Description

The present invention relates to a fluid system for a beverage preparation device, in particular for a coffee machine, preferably for a fully automatic coffee machine. Furthermore, the invention relates to a beverage preparation device, in particular a coffee machine, preferably a fully automatic coffee machine comprising such a fluid system. The invention also relates to a method for fluid guidance in a beverage preparation device.Beverage preparation devices, in particular coffee machines or fully automatic coffee machines, are known from the prior art, in which, after beverage consumption, that is to say after brewing or leaching beverage substrate, for example coffee powder, this beverage substrate remains in a brewing chamber of a coffee machine. The mixture of the beverage, water and beverage substrate particles suspended therein remaining in the brewing chamber is referred to below as a triester. The triester is, for example in the case of fully automatic coffee machines, discharged from the brewing chamber, preferably ejected, and discharged into a container provided for this purpose and collected and provided for disposal. Before the triester is discharged, preferably ejected, solutions are already known in the prior art in which the triester is pressed out, so that as little residual moisture as possible is present in the triester container. This serves to allow the container to be smaller in size and to facilitate handling when the container is emptied by the users of the device. In addition, the growth of microorganisms and mold which would find good living conditions in a wet-warm triester is diminished when the triester is stored in the triester container for hours or days. In solutions from the prior art, a drainage valve is regularly opened when the triester is pressed out / dehumidified in the brewing chamber after the beverage intake, and the exiting drainage water is discharged via a correspondingly configured fluid line into a drip tray integrated into the beverage preparation device, which drip tray also receives and stores, for example, rinsing fluid from a milk module and rinsing and / or cleaning fluid, before a fill level meter recognizes the need for emptying the drip tray and the beverage device outputs a corresponding message to the user and / or, apart from further, prevents the intake of further beverages. The method by means of the known fluid systems of beverage preparation devices entails various disadvantages. For example, the drip tray must be emptied regularly, which in the usual embodiments of the drip tray as a rather flat but large-surface component requires the user to see over in order not to waste any fluid collected therein and thus contaminate the environment of the machine. Although cleaning is less necessary than emptying, it is cumbersome, because conventional drip trays are designed to be angled due to the given installation space, so that contaminants can be fixed in a particularly hard-resistant manner at different locations. Not least, a fluid directed into the drip tray is fundamentally disadvantageous because it promotes the need for emptying and cleaning the drip tray. Furthermore, it is considered disadvantageous that a quantity of fresh water is not supplied for use as a beverage, but rather arises as waste water. The fresh water is therefore not used efficiently. Furthermore, the energy efficiency is disadvantageous because a portion of the energy-intensive heated fresh water is not used as a beverage, but is discarded as waste water.Against this background, it is the object of the invention to overcome the disadvantages in the prior art and in particular to improve the fluid system of the beverage preparation device in such a way that it is possible to supply fewer fluids or liquids to a drip tray of the beverage preparation device. This object is achieved with a fluid system for a beverage preparation device having the features of claim 1. Furthermore, the object is achieved with respect to a beverage preparation device having the features of claim 5 and with respect to a method for fluid guidance in a beverage preparation device having the features of claim 6.Advantageous embodiments of the fluid system according to the invention for a beverage preparation device, the beverage preparation device and the method for guiding fluid in a beverage preparation device are the subject matter of the following description and description of the figures and of the dependent claims. The features described and claimed in terms of the device should also be considered to be disclosed and claimable accordingly in terms of the method, and vice versa. The fluid system for a beverage preparation device, in particular for a fully automatic coffee machine, for providing different beverage variants, comprises a brewing chamber for brewing and / or leaching a beverage substrate, preferably coffee bean flour, a first switchable valve which is connected to the brewing chamber in a fluid-conducting manner and which, according to a desired beverage reference, establishes the necessary line connections between a hot water reference device, the brewing chamber and at least one first beverage outlet, a drainage device, for example a drainage valve, which is connected in a fluid-conducting manner to the brewing chamber for draining the brewing chamber after the reference of the beverage, and a drain line, which is arranged downstream of the drainage valve and is connected in a fluid-conducting manner to the latter, for guiding the drainage water which is released during the draining, in particular discharged from the brewing chamber.According to the invention, in a