Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a crusher assembly for a jaw crusher with a crushing arm and a crushing jaw on the crushing side of which teeth are formed.
[0002] Jaw crushers are a well-known and widely used technology. They are employed to crush mineral rock or recycled material, such as that generated during road construction or building demolition. Jaw crushers are also used in a variety of other applications, such as slag processing.
[0003] A jaw crusher has a crushing assembly that uses one stationary and one movable jaw. These two jaws are arranged at an angle to each other, creating a converging gap. The material to be crushed can be fed into this so-called crushing mouth. The material is fed continuously via suitable conveying equipment. It can happen that, for example, a particularly large boulder is fed into the crushing mouth. With jaw crushers known from the prior art, bridging can sometimes occur. In this case, the boulder rests on the conveying equipment on one side, while the other side is supported by the upper edge of the jaw. It can then no longer fall into the crushing mouth. In this case, the boulder must be lifted with a lifting device and manually maneuvered into the crushing mouth. The movable crusher jaw is mounted on a movable crushing arm. The crushing arm is continuously driven by a motor, performing a lifting motion towards the crushing mouth. This lifting motion crushes the material held between the two crusher jaws in the crushing mouth. The resulting fragments then fall out of the crushing mouth and can be transported away using suitable means, such as conveyor belts. The crusher jaws are subjected to considerable stress during operation and must be replaced when they reach their wear limit. To minimize machine downtime, the crusher jaws must be easy to replace.
[0004] The object of the invention is to provide a crusher assembly with a crushing arm and a crushing jaw mounted thereon, which is designed to be wear-optimized and enables reliable crusher operation.
[0005] This problem of the invention is solved by the features of claim 1. Accordingly, a crusher assembly for a jaw crusher is proposed, comprising a crushing arm and a crushing jaw, wherein teeth are formed on the front face of the crushing jaw and wherein the crushing jaw has end surfaces at its opposite ends. A clamping piece with a clamping surface acts on one end surface. Furthermore, the crushing jaw is supported by a support surface on a clamping element, wherein the clamping piece and the clamping element are interchangeably connected to the crushing arm. Due to the interchangeability of the clamping piece and the clamping element, these components can be easily replaced in the event of damage.According to the invention, the crusher arm has a head section with a bearing, in particular a rotary or pivot bearing, at its end region facing the clamping piece, and the crusher jaw covers at least part of the area of the crusher arm in front of the pivot bearing. The crusher jaw is thus extended upwards out of the crusher mouth and protects the area of the crusher arm in front of the pivot bearing. Furthermore, this measure effectively prevents the aforementioned blockage of the crusher mouth. In particular, no disruptive edges are formed against which a large rock fragment can become lodged. Instead, even such rock fragments slide reliably into the crusher mouth.
[0006] A simple design can be achieved, for example, by having the support surface formed by the end surface facing away from the clamping piece on the breaking jaw.
[0007] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the crushing jaw has a base body comprising a head and a foot, with the clamping element attached to the foot and the clamping piece to the head. This allows the crushing jaw to be manufactured with minimal effort. Alternatively, the crushing jaw can also have a base body comprising a head and a foot, with the clamping element attached in an intermediate area between the head and foot, and the clamping piece to the head. This reduces the clamping length and thus enables reliable fixation of the crushing jaw. A further advantage is the reduction in the overall length of the crushing jaw, allowing for a more compact design. If it is further provided that fastening screws are used to secure the clamping piece, which are inserted into screw receptacles of the head part, and that the screw receptacles are arranged on the side facing away from the foot part above the bearing in the head part, then the screws for fastening the jaw breaker are removed from the wear-prone area and protected.
[0008] For reliable clamping of the jaw, the clamping piece may be provided with screw receptacles through which the fastening screws are passed, and the screw receptacles in the head part may be designed as through holes through which the fastening screws are passed and then secured with a nut.
[0009] According to one variant of the invention, simple and reliable assembly of the crushing jaw can be achieved by the clamping piece having a clamping surface on opposite sides, the crushing arm having a projection with an inclined surface arranged on it, and the clamping piece being supported on the inclined surface with a clamping surface.
