Description

The invention relates to a system for packaging an object to be shipped, wherein the system comprises a primary container which is configured to receive the object and a secondary container which is configured to receive the primary container when the primary container has received the object, wherein the primary container comprises a primary base body having a primary opening and a first primary adhesive element by means of which the primary opening can be closed, and wherein the secondary container comprises a secondary base body having a secondary opening and a first secondary adhesive element by means of which the secondary opening can be closed.Nowadays, many daily-use items, for example shoes, clothing, books, foodstuffs and laundry, such as table tops and bed clothes, are ordered by corresponding dealers on the Internet and then shipped from them to the customer. In addition, many products and semi-finished products are shipped, for example, from the manufacturer to a store, to the retailer, to the retailer, or to the customer. In order to keep shipping costs low, it is advantageous to be able to transport as many such items as possible, which are packaged for shipping, simultaneously. It is almost immaterial with which transport means the articles thus packaged are transported. In recent years, the aim has been to find a packaging which is matched as well as possible to the shape and volume of the article to be sent in each case, in order to transport as little air as possible.Systems for packaging an object to be shipped are therefore known from the prior art, which, in particular for the aforementioned goods, do not rely on boxes and cartons as transport packaging, but rather flexible elements, such as film packaging, as well as bags and bags made from different materials, for example films, plastics or papers. Depending on the object, these packages must withstand different mechanical loads which are defined on the one hand by the material, the shape and the weight of the respective object and on the other hand by the loads occurring during transport from the outside. Therefore, a system is known from the prior art which packs the object into a primary container and then into a secondary container. The secondary container is made of kraft paper, for example, and is suitable for withstanding the mechanical loads that occur during the transport of the packaged object. Such loads arise, for example, during the transfer, wherein the packaged object can be thrown and lands or is exposed to weather influences such as rain or snow. The secondary container forms the outer packaging, which must withstand these influences and at the same time contains information about the recipient of the packaged object. Since such kraft paper cannot generally be printed particularly well, address labels are used for this purpose. In systems of the aforementioned type, the primary container is located inside the secondary container, which is generally produced from a film in order to ensure adequate transparency and moisture protection. The recipient of the packaged item, who opens the secondary container and removes the primary container, is intended to obtain a visual impression of the item and yet feel that the item is still protected and thus new valued. The disadvantage is that these packages cannot be recycled or are not sufficiently recyclable, since the material mix used does not permit such recycling or only with great effort. In addition, the manufacturing costs of such a system are high due to the different materials. A primary container produced from film can also generally not be closed again, which would be advantageous in particular for the initial purchase of products by the end user, since the latter should send the product back to the dealer or manufacturer as far as possible in the same packaging if not fallen. The object of the invention is to eliminate or at least to alleviate these disadvantages from the prior art.The invention achieves the object set by a system for packaging an object to be shipped according to the preamble of claim 1, which is characterized in that at least one transparent part of the primary base body is produced from a paper with an opacity of at most 75%.Opacity generally refers to the opposite of transparent, i.e., a lack of transparency, which can also be referred to as a lack of transmission of light. In the context of the present invention, opacity is defined as 1 minus transmission. Thus, for a paper with an opacity of 75%, 25% of the light scattered in will pass through the paper, while 75% of the light will be blocked from paper and cannot pass through the paper. Accordingly, at 25% opacity, only one quarter of the incident light will not be able to pass through the paper. In the present invention, opacity always relates to visible light which can be perceived by the human eye. A clean window pane accordingly has an opacity of approximately 0% and a transparency of approximately 100%. A cardboard or kraft paper for a cardboard or a secondary container accordingly has an opacity of almost 100% and a transparency of almost 0%.According to the invention, at least a part of the primary base body, namely the so-called transparent part, is therefore produced from a paper with an opacity of at most 75%. This incomplete opacity and the resulting partial transparency are sufficient for the user to be able to take a view, albeit unclear and possibly blurred, onto the object located in the primary container after the user has opened the secondary container and removed the primary container with the object located therein from the secondary container.Preferably, the transparent part is the entire primary base body. Alternatively, the transparent part is formed as a true part of the primary base body, for example as a window. If the transparent part of the primary base body is not the entire primary base body, the remainder of the primary base body has a higher opacity, which is, for example, at least 90%, preferably at least 95%, particularly preferably 100%. This remainder of the primary base body is preferably likewise made of a paper. In a preferred embodiment, the transparent part of the primary base body is produced from a paper with an opacity of at most 65%, preferably at most 55%, particularly preferably at most 45%. The lower the opacity, the less light is prevented by the respective paper from passing through the paper and the better the transparency of the paper in this transparent part and corresponding to the view of an object located in the primary container.Preferably, the secondary container is made of a paper having an opacity of at least 85%, preferably at least 90%, more preferably at least 95%, most preferably 100%. This ensures that it is not possible for third parties, for example, carriers, speed staff or others, to see inside the secondary container and thus to identify which product is packed and transported within the system. The privacy of end customers, in particular, who are supplied with items that they ordered online, for example, can thus be maintained. The primary container preferably has a second primary adhesive element, by means of which the primary opening can be closed. It also has a primary tear element by means of which the primary opening can be opened when it has been closed by the first primary adhesive element, and by means of which the primary opening cannot be opened when it has been closed by the second primary adhesive element. Preferably, the primary tear element is located between the two primary adhesive elements. This configuration makes it possible to reuse the primary container without providing additional adhesive elements or closures for the primary container. The primary container is sealed with the first primary adhesive member after the article is placed therein. The first primary adhesive element is preferably arranged on a tab of one of the side walls of the primary container, which tab is folded over to close the primary opening, so that the first primary adhesive element can be arranged on an outer side wall of the primary base body. The primary adhesive element is preferably designed to be activatable, so that it only develops its adhesive effect if this is also desired and it has been activated beforehand. This can be done, for example, by removing a protective strip from the primary adhesive element, requesting the primary adhesive element, or applying pressure to the primary adhesive element. If the object is to be removed from the primary container, the primary opening is opened again, for example by the primary adhesive element being removed or torn open. The object is now freely accessible. If the object is to be sent back, for example, it is introduced again in this preferred embodiment into the primary container, the primary opening of which is now closed by the second primary adhesive element. In a preferred embodiment, the second secondary container has a second secondary adhesive element, by means of which the secondary opening can be closed. It also has a secondary tear element by means of which the secondary opening can be opened when it has been closed by the first secondary adhesive element, and by means of which the secondary opening cannot be opened when it has been closed by the second secondary adhesive element. The mode of operation corresponds to the mode of operation described for the primary base body.Preferably, the transparent portion forms a window surrounded by surrounding paper having an opacity of at least 85%, preferably at least 90%, more preferably at least 95%, most preferably 100%. In a preferred embodiment, the first primary adhesive element and / or the second primary adhesive element cooperate with the environment to close the primary opening.Preferably, at least one of the papers used has a plastic coating which makes up at most 5 percent by weight, preferably at most 3 percent by weight, of the total weight of the system.Papers with a sufficiently low opacity are known in principle from the prior art and can be produced, for example, as described in AT 525 436 B1.The invention also achieves the object set by a primary container for a system of the type described here.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