first alternative embodiment, it is provided that the discharge line comprises a second switchable valve, with which the drainage water is collected on at least two different fluid paths in the fluid system or discharged therefrom. Fluid paths are to be understood here in particular as conduit means by means of which fluids are guided in the beverage preparation device. In a second alternative embodiment of the invention, the discharge is designed as a direct fluid-conducting connection from the drainage valve to the first beverage outlet, with which connection the drainage water is conducted directly and continuously to the first beverage outlet and is discharged via the latter from the fluid system. The present invention has recognized that in the case of beverage preparation devices such as fully automatic coffee machines, the drain water is nothing more than one type of prepared beverage, in particular coffee, namely a less strong coffee with a lower temperature and as such is thus easily suitable as a beverage for human consumption. Accordingly, the drainage water can be selectively used or discarded by means of the second switchable valve according to the user's selection. This makes it possible to reduce the amount of fluids accumulating in the drip tray and additionally to produce a further beverage. The fluid supplied to the beverage preparation device is thus provided to a greater extent for consumption. Thus, in particular drinking water supplied to the beverage preparation device is made available for consumption to a greater extent. The energy efficiency of the beverage preparation device is also increased in this case because a larger proportion of the energy-intensive heated fluid is provided for consumption and less of it reaches the drip tray and is discarded. In the second alternative embodiment of the invention, the drainage water is continuously discharged via the first beverage outlet during the process of draining the brewing chamber by means of the direct fluid-conducting connection from the drainage valve to the first beverage outlet. The drainage water is thus output as an additional beverage via the first beverage outlet into the beverage container of the user, so that the user can thus as a result obtain a mixture of the beverage and the drainage water when he catches the entire outlet from the first beverage outlet in a container. If the user of the beverage preparation apparatus does not wish to do so, the cup may be removed or replaced after the end of the beverage cover and before dewatering the brewing chamber. The drainage water is then discharged into the drip tray via the beverage outlet. The user may also use a separate vessel to collect the drain water. This alternative embodiment occupies little installation space and is technically simpler to realize, since fewer additional and / or modified components are required in the beverage preparation device. Thus, for example, it is advantageous compared to the first alternative embodiment of the invention for use in beverage preparation devices which offer only little additional installation space and / or which do not allow the additional financial expenditure for additional and / or modified technology. It can be provided particularly advantageously that an optical or acoustic output device, such as a display, a loudspeaker or the like, notifies or transmits the end of the beverage cover and / or the beginning of the drainage water output to a user via the first beverage outlet. Thus, the user can decide whether and how to collect and use the drain water. In a first advantageous embodiment, the at least two fluid paths terminate switchably and selectively at at least two of the following devices of the fluid system: drip tray, separate collecting container, first beverage outlet, second beverage outlet, combined outlet for hot water and / or drain water. In this case, it can be a drip tray integrated in the beverage preparation device, a separate collecting container either integrated in the beverage preparation device or connected thereto, a first beverage outlet via which other beverages are also dispensed, a second beverage outlet or an outlet for hot water, which is often present in beverage preparation devices and which is supplemented by the possibility of dispensing the drainage water. The fact that the drainage water can no longer be conducted only to the drip tray makes it possible to use the drainage water as a beverage. It is possible in a particularly simple manner and without extensive changes to the fluid system to provide the first beverage outlet for the discharge of the drainage water. More flexibility for the user is achieved if a second beverage outlet is provided for the discharge of the drainage water. It is thus easier to conduct the drainage water into a second vessel without the vessel having to be changed under the first beverage outlet. The second beverage outlet can be a combined outlet for hot water and for the drainage water. A discharge for hot water is often already provided in beverage preparation devices according to the preamble, so that the changes to the fluid system, in particular to the necessary fluid lines, can be minimized. In addition to the additional line from the brewing chamber to the valve assembly, the use of the drainage water can be achieved by a suitable adaptation of this valve assembly without further additional lines. It is also possible to provide a second beverage outlet for the drainage water, i.e. an additional beverage outlet which is separate from the first beverage outlet and, if present, the outlet for hot water. It is particularly advantageous to provide a separate