Description

[0001] The invention relates to a transmission with a housing part and hollow shaft.

[0002] It is generally known that a gearbox is designed with a housing part.

[0003] From the WO 2020 / 164715 A1 The closest state of the art is a drive arrangement with an electric drive.

[0004] From the WO 2020 / 249255 A1 A gear motor is known.

[0005] From the DE 10 2015 105 243 A1 A drive arrangement with a ventilation duct is known.

[0006] From the DE 10 2018 001 086 A1 a drive is known. From the EP 2 646 714 A1 A gearbox with a gearbox cover is known.

[0007] The invention is therefore based on the object of developing a robust transmission.

[0008] According to the invention, the object is achieved in the transmission according to the features specified in claim 1.

[0009] The advantage here is that an additional angular contact bearing can be attached, making the gearbox more robust, particularly against high axial forces that are introduced on the load side via the output shaft.

[0010] In an advantageous embodiment, the area covered by the output shaft in the axial direction overlaps with the area covered by the hollow shaft in the axial direction, wherein the area covered by the external gearing in the axial direction is encompassed by the area covered by the hollow shaft in the axial direction, in particular wherein the axial direction is aligned parallel to the direction of the axis of rotation of the hollow shaft. It is advantageous in this case that the shaft part is inserted into the hollow shaft and can be screw-connected to the output shaft inserted into the hollow shaft on the other side of the hollow shaft. In this way, axial clamping of the output shaft against the hollow shaft is possible.

[0011] In an advantageous embodiment, the area covered by the output shaft, together with the area covered by the shaft part in the axial direction, encompasses the area covered by the hollow shaft in the axial direction, in particular, wherein the axial direction is aligned parallel to the direction of the rotational axis of the hollow shaft. It is advantageous in this case that the output shaft is inserted into the hollow shaft and connected in a rotationally fixed manner by means of the toothed areas, but the shaft part is inserted into the hollow shaft from the other side and screwed into the output shaft.

[0012] In an advantageous embodiment, the output shaft, the hollow shaft, and the shaft part are aligned coaxially with each other, in particular with the shaft part being designed as a hollow shaft. This is advantageous in that the output shaft extends the hollow shaft, so to speak, allowing the angular contact bearing to be mounted.

[0013] In an advantageous embodiment, a shaft nut is screwed onto a further external thread area of the shaft part, which contacts the hollow shaft, in particular with the shaft nut acting as a lock nut. This provides the advantage of providing an efficient, robust shaft lock.

[0014] In an advantageous embodiment, the inner ring of the angular contact bearing rests against a step of the output shaft. This is advantageous because the angular contact bearing can be clamped when the flange part is mounted to the intermediate part. Independently of this, a bearing tension can be created for the hollow shaft bearings accommodated in the housing part by connecting a cover part to the housing part, so that the outer ring of one of the bearings is positioned against this cover part.

[0015] In an advantageous embodiment, the outer ring of the angular contact bearing is housed in the flange part and rests against the intermediate part. This is advantageous because the angular contact bearing can be clamped when the flange part is mounted to the intermediate part. The bearing tension of the two hollow shaft bearings housed in the housing part can be adjusted separately, i.e., independently.

[0016] In an advantageous embodiment, a shaft seal is housed in the intermediate part, which seals against the hollow shaft. This is advantageous because different lubricants or different lubricant levels can be provided in the interior of the gearbox or in the area of the angular contact bearing. For example, a lubricating grease can be provided in the angular contact bearing and an oil in the interior.

[0017] In an advantageous embodiment, an additional shaft seal is housed in the intermediate part, which seals against the output shaft. This is advantageous because no lubricant can penetrate the connection area between the output shaft, hollow shaft, and shaft part into the external environment.

[0018] In an advantageous embodiment, a gear of the transmission is mounted on the hollow shaft and is connected to the hollow shaft in a rotationally fixed manner. The advantage here is that the hollow shaft transfers a high torque from the output gear stage of the transmission and makes it available to the driven load even when axial force is present on the load side.

[0019] In an advantageous embodiment, the area covered by the gear in the axial direction overlaps with the area covered by the output shaft in the axial direction. Preferably, the overlap is true, so that there is an area covered by the gear that is not covered by the output shaft. The gear thus protrudes axially beyond the output shaft.

[0020] In addition, the area covered by the gear in the axial direction overlaps with the area covered by the shaft part in the axial direction, particularly in the axial direction, so that there is an area covered by the gear that is not covered by the shaft part. Thus, the gear protrudes axially beyond the shaft part.

[0021] The advantage here is that stability is increased because the gear acts as a connecting element.

[0022] According to the inventionA radial bore is arranged in the flange part, in which a pressure compensation element, in particular a vent valve, is located. This is advantageous because pressure equalization with the ambient air takes place, thus preventing the seal integrity of the shaft seals from being compromised by excessive overpressure.

[0023] According to the invention A further radial bore is provided in the flange part, spaced circumferentially from the radial bore, in which a transparent window is accommodated, in particular, the transparent window functioning as an inspection window, in particular as an oil sight glass. The advantage here is that the lubricant level can be monitored.

[0024] In an advantageous design, the angular contact bearing is designed as a tapered roller bearing or spherical roller bearing. This has the advantage of being able to absorb high axial forces.

[0025] In an advantageous embodiment, the intermediate part has a centering collar that rests against the bearing mount of a bearing on the hollow shaft. This is advantageous in that precise alignment is achieved.

