Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an auxiliary frame for a motor vehicle according to the type indicated in the preamble of claim 1 and to a motor vehicle according to claim 10.Auxiliary frames for motor vehicles are sufficiently known from the prior art and, in addition to decoupling disturbing influences on the body or body of the motor vehicle, also offer the advantage that various vehicle components, such as drive units, wheel suspension elements or the like, can be easily mounted thereon. Auxiliary frames can be used both in the area of front axles and in the area of rear axles of motor vehicles. As a rule, an auxiliary frame comprises two longitudinal members aligned substantially in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, at least one cross member aligned in the transverse direction of the vehicle and functional nodes via which longitudinal and cross members are connected to one another. To increase the torsional rigidity, the longitudinal and / or cross members are preferably designed as a hollow profile or as an open profile. Reference is made merely by way of example to the generic DE 10 2016 201 815 A1.Motor vehicles increasingly have an electromotive drive unit which is to be mounted accordingly on an auxiliary frame. A known problem here is that-since the electromotive drive unit together with associated electrical components have a large structural volume-the installation space previously used for line routing, such as e.g. line layout in the installation space between the front wall and the drive unit or line layout in the installation space between the drive unit and the longitudinal member of the auxiliary frame, is no longer available.A line routing perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of a carrier of an auxiliary frame is known from FR 3 089 937 A1. For this purpose, it is provided that the carrier has a trough-shaped indentation running perpendicular to its longitudinal extension, can be inserted into a line, and its surface-side opening can be closed by means of a closure plate oriented substantially parallel to the road surface. The invention is based on the object of further developing an auxiliary frame for a motor vehicle according to the type specified in the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that space-saving routing is made possible. This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1 in conjunction with its preamble features. The dependent claims 2 to 9 represent advantageous further developments of the auxiliary frame. The subframe according to the invention comprises in a known manner a subframe framework component designed as a closed hollow profile.A closed hollow profile is to be understood as meaning a profile with a closed cross section. That is to say, a corresponding subframe support structure component designed as a hollow profile forms a closed hollow body-viewed in the longitudinal direction of the component.According to the invention, it is now provided that the subframe support structure component is designed such that its closed hollow profile, i.e. the hollow body of the subframe support structure component extending in the component longitudinal direction, serves for the passage of a consumable medium, in particular energy in the form of electricity and / or a consumable liquid, such as a cooling liquid. The configuration according to the invention has the effect that the interior of the subframe or the hollow bodies of the subframe is now used for routing. This advantageously ensures that additional "free installation space" is no longer required for the line routing, so that in particular large-volume drive units, in particular electric drive units together with the associated electric components, can also be installed in the motor vehicle by means of the subframe according to the invention. A further advantage is that, owing to the line routing according to the invention in the interior of the subframe, improved protection against environmental influences is ensured.A particularly preferred embodiment provides that at least one line for passing the consumable medium is arranged in the closed hollow profile of the subframe framework component designed for the passage, wherein the line has at least one coupling point via which the line can be connected to an inlet / outlet line.Merely in addition, it is pointed out that the phrase "line arranged in the closed hollow profile" is to be understood in particular to mean that the line is oriented running in the longitudinal direction of the component of the subframe supporting structure component.Due to the integration of the line into the auxiliary frame and the provided coupling point, it is advantageously ensured that the auxiliary frame can be installed as a pre-assembled unit and subsequently, i.e. in the installed state-due to the provided coupling points-a simplified connection to supply and / or discharge lines already present on the motor vehicle side is made possible.Preferably, the subframe support structure component comprising the line has an opening which is closed by a closing part and which is arranged and formed such that-after removal of the closing part-the line is accessible via the opening. In addition to a simplified introduction of the line into the auxiliary frame during the manufacturing process, this also ensures, in particular, a simplified access for repair and / or maintenance purposes. The at least one line is preferably an electrical cable, for example a high-voltage cable, via which an electrical drive unit is connected to a battery in order to supply the electrical drive unit with energy. Alternatively, the line can also be a pipe for the passage of a consumable liquid, such as a cooling liquid. In the case where the consumable medium is a liquid, in particular water, another embodiment of the subframe according to the invention provides that the consumable medium present as liquid and to be passed through is accommodated directly in the closed hollow profile of the subframe support structure component configured for passing through, and that the subframe support structure component configured for passing through has an input-side and an output-side coupling element via which the corresponding subframe support structure component can