collecting container into which the drain water is conducted and from which it can also be dispensed as beverage at a later point in time, which is also independent of the point in time of the reference of the first beverage. The additional collecting container is preferably designed such that it can be removed from the beverage device or removed therefrom easily and quickly.By means of the switchable and selectable guidance of the drainage water, the drainage water can be guided and provided in a manner adapted to different desires of the users of the beverage preparation device, which extends the beverage preparation device by new functions and thus creates a value in excess. This added value can lie in one or more of the following examples: use of the drainage water as a new beverage variant, a smaller fluid volume for discharge into the drip tray, so that the drip tray has to be emptied less frequently and / or can be designed to be smaller, less soiling of the drip tray, so that the drip tray can be cleaned less frequently and / or with less effort, and a proportionally greater use of the fresh water supplied to the beverage preparation device as a consumable beverage. For the arrangement of the second valve, two alternative embodiments are possible which can only be evaluated against one another according to the boundary conditions of the beverage preparation device. According to the first alternative embodiment, the first switchable valve and the second switchable valve are combined in a valve assembly comprising both valves, with which the at least two fluid paths for guiding the drainage water from the brewing chamber can be produced in a switchable and selectable manner. In this way, no additional valve assembly is necessary in the beverage preparation device, which simplifies the assembly of the beverage preparation device, so that the new variant can easily be inserted into the existing assembly sequences. Furthermore, it is possible in this way to actuate and switch the additional valve with the already present valve control means. In this way, the fluid system according to the invention can be realized cost-effectively. As a basis for the embodiment in a common valve assembly, for example, a multiway valve according to the teaching of EP 3 855 054 B1 of the applicant can be used.In the second alternative embodiment, the second valve is designed as a valve separate from the first valve, so that the at least two fluid paths for guiding the drainage water from the brewing chamber can be produced in a switchable and selectable manner using these two separate valves. In this way, in demanding installation space situations in a beverage preparation device, the fluid system according to the invention can be realized, for example, namely when it is not possible to combine the second valve with the first valve in a valve assembly because of the given installation space or other boundary conditions. The aforementioned object of the present invention is likewise achieved by a beverage preparation device, in particular by a fully automatic coffee machine, comprising a fluid system according to the preceding description and at least one of the following assemblies such as storage containers for beverage substrate precursor or water, grinding mechanism for producing beverage substrate, collecting containers for leached beverage substrate, operating and display elements. The above object is furthermore also achieved by a method for operating a fluid system for a beverage preparation device. According to the invention, provision is made to proceed in the following sequence or sequence of method steps:providing beverage substrate in a brewing chamber, in particular in a brewing chamber, and subsequently referencing a first beverage by brewing or leaching the beverage substrate, in particular providing hot water to a hot water referencing device. After the beverage has been dispensed, the dewatering of the brewing chamber follows and in the process the drainage water released during the dewatering, in particular discharged from the brewing chamber, wherein the drainage water, after leaving the brewing chamber, in particular after passing through a drainage valve, is conducted in a switchable and selectable manner on one of at least two fluid paths. In an alternative embodiment of the method according to the invention, the drainage water is conducted directly and continuously to the first beverage outlet, wherein a direct fluid-conducting connection from the drainage valve to the beverage outlet is provided and used.In a first advantageous embodiment of the method, the drainage water is guided on one of the at least two fluid paths in a switchable and selectable manner to one of the at least two of the following devices of the fluid system: drip tray, separate collecting container, first beverage outlet, second beverage outlet, combined outlet for hot water and / or drainage water. This extension of the method advantageously allows the users to use the drainage water according to their individual desires or also to drain it into the drip tray in a conventional manner. In an advantageous extension of the method according to the invention, the drainage water is discharged on one of the switchable and selectable fluid paths as a further beverage after the first beverage has been drawn in via the first beverage outlet or via a second beverage outlet or via a combined outlet for hot water and / or drainage water. Thus, users are made possible to obtain and consume the drain water as a beverage. For this purpose, the drainage water can be dispensed into the same vessel, for example, in addition to the first beverage, wherein