Description

The invention relates to a distributor element for the surface-covering application of a flowable substance, which can be attached to a hose through which the flowable substance can flow and which has at least one fastening part for fastening the distributor element to an end section of the hose with an outlet for the flowable substance. The invention further relates to a mobile distributor device for distributing a flowable substance near the bottom on a floor surface, having at least one tube through which the flowable substance can flow, which tube has an end section with an outlet for the flowable substance. For the application of liquid manure, couch or fermentation residues to bakers, meadows and fields, a strip-shaped application technique close to the ground is prescribed in many regions, wherein only a maximum of 50% of the total surface area may be wetted. For this reason, so-called tow hose or tow shoe distributors are usually used for extending manure.A manure outlet protection device for a Y-shaped manure outlet, which is provided for fastening to a hose and / or a hose fastening of a tow shoe distributor, is disclosed in DE 10 2022 002 047 A1. The manure outlet protection device has a Y-shaped fastening device into which the manure outlet can be inserted or placed, as well as supporting devices which are attached to a side of the fastening device opposite the manure outlet. In contrast, DE 20 2021 102 219 U1 relates to a slurry outlet which has a fastening device for fastening to a hose and / or a hose fastening of a towboat distributor, and a distributing device having at least two mutually separated guide paths. Above the guide tracks, a common wash region is arranged, wherein the guide tracks are open upwards in the direction of the wash region. Also known from DE 20 2020 001 621 U1 is a manure distributor for the surface-covering discharge of fertilizer in conjunction with distribution devices close to the ground. In this case, a trapezoidal housing is provided with a reinforced rear wall with a drag skid and a fastening element. This makes it possible to mount and operate the distributor on a multiplicity of distribution systems.Furthermore, DE 296 15 579 U1 can be taken from a distributing device for distributing flowable substances on floor surfaces, in particular of liquid manure. The distributor device is fork-shaped and has at least two forked sections with outlet openings.Due to the comparatively small wetting surface of the soil, which can be achieved with known distributing elements and devices, the problem arises in practice that solids originating from the manure remain on plants and are washed into the soil only in the case of high deposits. If such precipitates remain, the solids lying on the plants grow with the plants upwards and are partially concomitantly moved even in the next green land cut and thus ensure a high proportion of raw ash in silagen. It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a distributor element and a mobile distributor device which optimize the application of flowable substances to greenland or field feed. This object is achieved by a distributor element for applying a flowable substance over its surface, which can be attached to a hose through which the flowable substance can flow, which distributor element has at least one fastening part for fastening the distributor element to an end section of the hose with an outlet for the flowable substance, which has at least one baffle surface which can be substantially flat and which, in a state of the distributor element in which the distributor element is fastened to the hose, crosses a jet direction of the flowable substance flowing out of the outlet, wherein the baffle surface has at least one section widening with increasing distance from the fastening part and an end section which is provided on a side of the baffle surface opposite the fastening part, and wherein the width of the end section remains at least constant with increasing distance from the fastening part, and which also has guide edges laterally enclosing the baffle, which are formed at mutually opposite lateral edge sections of the baffle leading away from the fastening part and at an angle to the surface of the baffle. The object is also achieved by a mobile distributor device for distributing a flowable substance near the bottom on a floor surface, having at least one hose through which the flowable substance can flow, which hose has an end section with an outlet for the flowable substance, wherein an abovementioned distributor element is fastened to the end section of the hose. The end section can be oriented substantially vertically or can be configured suspended / towing. After fastening the distributor element to the hose, when a flowable substance flows through the hose, the same exits the hose in the form of a jet from the outlet at the end section of the hose. Because the baffle surface of the distributor element, which can be configured in particular to be flat or planar, crosses the jet direction of the flowable substance flowing out of the outlet, the flowable substance emerging in a jet from the outlet impinges on the baffle surface. This widens the beam from the baffle. Due to the flowable property of the substance, it distributes itself over the entire width of the baffle. As the distance from the fastening part and thus also from the outlet increases, the width of the