grill spit holder for a table grill device with regard to its mechanical construction and its operability, and on the other hand to optimize a table grill device suitable for this with regard to its temperature development. The above object is achieved by a grill spit holder having the features of claim 1 and by a table grill device having the features of claim 12. Advantageous further developments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.A grill spit holder according to the present invention is provided for a table grill appliance, and comprises at least one clamping body with a holding section, through which a vertically extending through opening passes, wherein the clamping body can be attached in a form-fitting manner to an edge region of a fire bowl of the table grill appliance, and a holding device, which can be introduced with a vertical first section thereof into the through opening of the clamping body. The holding device has a horizontal second section with two storage regions spaced apart from one another, in which a grill spit can be accommodated in a supported manner. The grill spit holder according to the invention is based on the essential recognition that its clamping body is attached to the edge region of a fire bowl of a table grill device at only one point thereof. In this respect, the grill spit holder for a grill spit of a table grill device forms a mounting above a firing point only from one side. This makes it possible to swivel the grill spit laterally away from the firing location by rotating the holding device with its vertical first section within the through-opening of the clamping body or of the associated holding section.A further advantage of the grill spit holder according to the invention, with regard to the mounting of the grill spit just explained, only on one side of the fire bowl of a table grill device, lies in the fact that a vertical distance of the holder device for holding a grill spit above a firing location of the table grill device can be changed in a simple and user-friendly manner in that the holder device is displaced with its first vertical section within the through-opening of the holding section of the clamping body. In this respect, such a displacement of the first vertical section of the mounting device is provided only on one side or location of the fire shell of a table grill device, so that it is not necessary for an operator to grasp over the fire location of the table grill device and thus the operational reliability for a table grill device to which the grill spit mounting according to the invention is attached is improved. In an advantageous development of the grill spit holder according to the invention, the holding section of the clamping body is arranged in a central region thereof. Such an arrangement of the holding section in a central region of the clamping body leads to the advantage that a force equilibrium is achieved on both sides of the clamping body when the holding device is introduced into its through-opening, whereby tilting of the holding device toward the side is effectively prevented.A form-fitting attachment of the clamping body to an edge region of a fire bowl of a table grill device can be realized in a simple manner in that a groove-shaped depression is formed on an underside of the clamping body, with which depression the clamping body can be placed on an edge region of the fire bowl in a form-fitting manner. It is expedient here if the groove-shaped depression on the underside of the clamping body is formed complementary to an upper outer edge of an associated fire shell of a table grill device, wherein this upper outer edge can preferably be crimped over.In an advantageous development of the grill spit holder according to the invention, the holder device has, in its vertical first section, in a cross section perpendicular to its longitudinal extension, outer dimensions which are greater than a diameter of the through-opening of the clamping body. This can be achieved, for example, by the holding device being designed in the form of a wire which is round in cross section and the diameter of which is slightly larger than that of the through-opening of the clamping body. As a result, a clamping force is exerted on the holding device when it is introduced with its vertical first section into the through-opening of the clamping body. Thus, a rotation of the holding device about the longitudinal axis of its vertical first section and / or a displacement of the holding device in the direction of this longitudinal axis upwards or downwards is only possible by overcoming this clamping force in order to rotate the holding device and a grill spit attached thereto out of the firing station of a table grill device or to specifically change the vertical distance of the grill spit relative to the firing station. By overcoming the clamping force, such an adjustment of the operating position of the holding device and of a grill spit attached thereto can be achieved completely without tools and thus in a user-friendly manner. In an advantageous development of the grill spit holder according to the invention, the holder device is guided with its vertical first section in the through bore of the clamping body so as to be vertically displaceable and / or is laterally rotatable about its longitudinal axis. Such an adjustment possibility is achieved for the holding device as explained above in that the clamping force exerted by the clamping body in its through-opening on