it is advantageous if it is dispensed via the first beverage outlet, such that the vessel does not have to be moved under the outlet for the dispensing of the drainage water in addition to and in particular after the first beverage has been drawn in. The use of a beverage outlet different from the first beverage outlet is advantageous if the drainage water is to be dispensed as a separate beverage, since the vessel under the first outlet does not have to be changed in this way before the drainage water can be dispensed. For this purpose, an additional second beverage outlet can be used or the outlet for hot water already present in many designs of a beverage preparation device according to the preamble can be used, so that a combined outlet for hot water and / or drain water is created. In a further advantageous extension of the method according to the invention, the drainage water is conducted on one of the switchable and selectable fluid paths into a separate collecting container, preferably surrounded by the beverage preparation device. Advantageously, it is possible in this way to provide the drainage water for later consumption independently of the time of the reference of the first beverage. In addition, this advantageously results in the possibility that a volume of drainage water cumulative from a plurality of covers of the first beverage can be output as a beverage, so that the users of the beverage preparation device are not limited to a fixed and possibly small volume of the drainage water as an additional beverage. The separate collecting container can be integrated into the housing of the beverage preparation device or connected externally to the latter, for example, wherein the separate collecting container can preferably be removed from the beverage preparation device easily and quickly or can be removed therefrom. Thus, it is possible to easily drain the collecting container manually, optionally for consumption or disposal of the collected drainage water, and furthermore it is easily accessible for cleaning in this manner. In a further advantageous extension of the method according to the invention, the drainage water is discharged from the collecting container via the first beverage outlet or via a second beverage outlet or via a combined outlet for hot water and / or drainage water on one of the switchable and selectable fluid paths. Thus, it can be provided for the user to consume in a particularly convenient way. With regard to the selection of the beverage outlet, the above explanations apply. In a further advantageous extension of the method according to the invention, the drainage water is discharged mixed with additional, preferably hot, water. In this way, a further beverage variation can be provided. If the method according to the invention is the provision of coffee, the drainage water dispensed mixed with hot water can be regarded as a so-called "coffee americano" and meets the user's desire for a lighter coffee beverage compared to the espresso or other conventional coffee variants.Further advantages, features and details of the invention are described below by way of example with reference to the schematic drawings. A detail of a fluid system of a fully automatic coffee machine is shown. Coffee powder is scalded in the brewing chamber 02 by means of hot water from the feed line 03a. The brewed coffee exits the brewing chamber 02 and is guided to the first beverage outlet 06. After the brewing process, the triester is dewatered and the thereby released drainage water is discharged via the drainage outlet of the brewing chamber 02 directly and without selection possibility into the drip tray 04. By means of the valve assembly according to the prior art 05 it is also possible to lead hot water from the supply line 03 bto the water outlet 07, so that the user is permitted to refer to hot water, for example for preparing tea. The fluid system 01 can also comprise further components, such as a milk frother.FIG. 2 shows a first embodiment of a fluid system according to the invention of a beverage preparation device, wherein the second valve according to the invention is combined with the first valve in a common valve assembly 08 according to the invention. The valve assembly 08 according to the invention can be a variant according to the design of the valve assembly according to the prior art 05. This embodiment thus advantageously uses already existing modules for representing the additional functionality according to the invention. In this case, in particular a common actuator, for example in the form of an electric servomotor, can be used for the actuation of the valve assembly. Via an additional fluid line, the drainage outlet of the brewing chamber 02 is connected in a fluid-conducting manner to the valve assembly 08 according to the invention. The drainage water can be collected via the valve assembly 08 according to the invention after the brewing process in a switchable and selectable manner on at least two different fluid paths in the fluid system or discharged therefrom. In contrast to the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the discharge of the drainage water takes place via a second beverage outlet 10.FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment of a fluid system according to the invention of a beverage preparation device. The second valve according to the invention is combined with the first valve in a common valve assembly 08 according to the invention. In contrast to the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the discharge of the drainage water takes place via a second beverage outlet 10, which is combined to form a unit