Description

The invention relates to a fastening device, such as in particular for attachment to a borehole of a wall or a wall element which can be gripped from behind, such as in particular a hollow wall, according to the preamble of claim 1, as well as to a method for producing and to a method for mounting the fastening device. For this purpose, the fastening device has a plug-in section which can be inserted into a borehole of the relevant wall. The plug-in section extends here axially between a front end and a rear end and is, for example, of cylindrical design. A depth stop is arranged at the rear end of the plug section, while fastening means are held at the front end of the plug section. The fastening means are adjustable between a starting position and a mounting position. In the initial position, the fastening means have a first radial maximum extension. In the assembly position, on the other hand, the fastening means have a second radial maximum extension which is smaller than the first maximum extension and is thereby suitable for inserting the fastening means into the intended borehole for the assembly of the fastening device or for removing them from the borehole for disassembly. In the first radial maximum extension of the initial position, which is greater than the second radial maximum extension, the fastening means, on the other hand, can produce a positive connection with the wall after passing through the borehole, by engaging behind the wall. In addition, the fastening device has an actuator which extends axially over the plug-in section and is adjustable between a fastening position, in which the fastening means are displaced into the starting position, and a plug-in position, in which the fastening means are displaced into the mounting position. For adjusting the control element from the fastening position into the plug-in position, a handle for applying a manual adjusting force is provided at an assembly end projecting at the depth stop.CN 217379265 U discloses a removable dowel which has a plurality of fastening means in the form of clamping bodies which can be pivoted from an assembly position into a starting position by means of a screw which can be screwed into a plug-in section, wherein they are each prestressed into the assembly position by means of a helical spring. A holding part in the form of a hook is attached to a head of the screw.A disadvantage of the known dowel is that it has a relatively complex structure, in particular due to the spiral springs required for the prestress, which causes relatively high production costs. Moreover, the installation and dismantling of the dowel are relatively time-consuming and requires a tool for applying a torque. The object of the invention is to provide a fastening device of the generic type which avoids the disadvantages mentioned and enables simple and in particular tool-free assembly and disassembly. A further object of the invention is to make possible a cost-effective production of the fastening device. This object is achieved by a fastening device having the features of claim 1. In this case, the actuator is held linearly and in particular displaceably without rotational movement relative to the plug-in section between the plug-in position and the fastening position and prestressed into the fastening position. By merely displacing the actuator from the fastening position into the plug-in position, such as in particular by simple manual application of force counter to the prestress, the fastening device can thus be moved overall into the mounting position in which the plug-in portion can be inserted into the relevant borehole up to the depth stop. As soon as the stop position is established in the borehole, the application of force can be ended, so that the actuator is displaced again into the fastening position as a result of the applied prestress. In this case, the fastening device is automatically moved into the starting position, in which the fastening means have the enlarged first radial maximum extension compared to the second radial maximum extension of the mounting position. As a result, the fastening means in the initial position engage behind the relevant wall or the relevant wall element in the pull-out direction and together with the depth stop acting in the opposite direction form a positive connection of the fastening device acting in both directions with the wall or the wall element. This form-fitting connection can be established and also canceled again solely by the application of force manually and in particular without the use of tools. For disassembly, the control element must be displaced again into the plug-in position by manually applying force to the handle, whereby the fastening device is moved again as a whole into the assembly position in which it can also be pulled out of the borehole again. In this way, the fastening device enables a particularly simple and comfortable mounting on the relevant wall or hollow wall element, in order to be able to fasten objects, for example. If the fastening is no longer required, the fastening device can likewise be removed again in a simple and comfortable manner. In an advantageous embodiment, the actuator is elastically prestressed into the fastening position by means of spring means acting between the plug-in section and the actuator. As a result, the elastic restoring forces of the spring means can generate a prestress which ensures automatic displacement or holding of the fastening means in the starting position, such as in particular in the mounted state of the fastening device on a wall.Advantageously, the spring means comprise an elastically deformable spring portion through which the actuator extends. This allows a compact construction of the fastening device. