Description

[0001] Arrangement of a modular interior system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances on at least one platform

[0002] The present invention relates to an arrangement of a modular interior design system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances on at least one platform according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0003] Such arrangements of two or more pieces of furniture or household appliances on a platform are known, for example, from DE 103 117 97 A1 or DE 202010014601 U1.

[0004] The first-mentioned document discloses a movable or movable modular room unit for creating a room, which makes it possible, for example, to arrange standing shelves one behind the other and to move them linearly as required via rollers that can be moved on a guide rail, thus making different functionalities accessible depending on the open aisle between adjacent room units.

[0005] The second-mentioned document describes a variably coupled seating group with several seat shells mounted on bases which are coupled to one another via a central base and are thus arranged so as to be pivotable relative to one another around the central base.

[0006] The object of the present invention is to improve an arrangement of a modular interior design system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances on at least one platform in such a way that the platform can in principle be positioned at a fixed location and the modules of an interior design system for rooms placed on such a platform or the furniture or household appliance placed within the modular interior design system for rooms can be aligned in different positions.

[0007] This object is achieved by an arrangement having the features of claim 1. The inventive arrangement of a modular interior fitting system for rooms consisting of at least two pieces of furniture or household appliances on at least one platform is designed such that the at least one platform has a base and a support element mounted so as to be movable both translationally and rotationally relative to the base.

[0008] The base and the support element have mutually facing flat bearing areas. Guide cam tracks are arranged in one of the bearing areas, and guide elements guided in or along the contours of the guide cam tracks are arranged in the other of the bearing areas, so that the support element is at least partially positively guided relative to the base, rotatable in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and movable in a predetermined translation direction.

[0009] The guide cam tracks are shaped in such a way that when a moment acts on the support element, the support element can be moved from an initial position via an intermediate position in which the support element is rotated relative to the base in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and displaced in the translation direction, by further rotating in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and displacing against the translation direction into an end position congruent with the initial position.

[0010] The angle of rotation of the support element to achieve the congruent position is equal to the quotient of 360° and a natural number that is greater than 1 and less than 9.

[0011] With such an arrangement, it is possible to move the at least one platform in a simple manner from a starting position via an intermediate position into a congruent final position in a space-saving manner.

[0012] The combined translational-rotational movement carried out with the aid of the platforms is generally carried out in such a way that at no point in the movement sequence does one of the modules enter the space occupied by a second module.

[0013] Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims. According to an advantageous embodiment, load-bearing sliding or rolling elements are attached to an underside of the support element facing the base.

[0014] The sliding or rolling elements allow for a change in the position of at least one platform with minimal effort. Furthermore, such a platform with load-bearing sliding or rolling elements is suitable for supporting multiple modules of an interior system, thus supporting even larger masses.

[0015] According to a preferred embodiment, the sliding or rolling elements are accommodated in respective pockets of the support element.

[0016] This allows the height of the structure consisting of the base and supporting element to be reduced.

[0017] According to an advantageous further development, components of the modular interior fitting system for rooms are arranged distributed on at least two separate platforms, wherein adjacent platforms are positioned relative to one another in such a way that the translation directions of the adjacent support elements are unequally aligned.

[0018] This allows for different arrangements of the interior system's modules relative to one another. For example, it is possible to arrange two modules designed as seating elements in a first position so that they face each other for a meeting or conversation between the people sitting on them, and in a second position so that the seating elements are positioned facing away from each other.

[0019] According to a further preferred embodiment, adjacent platforms are positioned such that they abut one another along at least a partial length of a side edge in their initial position and in the final position rotated by the angle of rotation and multiples of the angle of rotation.

[0020] Such contact between the side edges of adjacent platforms enables, for example, reliable locking of the adjacent platforms in the desired end positions. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the adjacent platforms are arranged with support elements with a square contact surface in such a way that the support elements, in their initial position and in their rotated end positions after moving through an angle of 90°, 180°, or 270°, abut one another along at least a partial length of a side edge of the respective support element.