baffle increases, so that the distribution of the flowable substance also increases corresponding to the width of the baffle. The lateral edge sections prevent the flowable substance from overflowing over the sides of the baffle. When the end section on the side of the baffle opposite the fastening part is reached, the flowable substance has spread over the greatest possible width and finally flows down the end section from the baffle or the distributor element. Unlike in known distributor devices for distributing a flowable substance close to the ground, such as, for example, drag hose distributors or drag shoe distributors, in which the flowable substance exits from a suspended hose end in the vicinity of the ground and is discharged with a comparatively high concentration on the ground without a previously effected distribution or widening of the jet, a wider wetting of the ground by the flowable substance is achieved by means of the distributor element. In addition, this wetting takes place in a controlled manner as a result of the lateral edge sections enclosing the baffle surface, which prevent widening of the flow of the substance along the end section and thus focus the flow of the substance so to speak along the end section. This not only makes it possible to exactly meet the legal requirements with respect to the maximum permitted wetting of the surface, but also to eliminate these requirements as much as possible. Overall, this optimizes the application of the substance to greenland or field feed.Because the mentioned advantages of the distributor element are particularly apparent in distributor devices for distributing a flowable substance close to the bottom, the mobile distributor device is preferably a tow hose or tow shoe distributor. In principle, the flowable substance can be any desired homogeneous or inhomogeneous substance or a substance mixture. As long as the substance as such has overall flowable properties, it can even contain non-flowable constituents per se. Thus, the substance can be, for example, liquid slurry which generally comprises solid constituents in addition to liquid constituents. Fermentation residues, sewage sludge, sewage sludge or other fertilizers have similar properties. As already mentioned, although the width of the end section remains at least constant with increasing distance from the fastening part, embodiments of the distributor element are also possible in which the width of the end section of the baffle decreases or narrows with increasing distance from the fastening part. This achieves the effect above all that the flowable substance flows down from the impact surface in a jet which converges as much as possible and the width of the wetting of the soil by the jet can be better controlled to the side. In all these cases, the baffle surface, including its section widening with increasing distance from the fastening part, and its end section can be formed by a simple plate or a simple plate element. Furthermore, it is also conceivable that the width of the end section increases with increasing distance from the fastening part.Preferably, a recess shaped in accordance with an outer contour of the end section of the hose is formed on the fastening part, in which recess the end section of the hose can be accommodated. Thus, the fastening part can bear positively or flush against the end section of the hose. In this way, the retention of the distributor element on the hose or on the end section of the hose is improved.Advantageously, the fastening part has a slot-shaped through-opening which is open on both sides and extends transversely to the hose when the distributor element is fastened to the hose, wherein the outlet of the end section of the hose is positioned between the baffle surface and the through-opening. A fastening means, such as a hose clamp, a cable tie or a belt, can be guided through this through-opening, with which fastening means the distributor element can be fixed to the hose or to the end section of the hose in order to improve its hold. Accordingly, in a preferred embodiment of the mobile distributor device, the distributor element is fixed to the end section by means of a hose clamp and / or a cable tie and / or a strap, which extends through a through-opening on a fastening part of the distributor element. Particularly preferred is a detachable fastening of the distributor element to the hose, so that the distributor element can be removed again if necessary or exchanged with another distributor element. In a further embodiment, the fastening part has at least one protruding fixing element on a side which faces the hose in the state of the distributor element fastened to the hose. Accordingly, in a mobile distributor device, at least one hole is formed in the end section of the hose, in which hole a fixing element of the distributor element engages. An embodiment with a fixing element of the distributor element engaging in a hole of the hose is characterized by a particularly stable fastening of the distributor element to the hose. The fixing element can be designed in particular in the form of a pin or as a pin or in the form of a barb.Particularly preferably, the distributor element has both a through hole and a fixing element, wherein the fixing element is positioned between the outlet and the through hole in the state of the distributor element fastened to the hose. In this way, the distributor element