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the fastening means have a deformation section which, in the assembly position, extends substantially completely within an axial projection region of an outer surface of the in particular cylindrical plug-in section, while, in the initial position, it forms a stop facing the plug-in section, which stop projects radially beyond the outer surface of the plug-in section or its projection region. In the extension of the deformation section lying substantially within the axial projection region, the deformation section protrudes at most with a region beyond the axial projection region of the plug-in section, which can be deformed radially inward when inserted into a borehole to such an extent that the deformation section can be displaced through the borehole. With a corresponding adaptation of the diameter and the length of the plug-in section to the dimensions of a borehole to be fitted, the deformation section can thus be displaced in the mounting position in the plug-in direction from an outer side of the relevant wall or hollow wall element through the borehole. After the in particular automatic return deformation into the starting position, the deformation section then forms the stop, which engages behind the wall or hollow wall element on an inner side facing away from the outer side. Together with the depth stop, the deformation section in the assembled state of the fastening device thus generates a positive connection acting both in the insertion direction and in the extraction direction. In this way, the deformation section enables a particularly simple form-fitting fixing of the fastening device to the relevant wall or hollow wall element. It is furthermore favorable if the deformation section is formed in the mounting position in the shape of a cone or truncated cone. As a result, the deformation section can be inserted into the borehole in a particularly simple manner and displaced as far as the stop position at the depth stop.Advantageously, the deformation portion is at least partially made of an elastic material and forms at least a part of the spring means. As a result, the fastening means or their deformation section simultaneously function at least as part of the spring means, by means of which the fastening device is prestressed into the initial position. In this way, in particular during the mounting of the fastening device, a secure and automatic recovery from the mounting position into the starting position and thus a stable hold on the relevant borehole can be ensured. In this case, the deformation section is preferably formed completely from an elastomer or a synthetic or natural rubber material. As a result, the deformation section can be produced cost-effectively. In addition, by using a suitable elastomer material, a sufficiently large prestress in the direction of the starting position can be ensured, by means of which, in turn, a stable fixing or a stable clamping of the fastening device to a borehole can be ensured. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the fastening device, the plug-in section, the spring means and the depth stop are formed by a one-piece plastic part. In this way, the fastening device can be produced particularly cost-effectively overall. The plastic part is advantageously formed from a uniform plastic material which in particular has a Shore A hardness of between 45 and 55. In this way, the plastic part can be produced particularly easily, wherein the elasticity of the spring means required for generating the prestress can be provided in a simple manner by a corresponding shaping.Alternatively, the plastic part can have at least two different plastic materials with different elasticity from one another. As a result, the different parts of the fastening devices can be formed, depending on their respective function, either by a plastic material with relatively high elasticity, such as, for example, the deformation section, or by a plastic material with relatively high rigidity, such as, in particular, the plug section. In addition, the plug-in section preferably has external dimensions, such as a length and / or an external diameter, which are adapted to provided dimensions of a drilled hole to be fitted, such as in particular a through-bore hole of a dry construction wall element. By this adaptation of the plug-in section to the borehole to be fitted, play-free mounting of the fastening device can be ensured. In this case, it is favorable if the plug-in section has an axial length which is adapted to a wall thickness of a commercially available wall element, such as in particular a length of 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm or a multiple of one of these