[0010] In this context, it may also be provided that the attachment is integrally formed on the head of the crushing arm and is located above the pivot bearing on the side facing away from the base. The clamping element is thus largely removed from the material feed area and therefore protected from wear.
[0011] A crusher assembly according to the invention can be configured such that the clamping element has a plug-in socket with which it can be interchangeably inserted into a socket in the crusher arm, the plug-in socket preferably being of a strip-like shape. A positive-locking connection is formed between the plug-in socket and the socket, through which the clamping forces during the attachment of the crusher jaw can be reliably transmitted. Furthermore, this positive-locking connection enables reliable absorption of the operating forces. The clamping element can also be easily replaced in case of wear. If the plug-in socket is of a strip-like shape, the clamping element can also be easily installed even in harsh construction site conditions. Moreover, high forces can be transmitted via the strip-like clamping element.
[0012] A simple design for the clamping element is possible if it is designed to carry a support element on a connecting piece, and this support element forms a clamping surface that acts on the corresponding support surface of the crushing jaw. Furthermore, the use of the connecting piece contributes to a strength-optimized design. The connecting piece is subjected to elastic deformation when the crushing jaw is clamped. The clamping of the crushing jaw can be carried out in such a way that the connecting piece retains a certain degree of residual elongation. In this way, a safety margin is created that reliably absorbs the oscillating alternating stresses that occur during operation and act on the clamping element.
[0013] Preferably, the connecting piece may have a front-facing deflecting surface that is at an angle greater than 180° to the front surface of the crushing jaw formed by the teeth. With this design and arrangement of the deflecting surface, the clamping element is optimized for wear, because the broken fragments falling out of the crushing jaw can then no longer, or only to a minimal extent, affect the clamping element.
[0014] According to one embodiment of the invention, the crushing jaw can be reliably held on the crushing arm in a simple manner if the crushing arm has a support surface on which the crushing jaw rests with its rear side, if at least one projection is arranged in the area of the support surface, which is inserted into a recess in the crushing jaw, and if preferably the recess completely encloses the projection in a direction transverse to the plane of the support surface. Because the recess completely encloses the projection, its displacement in the plane of the support surface is limited. Apart from a certain permissible degree of play, this results in a positive locking connection of the crushing jaw to the crushing arm.
[0015] Advantageously, it can be provided that a projection is arranged in the area of the headboard and the footboard.
[0016] Another crusher assembly according to the invention can be configured such that the teeth are rib-shaped and extend from the first end surface to the second end surface, that each tooth forms a central section followed by two end sections, with each end section terminating in the region of an end surface, that a transition section is formed between the central section and at least one of the end sections, and that the grooves formed between the teeth in the region of at least one transition section angle towards the support surface. The angled grooves also result in a greater tooth height and consequently a larger available wear volume on the teeth, thus improving service life.
[0017] A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the clamping element is held in the area of the support surface of the crushing arm and is at least partially covered by the crushing jaw. In this embodiment, the clamping element is protected behind the crushing jaw and thus shielded from abrasive wear.
[0018] For the purpose of reliably fixing the jaw, it is advantageous if the clamping element is held in the area of the foot part.
[0019] A simple design for the crushing jaw can be achieved if the crushing jaw has a clamping receptacle on its back into which the support element of the clamping element engages, and if the clamping receptacle forms the support surface.
[0020] The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. The drawings show: Figure 1In a perspective side view, a crusher assembly with a crushing arm 10 and a crushing jaw 30, Figure 2 the crusher assembly according to Figure 1 in side view, Figure 3 the crushing arm 10 according to the Figure 1 and 2 in perspective side view, Figure 4 the Brechbacke 30 in perspective side view, Figure 5 the crushing jaw 30 according to Figure 4 in perspective view from behind, Figure 6 the choking reflex according to the Figures 4 and 5 View from the right Figures 7 and 8 a further elaboration of a crowbar in perspective views and Figure 9 and 10 A crushing arm in perspective view, designed to receive the crushing jaw according to the Figures 7 and 8 .
