Description

The present invention relates to a marking unit for the permanent and protected attachment of a flat marking element, such as a test plate chain or a test label, to a cylindrical element, such as an electrical cable, and to a spatially variable electrical operating means with such a marking unit.Electrical devices, such as drilling machines, laptops, cold device connectors, charging devices for mobile phones, which are used in particular commercially, must be checked for their safety at regular intervals. To the devices which pass such a test, a marking element such as a test badge or a test label is applied, which is often designed as a label.Often, the electrical cables are particularly suitable for attaching the marking element. In electric cables, the marking element is often folded around the cable and the ends are glued together so that the marking element protrudes like a string transversely to an axis of the cable.A disadvantage here is that during use and handling of the operating medium the tag can tear off or remain hanging, so that the marking element is damaged. As a result, proof of a test can be lost if, for example, a test seal or a test plate chain is no longer present or important parts are missing. A constant bending of the cable in the daily season moreover leads to the marking element in the region of the cable deforming and becoming detached from the cable, so that it can fall off. Moreover, dirt may deposit on the edges of the adhesive surfaces if the edges are not perfectly superimposed. This can also reduce the value of high-price electrical devices. In extreme cases, such as in the medical field, the stickers can also pose a health hazard if infectious dirt deposits on the stickers. It is therefore the object of the present invention to enable a permanently secure and protected accommodation of the marking element on the electrical cable. The object is achieved by a marking unit having the features according to claim 1 and a portable electrical operating means having the features according to claim 15. Advantageous refinements are the subject matter of the dependent claims. Further features and advantages result from the general description of the description of the exemplary embodiments. The marking unit according to the invention is suitable for the permanent and protected attachment of a flat marking element, such as a test badge or a test label, to at least one cylindrical element, such as an electrical cable, in particular a portable electrical operating means. The marking unit comprises:at least one receiving body which extends at least along an axis; andwherein the receiving body comprises at least two partial bodies which form an opening for receiving on the cylindrical element and, in a mounted state, circumferentially enclose the cylindrical element; andwherein the receiving body has at least one attachment surface for attaching the marking element. The attachment surface extends over both, and in particular all, partial bodies of the receiving body. The invention has many advantages. A considerable advantage of the invention is that the attachment surface extends over both partial bodies of the receiving body. As a result, the attachment surface can have a maximum size, such that at least a large part of the marking element can be received or applied directly on the attachment surface, wherein a volume of the receiving body remains relatively small. Advantageously, a label can thus be bonded directly to the mounting surface. Furthermore, the receiving body protects the marking element from damage and supports its retention on the cylindrical element. This advantageously enables a protected and secure accommodation of the marking element on the cylindrical element. The cylindrical element is formed in particular by at least one section of an electrical cable of a portable electrical operating medium, and the marking unit is formed in particular as a cable clamp for the electrical cable. In addition, the cylindrical element can also be designed as a band, cable, cord, wire or the like.Preferably, the attachment surface extends at least over a substantial part of a circumference on the outer side of the receiving body, transversely to the axis of the receiving body. In particular, the attachment surface extends around the entire circumference of the receiving body and the attachment surface is preferably embodied to be closed circumferentially. Advantageously, a particularly large part of the marking element can thereby be arranged on the receiving body. A hold of a marking element, which is designed in particular as a sticker, is thereby particularly protected.Advantageously, a part body encloses a segment of the cylindrical element in the circumferential direction. Advantageously, at least two partial bodies completely surround the circumference of the cylindrical element. Advantageously, the receiving body can thereby be mounted directly at a desired location on the cylindrical element and does not have to be slid onto the cylindrical element from the ends of one end of the cylindrical element. Advantageously, the receiving body is thus also provided on electrical cables, such as plugs at their ends.In particular, the attachment surface extends over outer sides of the partial bodies of the receiving body. Preferably, the attachment surface is formed by the outer sides of the sub-bodies. Particularly preferably, the attachment surface is configured to be smooth. In particular, the