[0021] According to a preferred development, the mutually contacting edges of adjacent support elements engage with each other in a force-locking or form-locking manner.

[0022] According to a further embodiment, the at least one platform has a movement storage device with which the translational-rotational movement of the support element relative to the base is supported.

[0023] Such a movement memory enables the user to adjust the position of at least one platform and, with it, the modules positioned thereon or a module of the interior fitting system to a desired end position with little effort.

[0024] In a further embodiment, the at least one support element can be driven by a motor, hydraulically or pneumatically at least in some areas.

[0025] According to a further embodiment variant, at least one vertically extending partition wall is arranged on the at least one support element.

[0026] The partition wall is preferably arranged along one of the side edges.

[0027] With the help of such a partition wall, for example, room areas can be divided into different segments by changing the position of the respective supporting element, or they can be combined into a single room separated from other areas. It is also conceivable to add a roof-like extension.

[0028] In a preferred embodiment, exactly one piece of furniture is arranged on the at least one support element. In a further embodiment, exactly one room unit with a plurality of modules of the interior design system is arranged on the at least one support element.

[0029] Such a room cell can, for example, be functionally furnished, for example as a work space with an office chair, desk and shelf, while another supporting element can be furnished adjacently as a relaxation area, whereby a common large room section can be created by different orientations of the respective supporting elements or, depending on requirements, the office area can be separated from the relaxation area by a partition wall.

[0030] To support the translational-rotational movement of the support element relative to the base, the support element has at least three, preferably five guide elements.

[0031] In a further preferred embodiment, the guide elements are designed as control rollers, preferably crowned control rollers.

[0032] The guide elements are preferably guided in open guide curves.

[0033] According to a preferred embodiment, at least three of the guide elements are always in contact with the guide cam tracks during the translational-rotational movement.

[0034] According to an alternative embodiment, during the translational-rotational movement, at least two of the guide elements are always in contact with the guide cam tracks and one of the guide elements is in contact with a closed translational guide track, which additionally supports the movement of the support element in the translational direction.

[0035] According to a further design variant, the guide elements are arranged on a common frame fixed to the support element to simplify assembly.

[0036] According to a further preferred embodiment, the support element has at least four sliding or rolling elements, which thus serve to reliably support the support element. The load-bearing sliding or rolling elements are preferably mounted outside an overlap area with the base and within the platform.

[0037] It is also conceivable that at least two load-bearing sliding or rolling elements protrude from the surface of the base facing the supporting element for additional support, which provide additional support of the supporting element on the base in the event of deflection of the supporting element due to a large weight load and thus continue to ensure that the platform runs smoothly.

[0038] According to a further development of the arrangement according to the invention, end positions and / or the movement of the at least one support element can be detected by sensors.

[0039] For sensory detection, according to a preferred development, sensor elements are arranged on or near at least one of the platforms or at least one of the modules of the modular interior system.

[0040] Examples of possible sensor elements include pressure sensors, touch sensors, brightness sensors, motion sensors, temperature sensors, and compass sensors.

[0041] The arrangement preferably further comprises a functional floor on which the base is arranged and on which the sliding or rolling elements can slide or roll. Furthermore, such a functional floor eliminates the need to mount the base on the existing floor and ensures good sliding or rolling behavior regardless of the roughness of the floor. Furthermore, this prevents damage to the floor.

[0042] According to further advantageous embodiments, the translation direction is oriented orthogonally to the interface when the base is arranged parallel to a single interface, for example, a room wall or other piece of furniture or a fixed partition wall. Near a corner formed by two orthogonally meeting interfaces, the translation direction is oriented in the direction of an angle bisector to the angle enclosed by the two room walls. Preferred embodiments are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0059] 22 to 28c) Top views of arrangements with several platforms with partition walls in different positions relative to each other or relative to an interface.

[0060] In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the platform, base, support element, spatial unit, furniture, and the like chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as limiting; i.e., these references may change due to different working positions or mirror-symmetrical design, etc.