the vertical first section of the holding device is overcome in a simple manner by applying an external force, wherein the use of separate tools is not required. In an advantageous development of the grill spit holder according to the invention, the holder device can be produced from a preferably one-piece metal wire which is round in cross section at least in its vertical first section. Expediently, the grill spit holder is made entirely of stainless steel wire. The present invention also provides a table grill apparatus in which a grill spit holder as explained above can be used. Such a table grill device comprises an in particular round fire bowl, a support device on which the fire bowl can be placed from above, a cover plate which can be inserted into the fire bowl from above, wherein an opening is formed in the middle of the cover plate, a bowl for combustibles which can be inserted into the central opening of the fire bowl from above, a grill spit holder in particular according to one of Claims 1 to 11, and a grill spit which can be accommodated in the grill spit holder. The fire bowl of the table grill device according to the invention can be made of metal and preferably made of stainless steel. The same also applies to the cover plate of the inventive table grill device. The table grill device according to the invention is based on the essential recognition that the cover plate keeps the bowl, within which combustion agents are located, for example in the form of glowing grill coal, in a suspension-like state, in which a base region of the bowl does not touch the base of the fire bowl and is spaced apart therefrom. The contact points between the bowl and an inner circumferential surface of the central opening of the cover disc, into which the bowl is inserted from above, are preferably very small and have an insulating effect. This ensures that the cover plate and also the fire bowl in contact therewith, which can both consist of metal or stainless steel as explained, serve for conducting away heat via convection. By means of the carrier device, it is achieved that the fire bowl is suitably lifted from a support surface, for example a table surface or the like, and is thus under-ventilated. As a result, for the table grill device according to the invention, without using additional insulating materials and thus in a cost-effective and mechanically simple manner, a temperature reduction of the firing temperature of the firing agents accommodated in the bowl (in the case of charcoal about 750° C. to 800° C.) is achieved in the region of the carrier device to a moderate temperature (for example about 40° C.), at which there is no risk of damage to the support surface (or table surface) on which the table grill device according to the invention is placed with the associated carrier device. In an advantageous development of the inventive table grill device, it is provided for the central opening of the cover plate that along the inner edge thereof a plurality of radially inwardly directed projections are formed, with which the bowl comes into contact when it is inserted into the central opening of the cover plate, in such a way that a thermal insulation of the bowl with respect to the cover plate is achieved by this contact of the bowl with the plurality of projections. In an advantageous development of the table grill device according to the invention, an outer edge of the fire bowl is crimped over in such a way that the groove-shaped depression of the holding device of the grill spit holder according to the invention, which depression is formed on the underside of the clamping body, can be placed on the edge region of the fire bowl in a positive-locking manner.Preferred embodiments of the invention are described in detail below with reference to a schematically simplified drawing. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a grill spit holder in conjunction with a desk top grill apparatus in accordance with the present invention, FIGS. 2, 3 are side views of the grill spit holder and the table grill device of FIG. 1, respectively, FIG. 4 is a top view of the grill spit holder and the table grill device of FIG. 1, FIGS. 5, 6 are perspective views of a clamping body that is part of the grill game holder according to the invention from FIG. 1, FIG. 7 shows a side view of the clamping body from FIG. 5 or FIG. 6, FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a mounting device that is part of the grill spit mounting of FIG. 1 , FIGS. 9 a, 9 b show respectively further side views of the mounting device of FIG. 8, FIG. 10a is a side view of a contact block forming part of the grill spit holder of FIG. 1, FIG. 10 bshows a sectional view through the contact block along the line A-A of FIG. 10 a, FIG. 11a is a perspective view of a counterpart which is part of the inventive table grill device of FIG. 1, FIG. 11 bshows a cross-sectional view of the counterpart of FIG. 11 a, FIG. 12 is a perspective view of a grill spit forming part of the inventive table grill device of FIG. 1, FIG. 13 is a side view of the grill spit of FIG. 12, FIGS. 14-16 show different views of a cover plate and a partial region thereof, wherein this cover plate is part of the inventive table grill device from FIG. 1, FIG. 17 is another side view of the grill spit holder in conjunction with the table grill apparatus of the present invention; and FIG. 18 is an enlarged view of the portion D 2 of the illustration of FIG. 17.Preferred embodiments of a grill spit holder 