Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lamp which is preferably designed as a table lamp.A large number of different types of lamps are known from the prior art.GB 421 543 A discloses a lamp base which limits the inclination angles of a lamp stem seated on a ball joint in two orthogonal directions likewise by guide grooves as a simple link. The tilting here serves to support the lamp in a non-operating state such that a height of the lamp is reduced as much as possible.US 2013 0 051 025 A1 discloses a lamp base with a joint for a lamp stem, wherein the joint is formed from gearwheels which are seated on toothed rails. By this design, it is possible to simultaneously change the inclination angle and the position of the stick on the foot. For design reasons, the lamp according to the invention is intended to be optically similar to a hand-held circuit of a motor vehicle. The lamp is to be actuated by switching the handle into switching points of a switching gate. A problem which arises here is that anchoring of the handle in the region of the shift gate results in an excessively large inclination of the handle, as a result of which a light cone is excessively reduced.A lamp in the form of an auto-shift lever is retrievable at https: / / www.amazon.de / Generic Rechargeable Desk Lamp Night Table Lamp Brightness Levels / dp / B0D7Q8B3D8.The publication DE 10 2016 122 344 A1 shows a shift by wire shift lever with shift gate, which, due to a special design of the linkage, enables a slight inclination of the shift lever at the shift points of the shift gate and thus a small space requirement of the shift device. The publication DE 103 37 557 A1 shows the covering of the passage of a shift lever with a diaphragm in the form of a spherical cap.It is the object of the invention to provide a lamp capable of solving the above problem. The object is achieved by a lamp according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are set out in accordance with the dependent claims.A lamp according to the invention is provided with a base, a stem supported in the base, and a lighting body provided at an end of the stem. The handle is slidable in the base in a guide between different switching points. An end of the handle opposite the luminaire is provided with a guide plate accommodated and displaceable within the base. The lighting element is switchable by moving the handle to one of the switching points of the guide.According to this embodiment, the lamp can be turned on or off by moving the stem to different switching points. In addition, it is possible to switch different brightness levels, colors, or both by moving to additional switching points.Advantageously, the guide plate can be accommodated in a floating manner between a base upper part and a base lower part.Since the relative position between the handle and the guide plate is not variable, tilting of the handle only occurs to such an extent that this is possible by the guide plate supported between the upper base part and the lower base part.Advantageously, the guide plate, the base upper part and the base lower part can each have a shape of a spherical segment, all of which have a common center point.According to this embodiment, the ball segment forming the base plate can be displaced between the underside of the upper base part and the upper side of the lower base part, which underside is arranged concentrically thereto, about the all three common center point. The shaft attached to the base plate also rotates about the common center point. Thereby, the inclination of the arm is reduced in shifting compared to a case where the arm rotates about an anchor point located inside the base.Advantageously, a radius of the guide plate can be a multiple of a height of the base from a base surface of a base part to a pole of the ball segment forming the base upper part.By configuring a large ball radius, the pivot point can be located so far from the guide plate that the inclination of the handle remains negligibly small during shifting in the guide. Thus, adverse effects on the light cone can be ruled out.Advantageously, the guiding of the handle can be carried out by one or more connected slots in the base upper part. Each slot may have one or more switching points with sensors for detecting the presence of the handle.Due to the sensors, which can be designed, for example, as push buttons, as electrical or magnetic sensors, the position of the handle can be determined at a switching point. A signal generated thereby can then be further processed.Advantageously, a control unit can be configured to output a signal assigned to the sensor for activating or deactivating the luminous element to the luminous element on detection of the presence of the handle by a sensor. Thus, upon receipt of a signal from a sensor, the control unit may cause actuation of the lamp associated with the signal. For example, the lamp can be switched on or off with a provided brightness level and / or a specific color.Advantageously, the lamp can be a table lamp. The luminous element can advantageously be designed as a light-emitting diode (LED).The guide can advantageously be designed in the form of a motor vehicle shift gate. Thus, according to the invention, a lamp is provided which is similar to a manual shift with a shift gate and which can be actuated by shifting with different functions. At this time, the inclination of the handle is prevented from becoming excessively large upon shifting, thereby preventing deterioration of the light cone due to a too short distance from a work surface such as a table surface or a floor.Further advantages of the invention will be apparent from the description of the appended figures which show a presently preferred embodiment of the invention. FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a lamp according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a plan view