values. As a result, the fastening device can be offered in each case to fit a specific wall element, such as in particular a dry wall element, or for a wall to be produced therefrom. In addition, it is particularly preferred if, in the starting position, a distance is provided between the fastening means or between the stop formed by its deformation section and the depth stop, which distance is slightly smaller than an intended length of the borehole to be fitted. This makes it possible to clamp the fastening device automatically on the relevant wall element during its mounting as a result of the elastic restoring forces of the prestress of the spring means.Furthermore, holding means for fastening objects are preferably provided on the handle. As a result, the fastening device can be used for the stable fixing of objects to the wall in question. The handle and the holding means are advantageously formed in one piece in order to enable cost-effective production and particularly simple assembly of the fastening device. For this purpose, the handle can have an undercut on an upper side, for example, on which undercut, in particular, a hook element can be suspended so as to be secure against slipping.Preferably, the handle and the holding means are formed by a molded part vulcanized onto the control element, whereby both parts can be molded in almost any desired shape and particularly stably on the control bed.Alternatively, the holding means are detachably attached to the handle. In this way, the fastening device can be adapted to different objects or their fastening aids which are to be fastened to the wall in question. In any case, the holding means can be designed at least partially in the form of circular disks, circular rings, hooks and / or eyes in order to enable a stable fixing of, for example, decorative and / or furniture items, such as picture frames, lighting elements, small furniture items and / or clothes hangers. The depth stop is advantageously of circular ring-shaped design in order to be able to install the fastening device with constant optics independently of its rotational position. In this way, in particular, a plurality of fastening devices with a uniform appearance can also be arranged adjacent to one another. It is furthermore expedient if a gripping aid for pulling the plug-in section out of a borehole in the plug-in position of the actuator is provided on the depth stop. This also allows a comfortable and simple dismantling of the fastening device if it is no longer to be used or is to be used elsewhere. In addition, the aforementioned object is achieved by a method for producing a fastening device in one of the aforementioned embodiments, in which, in a plastic part production step, the plastic part is produced which forms the plug section, the spring means, the depth stop and an axial receiving bore which extends from an inlet opening through the plastic part to a plug receptacle. In a subsequent assembly step, the control element is then inserted into the receiving bore via the inlet opening and is fixed to the plug-in receptacle with a front pin end. As a result, the fastening device, including the spring device, can be produced in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner.Advantageously, the control element has radially protruding latching means on an outer side of the pin element, which latching means are latched to a latching receptacle of the plastic part in the assembly step. As a result, the actuator can be connected to the plastic part in a particularly simple and re-detachable manner.Alternatively or additionally, the actuator is bonded or welded to the plastic part at the plug-in receptacle and / or at the inlet opening in the assembly step, in order to be able to ensure a permanently stable fixing of the plastic part to the actuator.Furthermore, the above-mentioned object is achieved by an assembly method which is suitable for attaching the fastening device in one of the above-described embodiments to the through bore of a wall element which can be gripped from behind. The fastening device has the plug section with the depth stop arranged at the rear end and the fastening means held at the front end, which can be adjusted between the initial position, in which they have the first radial maximum extension, and an assembly position, in which they have the second radial maximum extension reduced compared to the first radial maximum extension. In addition, the fastening device has the actuator which extends axially over the plug-in section and is adjustable between the fastening position, in which the fastening means are displaced into the initial position, and the plug-in position, in which the fastening means are displaced into the mounting position, and which has the handle for applying an actuating force at the mounting end projecting at the depth stop. In a first loading step, the fastening device is moved from the initial position into the assembly position by displacing the actuator by manually pressing the handle against the bias of the spring means. In a subsequent plug-in step, the fastening device is then inserted into the through-bore in the plug-in direction until the depth stop abuts the wall element. And in a fastening step, the manual pressure application on the handle is canceled and the fastening means are automatically reformed back into the starting position by the elastic restoring forces of the prestress, forming a form fit with the wall element. In this way, a particularly simple and quick fixing of the fastening device to the wall element, such as in particular in the form of a hollow wall element, is possible by merely compressing, inserting and releasing the fastening device. