Abstract
Description
Technical field
[0001] The utility model relates to a deflection device and a sunroof device, and in particular to a deflection device for a sunroof device of a vehicle. Technical background
[0002] A deflector for a sunroof device is known in the art. When the sunroof is closed, the deflector is in a stored state. When the sunroof is opened, the deflector is extended. A mesh element held between an upper and a lower body of the deflector prevents air vibrations caused by wind entering the vehicle interior. The lower body of the deflector is attached to the sunroof device by engaging the front housing of the sunroof device.
[0003] In particular, with regard to the prior art deflection device ofFig. 4 and Fig. 5, an upper body 120, a mesh member 123, and a lower body 122 are integrally molded from resin. The lower body 122 has a plurality of hooks 130 arranged in the vehicle width direction, and a plurality of slot members 131 arranged in the vehicle width direction are formed on the front housing 113. The lower body 122 is attached to the front housing 113 by engaging a plurality of hooks 130 with the slot members 131, respectively. The lower body 122 is removed from the front housing 113 by detaching the plurality of slot members 131 from the hooks 130.
[0004] However, the conventional deflector has the following problem: Since the upper body, the grid member, and the lower body are integrally molded from resin, it is necessary to provide a new integrally molded mold to adjust the height of the deflector in the deployed state (that is, adjust the length of the grid member), which leads to high manufacturing costs. Brief summary of the utility modelProblem to be solved by the utility model
[0005] One object of the utility model is to provide a deflection device that is easily adjustable in height and inexpensive, as well as a sunroof device equipped with the deflection device. Means to solve the problem
[0006] A deflection device of a technical solution of the utility model is used for a sunroof device on a vehicle roof and includes an upper body, the upper body extending in a vehicle width direction; a pair of deflection arms, the pair of deflection arms each extending from two ends of the upper body in the vehicle width direction toward the rear of the vehicle, and the upper body moving up and down as the pair of deflection arms rotate about rear end portions of the pair of deflection arms; a lower body, the lower body being attached to a front housing of the sunroof device and extending in the vehicle width direction; and a mesh member, the mesh member being formed integrally with the upper body, the mesh member being formed separately from the lower body, and a lower side edge of the mesh member being connected to the lower body by sewing or welding.
[0007] According to the above technical solution, the height of the deflector in the deployed state can be easily adjusted by changing the length of the grid element, since the grid element is formed integrally with the upper body and separately from the lower body, and the cost is low. Furthermore, the lower side edge of the grid element is connected to the lower body by sewing or welding, so that the integrally formed upper body and the grid element can be easily connected to the lower body.
[0008] In addition, in the above technical solution, preferably, a plurality of projections are provided on the front housing and a plurality of holes are provided on the lower body, and the lower body is fixed to the front housing by inserting the plurality of projections into the plurality of holes, respectively.
[0009] Thus, the lower body can be easily fixed to the front housing by inserting the plurality of projections of the front housing into the plurality of holes of the lower body.
[0010] In addition, in the above technical solution, the lower body is preferably made of PET material and the upper body and the grid element are made of resin.
[0011] Thus, the material of the lower body is softer compared to the one-piece molded upper body and grille member, the lower body can be well sewn or welded to the grille member, and the lower body can be easily attached to the front housing.
[0012] In addition, in the above technical solution, the lower body preferably consists of several separate elements.
[0013] In addition, in the above technical solution, the lower body is preferably a one-piece structure.
[0014] Furthermore, in the above technical solution, the lower body is preferably attached to the front housing by means of a snap connection.
[0015] This allows the lower body to be easily attached to the front housing.
[0016] Another technical solution of the utility model is a sunroof device, and the sunroof device includes the above deflection device; and a pair of guide rails, wherein the pair of guide rails extends in a front-rear direction of the vehicle and is arranged on both side edges of a roof opening in the vehicle width direction, and the rear end portions of the pair of deflection arms are respectively pivotally supported on the pair of guide rails.
[0017] According to this technical solution, the height of the deflector in the sunroof device can be easily adjusted and the cost is low. [0018] In the following, a deflection device for a sunroof device according to the utility model is described with reference to Fig. 1 to 3 specifically described.
[0019] In this embodiment, a sunroof device 1 is installed on the roof of a vehicle. The sunroof device 1 includes a pair of guide rails 12, the pair of guide rails 12 extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle and arranged on both side edges of a roof opening 10 in a vehicle width direction such that the pair are arranged opposite to each other in the vehicle width direction; a front housing 13 extending in the vehicle width direction and connecting front end portions of the pair of guide rails 12; a movable plate 11; and a deflector 2.
[0020] A guide member (not shown) supporting the movable plate 11 moves along the pair of guide rails 12 toward the rear (hereinafter referred to as "rear") in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle, so that the movable plate 11 moves rearward to expose the roof opening 10, thereby opening the sunroof device 1.
[0021] The deflection device 2 comprises an upper body 20; a pair of deflection arms 21; a lower body 22; and a grid element 23.