[0061] Figures 1 to 4 show a first exemplary arrangement of modules of an interior fitting system. The modules in Figures 1 and 2 consist of two pieces of furniture 6 arranged on a respective platform 1, each comprising a seating element 61 with a seat surface 62 and a backrest 63 framing the seat surface 62 on two sides, which is framed on both sides by a storage area 64 and a partition wall 66, as well as a further seating element 7, which is fixedly positioned between the two pieces of furniture 6.

[0062] Below the storage surface 64, as shown in Figure 5, there may be an additional storage space 65, which is accessible or inaccessible depending on the position of the furniture 6. Preferably, a recessed handle 67 is located on the outside of the upper area of the partition wall 66 for easy movement of the furniture 6. Alternatively, a table or other furniture element can be arranged between the two pieces of furniture 6.

[0063] The seating element 7 is equipped with feet 71. The two pieces of furniture 6 are mounted on a platform 1, which allows the furniture 6 to be moved into different relative positions through a predetermined simultaneous rotation and translation. This allows users to easily adjust different seating options / directions according to a desired situation.

[0064] Thus, in the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the furniture 6 are aligned facing each other, with the seating element 7 arranged between them.

[0065] In Figure 2, the left of the two pieces of furniture 6 is rotated 90° clockwise, while the right piece of furniture 6 is positioned rotated 180°. The seating element 7 arranged between the two pieces of furniture 6 remains stationary in its location when the furniture 6 is moved from the positions shown in Figure 1 to the positions shown in Figure 2 with the aid of the platforms 1. The combined translational-rotational movement performed with the aid of the platforms 1 generally occurs in such a way that at no point during the movement sequence does the furniture 6 enter the space occupied by the seating element 7.

[0066] Figures 3 and 4 show a plan view of further positioning options, in this case of modules of an interior fitting system consisting of four pieces of furniture 6 and two stationary tables 8, in which the pieces of furniture 6 are again arranged on a respective platform 1.

[0067] Figure 5 shows an exploded view of the structure of the platform 1 on which the furniture 6 is arranged.

[0068] The platform 1 has a base 2 and a support element 3 mounted so as to be movable both translationally and rotationally relative to the base 2.

[0069] The base 1 and the supporting element 3 can essentially be made of sustainable raw materials, in particular wood.

[0070] The furniture 6 is placed on a supporting area 31 of the supporting element 3 and is preferably fixed thereon.

[0071] The base 2 and the support element 3 have mutually facing flat bearing areas 22, 32. The bearing area 32 of the support element 3 can also be formed by a separate element, for example in the form of a box 33 or cylinder as shown in Figure 6. Guide cam tracks 23 are arranged in one of the bearing areas 22, 32, here in the bearing area 22 of the base 2. Guide elements 4 are arranged in the other of the bearing areas 22, 32, here in the bearing area 32 of the support element 3, as shown in Figure 6.

[0072] With the guide elements 4 guided in the guide cam tracks 23 or on contours of the guide cam tracks 23, the support element 3 is at least partially positively guided relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation Ri, F and movable in a predetermined translation direction Ai, A2.

[0073] In the preferred embodiment shown here, the movement in the translation direction Ai, A2 is additionally supported by a guide cam track 24 in the base 2.

[0074] The guide cam tracks 23 are overall shaped in such a way that when a moment acts on the support element 3, the support element 3 can be moved from an initial position (for example the positions of the furniture 6 shown in Figure 1) via an intermediate position in which the support element 3 is rotated relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation Ri, R2 and displaced in the translation direction Ai, A2, by further rotating in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation Ri, R2 and displacing against the translation direction Ai, A2 into an end position which is congruent with the initial position (for example the positions of the furniture 6 in Figure 2).

[0075] A rotation angle a of the support element 3 to achieve the congruent position corresponds to the quotient of 360° and a natural number n that is greater than 1 and less than 9.