cannot become detached from the hose or from the end section of the hose even when there is a lateral load. The manifold element may generally be made of any suitable material or materials. Thus, the distributor element can be manufactured, for example, at least partially or completely from metal or plastic. In particular, the distributor element can be produced completely by 3D printing, or only parts thereof can be produced by 3D printing. For example, it has proven advantageous, due to a better strength, to print the above-mentioned fixing element as an independent component and to glue it to the distributor element or to glue it to its fastening part or to glue it to the fastening part.In principle, the mobile distributor device can have more than one end section of a hose. Thus, in the case of tow hose or tow shoe distributors, a plurality of vertically suspended end sections of hoses are provided, which are arranged in a staggered manner transversely to the direction of travel of the tow hose or tow shoe distributor. Accordingly, a mobile distributor device is preferred which has at least two substantially vertical end sections of at least two hoses with respective outlets near the bottom for the flowable substance, wherein a distributor element is fastened to at least one of the end sections, the largest width of which is at most half of a distance between the two end sections, or wherein a respective distributor element is fastened to all end sections, the largest width of which is at most half of a distance between two adjacent end sections. The invention is schematically illustrated in various exemplary embodiments in the drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a distributor element; FIG. 2 shows an end section of a hose with a distributor element fastened thereto. In the figures, the same or corresponding elements are each denoted by the same reference numerals and will therefore not be described again unless appropriate. The disclosures contained in the entire description can be transferred analogously to identical parts with identical reference numerals or identical component names. The position information selected in the description, such as top, bottom, side, etc., also relates to the directly described and illustrated figure and, in the event of a change in position, is to be transferred analogously to the new position. Furthermore, individual features or combinations of features from the different exemplary embodiments shown and described can also represent independent solutions according to the invention or solutions according to the invention per se.FIG. 1 shows a three-dimensional view of a distributor element 1 for the surface-covering application of a flowable substance. The distributor element 1 essentially has an impact plate 2 with a flat surface or impact surface 3 and an elongated fastening part 4 which is arranged on one side or at one end or edge of the impact plate 2 and with which the distributor element 1 can be fastened to a hose. The baffle plate 2 has a section 5 which widens continuously with increasing distance from the fastening part 4. Accordingly, the greater the distance from the fastening part 4, the greater the width of the baffle 3 in this section 5. The section 5 is adjoined on its widest side or on a side of the baffle plate 2 or the baffle surface 3 or the section 5 opposite the fastening part 4, by an end section 6, the width of which at the connection point of the end section to the section 5 corresponds to that of the section 5. The width of the end section 6 remains at least constant with increasing distance from the fastening part 4 or it again decreases as in the distributor element 1 shown in FIG. 1. While an edge of the baffle 3 or of the end section 6 opposite the fastening part 4 is designed free of limitations, the baffle 3 is bordered by lateral guide edges 7. These extend from the fastening part 4 as far as the boundary-free edge of the end section and are formed at opposite lateral edge sections of the baffle 3 leading away from the fastening part 4 and angled towards the same. Consequently, both the widening section 5 and the end section 6 of the baffle 3 are laterally framed by the guide edges 7.A longitudinal axis of the elongate fastening part 4 is provided at an angle with respect to the baffle plate 2 or its baffle plate 3, so that the fastening part 4 extends at an angle to the baffle plate 3 starting from one side or from one end of the baffle plate 2. A recess 8 with a concavely curved inner surface is formed on the fastening part 4. A fixing element in the form of a cylindrical pin 9 protrudes from the inner surface of the recess 8. Instead of the pin 9, the fixing element can also be designed as a barb 9 a, which is illustrated by the dashed circles in FIG. 1. Furthermore, a slot-shaped through-opening 10 which is open on both sides is formed in the fastening part 4, said through-opening extending transversely through the fastening part 4 running parallel to the baffle 3.The distributor element 1 shown in FIG. 1 can be attached to hoses through which a flowable substance can flow, and specifically preferably to towing hoses of a towing hose or towing shoe distributor. More specifically, the distributor element 1 is provided for attachment to an end section of such hoses, in which an open end of the end section has a outlet for the flowable substance from the hose.In FIG. 2, the distributor