[0022] The upper body 20 extends in the vehicle width direction, and the pair of deflection arms 21 each extend from two ends of the upper body 20 in the vehicle width direction to the rear of the vehicle. The upper body 20 moves up and down as the pair of deflection arms 21 rotates about the rear end portions of the pair of deflection arms 21. More specifically, the rear ends of the pair of deflection arms 21 are pivotally supported on the front end portions of the pair of guide rails 12 by a shaft 26 extending in the vehicle width direction. Thus, the rear end portions of the pair of deflection arms 21 are each pivotally supported on the pair of guide rails 12.
[0023] The upper body 20 moves up and down as the pair of deflection arms 21 rotates. When the sunroof device 1 is closed, the upper body 20 is in a storage position and retracted under the movable plate 11. When the movable plate 11 moves rearward to open the sunroof device 1, the deflection arm 21 rotates under the force of the elastic force exerted by the member not shown in the figure, driving the upper body 20 to move to the deployment position.
[0024] The lower body 22 is attached to the front housing 13 of the sunroof device 1 and extends in the vehicle width direction. Specifically, the lower body 22 is attached and fixed to the front housing 13.
[0025] In this embodiment, the mesh member 23 is formed integrally with the upper body 20, and the mesh member 23 is formed separately from the lower body 22. Specifically, in this embodiment, the mesh member 23 and the upper body 20 are integrally molded from resin, and the lower body 22 is made of PET (thermoplastic polyester) material. The integral molded body of the mesh member 23 and the upper body 20 is connected to the lower body 22 by sewing or welding the lower body 22 to the lower side edge 231 of the mesh member 23.
[0026] Since the upper body 20 and the mesh member 23 are made of resin and the lower body 22 is made of PET material, the lower body 22 is softer than the one-piece molded body of the upper body 20 and the mesh member 23, and the lower body 22 made of PET material can be easily sewn or welded to the lower side edge 231 of the mesh member 23.
[0027] The lower body 22 is a one-piece structure. Specifically, the lower body 22 is in the shape of a plate extending in the vehicle width direction. A plurality of holes 30 are provided in the lower body 22. That is, a plurality of holes 30 are formed in the plate-shaped lower body 22, arranged from top to bottom in the vehicle width direction. The number and arrangement of the holes 30 can be determined according to actual needs and are not limited.
[0028] Corresponding to the holes 30, a plurality of protrusions 31 are provided on the front housing 13. For example, the plurality of protrusions 31 are arranged in the vehicle width direction. The lower body 22 is attached to the front housing 13 by inserting the plurality of protrusions 31 into the plurality of holes 30, respectively. Furthermore, the holes 30 in the lower body 22 are formed of PET material, and therefore, the attachment between the holes 30 and the protrusions 31 of the front housing 13 is more reliable.
[0029] The operation of the deflection device 2 is described below.
[0030] When the upper body 20 moves from the storage position to the deployment position, the mesh member 23 is deployed planarly between the upper body 20 and the lower body 22. The mesh member 23 has a width approximately equal to the roof opening 10, so that when the sunroof device 1 is opened, the air blown from the front of the vehicle through the roof opening 10 into the vehicle interior is rectified to prevent air vibrations caused by the suction of wind into the vehicle interior.
[0031] When the sunroof device 1 is closed, the movable plate 11 moves forward and pushes the deflection arm 21 downward, so that the upper body 20 moves downward accordingly and drives the grille element 23 to retract.
[0032] According to the deflection device 2 of this embodiment, the following technical effects can be achieved. (1) Since the mesh member 23 and the upper body 20 are integrally molded, the length of the mesh member 23 can be easily adjusted without considering the lower body 22. Thus, the height of the deflector 2 can be easily adjusted. In addition, it is not necessary to open a new mold for the integrally molded three-piece structure corresponding to each length of the mesh member 23, but only one mold is needed, and the height of the deflector can be easily adjusted by designing the mold to adjust the length of the mesh member 23 or by further cutting the molded mesh member 23 to adjust the length of the mesh member 23. (2) Since the lower body 22 is made of PET material, the lower body 22 can be easily sewn or welded to the grid member 23. (3) The plurality of protrusions 31 provided on the front housing 13 are inserted into the holes 30 provided in the lower body 22 made of PET material or are pulled out from the holes 30, so that the lower body 22 can be easily attached to and removed from the front housing 13. Furthermore, since the lower body 22 is made of PET material, the connection between the holes 30 of the lower body 22 and the protrusions 31 of the front housing 13 is relatively strong.
[0033] The above describes the preferred embodiment of the utility model, but the utility model is not limited thereto, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the utility model.
[0034] In the above embodiment, the lower body 22 is shown as a one-piece structure, but the utility model is not limited thereto, and the lower body 22 may also be composed of a plurality of separate elements, and the same effect according to the above embodiment can be achieved by providing a hole 30 in each separate element.
[0035] In the above embodiment, the plug-in fitting structure of the hole 30 of the lower body 22 and the projection 31 of the front housing 13 is illustrated, but the installation method of the lower body 22 and the front housing 13 is not limited thereto, and the lower body 22 may also be installed by snapping it onto the front housing 13.
[0036] For the above content, the utility model is described using a specific example. However, the utility model is not limited to this specific example. A design obtained by a person skilled in the art by applying appropriate design modifications to the specific example is also included in the scope of the utility model, as long as the design has the features of the utility model.