10 according to the invention and of a table grill device 100 according to the invention are illustrated and explained below with reference to FIGS. 1-18, wherein the grill spit holder 10 can be attached in a form-fitting manner to an edge region 103 of a fire bowl 102 of the table grill device 100. Identical features in the drawing are each provided with identical reference numerals. At this point, it is pointed out separately that the drawing is only simplified and is shown in particular without scale.FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the grill spit holder 10 in conjunction with the table grill apparatus 100. Further views thereof are shown in FIGS. 2-4, namely in side views (cf. FIGS. 2 ; 3 ) and in a plan view from above (FIG. 4 ).The grill spit holder 10 comprises at least one clamping body 12 and a holder device 18.The clamping body 12 is shown in FIGS. 5-7, namely in perspective (cf. FIGS. 5 ; 6 ) and in a side view (cf. FIG. 7 ).The holding device 18 is shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, namely in perspective (cf. FIG. 8 ) and in each case in a side view from different sides (cf. FIGS. 9 a; 9 b ).The table grill device 100 according to the invention comprises in detail the following components:a fire bowl 102 which may be made of metal, for example stainless steel,a carrier device 104 (cf. FIGS. 1, 2 ) on which the fire bowl 102 can be placed from above,a cover plate 106 (cf. FIGS. 14, 15 ) which can be inserted into the fire bowl 102 from above and in the process has contact with the fire bowl 102 on its outer edge A, an opening 107 being formed in the center of the cover plate 106,a fuel bowl 110 (for example charcoal) which can be inserted from above into the central opening 107 of the cover plate 106,a grill spit holder which can be the grill spit holder 10 according to the invention (cf. FIG. 1 ) anda grill spit 111 (see FIGS. 12, 13 ) receivable in the grill spit holder 10.The clamping body 12 has, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, a holding section 14 through which a vertically extending through opening 16 passes. The holding portion 14 of the clamping body 12 is preferably arranged in a central region thereof. The clamping body 12 can be attached in a form-fitting manner to an edge region 103 of a fire shell 102 of the table grill device 100. For this purpose, a groove-shaped depression 22 (see FIG. 7 ) is formed on an underside of the clamping body 12, with which depression the clamping body 12 can be placed in a positive-locking manner on an upper outer edge A (see FIG. 2 ) of the fire bowl 102.The upper outer edge A of the fire bowl 102 is expediently formed in a crimped manner, wherein the groove-shaped depression 22 on the underside of the clamping body 12 is formed in a complementary manner thereto. This assists the positive fitting or attachment of the clamping body 12 from above onto the edge region 103 of the fire bowl 102 or its upper outer edge A (cf. FIG. 2 ).The through-opening 16 is formed in the holding section 14 of the clamping body 12 preferably in the form of a through-bore, which can be seen, for example, from FIG. 6. Over a height of the holding section 14, the latter is provided with a slot 17 adjacent to the through-opening 16, in such a way that the slot 17 opens into the through-bore 16 over the entire height of the holding section 14. This slot 17 is located on the one hand on an end face of the holding section 14 and on the other hand also in a central region of the holding section 14. Thanks to the slot 17, a spring property is achieved for the two parts of the holding section 14, between which the through-opening or through-bore 16 is formed, which is discussed separately below. The holding device 18 preferably consists of a metal wire, in particular of stainless steel.Regardless of the configuration as a metal wire, the holding device 18 comprises a vertical first section I, with which it can be introduced into the through opening or passage bore 16 of the clamping body 12. Furthermore, the holding device 18 comprises a horizontal second section with two storage regions 20 spaced apart from one another (cf. FIG. 8 ), in which a grill spit 111 of the table grill device 100 can be accommodated in a supported manner. The above-explained sections I and II of the holding device 18 are illustrated in the representations of FIGS. 8 and 9 a, respectively. With regard to the representation of the holding device 18 in FIGS. 9 aand 9 b, it should be pointed out separately at this point that exemplary dimensions with respect to the sections I and II are noted herein. The values of these dimensions illustrate the approach of the present invention as a bench grill device 100. It is understood that the holding device 18 can also have dimensions which deviate from the values noted in FIGS. 9 aand 9 b.The outer diameter of the vertical first section I of the holding device 18 is selected to be slightly larger than an inner diameter of the through-opening or passage bore 16 in the holding section 14 of the clamping body 12, which has the result that a clamping force is constantly exerted on the vertical first section I of the holding device 18 when the latter is inserted into the through-bore 16. This clamping force is promoted by the spring property explained above of the two parts of the holding section 14 of the clamping body 12 which are located on both sides of the through-opening or through-bore 16. Thanks to this clamping force, the holding device 