element 1 is shown in a state in which it is connected to a hose 11. The hose 11 is provided for the transport or flow of flowable substances, such as liquid liquid manure, which flow through the hose 11. An end section 12 of the hose 11, which has an outlet opening or outlet opening or outlet 13, through which substances which flow through the hose 11 can flow out of the hose 11, is accommodated in the concavely curved recess 8 of the fastening part 4 of the distributor element 1. Due to the special shape of the recess 8, which corresponds to an outer contour of the end section 12 of the hose 11, the fastening part 4 rests positively or flush against the end section 12 of the hose 11. The pin 9 formed in the recess 8 of the fastening part 4 projects through an opening formed in the end section 12 and not visible in FIG. 2 and thereby prevents, in the manner of a latching connection, an undesired displacement of the fastening part 4 or of the distributor element 1 with respect to the hose 11.As a result of the pin 9 inserted into the opening, which is not visible in FIG. 2, in combination with the hose clamp 14, a firm and secure hold of the distributor element 1 on the hose 11 or on the end section 12 of the hose 11 is ensured, which also resists strong lateral stresses.Furthermore, the angle between the longitudinal axis of the elongate fastening part 4 and the baffle plate 2 or its baffle plate 3 ensures that the baffle plate 3 crosses a jet direction of the flowable substance flowing out of the outlet 13 after fastening the distributor element 1 to the end section 12 of the hose 11. In other words, when the flowable substance flows through the hose, the substance exits the outlet 13 as a jet, impinges on the baffle 3 and is widened by the baffle 3 in the process. Both when impacting the baffle 3 and when flowing away from the outlet 13, the flowable substance distributes itself over the entire width of the baffle 3; when the section 5 overflows, it expands ever further, the greater its distance from the fastening section 4 and thus from the outlet 13, since the width of the section 5 of the baffle 3 increases with increasing distance from the fastening section 4 or the outlet 13. The lateral edge sections 7 prevent the flowable substance from flowing out or overflowing laterally over the baffle 3. After flowing over the end section 6, the fabric finally flows down from the baffle 3 or from the distributor element 1 via the non-enclosed edge of the end section 6. If the end section 6 has a constant width in a direction away from the fastening section 4 or the outlet 13, the fabric flows down from the distributor element with the abovementioned maximum achieved width. However, if the width of the end section 6 decreases somewhat in this direction, as in the case of the distributor element 1 of FIG. 1, this takes place with a correspondingly smaller width. The flow of the outflowing substance is thus more focused and defined above all in lateral directions. Thus, by means of the distributor element 1, on the one hand, the largest possible wetting of the greenland or field soil by the flowable substance is achieved. In addition, this wetting takes place in a controlled manner as a result of the end section 6 and the lateral edge sections 7 enclosing the baffle surface 3, which not only makes it possible to exactly meet the legal requirements with respect to the maximum permitted wetting of the surface, but also to eliminate these requirements as much as possible. Thus, for example, in the case of a tow hose or tow shoe distributor, a plurality of vertically suspended end sections of hoses are provided, which are arranged staggered at equal distances from one another transversely to the direction of travel of the tow hose or tow shoe distributor. In order to achieve the maximum possible wetting of the floor surface of 50% with flowable substance with such a tow hose or tow shoe distributor, the suspended end sections of the hoses are provided with respective distributor elements 1. The width of the distributor elements 1 or of the baffle 3 is selected such that the greatest width thereof is in each case at most half the distance between two adjacent end sections. At a distance of the end sections 6 or a tube distance of 25 cm, this corresponds to a maximum width of 12.5 cm. This also corresponds to the width of the flow with which the flowable substance has detached from the baffle 3 provided that the end section 6 of the baffle 3 would have a constant width. However, since the flowable substance runs somewhat when impacting on the ground or on plants in practice, the width of the flow of the substance flowing down from the impact surface 3 is reduced to 11 cm by means of the end section 6 of tapering configuration. A rule of thumb can be that, in order to calculate the maximum width of the end section 6, first half the tube distance is calculated. 1.5 cm is subtracted from the resulting value. The tolerance for the value thus obtained is 0.5 cm.The claims now filed with the application and later filed are without suggestion for achieving further protection. If it is found here, upon closer examination, in particular also of the relevant prior art, that one or the other feature is favourable for the object of the invention, but is not of decisive importance, then a formulation is naturally already desired which no longer has such a feature, in particular in the main claim.