[0076] In the embodiments shown in the figures, the number n = 4, which is particularly suitable for support elements 3 with a square support area 31. When selecting n = 4, it is also conceivable in principle to use a support element 3 with a support area 31 designed as an equilateral octagon. In principle, for example, a triangular design of the surface of the support area 31 of the support element 3 is also conceivable, in which n = 3, so that congruent positions would be reached after a rotation angle a of 120 or 240° has been covered.

[0077] For n = 5, the supporting element 3 would have a supporting area 31, designed as an equilateral pentagon, with rotation angles a of 72°, 144°, 216°, 288°.

[0078] The selection of a surface of the support area 31 as a hexagon, heptagon or octagon with correspondingly calculated angles of rotation a is also conceivable in principle.

[0079] As further shown in Figures 5 and 6, load-bearing sliding or rolling elements 5 are attached to an underside of the support element 3 facing the base 2.

[0080] The sliding or rolling elements 5 can, as shown by way of example in Figures 1, 2, 5 and 6, be fastened outside an overlapping area with the base 2, so that the sliding or rolling elements 5, as shown in Figure 1, stand on a floor and thus the load on the piece of furniture or household appliance standing on the support element 3 does not have to be supported solely via the base 2.

[0081] As further illustrated in Figures 20 and 21, it is also conceivable to provide a functional floor 110 beneath the base 2, 120, which is placed on the floor of the room and on which the sliding or rolling elements 5 slide or roll. This enables improved sliding or rolling ability, regardless of the condition, particularly the roughness, of the floors.

[0082] As further illustrated in Figure 6, the support element 3 preferably has at least four sliding or rolling elements 5, which are preferably arranged near the corner regions of the support element 3. The sliding or rolling elements 5, designed here as rollers, are attached to the bearing area side of the support element 3 via receptacles 51, as illustrated in Figure 6.

[0083] As further shown in Figure 6, the support element 3 has at least three, preferably five, guide elements 4. The guide elements 4 are preferably designed as control rollers, preferably crowned control rollers.

[0084] On an underside of the base 2 facing away from the storage area 22, a foot 21 is preferably arranged, in particular molded, which serves as a support surface for the base 2. The base 2 is thus fixedly positioned on a floor and remains in place throughout the entire translational-rotational movement of the platform 1, wherein the support element 3 with the modules arranged thereon or the module arranged thereon moves relative to the base 2.

[0085] An alternative embodiment of such a base 120 and an alternative support element 130 coupled thereto is shown in Figures 15 to 19.

[0086] In this embodiment, the support element 130 is constructed in several parts, with a first plate forming the support region 131, which is provided with slots in its corners and whose side edges are folded over towards the base 120. As Figures 16 and 17 show, the folded edges 132 serve to accommodate a second plate of the support element 130, the underside of which forms the bearing region 134. Alternatively, the support element 130 can also be constructed in one piece and have a flexible cover in the support region 131, wherein the flexible cover protrudes beyond the support region 131 and forms folded edges 132 that laterally cover the support element 130. Pockets 135 are formed in this second plate or in the one-piece support element 130, which serve to accommodate the sliding or rolling elements 5.

[0087] This has the advantage that the height of the structure of the support element 130 in the z-direction can be significantly reduced compared to the embodiment shown in Figures 5 and 6.

[0088] The plate forming the bearing area 134 is preferably framed on the circumference with a damper 133 relative to the plate forming the support area 131. The damper 133 is preferably designed as an elastic band in order to cushion impacts caused by objects being placed on the support area 131 within the support element 130. In a one-piece design of the support element 130, the damper 133 surrounds the support element 130 on the circumference and is covered by the cover. For this purpose, a damper receptacle 136, here in the form of a step, is formed on the circumference of the second plate forming the bearing area 134, into which the damper 133 can be inserted. Likewise, in a one-piece support element 130, a damper receptacle 136, for example in the form of a step, would be formed on the circumference. Alternatively, the damper 133 can also be secured to the support element by gluing or other fastening elements.

[0089] As further shown in Figure 16 and Figure 17, in this embodiment the guide elements 4 are arranged on a common frame 11 fixed to the support element 130.