with the first beverage outlet 06.FIG. 5 shows a next embodiment of a fluid system according to the invention of a beverage preparation device. By means of a suitable embodiment of the valve assembly 08 according to the invention, it is possible to discharge the drainage water via the outlet for hot water and thus to create a combined outlet for drainage water and / or for hot water 12. A discharge for hot water is widely provided in the prior art, so that only minor changes of the fluid system, in particular of the fluid lines, become necessary in order to use this discharge as a combined discharge for hot water and / or for drainage water.FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of a fluid system according to the invention of a beverage preparation device. The second valve according to the invention is realized as a separate second valve assembly 11 that is separate from the first valve assembly according to the prior art 05. This separation makes it possible to freely arrange the valves and the lines necessary for the fluid-conducting connection of the components of the fluid system in the predefined installation space, which can have an advantageous effect in particular in demanding installation space situations. The configuration of the outlet for the drainage water can be freely selected in this case; therefore, any of the variants shown above can be realized.FIG. 7 shows an alternative embodiment of the invention, wherein the discharge for the drainage water is implemented as a direct fluid-conducting connection from the drainage valve to the first beverage outlet, with which the drainage water is conducted directly and continuously to the first beverage outlet and is discharged via the latter. It can be clearly seen from the hydraulic diagram shown that significantly fewer additional lines and other additional technology are required. Therefore, this alternative embodiment occupies little space and is technically simpler to realize.FIG. 8 illustrates a method according to the invention for the fluid guidance in a beverage preparation device by means of a fluid system according to the invention with an additional switchable valve in the form of a flow diagram. In the first method step S 1, beverage substrate is provided in a brewing chamber. If the beverage preparation device is a fully automatic coffee machine, then in this method step, for example, coffee beans are ground and transferred into the brewing chamber. In the second method step S 2, the beverage is produced by brewing or leaching the beverage substrate, in particular with the provision of hot water to a hot water reference device. The beverage is, for example, dispensed directly from the brewing chamber via the first beverage outlet. In the third method step, the brewing chamber is drained, so that the beverage substrate contains as little moisture as possible before it is discharged from the brewing chamber for disposal. According to the invention, in the fourth method step S 4, when draining the drainage water released during the drainage, in particular discharged from the brewing chamber, it is possible to guide the drainage water on different fluid paths in a switchable and selectable manner after leaving the brewing chamber, in particular after passing through a drainage valve. In the example shown, method step S4 can be carried out for the method as one of the four alternative method steps S4.1 to S4.4. Method step S4.1 makes it possible to dispense the drainage water directly via the first beverage outlet 06. Method step S4.2 makes it possible to guide the drainage water into an additional collecting container 09. Method step S4.3 makes it possible to dispense the drainage water via a second beverage outlet 10 or via a combined beverage outlet for hot water and drainage water 12. With method step S4.4, it is also possible to drain the drainage water into the drip tray 4 and to achieve the result, as is also customary in the prior art. It is possible to discharge the drainage water from the collecting container 09 in method step S 5 and provide it to the user via the first beverage outlet 06 or via the second beverage outlet 10 or via a combined beverage outlet for hot water and drainage water 12. It may likewise be possible to empty the collecting container 09 by means of the method step S 6. For this purpose, it may preferably be possible to remove the collecting container from the beverage preparation device in a simple manner. Not every implementation of the method according to the invention has to offer the above-mentioned four variants of method step S 4 as selectable alternatives, for example it may be possible to offer either method step S 4.1 or method step S 4.3. Furthermore, method step S4.2 does not have to be realized in every case. It is clear that the method according to the invention can be implemented in a multiplicity of different embodiments in a manner adapted to requirements, for example the user.List of reference characters01 Fluid system 02 brewing chamber 03 supply line for hot water and / or steam 04 drip tray 05 valve assembly according to the prior art 06 first beverage outlet 07 outlet for hot water 08 valve assembly 09 collecting container 10 second beverage outlet 11 valve assembly 12 combined beverage outlet for hot water and / or drain water S 1 first method step S 2 second method step S 3 third method step S 4.1 fourth method step in first alternative S 4.2 fourth method step in second alternative S 4.3 fourth method step in third alternative S 4.4 fourth method step in fourth alternative S 5 fifth method step S 6 sixth method stepReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