attachment surface has a continuous surface without jumps or depressions. Advantageously, the attachment surface is at least partially designed as an adhesive surface for a sticker. This advantageously provides good conditions for receiving a marking element designed as a sticker. The receiving body is preferably configured symmetrically, at least to an axis of symmetry. In particular, the receiving body is designed as a circular ring cylinder. In particular, the attachment surface extends along an outer periphery of the circular cross section formed by the lateral surface. Advantageously, the configuration as a circular ring cylinder enables an in particular rectangular mounting surface with a large surface area with a small diameter. Advantageously, this minimizes a risk that the receiving body will stick to other objects, for example when pulling on a cable with a marking unit. In particular, the sub-bodies are configured symmetrically to one another. The partial bodies are expediently connected to one another at least directly in a form-fit and force-fit manner. Preferably, the partial bodies have at least partially interlocking shaped elements. In particular, the shaped elements produce a positive and / or non-positive connection between the partial bodies. Advantageously, the shaped elements allow a secure hold of the partial bodies to one another. The partial bodies expediently have contact surfaces, wherein the interlocking shaped elements are present on the contact surfaces of the partial bodies. Advantageously, the contact surfaces touch each other in a planar and preferably full-surface manner in the assembled state. In particular, the contact surfaces are substantially congruent with each other. Advantageously, the contact surfaces are congruently opposite one another in the assembled state. In particular, the contact surfaces are not visible in the assembled state and preferably do not interrupt the attachment surface. In particular, the interlocking shaped elements are arranged and / or present on the contact surfaces of the partial bodies, so that a force-fit and / or form-fit connection can be produced when the contact surfaces are positioned in front of one another.Advantageously, the shaped elements are designed as a nose and as a blind hole or as a web and as a groove, which engage one another. Advantageously, a positive and / or non-positive connection can thereby be established between the partial bodies.Preferably, the mounting surface is at least partially bordered by one or more delimiting elements which protrude outwards from the mounting surface. Preferably, the boundary element thereby forms an additional protection for the marking element against damage, e.g. when the cable is pulled over the ground. Advantageously, the boundary element protrudes from the attachment surface between approximately 0.1 mm and 2 mm, preferably between approximately 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm, particularly preferably approximately 0.75 and 1.25 mm, in particular approximately 1 mm. Moreover, larger protrusions or protrusions of 3 mm or 4 mm or more are also possible. The receiving body and in particular its partial body advantageously forms a circumferentially closed receiving space which extends along the axis of the receiving body. In particular, the receiving space has a cross section that varies along the axis. In at least one advantageous embodiment, the cross section is conical. The receiving space can preferably also have a curved, in particular S-shaped cross section or the like, so that the cylindrical element clamps the receiving space in the longitudinal direction, in a similar manner to a strain relief. Advantageously, the receiving space enables improved retention on the cylindrical element.Preferably, at least one rib is formed on an inner contour of the receiving space in order to enable and in particular improve a hold on the cylindrical element. In particular, a plurality of ribs are present. Preferably, the rib is in particular separable, breakable or deflectable in order to fix the cylindrical element in the receiving space in a form-fitting manner. For this purpose, the rib is advantageously at least partially formed from an elastic material.Preferably, the ribs are formed at axial ends of the receiving body. Advantageously, the ribs are then in particular thin and flexible in relation to a diameter of the receiving body. Advantageously, cylindrical elements with different diameters can thereby be clamped in a receiving body.Preferably, the two partial bodies are connected to one another in an unmounted state, in particular are connected to one another by at least one connecting web which is thin in relation to a diameter of the receiving body. Advantageously, the web forms a predetermined breaking point which breaks when the receiving body is mounted on the cylindrical element. Advantageously, the attachment surface is not interrupted or influenced by the broken web, since the breaking edge is negligible in relation to the attachment surface.Expediently, the receiving body and / or the partial bodies are formed from solid material or have an internal filling structure. The receiving body is thus particularly robust with respect to abrupt loads. A filling structure can also save weight with the same strength. The receiving body is advantageously produced at least partially from a plastic, in particular by an additive manufacturing method, in particular 3D printing. Alternatively, the