18 is ensured to be held in a desired position within the clamping body 13 and thus relative to the firing location of the table grill device 100 that forms within the bowl 110, namely both in a lateral orientation and in a vertical orientation or a desired distance from the firing location. As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 8, two bearing regions 20 for a grill spit 111 are provided in the horizontal second section II of the holding device 18.The bearing regions 20 of the holding device 18 are open to the side and each have a C-shaped configuration, as viewed in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of a grill spit when the same is accommodated in the bearing regions. As a result, it is possible to introduce a grill spit 111 (see FIGS. 12, 13 ) from one side into the two storage regions 20 of the holding device 18 and also to remove it again if necessary. In the following, with reference to FIGS. 10-13, further details for attaching a grill spit 111 to the holding device 18 and its storage areas 20 are explained.A contact block 24 (cf. FIG. 8 ) can be introduced in at least one bearing region 20. FIG. 10 ashows this contact block 24 in a side view, wherein FIG. 10 bshows a sectional view through the contact block 24 along the line A-A of FIG. 10 a.As can be seen in the sectional view of FIG. 10 b, the contact block 24 has a central opening 25 which is open to the side. Correspondingly, a grill spit 111 (see FIGS. 12, 13 ) can be inserted into the contact block 24 from the side. The central opening 25 of the contact block 24 is provided on its inner circumferential surface 26 with a plurality of discrete planar surfaces, preferably in such a way that the inner circumferential surface 26 of the central opening 25 of the contact block 24 is prismatic.A grill spit 111 suitable for the inventive table grill device 100 is shown in a perspective view and a side view, respectively, in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13. Expediently, such a grill spit 111 is formed rectangular in its cross section, which can be seen in the illustration of FIG. 12.A counter piece 113 can be applied to an outer surface 112 of the grill spit 111, which counter piece is shown in perspective in FIG. 11 a.This counterpart 113 is characterized in that its outer circumferential surface 115 is formed to be complementary to the inner circumferential surface 26 of the central opening 25 of the contact block 24. The interaction between the counterpart 113 and the contact block 24 is explained separately below. The counter piece 113 comprises an opening 114 which is formed complementary to the cross section of the grill spit 111. Thus, when the counterpart 113 is applied with this opening 114 to the grill spit 111, it is fixed thereto in a rotationally fixed manner as a result of a positive fit with respect to a longitudinal axis of the grill spit. The counter piece 113 is shown in a sectional view in FIG. 11 b. It can be seen from this that a resilient tongue 116 is attached to the counter piece 113 adjacent to its opening 114, which tongue abuts an outer surface 112 of the grill spit 111 when the counter piece is applied to the grill spit. The contact of the resilient tongue 116 with the outer surface 112 of the grill spit 111 ensures that an automatic slipping of the counter piece 113 along a longitudinal direction of the grill spit 111 does not take place, at least not without the application of a targeted external force. On an end face of the counterpiece 113, the latter is provided with a flange 117. The outer dimensions of this flange 117 are larger than the inner diameter of the central opening 25 formed in the contact block 24.The counter piece 113, which as explained can be applied to the grill spit 111, follows the purpose that it can be introduced into the opening 25 of the contact block 24 in a targeted manner. Such an introduction of the counter piece 113 into the opening 25 can take place in a state of the grill spit 111 when the same has already been introduced or inserted into the two storage regions 20 of the holding device 18. The grill spit 111 is then actuated with the aid of its handle H (cf. FIGS. 2, 12, 13 ) in such a way that the counter piece 113 applied or fastened on the outer surface 112 of the grill spit 111 is inserted into the opening 25 of the contact block 24 in a desired rotational position in the axial direction of the grill spit 111 until the flange 117 abuts against an end face of the contact block 24. An axial position of the grill spit 111 with respect to a bearing region 20 in which the contact block 24 is inserted as explained is then fixed. In this case, the positive fit, which forms between the prismatic inner circumferential surface 26 of the central opening 25 of the contact block 24 and the outer circumferential surface 115 of the counterpart 113 formed in a complementary manner thereto, ensures that the grill spit 111 is secured in its desired rotational position when the counterpart 113 is located within the central opening 25 of the contact block 24, as explained. If necessary, the rotational position of the grill spit 111 can be changed in a simple manner by pulling the grill spit 111 on its handle H, so that the counterpart 113 first comes out of engagement with the contact block 24 and then the grill spit 111 can be rotated in the bearing regions 20 of the holding device 18. After a desired changed rotational position has been reached, the grill spit 111 is then pressed by