AI Technical Summary
Existing sewing machines experience thread tension fluctuations and uneven thread entry due to horizontal thread pull from rotating spools, leading to poor seam quality and increased thread jumping risk.
A thread stand that attaches to the sewing machine's vertical spool holder, allowing vertical thread storage and guiding the thread back to its original position, preventing spool rotation and ensuring uniform tension and consistent entry into the sewing machine's guides.
Reduces thread tension fluctuations, prevents spool rotation, and ensures safe, consistent thread entry, improving seam quality and reducing thread jumping.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a yarn stand with integrated yarn guides as accessories for household and industrial sewing machines, in particular for optimizing the yarn feeding and for stabilizing the yarn tension.Prior Art:In many commercially available sewing machines, the yarn is drawn horizontally from a stationary yarn roll which is mounted on a vertical yarn package holder. The yarn roll rotates with it, which can lead to fluctuations in the yarn tension-especially in the case of larger or heavier yarn rolls. This can have a negative effect on the quality of the seam and the uniformity of the stitch pattern. Although external or mountable yarn stands exist, they typically do not return the yarn back to the original position of the yarn roll. As a result, the thread runs at a different angle into the first thread guide of the sewing machine, which increases the risk that the thread jumps out or moves non-uniformly.Object of the invention:The object of the invention is to provide a yarn stand which can be easily retrofitted and which enables uniform yarn feeding without twisting the yarn roll together, stabilizes the yarn tension and at the same time guides the yarn back to the original position of the yarn roll. The decisive difference from existing yarn stands is that the yarn is returned to the height of the yarn roll, so that the entry into the yarn guides of the sewing machine takes place from the same direction as in a classic yarn roll position. This reduces the risk of the thread jumping out of the thread guide.Solution:The invention provides a yarn stand which is fitted onto the existing vertical yarn package holder of the sewing machine. The yarn stand enables the vertical mounting of the yarn roll. The yarn is first drawn off vertically upward by a first yarn guide and then returned to the height of the yarn roll by two further yarn guides in a deflection system. This system prevents the yarn roll from being co-rotated and ensures a uniform, tension-stable yarn feed from the optimum position. The yarn stand is universally usable and does not require any structural changes to the sewing machine. The invention combines in particular the following features:fastening directly on the sewing machine via a simple plug connection to the vertical yarn package holder, vertical thread draw-off, whereby tension-weakening rotation of the yarn roll is avoided, returning the yarn to the yarn roll height, thereby ensuring a secure, angle-neutral entry into the yarn guide of the sewing machine.Advantages of the Invention:• Reduction of thread tension fluctuations• No twisting of the yarn roll• Simple retrofitting by placing on existing yarn package holders• Suitable for heavy or large yarn rolls• Improved seam quality by constant yarn travel• Reliable entry of the thread into the thread guide of the sewing machine by means of the correct guide heightList of reference characters1 Sewing machine 2 Vertical yarn package holder 3 Yarn stand (invention) 4 Yarn roll 5 First yarn guide (vertical draw-off) 6, 7 Further yarn guides (return to yarn roll height) 8 Yarn course
Claims
Yarn stand for attachment to a sewing machine with a vertical yarn package holder, characterized a receiving device for mounting on the vertical yarn package holder, a vertical mounting of a yarn roll, a first yarn guide for vertically pulling the sewing thread upward, and further yarn guides which guide the yarn back to the height of the yarn roll in a deflection system, wherein the yarn is transferred at the yarn roll height into the yarn guide of the sewing machine in order to prevent the yarn roll from rotating along and to ensure a uniform, tension-stable yarn feed from the original direction.