[0021] Figure 1This shows a crusher assembly as used in a jaw crusher for crushing mineral rock, in recycling, slag processing, etc. Such jaw crushers typically use a fixed crushing jaw and the... Figure 1 The movable crusher assembly shown is used. A crushing chamber (also called crushing mouth) is formed between the fixed crushing jaw and the movable crusher assembly, which tapers towards a crushing gap. How Figure 1 As shown, the crusher assembly has a crushing arm 10 on which the crushing jaw 30 is mounted. Figure 3The crushing arm 10 is shown in a separate view, i.e., without the crushing jaw 30. As this illustration shows, the crushing arm 10 has a base body 13 to which a head section 11 and a foot section 14 are integrally formed at the top and bottom, respectively. The head section 11 is equipped with a pivot bearing 12. The pivot bearing 12 has an eccentric shaft, the eccentric part of which is supported in rolling bearings of the head section 14, and which forms the pivot axis. The eccentric shaft projects from both sides of the head section 11 with bolt-shaped projections forming the central part, as shown. Figure 3As can be seen in this drawing, a receptacle 15 is provided in the area of the base 14. The receptacle 15 forms a plug-in receptacle 15.4 in the form of a groove cut into the base 14. The groove extends across the entire width of the crushing arm 10. A support surface 15.2 adjoins the plug-in receptacle 15.4 directly. It is also conceivable that the support surface 15.2 adjoins the plug-in receptacle 15.4 indirectly, for example via a transition section. Spaced-apart screw receptacles 15.3 are incorporated into the support surface 15.2. The free end of the crushing arm 10 terminates in an end section 15.1. A flat support surface 16 is arranged in the area above the receptacle 15. A projection 17 extends from the support surface 16 in the area of the head 11 and the base 14. The projection 17 is connected in one piece to the crushing arm 10.It is also conceivable to design the projections 17 as interchangeable parts that can be connected to the crushing arm 10. The crushing arm 10 further features a projection 18 in the area of the head section 11. The projection 18 extends from the head section 11 and projects beyond the plane formed by the support surface 16. Below the projection 18, openings or pockets 16.1 are machined into the support surface 16 for the purpose of weight reduction. Between the projection 18 and the openings 16.1, a region is arranged in which screw receptacles 18.3 are located.
[0022] As mentioned above, the breaking arm 10 can be connected to the breaking jaw 30. The design of the breaking jaw 30 can be described in more detail below. Figures 4 to 6As these illustrations show, the crushing jaw 30 has a wall 31. Teeth 33 project from the wall 31. The teeth 33 are ridge-like in shape. They extend across the entire front surface of the crushing jaw 30. Accordingly, they run between the two end faces 35 of the crushing jaw 30. The teeth 33 have interruptions 34, which, for example, can be designed as slots, as in the present embodiment. The interruptions 34 improve the strength properties of the teeth 33, such that they allow the individual segments of the teeth 33 to expand. Accordingly, the interruptions 34 allow longitudinal expansion of the teeth 33 without generating excessive stress in the crushing jaw 30. The vertically extending teeth 33 are arranged parallel to one another, so that grooves 32 or gaps are formed between the teeth 33. The teeth 33 have a midsection 33.2 and, adjoining each of these at their ends, end sections 33.1. The middle sections 33.2 and the grooves 32 run parallel to the support surface 16 of the crushing arm 10. In the area of the end sections 33.1, the grooves 32 run at an angle to the support surface 16, as is shown in particular . Figure 2 This can be seen. Accordingly, the grooves 32 in the transition area 36, where the end sections 33.1 connect to the middle sections 33.2, are angled towards the support surface 16.
[0023] Out of Figure 5It is evident that longitudinal webs 38 and transverse webs 37 are integrally formed on the rear side of the wall 31 of the crushing jaw 30. Both the longitudinal webs 38 and the transverse webs 37 are spaced parallel to each other. This creates a grid of recesses 39. The sides of the transverse webs 37 and the longitudinal webs 38 facing away from the wall 31 form a common contact surface. The geometry of the recesses 39 is adapted to the shape of the projections 17 of the crushing arm 10. The shape is designed such that, when the crushing jaw 30 is mounted, each projection 17 engages in its corresponding recess 39. The corresponding areas of the transverse webs 37 and the longitudinal webs 38 completely enclose the projection 17.