means of the handle H in such a way that the counterpart 113 again engages with the contact block 24, now in said changed rotational position of the grill spit 111.The contact block 24 is suitably made of a plastic having good sliding properties and high temperature resistance, for example by injection molding. For example, the material polytetrafluoroethylene (also known as "PTFE"), optionally in modified form and at least with a sufficiently low viscosity, is suitable for this purpose, by means of which thermoplastic processing of this material is possible, for example by means of injection molding. This also applies to the counterpart 113 which can be attached to an outer surface 112 of the grill spit 111.The mounting of the fuel bowl 110 on the fire bowl 102 will be explained below with reference to Fig. 2 and also Figs. 14-16.As already explained above elsewhere, the cover plate 106 can be inserted into the fire bowl 102 from above. For this purpose, the fire bowl 102 can be equipped in its inner region with a circumferential step (not shown), on which the cover pane 106 is placed. This is done in such a way that the cover plate 106, as is also illustrated in the side view of FIG. 2, is located in the vicinity of the upper outer edge A of the fire bowl 102 when it is placed therein or is placed on said circumferential step within the fire bowl 102.As likewise already explained elsewhere, for an intended use of the table grill device 100 according to the invention, its fire shell 102 is placed on the carrier device 104 from above. The carrier device 104 can be designed in the form of separate and interconnected supporting webs 105, of which the upper surface regions are designed to be complementary to the outer wall of the fire bowl 102.The top view of FIG. 4 illustrates that the carrier device 104 has four such supporting webs 105. Alternatively, the carrier device 104 can also be equipped with three supporting webs 105 or with five or more supporting webs 105. In any case, the support device 104 and its supporting webs 105 ensure that the fire bowl 102 is spaced apart from a footprint F on which the support device 104 is placed by a distance s 1( cf. FIG. 2 ) and thus a floor region of the fire bowl 102 is suitably under-ventilated. This achieves good thermal insulation of the fire bowl 102 relative to the footprint F.The bowl 110 is preferably round and has a conically extending outer contour which increases from bottom to top. On its upper side, the bowl 110 is provided with an outer rim portion. In the representations of FIGS. 14 and 15, in which the cover disk 106 is shown in plan view and perspective view, it can be seen that a plurality of projections 109 are formed on the inner edge 108 of the central opening 107 of the cover disk 106. In the embodiment shown here, these are three such projections 109. In this regard, it is understood that the protrusions 109 may also be provided in a number different from three.FIG. 16 shows an enlarged view of the region D 1 of FIG. 14 and thus a protrusion 109 formed on the inner edge 108 of the central opening 107. The protrusion 109 points from the inner edge 108 of the opening 107 in the direction of the center point thereof. The projection 109 has a linearly extending portion having a length s 2( see FIG. 16 ) in a central segment thereof. The insertion of the bowl 110 into the central opening 107 of the cover disc 106 takes place in such a way that an outer wall of the bowl 110 bears against the projections 109. Thanks to these protrusions 109, the resulting contact points between the bowl 110 and the cover disc 106 are relatively small and have an insulating effect. The dimensions of the bowl 110 are chosen such that when the bowl 110 is inserted into the central opening 107 of the cover disc 106 and cannot slide further downward due to the contact of its outer wall with the protrusions 109 on the inner edge 108 of the opening 107, then a bottom portion of the bowl 110 is spaced apart from a bottom portion of the fire bowl 102. This can be seen in the illustration of FIG. 2. By such a distance of the bottom region of the bowl 110 from the underlying fire bowl 102, an insulating air layer is formed below the bottom region of the bowl 110, with the result that the high temperatures which form within the bowl 110 during operation of the table grill device 100 are not directly transferred to the underlying fire bowl 102.When the bowl 110 is inserted in the central opening 107 of the cover plate 106, it becomes, as it were, in a "floating state" by the contact with the projections 109 provided on the inner edge 108 of the opening 107, in which, on the one hand, the contact points with the cover plate 106 are reduced to a minimum and, on the other hand, the base region of the bowl 110 is selectively spaced apart from the fire bowl 102.The invention functions as follows:In order to transfer the table grill device 100 into its operational readiness, the fire bowl 102 is placed onto the carrier device 104 from above. The cover plate 106 is inserted into the fire bowl 102 from above. The bowl 110, which as explained serves to hold combustible agents, is then inserted from above into the central opening 107 of the cover disc 106.Next, the clamping body 12 can then be placed on the outer edge A of the fire bowl 102 from above in a form-fitting manner. In this case, support feet 23 (cf. FIGS. 5, 7 ) which are formed on the clamping body 12 adjacent to the groove-shaped depression 22 come into contact from