[0026] In an advantageous embodiment, the gear unit is an angular gear unit, in particular such that the axial force introduced on the load side is oriented perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the input shaft. This is advantageous because a high axial force can be absorbed on the output side of an angular gear unit.

[0027] In another advantageous embodiment, the transmission is a parallel-shaft transmission, in particular such that the axial force introduced on the load side is aligned parallel to the rotational axis of the input shaft. The advantage here is that a high axial force can be absorbed on the output side of a parallel-shaft transmission.

[0028] Further advantages emerge from the dependent claims. The invention is not limited to the combination of features in the claims. Further possible combinations of claims and / or individual claim features and / or features of the description and / or the figures will become apparent to those skilled in the art, particularly from the problem and / or the problem posed by comparison with the prior art.

[0029] The invention will now be explained in more detail using schematic illustrations: In the Figure 1 An additional axial bearing of a transmission according to the invention is shown in section. Figure 2 An angle gear with axial bearing is shown in an oblique view. Figure 3 A parallel shaft gearbox with the axial bearing is shown in an oblique view.

[0030] As in Figure 1As shown, the gearbox has a gear 5 that is non-rotatably connected to the output shaft of the gearbox. The output shaft is designed as a hollow shaft 1.

[0031] The gear 5 is connected to another, in the Figure 1 not shown toothed part in engagement, so that the gear 5 with this toothed part forms the last gear stage of the transmission.

[0032] The hollow shaft 1 is rotatably supported by a first bearing 4, which is accommodated in the housing part 7, and by a second bearing 6, which is accommodated in the housing part 7.

[0033] An output shaft 13 is at least partially inserted into the hollow shaft 1 for a rotationally fixed connection to the hollow shaft 1. The output shaft 13 preferably has an externally toothed toothing region 15, in particular a splined toothing region, which is inserted into an internally toothed region of the hollow shaft 1. The toothed regions extend in the axial direction.

[0034] To secure the output shaft 13, the output shaft has an internal thread at its end portion facing the interior of the transmission, into which the external thread portion 16 of a shaft part 3, in particular a hollow shaft part 13, is screwed. The shaft part 3 is inserted into the hollow shaft 1 from the side of the hollow shaft 1 facing away from the output shaft 13.

[0035] The external thread area 16 and the corresponding internal thread area of the output shaft 13 cover an area in the axial direction that is completely encompassed by the area covered in the axial direction by the hollow shaft 1. Thus, the screw connection between the shaft part 3 and the output shaft 13 is arranged within the hollow shaft 1.

[0036] Likewise, the area covered by the gear 5 in the axial direction includes the area covered by the screw connection in the axial direction.

[0037] The output shaft 13 is rotatably mounted via an angular contact bearing 14, the inner ring of which is positioned against a step of the output shaft 13. The outer ring of the angular contact bearing 14 is axially positioned against an intermediate part 8, which is pressed against the housing part 7 of the gearbox by screws.

[0038] The bearing 6 for supporting the hollow shaft 1 is accommodated in a bearing receiving bore of the housing part 7 of the gearbox. The intermediate part has a centering means, in particular a centering collar and / or centering ring, with which it is centered on the bearing receiving bore.

[0039] On the side of the intermediate part 8 facing away from the housing part 7 of the gearbox, the flange part 12 is arranged, which is connected to the intermediate part 8 by means of screws and accommodates the angular contact bearing 14.

[0040] The intermediate part 8 contains a shaft sealing ring which seals against the output shaft 13.

[0041] In addition, a shaft sealing ring 9 is accommodated in the intermediate part 8, which seals against the hollow shaft 1.

[0042] As in Figure 2As shown, the angular contact bearing 14, including the intermediate part 8, flange part 12, and output shaft 13, can be provided on a gearbox designed as an angular gear. Thus, a high axial force can be absorbed on the load side and dissipated via the housing part 7.

[0043] As in Figure 3 As shown, the angular contact bearing 14, including the intermediate part 8, flange part 12, and output shaft 13, can alternatively be provided on a gearbox designed as a parallel shaft gear. Thus, a high axial force can be absorbed on the load side and dissipated via the housing part 7.

[0044] As shown in the figures, the radial bore 10 is closed with a vent valve. This allows pressure equalization between the interior of the transmission and the environment. The vent valve can be designed as a pressure equalization element.

[0045] As in the Figures 2 and 3As shown, a radially continuous recess on the flange part 12 is closed with an inspection window 20, in particular an oil sight glass. This allows the oil level to be monitored.

[0046] For filling oil, the recess closed with the inspection window 20 can also be used after removing the inspection window 20 or the radial bore 10 after removing the vent valve.

[0047] Thus, the oil level in the area of the angular contact bearing 14 can be maintained at the prescribed level and monitored.

[0048] Instead of oil, another lubricant, such as grease or lubricating grease, can also be used.

[0049] Due to the shaft seals 9 accommodated in the intermediate part 8, a different lubricant can be used within the transmission, particularly for the gear 5, than for the angular contact bearing 14. This allows for optimization of the lubricants.

[0050] A third radial bore 17, which is closed by an oil plug, allows lubricant to be drained after the oil plug has been removed.

[0051] In further embodiments according to the invention, the housing part 7 is made of two or more parts which are connected, for example by screwing and / or by welding. List of reference symbols