[0090] The guide elements 4 arranged on this frame 11 are guided in partially open guide cam tracks 23, 123, both in the embodiment shown in Figures 16 and 17 and in the embodiment according to Figures 5 and 6. Only the guide cam track 24, 124 determining the translation direction A1, A2 is designed as a closed guide cam track.

[0091] Furthermore, at least three of the guide elements 4 are preferably in contact with the guide cam tracks 23, 24, 123, 124 during the guided translational-rotational movement.

[0092] The frame 11 is fixed to the bearing area 134 of the support element 130.

[0093] As further shown in Figures 18 and 19, at least two load-bearing support elements 12 are preferably arranged protruding from the surface of the base 120 facing the support element 130.

[0094] In the embodiment shown in Figures 18 and 19, the load-bearing support elements 12 are designed as ball rollers, with a holding element fixed in the bearing area 122 and the ball accommodated therein.

[0095] The support elements 12 are positioned in the vertical direction z such that, under low or medium loads, a gap remains between the bearing area 134 of the support element 130 arranged above them, as shown by way of example in Figure 19. Only under high loads on the support element 130 do the support elements 12 provide additional support for the support element 130, thereby ensuring continued smooth movement of the platform 1.

[0096] In the embodiment shown in Figures 15 to 18, the sliding or rolling elements 5 are fixed via fastening plates 52 on the side of the bearing area 134 or the support element 130 facing away from the base 2.

[0097] The fastening plates 52 have a larger surface area than the pockets 135 of the support element 130.

[0098] A further embodiment of such a base 2 is shown in Figures 7 to 10.

[0099] Figures 7 to 10 show the structure of a spatial cell 9, which is arranged on the platform 1 consisting of base 2, 120 and support element 3, 130.

[0100] The contact area of the base 2, 120 and the support element 3, 130 are here, viewed in their area parallel to the plane of a floor 102, significantly larger than the support element 3, 130 and the base 2, 120 of the variant shown in Figures 1 to 6.

[0101] The room cell 9 is here equipped with modules of an interior fittings system in the form of a work area 91, which in the example shown consists of a table 911, an office chair 912, and several shelves 94.

[0102] The shelves 94 are integrated here into the partition walls 96 that delimit the room cell 9, the outer walls of which preferably end flush with the side edges of the base 2.

[0103] Furthermore, it can be seen in Figure 7 that these partition walls 96 are formed integrally with the support element 3, 130.

[0104] It is of course also conceivable that the partition walls 96 comprising the shelves 94 are formed separately and are mounted on the support element 3, 130 on the support area 31. With the aid of the platform 1, consisting of the base 2, 120 and the support element 3, 130, the spatial unit 9 can also be moved both translationally and simultaneously rotationally from a corner of a room 10, which is delimited here by boundary surfaces in the form of room walls 101.

[0105] Figures 8-10 show the end positions of the spatial cell 9, each rotated 90° counterclockwise.

[0106] As shown in Figure 8, for example, a foldable bed 95 is mounted in the wall at the rear of one of the boundary walls of the room unit 9. A further shelf 94 is arranged above the bed 95. This final position allows the room 10 to continue to be used as a work space, while also creating a sleeping / resting area 92 separated by one of the partition walls 96.

[0107] In the final position of the room unit 9 shown in Figure 9, the room unit 9 is rotated so that the work area 91 is inaccessible. The sleeping / resting area 92 with the bed 95 is still accessible. In the embodiment shown here, the rear side of the partition wall 96 of the room unit 9 is designed as a media wall 93.

[0108] Accordingly, in the final position of the room unit 9 shown in Figure 10, the work area 91 is accessible again. The sleeping / rest area 92 is not accessible here, since the corresponding partition wall 96 adjoins one of the room walls 101 of room 10.

[0109] Figures 11 to 14 show a further embodiment of an arrangement according to the invention, in which a first group of modules of an interior fitting system, here in the form of a furniture group, is arranged on a first platform 1 and a second furniture group of a further interior fitting system is arranged on an adjacent second platform 1.