above with the covering pane 106 located beneath it. The holding device 18 is then connected to the clamping body 12 in such a way that its vertical first section I is accommodated in the through-opening or passage 16 of the holding section 14 of the clamping body 12 and is clamped therein in a suitable manner. Finally, the grill spit 111 can be introduced into the storage regions 20 of the horizontal second section II of the holding device 18.If, in use of the table grill appliance 100, the holding device 18 is in the position as shown, for example, in the illustration of FIG. 1, and in this case a grill item or the like to be cooked is also spit on the grill spit, the torque which is produced as a result and is introduced via the grill spit 111 and the holding device 18 onto the clamping body 12 is introduced suitably onto or onto the cover pane 106 by means of the two supporting feet 23. This prevents, on the one hand, an unwanted forward tilting of the holding device 18 with the grill spit 111 placed thereon and, on the other hand, at the same time, causes an advantageous pressing of the cover plate 106 against the circumferential step, on which the cover plate 106 is placed within the fire bowl 102, as explained.A change in the position of the holding device 18 and of the grill spit 111 accommodated therein can be effected by overcoming the clamping force with which the vertical first section I of the holding device 18 is held within the through bore 16 of the holding section 14 of the clamping body 12. As already explained elsewhere, the holding device 18 can be rotated either about the longitudinal axis of its vertical first section I by overcoming this clamping force, so that the grill spit 111 is thereby specifically rotated out of the firing location of the table grill device 100. This has the advantage that the grill spit 111 does not have to be removed from the storage areas 20 of the horizontal second section II of the holding device 18 and can thus remain in these storage areas.Additionally or alternatively, by overcoming this clamping force, it can be brought about that the holding device 18 is displaced with its vertical first portion I in translation (upwards or downwards) along its longitudinal direction within the through bore 16, in order thereby to adjust the height of the grill spit 111, i.e. to change its distance relative to the firing point within the bowl 110 in a targeted manner.Referring now to FIGS. 17 and 18, there is shown another embodiment of the invention, namely, FIG. 17 is a side view of the table grill apparatus 100 having the grill spit holder 10 mounted thereon, and FIG. 18 is an enlarged view of the portion D 2 of FIG. 17.The enlarged view of FIG. 18 illustrates that a further clamping body 13 can be placed from below onto the vertical first section I of the holding device 18, when the latter is attached positively to the upper outer edge A of the fire bowl 102 by using a clamping body 12, as explained. This further clamping body 13 can be formed in the same manner as the clamping body 12 shown in FIGS. 5-7.In any case, this further clamping body 13, in comparison with the clamping body 12 which has already been placed on the upper outer edge A of the fire bowl 102 in a form-fitting manner, is applied "over the head" (i.e. rotated by 180°) from below to the free end of the vertical first section I of the holding device 18, preferably in the form of a wire which is round in cross section, wherein the support feet 23 of this further clamping body 13 then bear against the outer wall of the fire bowl 102 from the outside. As explained, the fact that a further clamping body 13 can be applied to the vertical first section I of the holding device 18 from below, wherein this further clamping body 13 is then supported against the outer wall of the fire bowl 102 advantageously ensures that the holding device 18 cannot tilt away radially outwards as well. This further improves the operational reliability of the invention. Finally, it should be pointed out that the present invention is distinguished in that the grill spit holder 10 and the table grill device 100, as explained, each consist of individual components and can be completely disassembled after grilling, which is advantageous in particular for cleaning purposes.List of reference characters10 Grill spit holder 12 clamping body, with support foot 23 13 further clamping body 14 holding section, with through-opening 16 17 slot 18 holding device I vertical first section (of the holding device 18) II horizontal second section (of the holding device 18) 20 bearing region(s) (of the holding device 18) 22 groove-shaped depression (on an underside of the clamping body 12) 24 contact block, with a central opening 25 26 inner circumferential surface (of the central opening 25) 100 table grill device 102 fire bowl 103 edge region (of the fire bowl 102) 104 carrier device, with support webs 105 106 cover plate 107 opening (in the middle of the cover plate 106) 108 inner edge (of the opening 107) 109 protrusion (on the inner edge 108 of the opening 107) 110 bowl (for combustion agent, For example, charcoal) 111 grill spit, having an outer surface 112 and a handle H 113 counter piece, having an opening 114 115 outer circumferential surface (of counter piece 113) 116 resilient tongue (of counter piece 113) 117 flange (of counter piece 113) A outer edge (of fire bowl 102) F contact surface s 1 distance of fire bowl 102 from contact surface F s 2 width (of a protrusion 109)