[0024] On both sides, i.e., towards the top and bottom of the crushing jaw 30, fastening elements 40 in the form of suspension eyes are molded. A lifting harness can be attached to the fastening elements 40, with which the crushing jaw 30 can be transported.
[0025] To assemble the crushing jaw 30, a clamping element 20 is first connected to the receptacle 15 in the area of the base 14. The clamping element 20 has a plug-in extension 21 in the form of a rib. A connecting piece 22 is integrally formed with the plug-in extension 21. The connecting piece 22 carries a support element 23 on its side facing away from the plug-in extension 21. The support element 23 forms a clamping surface 25. Furthermore, the support element 23 has a deflection surface 24. The deflection surface 24 is at an angle greater than 180° to the front surface of the crushing jaw formed by the teeth (33).
[0026] The clamping element 20 can be inserted into the socket 15.4 of the crushing arm 10 with its plug-in extension 21. The clamping element 20 can then be fastened to the crushing arm 10 with screws. The screws are inserted through screw receptacles of the clamping element 20. These screw receptacles are aligned with the screw receptacles 15.3 of the crushing arm 10. In the assembled state, the clamping element 20 rests with the underside of its plug-in extension 21 on the upper side of the wall bordering the socket 15.4. Figure 2This creates a positive-locking connection between the clamping element 20 and the crushing arm 10 in the direction of gravity, between the plug-in end 21 and the plug-in receptacle 15.4. After the clamping element 20 has been mounted, the crushing jaw 30 can be attached to the crushing arm 10. The crushing jaw 10 is placed onto the support surface 16 of the crushing arm 10 with its contact surface formed by the longitudinal webs 38 and the transverse webs 37. The projections 17 of the support surface 16 engage in the corresponding recesses 39 of the crushing jaw 30. Since the recesses 39 now completely enclose the projections 17, lateral displacement of the crushing jaw 30 relative to the crushing arm 10 in the plane of the support surface 16 is prevented, apart from a permissible sliding clearance. At the same time, the crushing jaw rests with its end surface 35 facing the foot part 14 on the clamping surface 25 of the support element 23. How Figure 2As can be seen, the clamping surface 25 runs at an angle of less than 90° to the support surface 16. The end surface 35 of the crushing jaw 30 is inclined accordingly. Once the crushing jaw 30 has been attached to the crushing arm 10 as described above, it can be secured with a clamping piece 50. The clamping piece 50 is strip-shaped and has screw holes. A clamping surface 51 and 52 are located on the upper and opposite lower surfaces of the clamping piece 50, respectively. Figure 2 As can be seen, the clamping surfaces 51, 52 run at an obtuse angle to the support surface 16. The upper clamping surface 51 rests against the inclined surface 18.1 of the projection 18. The lower clamping surface 52, on the other hand, rests against the upper end surface 35 of the crushing jaw 30. The screw receptacles of the clamping piece 50 and the corresponding screw receptacles 18.3 (see Figure 3Fastening screws 53 can be passed through the crushing arm 10. The threaded portions of the fastening screws 53 protruding from the screw receptacles 18.3 can be secured with nuts 18.4 (see Figure 1 When the fastening screws 53 are tightened, the clamping surfaces 51, 52 shift on the associated inclined surface 18.1 and the associated end surface 35, respectively, creating a wedge effect due to the angle of the surfaces. This wedge effect allows the crushing jaw 30 to be clamped, clamping the crushing jaw 30 against the clamping surface 25 of the clamping element 20. Since the clamping surface 25 and also the clamping surface 52 are now at an acute angle to the support surface 16, as shown by this Figure 2As can be seen, when the clamping piece 50 is tightened, a force component is simultaneously generated in the direction of the support surface 16. Accordingly, the crushing jaw 30 is clamped between the clamping piece 50 and the clamping element 20 and simultaneously pulled onto the support surface 16. This ensures that the crushing jaw 30 is held against the crushing arm 10 without play. As mentioned above, the projections 17 engage in the corresponding recesses 39 of the crushing jaw 30. Since the recesses 39 now laterally limit the projections 17, lateral displacement of the crushing jaw 30 relative to the crushing arm 10 is prevented in the assembled state (apart from a permissible offset clearance).