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the assembly method, after the fastening device has been fixed in the fastening step, in a second loading step, the fastening device is moved from the initial position back into the assembly position by displacing the actuator by means of manual pressure loading of the handle counter to the prestress of the spring means and is removed from the wall element in the extraction direction in a subsequent removal step. The manual pressure application on the handle is then canceled in a relief step and the fastening means are deformed back into the starting position by the elastic prestress. In this way, in the event that it is no longer required or is to be mounted elsewhere, the fastening device can likewise be removed from the wall element without tools and without destruction. It is then available again in the starting position for remounting. It is pointed out that all the features described above of the subject matter according to the invention can be interchanged or combined with one another, provided that an exchange or a combination thereof is not excluded for technical reasons. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the figures. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a fastening device for fixing to a through bore of a wall element in a starting position, FIG. 2 shows the fastening device according to FIG. 1 in an assembly position, FIG. 3 shows a sectional view of the fastening device according to FIG. 2 during the mounting on a wall element, FIG. 4 shows a sectional view of the fastening device according to FIG. 3 in the mounted state on the wall element, FIG. 5 shows a sectional view of the fastening device according to FIG. 4 during disassembly from the wall element, FIG. 6 shows a top view of the fastening device in the direction VI from FIG. 5 with the bracket hook attached, FIG. 7 is a view of the fastening device with a hook element fixedly attached to the mounting end, FIG. 8 is a top view of the mounting end of the fastening device with a removable eyelet element, FIG. 9 is a sectional exploded view of the fastening device; and FIG. 10 shows a sectional view of the fastening device according to FIG. 9 with a locking connection produced.FIG. 1 shows a fastening device 2 for fixing to a through bore 4 of a wall element 6 in the exemplary form of a wall element 6, which consists of two dry construction wall elements and together with a further wall element 6 forms a hollow wall 8 with a cavity 9. The fastening device 2 serves as a possibility for the rapid and simple attachment of objects to the relevant wall element 6, which is designed, for example, as a built-on wall element or forms part of a built-on wall. For this purpose, the fastening device 2 has a plug section 10, which forms, for example, a cylindrical outer surface 12 and extends along an axial direction R from a front end 14 to a rear end 16. At the rear end 16 of the plug-in section 10, the fastening device 2 has a depth stop 18 which is, for example, of circular ring-shaped design. On the front end 14 of the plug-in section 10, on the other hand, fastening means 20 are provided, which assume a starting position in FIG. 1. In this initial position, the fastening means 20 form an elastic deformation section 22 with an outer contour, which is for example conical or frustoconical and has a first radial maximum extension E 1.On a side of the depth stop 18 facing away from the plug-in section 10, the fastening device 2 furthermore forms a mounting end 24, on which a handle 26 is provided, which is formed by way of example by a type of pushbutton. Between this handle 26 and the depth stop 18 there is also arranged an, for example, spherically shaped and elastically deformable spring section 28.By manually applying an adjusting force D to the handle 26 and simultaneously applying an opposing holding force H to the depth stop 18, the fastening device 2 is moved from the initial position according to FIG. 1 into an assembly position according to FIG. 2, in which the fastening means 20 are stretched such that the elastic deformation section 22 has a significantly narrower contour with a second radial maximum extension E 2, which is smaller than the first radial maximum extension E 1 of the initial position. The deformation section 22 extends substantially completely within a projection region 30 of the outer surface 12 of the plug section 10 extending in the axial direction. As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, the fastening device 2 for elastic deformability between the initial position and the assembly position comprises, on the one hand, an elastic plastic part 32 and, on the other hand, a substantially rigid actuator 34 accommodated within the plastic part 32. The plastic part 32 forms