of a base of the lamp of FIG. 1 ; FIG. 3 is a side view of a stem of the lamp with the luminaire and guide plate; FIG. 4 is a perspective sectional view of the base of the lamp of FIG. 1 ; FIG. 5 is a schematic sectional view through the base and a part of the stem for explaining the function; FIG. 6 is a comparison of the sectional view of FIG. 5 with an arrangement without a guide plate.A presently preferred embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 6.A lamp according to the embodiment is shown in FIG. 1. The lamp has a base 1, a stem 5 and a lighting element 7 mounted at one end of the stem. In a base top 11 there are slots in the form of an H-shaped circuit with three switching lanes lying side by side as guide 3 according to the invention. The stem 5 of the lamp is guided by the guide 3. The stem 5 is also preferably hollow to allow wiring from the base 1 to the luminaire. The base 1 essentially consists of a base part 15 which rests on a working surface or a base, a base lower part 13 and a base upper part 11. Furthermore, electronic components not shown and not described in detail are located in the base, such as a power connection, an accumulator, a control unit, and a wiring. The base upper part 11 and the base lower part 13 are formed in the shape of a spherical segment and have a common center point P 1, as can be seen from FIG. 5. Between the base upper part 11 and the base lower part 13 there is a space since these components are spaced apart from each other. A ball radius of the base lower part 13 and that of the base upper part is substantially greater than a height hB of the base from a lower side of the base part 15 resting on a working surface to a pole of the base upper part 11. The height hB is evident in particular from FIG. 5.The end of the handle 5 opposite the luminous element is connected to a guide plate 55 in the form of a spherical segment. The shank 5 is preferably provided with a thread 53 in order to screw it securely by means of threaded engagement with a threaded bore in the guide plate 55. The threaded bore is located at one pole of a ball segment forming the guide plate 55.The guide plate 55 with the handle 5 attached thereto is accommodated in the intermediate space between the base upper part 11 and the base lower part 13, which is visible, for example, from FIG. 4. In this assembled state, the center P1 of the ball segment constituting the guide plate 55 coincides with the centers P1 of the other two ball segments, as shown in FIG. 5.Preferably, on the lower side of the base upper part 11, on the upper side of the base lower part 13 and / or on both sides of the guide plate 55, a coating for friction suppression or a thin film of a lubricant is located. This is advantageous because the guide plate moves between the base upper part 11 and the base lower part 13 by operating the handle 5 connected to the guide plate 55, as shown by broken lines and those in FIG. 5.Since the handle 5 rotates not about its anchoring point P 2 (see FIG. 6 ) in the guide plate 55 but about the center point P 1 located far below the working surface due to the guidance by the guide plate 55, an inclination of the completely deflected handle 5' is much smaller than in a case shown as a comparison in FIG. 6. In FIGS. 5 and 6, the deflected handle 5' guided by the guide plate 55' and thus rotating about the point P2 is shown by dashed lines. In Fig. 6, the stem 5" rotating about a point P2 inside the base is shown by means of thick dotted lines. The lamp is actuated by the stem 5 with the luminous element 7 being guided within the guide 3 which is visually similar to an H-shift gate, to the switching points 31 a, 31 b, 31 c, 31 d, 31 e, 31 f, and 31 gthereof. At each of these switching points 31a-31f a sensor is arranged which upon detection of the handle 5 emits a signal to a control unit of the lamp. The control unit then carries out an actuation of the lamp corresponding to the sensor which emits the signal. The switching points 31a-31f each lie at one end of a slot where the handle 5 comes to rest against the wall of the guide 3.For example, the lamp may be controlled so that it is turned off when the handle 5 is inserted into the switching point 31a designated by "R" in FIG. 2, while it lights up at different brightness levels when the handle 5 is inserted into one of the switching points 31b-31g designated by 1-6. However, it should be expressly pointed out here that the designations "R" and "1" to "6" recognizable in FIG. 2 serve merely as a designation and do not perform any technical function. The invention has been described with reference to a currently preferred embodiment, but is not limited thereto, but can be modified within the scope of the claims. For example, the guide plate as well as the base upper part and the base lower part have been described as a spherical segment. However, these can also be designed with a different geometry. For example, these elements can correspond to a section of a jacket of an elliptical cylinder or circular cylinder if it is necessary to guide the handle horizontally in a section of the guide.Likewise, the connection of the handle to the guide plate can be effected by connections other than a screw connection. Soldering or welding or production of a press fit are conceivable here. The lamp lighting body preferably comprises one or more LEDs, but is not limited thereto. Thus, incandescent bulbs or even open light can also be used. In addition, the shape of the luminous element can be designed, deviating from the spherical shape which can be seen from FIG. 1, for example as a cuboid, as a cube, as a polyhedron or as a cylinder. The form of the guidance is also not limited to an automotive circuit, but can be provided with any number of switching points in any form. For example, the guide may be wave-shaped and the switching points may be at the peaks and valleys of the wave.