[0027] As the Figures 2 and 3As can be seen, the screw receptacles 18.3 extend above the bearing 12. This allows the crusher jaw 30 to be pulled beyond the bearing area 12 of the head section 11. It protects, in particular, the associated area of the crusher arm 10. Additionally, this ensures that the clamping piece 50 is removed from the area of the crusher mouth. Consequently, unlike in some prior art designs, rock fragments can no longer act upon the clamping piece 50. The clamping piece 50 is therefore no longer damaged, ensuring that the crusher jaw 30 can always be easily replaced. Furthermore, the extended crusher jaw 30 eliminates the edge in the inlet area of the crusher chamber, as was the case in prior art designs. This prevents bridging and material blockages and ensures a continuous material flow. The prescribed crusher arrangement also has the advantage that the clamping element 20 is replaceable. In particular, it can therefore be easily replaced with a new clamping element 20 if damaged, without having to modify the crushing arm 10. It has also proven advantageous that the clamping element 20 has a deflector surface 24. This largely prevents the crushed rock material from being drawn into the crusher opening. As a result, wear in the area of the support element 23 is minimized.
[0028] During operation, the crushing jaw 30 is subjected to high stress in its lower region, i.e., in the area of the tapered crushing gap. When the crushing jaw 30 reaches its wear limit in this area, the clamping piece 50 can be released and the crushing jaw 30 lifted off the crushing arm 10. It can then be rotated 180° and reinstalled on the crushing arm 10. This is made possible, in particular, by the fact that the two end surfaces 35 are angled at the same angle relative to the support surface 16. According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the crushing jaw 30 is also designed to be symmetrical about its central transverse plane for installation in the 180° rotated position.
[0029] In the Figures 7 to 10 An alternative embodiment of a crusher assembly is shown. This crusher assembly again features a crushing arm 10 and a crushing jaw 30. The design of the crusher assembly according to the Figures 7 to 10is essentially identical to the design of the crusher assembly according to the Figures 1 to 6 The preceding explanations have been carried out. Reference can therefore be made to the above statements. To avoid repetition, only the differences will be discussed below.
[0030] How Figures 7 and 8 As shown, the crushing jaw 30 has a wall 31 with teeth 33 and intervening grooves 32. The crushing jaw 30 again has a central section 33.2 and end sections 33.1 adjoining it on both sides. End surfaces 35 are again provided on opposite sides of the crushing jaw. The end surfaces 35 are again angled at the same angle to the support surface 16, so that the crushing jaw 30 can be mounted on the crushing arm 10 rotated by 180°. On the reverse side, as shown, Figure 7The longitudinal and transverse webs 37 and 38 are used, which again form a grid of recesses 39. The longitudinal and transverse webs 37 and 38 again form a bearing surface for support on the support surface 16 of the crushing arm 10. Figure 7As can be further seen, special recesses are provided in the upper and lower areas of the crushing jaw 30, with these special recesses forming clamping receptacles 39.1. In the present embodiment, two clamping receptacles 39.1 are provided, one on each side of the crushing jaw 30. Of course, it is also conceivable to use only one clamping receptacle 39.1 or several clamping receptacles 39.1. A special recess 39 is provided between the clamping receptacles 39.1. This recess 39 is slightly wider than the other recesses 39 of the grid. Support surfaces 35.1 form the clamping receptacles 39.1. These support surfaces 35.1 are angled to the bearing surface of the crushing jaw in order to enable clamping of the crushing jaw 30 to the crushing arm 10 in conjunction with clamping elements 20. The clamping elements 20 are in Figure 10 shown.