the plug section 10, the depth stop 18 and the deformation section 22 formed by the fastening means 20 and the spring section 28. Alternatively, at least one of the functional parts of plug section 10, depth stop 18, fastening means 20 or spring section 28 can also be formed by a material that is different from the rest of plastic part 32 and that has in particular a different elasticity. In order to be able to handle the plastic part 32 as a unitary component in this case as well, the at least one functional part is glued or welded to the remaining plastic part 32.The control element 34 is formed, for example, by a pin element 36, such as, in particular, a metal pin, at the rear pin end 38 of which the handle 26 is provided. The handle 26 can be formed, for example, by a molded part 40 vulcanized, adhesively bonded or welded onto the pin element 36. Alternatively, the handle 26 can also be formed by a pin head formed integrally with the pin element 36.To accommodate the control element 34, the plastic part 32 has an axial receiving bore 42 which extends from an inlet opening 44 at the mounting end 24 to a plug receptacle 46 at a plug end 48 of the fastening device 2 remote from the mounting end 24. The plug-in receptacle 46 serves here for receiving and fixing a front pin end 50, for example by clamping, adhesive bonding or welding. In addition, the control element 34 or the handle 26 fastened thereto can be glued or welded to the plastic part 32 at the inlet opening 44.According to the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the fastening means 20 and the spring section 28 have a geometry which produces a higher elasticity than the cylindrical geometry of the plug section 10 with the same material. As a result, the deformation section 22 and the spring section 28 together act as spring means 52, by means of which the plug-in section 10 is clamped in relation to the actuator 34. In this case, the actuator 34, which extends in particular displaceably through the plug-in section 10 and the depth stop 18, is prestressed by means of the spring means 52 into a fastening position in which the fastening means 20 are positioned in the starting position according to FIGS. 1 and 4. By applying the adjusting force D according to FIGS. 2 and 3, the adjusting element 34 is moved against this prestress V of the spring means 52 into a plug-in position, in which the fastening means 20 are displaced into the mounting position. To fix the fastening device 2 to the wall element 6, the latter is moved from the initial position into the mounting position in a first loading step according to FIG. 3 by displacing the actuator 34 by means of the application of pressure to the handle 26 with the adjusting force D counter to the prestress V of the spring means 52 and the holding force H.In the assembly position, the fastening device 2 can now be inserted into the through bore 4 of the wall element 6 in a subsequent insertion step along an insertion direction SR, because of the smaller radial maximum extension E 1 of the deformation section 22, the bore diameter BD of which is adapted to an outer diameter SD of the insertion section 10. In addition, a length SL of the plug-in section is also adapted to a bore length BL, so that the deformation section 22 is pushed completely through the through bore 4 when the depth stop 18 is in contact with the wall element 6 according to FIG. 4 and is positioned in the cavity 9 of the hollow wall 8.When the adjusting force D on the handle 26 is canceled, the adjusting member 34 is then moved again in a fastening step as a result of the prestress V by the spring means 52 into the fastening position in which the fastening means 20 on the wall element 6 are now displaced into the starting position. In this case, the fastening means 20 or the deformation section 22 according to FIG. 4 form a stop 54 facing the plug-in section 10, which stop protrudes beyond the outer surface 12 of the plug-in section 10 and thus engages behind the wall element 6 on an inner side 56.In this case, in the initial position of the fastening means 20 or in the fastening position of the adjusting member 34, a distance Ta can be provided between the fastening means 20 and the depth stop 18, which distance is slightly smaller than the bore length BL of the through bore 4 or a wall thickness Wd of the wall element 6. It is particularly preferred here if the distance Ta of the starting position or the length SL of the plug-in section 10 is adapted to the wall thickness Wd of a commercially available wall element 6 or of a dry component or to the wall thickness of an integer plurality of such a commercially available wall element 6, such as in particular to a wall thickness Wd of 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm or a multiple thereof. As can be seen from FIG. 5, the fastening device 2 can also be removed from the hollow wall 8 in a non-destructive and simple manner if, for example, it is no longer required or is intended to be used at another location. For this purpose, in a second application step, the adjusting force D is applied again to the handle 26 and the opposing holding force H is simultaneously generated at the depth stop 18. As a result, the actuating element 34 is displaced