receiving body can be produced at least partially by injection molding. Advantageously, the even modern 3D printing methods are suitable for mass production, so that production can be carried out particularly cost-effectively.The marking unit preferably comprises at least one marking element with dimensions such as a length and a width and / or a diameter. In particular, the dimensions are predetermined. The marking element is preferably designed as a test seal or test plate chain or the like. The marking element is preferably designed as a sticker. In at least one advantageous embodiment, the marking element has a planar configuration and is in particular rectangular. It is preferably also possible for a plurality of marking elements to be included.Particularly preferably, the marking element is completely attached to the attachment element and / or accommodated and arranged. Advantageously, the marking element can thereby be protected even better against damage. In particular, the marking element does not project beyond the receiving body.In particular, at least one protective element, such as a transparent protective film, is included, which additionally protects the marking element. In particular, the marking element and the protective element can be connected to one another. In an advantageous embodiment, the marking element and the protective film are both arranged on a carrier material. Such a configuration can be advantageous, for example, in the case of a circumferentially closed mounting surface, such that the marking element is first mounted on the mounting surface in a first circumferential winding around the mounting surface and the protective element can subsequently be mounted on the mounting surface in a second winding. If the carrier material is provided, for example, with an adhesion promoter, such as an adhesive, the protective element can be bonded directly to the marking element.Particularly advantageously, at least one dimension of the attachment surface is adapted to the dimensions of the marking element. Preferably, at least one dimension, and in particular a plurality of dimensions, of the attachment surface substantially corresponds to dimensioning of the marking element. Advantageously, the receiving body can be made as small as possible. The portable electrical operating means according to the invention comprises at least one cylindrical element designed as an electrical cable and at least one previously described marking unit accommodated on the cable. The portable operating means according to the invention also has many advantages. A considerable advantage of the portable operating means is that the marking element is protected especially from damage. Further developments and advantages result from the entire application.Further features and advantages of the exemplary embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the drawings. It is also possible for the portable electrical operating means 100 according to the invention to have only individual features of the exemplary embodiment described below.FIG. 1 shows a purely schematic view of an electrical operating medium 100 with a cylindrical element 5 designed as an electrical cable 5. The electric cable 5 has a plug 5a for termination to a socket. The marking unit 1 comprises a receiving body 6 which has two partial bodies 11, 12 which together circumferentially surround the cylindrical element 5. There is an attachment surface 8 which extends over outer sides of both partial bodies 11, 12. As a result, a particularly large mounting surface 8 is available. The split bodies 11, 12 each surround a segment in the circumferential direction of the electric cable 5, so that the accommodating body 6 can be mounted at any position on the electric cable 5, although the cable 5 is firmly connected to the connector 5 aand the electric device. Here, the marking element 2 is arranged completely on the mounting surface 8. Dimensions 9, 10 of the attachment surface 8 are adapted to dimensions 3, 4 of the marking element 2, see FIGS. 2, 3 and 4. Advantageously, the marking element 2 is thereby accommodated on the cylindrical element 5 in a secure and protected manner against damage. The marking element 2 is additionally protected from damage here by a protective element. The protective element is designed here as a self-adhesive transparent protective film which is adhesively bonded to the marking element 2.FIG. 2 shows a purely schematic view of a receiving unit 1 according to the invention before assembly. The receiving unit 1 has a receiving body 6 with here two partial bodies 11, 12 which together form a circular ring cylinder with an opening 7 and a receiving space 17 and extend along an axis 5 b. On the outside of the receiving body 6, the mounting surface 8 is formed on which the marking element 2 can be arranged. The two body parts 7 are connected to one another by a thin web 15. The receiving body 6 is made of plastic. On the partial bodies 11, 12 there are formed interlocking shaped elements 13, 14 which interlock in a positive manner during assembly. One shaped element 13, 14 is formed by a nose 13 and the other shaped element 14 by a blind hole 14, which are formed on the contact surfaces 11 a, 12 aof the receiving body 6.For assembly, the partial bodies 11, 12 are placed around the cylindrical element 2 and the two partial bodies 11, 12 are pivoted relative to one another, so that the shaped elements 13, 14 engage in one another.