be connected to associated motor vehicle-side inflows and outflows. That is to say that since the auxiliary frame supporting structure component designed as a hollow profile now functions as a line, a corresponding tube for passing through the liquid consumption medium can be dispensed with, so that component weight is advantageously saved. In order to avoid damage to the subframe support structure component functioning as a line, a preferred embodiment provides that the subframe support structure component designed for transmission has a corrosion protection coating on the inside. The subframe support structure component designed for transmission is not limited to a specific component of the auxiliary frame, i.e. it can be a longitudinal member of the subframe and / or a cross member of the subframe and / or a functional node of the subframe.Preferably, the longitudinal and cross members of the auxiliary frame are manufactured in closed shell construction or by internal high-pressure forming. The functional nodes are preferably designed as cast parts. The invention is furthermore based on the object of developing a motor vehicle which comprises an auxiliary frame and an electromotive drive unit mounted on the auxiliary frame for driving at least one wheel of a wheel in such a way that simplified routing of lines is made possible. This object is achieved in that the auxiliary frame is formed according to one of Claims 1 to 9.All embodiments of the subframe according to the invention can be transferred analogously to the motor vehicle according to the invention, so that the aforementioned advantages are also achieved therewith.Further advantages and possible applications of the invention will become apparent from the following description in conjunction with the exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing. In the drawing, the following means: FIG. 1 shows a schematic front view of the wheel suspension of the front axle of a motor vehicle; FIG. 2 ashows a first embodiment of the line routing according to the invention in a schematic illustration; FIG. 2 bshows a second embodiment of the line routing according to the invention, and FIG. 2 cshows the line routing according to the invention according to a third embodimentThe wheel suspension of the front axle, which is represented only schematically in FIG. 1, comprises an auxiliary frame, which is denoted overall by the reference numeral 10 and on which an electromotive drive unit 12 is mounted in a known manner. The auxiliary frame 10 has two longitudinal members 10- 1 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction FL and a cross member 10- 2 extending in the vehicle transverse direction FQ and firmly connected to the longitudinal members 10- 1. The longitudinal beams 10- 1 and the cross beams 10- 2 are each designed as closed hollow profiles. In addition to the auxiliary frame 10, the wheel suspension also has links 14, via which the wheels 16 are articulated on the longitudinal members 10- 1 of the auxiliary frame. The strut supported on the links 14 is denoted by the reference numeral 18. A representation of further components of the wheel suspension, such as the links guiding the wheels in the upper link plane, has been omitted here for reasons of clarity. As can be seen from the schematic illustration, the electromotive drive unit 14 is of relatively large construction, with the result that virtually no free installation space is available for laying lines, such as, for example, laying a high-voltage line for connecting the electromotive drive unit to a battery or the like. The invention now uses here by using the closed hollow profile of the longitudinal and / or cross members 10- 1, 10- 2 for line routing.FIG. 2a shows the line routing according to the invention on the basis of a longitudinal member 10-1; the longitudinal member 10-1 is shown in longitudinal section for this purpose. As can be seen from FIG. 2a, a high-voltage cable-here denoted by the reference numeral 20-is arranged in the interior of the longitudinal member 10-1. Via a coupling point 22, which is designed here in the form of a high-voltage plug, the high-voltage cable 20 can be connected to a supply line on the motor vehicle side. In the present case, the high-voltage cable 20 is arranged in the longitudinal member 10- 1 and thus running in the longitudinal direction FL of the vehicle. A corresponding arrangement of the high-voltage cable 20 in the cross member 10- 2 and thus an orientation of the high-voltage cable running in the vehicle transverse direction FQ is of course likewise conceivable. The line routing according to the invention is not limited to cables and thus connections for the energy supply; as shown in FIG. 2 b, pipes for passing through a liquid can also be laid in a space-saving manner. FIG. 2b shows the cross member 10-2 in longitudinal section. As can be seen from the illustration, a pipe 24 is arranged in the interior of the cross member 10- 2, which pipe in turn can be connected to a motor vehicle-side inlet / outlet line via a coupling point 22, here correspondingly designed in the form of a pipe coupling. In order to allow simple access to the pipe 24 for reasons of maintenance and / or repair, for example, the cross member 10- 2 has an opening which extends in the longitudinal direction of the cross member and thus of the pipe 24, that is to say in the vehicle transverse direction FQ, and which can be closed by means of a corresponding closing part 26. A corresponding installation in a longitudinal member 10- 1 is of course also conceivable.A liquid-restricted routing is illustrated in FIG. 2 c. FIG. 2 cshows the cross member 10- 2 in a further embodiment. As can be seen from the longitudinal section of the cross member 10- 2 shown, the cross member 10- 2 has an integrated coupling element 28 at each end, via which the cross member 10- 2 can be connected to an associated motor vehicle-side inlet / outlet. That is, the cavity of the cross member 10-2 itself constitutes the conduit for passing the liquid. To avoid corrosion damage, the cross member 10- 2 is provided with a corrosion protection coating on the inside. A corresponding fluid routing through a longitudinal member 10- 1 is likewise conceivable.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