from its fastening position according to FIG. 4 into its plug-in position according to FIG. 5, in which the fastening means 20 and the deformation section 22 are moved back into the mounting position. In this newly assumed mounting position, the fastening means 20, as shown, can be displaced in a removal step along a pull-out direction AR through the through bore 4 out of the wall element 6 again, while the fastening device 2 is still held in the mounting position by the adjusting force D and the holding force H. In order to be able to apply a required tensile force Z to the fastening device 2 during the pulling out of the wall element 6 in a comfortable manner on the one hand and at the same time with the adjusting force D and the holding force H, additional gripping aids 58 can be provided on the depth stop 18, by means of which the depth stop 18 can be lifted more easily from the wall element 6.As soon as the fastening device 2 is again completely removed from the through bore, the pressure on the handle 26 can be released in a relief step, whereby the fastening means 20 and their deformation section 22 are automatically deformed back into the initial position again by the elastic restoring forces of the spring means 52. After this, the fastening device 2 is thus again available for a new mounting process. As can be seen from FIG. 6, the fastening device 2 mounted on the hollow wall 8 serves for attaching objects 60 or their fastening aids, as illustrated by way of example with reference to a hook-shaped object 60. The fastening device 2 can serve, for example, for attaching, in particular, lightweight furniture or decorative articles, such as images, mirrors or electrical devices (not illustrated). In any case, the object 60 in question or its fastening aid is attached to the mounting end 24 protruding from the hollow wall 8. For this purpose, holding means 62 can be formed on the handle 26 itself, such as a surface 64 tapering in the direction of the wall element 6 and thus engageable behind by the fastening means.Alternatively or additionally, the holding means 62, according to FIG. 7, can themselves form a fastening hook 66, which is formed integrally with the handle 26 or is firmly connected thereto or which can be detachably attached thereto.FIG. 8 shows a further alternative embodiment of the holding means 62 in the form of an eyelet 68, which is detachably or fixedly connected to the handle 26. As can be seen from this, the depth stop 18 and the handle 26 preferably have a circular or circular ring-shaped profile in order to always show the same appearance irrespective of the rotational position of the mounted fastening device 2, which improves the overall appearance in particular when a plurality of fastening devices 2 are fitted adjacently. The production of the plastic part 32 or the production of its functional parts consisting of the plug-in section 10, the depth stop 18, the spring section 28 and the fastening means 20 or the deformation section 22 formed therefrom preferably takes place in a single plastic part production step from a single elastomer or alternatively by connecting at least two sections made of plastic materials with different elasticity. In any case, the plastic part 32 is provided with the axial receiving bore 42 which, according to FIG. 9, extends from the inlet opening 44 of the spring section 28 at the mounting end 24 to the plug receptacle 46 at the plug end 48 of the fastening device 2.The production of the control element 34 is preferably carried out in a separate control element production step, in which the molded part 40 is preferably vulcanized onto the pin element 36 in order to form the handle 26.To connect the plastic part 32 to the actuator 34, the pin element 36 is then introduced in an assembly step MS via the inlet opening 44 into the receiving bore 42 until the front pin end 50 is received in the plug receptacle 46 at the plug end 48 of the plastic part 32. In addition, the actuator 34 can be glued or welded to the plastic part 32 at the plug receptacle 46 and / or at the inlet opening 44 in the assembly step MS in order to ensure a particularly stable and permanent connection of the two parts.Alternatively or additionally to the fastening of the pin end 50 to the plug end 48, radially protruding latching means 72 can be formed on an outer side 70 of the pin element 38, which latching means can be latched to a latching receptacle 74 of the plastic part 32 in the assembly step MS, as illustrated in FIG. 10. The latching receptacle 74 can be formed, for example, by a hollow region 76 of the deformation section formed by the fastening means 20, as illustrated in FIG. 9. The latching connection which is produced in this case allows a simple connection of the actuator 34 to the plastic part 32 without additional adhesive bonding or welding and also a possible separation of the two components of the fastening device 2.It is pointed out that all the above-described elements and features of the various embodiments of the subject matter according to the invention can be interchanged or combined with one another, provided that an exchange or a combination thereof is not excluded for technical reasons.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