[0031] Figure 9This shows that the crushing arm 10 provides receptacles for the clamping elements 20. These receptacles are recessed into the support surface 16 of the crushing arm 10. Each receptacle forms a plug-in receptacle 15.4. A projection 17 is provided between the two receptacles. This projection 17 corresponds to the prescribed recess 39 of the crushing jaw 30, which is located between the two clamping receptacles 39.1. Accordingly, this projection 17 can be inserted into these recesses 39, being enclosed on all sides by areas of the longitudinal and transverse webs. In the present embodiment, a projection 17 is used only in the area of the base part 14 of the crushing arm 10. Of course, similar to the embodiment according to the Figures 1 to 6 Additionally or alternatively, a projection 17 may be present in the area of the head section 11 on the breaking arm 10. The clamping elements 20 can be inserted into the receptacles, as shown here. Figure 10 The clamping elements 20 again have a plug-in connection that is inserted into the plug-in receptacle 15.4. A connecting piece 22 is attached to the plug-in connection. The connecting piece 22 has screw receptacles. These screw receptacles are aligned with threaded receptacles in the crushing arm 10. The clamping element 22 can thus be interchangeably mounted on the crushing arm 10 by means of fastening screws. The connecting piece 22 has a support element 23 on its side facing away from the plug-in connection. The support element 23 projects beyond the support surface 16.
[0032] The connecting piece 22 does not protrude beyond the support surface 16, but is either flush with the surface or recessed in the receptacle. However, it is also conceivable that the clamping element 20, with a correspondingly designed rear side of the breaker jaw, protrudes slightly beyond the support surface 16. The support element 23 forms the clamping surface 25.
[0033] In the area of the foot section 14 of the crushing arm 10, an end piece 60 is installed. This end piece 60 is inserted into the receptacle 15 of the crushing arm 10, which is also described above in relation to the Figures 1 to 7 This was explained in more detail. The end piece 60 has a plug-in socket 61 and an extension 62. The plug-in socket 61 is inserted into the plug-in receptacle 15.4. The extension 62 rests on the support surface 15.2. This makes it possible to implement two different mounting options for a crusher jaw 30 on one and the same crusher arm 10, as a kit. Of course, alternatively, no separate connecting piece 60 can be provided, but its contour can be integrally molded onto the crusher arm 10.
[0034] For mounting the jaw according to the Figures 7 and 8The jaw 30 is placed with its back side onto the support surface 16 of the crushing arm 10. The clamping elements 20 engage with their support element 23 in the corresponding clamping receptacle 39.1. The support surfaces 35.1 then come into contact with the clamping surfaces 25 of the clamping elements 20. Due to the angled position of the clamping surfaces 25 relative to the support surface 16 and the corresponding angle of the support surfaces 35.1, the crushing jaw 30 slides onto the support surface 16 as soon as it is placed onto the clamping element 20. The clamping piece 50 is again used to fix the crushing jaw 30. The clamping of the crushing jaw 30 is carried out in the same manner as described above. Figures 1 to 6 described. In this process, a clamping force is generated again via the clamping piece 50, which pulls the breaking jaw 30 against the clamping piece 20 and simultaneously presses it onto the support surface 16.
[0035] As described above, an end piece 60 is installed in the area of the foot section 14. The crushing arm 10 is designed to engage both the crushing jaw 30 according to Figures 7 and 8 , as well as a crushing jaw 30 in the construction according to Figures 4 to 6 to be able to absorb it. Should the crushing jaw 30 therefore be constructed according to the Figures 4 to 6 The clamping elements 20 are attached to the crushing arm 10 according to Figure 10 disassembled. The clamping element 20 is used in place of the end piece 60, according to... Figure 1 and 2 attached to the mounting point 15. The crushing jaw 30 can now be constructed according to the following method. Figures 4 to 6 Place it on the mounted clamping element 20 and tighten it with the clamping piece 50. It is immediately clear that the crushing jaw 30 is of course designed according to the Figures 4 to 6The rear side must have a recess 39 which must be adapted to the shape of the projection 17. Therefore, the user has the choice of which type of crushing jaw 30 he wants to install on the crushing arm 10.