[0110] The room cell 9 located on the first of the platforms 1 is in turn configured as a sleeping / relaxing area 92, with a bed 95, a shelf 94, a media wall 93, a stool 913, and a table 911. Each of the two room cells 9 is further delimited on two sides by two partition walls 96 arranged at right angles to each other.

[0111] The right-hand room cell 9 according to Figure 11 is set up as a work area, with an office chair 912 placed on the support element 3, 130, a table 911, a container 914 and a shelf 94 placed on one of the two partition walls 96.

[0112] In the arrangement of the two platforms 1 shown in Figure 11, they are aligned so that the two spatial cells form a common large space.

[0113] In the final position shown in Figure 12, the position of the room cell 9 equipped with the sleeping / resting area 92 corresponds to the position shown in Figure 11.

[0114] The right of the room cells 9 is rotated by 90° counterclockwise by a translational rotational movement of the platform 1, so that the two room cells 9 now form two separate rooms separated from each other by one of the partition walls 96.

[0115] In the arrangement variant shown in Figure 13, the room cell 9 with the work area 91 corresponds to the final position shown in Figure 12. The left room cell 9 containing the sleeping / resting area 92 has been rotated 90° clockwise here, so that the sleeping / resting area 92 is separated from the work area 91 by two adjacent partition walls 96.

[0116] In the arrangement variant shown in Figure 14, the sleeping / resting area 92 is rotated according to Figure 13, whereas the working area 91 (right room cell 9) is moved back to the position shown in Figure 11.

[0117] As further illustrated by way of example in Figure 11, in which the modules of respective interior fitting systems shown here are distributed across at least two separate platforms 1, adjacent platforms 1 are positioned relative to one another in such a way that the translation directions Ai, A2 of the adjacent support elements 3, 130 are unequally aligned. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the translation directions Ai, A2 point in directions that differ from one another by 90°.

[0118] The adjacent platforms 1 are positioned such that they abut one another along at least a partial length of a side edge 34 in their initial position and in the final position rotated by the angle of rotation a and multiples of the angle of rotation a.

[0119] In the arrangements shown in Figures 11 to 14, respective side edges 34 of the support element 3, 130 are arranged adjacent to one another along the entire length of a respective side edge 34.

[0120] As can be further seen in Figures 11 to 14, in the adjacent platforms 1 shown here with support elements 3, 130 with a square contact surface, the platforms 1 are set up in such a way that the support elements 3, 130 in their initial position and in their final position rotated by an angle of 90°, 180° or 270° touch each other along at least a partial length of a side edge 34 of the respective support element 3, 130.

[0121] In order to further improve the fixation of respective end positions of adjacent platforms 1, it is conceivable that the mutually contacting side edges 34 of adjacent support elements 3, 130 engage with each other in a force-locking or form-locking manner.

[0122] To support the movement of the platform 1 or the platforms 1, it is further conceivable for the platform(s) 1 to have an energy storage device, for example in the form of a spring element or a damping element, with which the translational-rotational movement of the support element 3, 130 relative to the base 2, 120 is supported.

[0123] It is also conceivable that at least one of the support elements 3, 130 can be driven by a motor, hydraulically or pneumatically, at least in some areas.

[0124] The partition wall 96 preferably extends along one of the side edges 34 of the support element 3, 130 and can extend over at least a partial length of the side edge 34. It is also conceivable that sensors are arranged on the base 2, 120 and / or the support element 3, 130, with which respective end positions of the platform 1 and / or the movement of the support element 3, 130 relative to the base 2, 120 can be detected.

[0125] In addition to the chairs, tables, seating elements and shelves shown here, furniture also includes walls, in particular partition walls, which are placed or arranged on the supporting element 3, 130.

[0126] Such a sensor element can, for example, be designed as an actuating element which serves to deactivate a motor driving the support element 3, 130 and which is arranged on the base 2, 120 or the support element 3, 130 in such a way that the motor is deactivated shortly before reaching one of the end positions, so that the support element 3, 130 can pivot into the desired end position.

[0127] Such sensor elements enable monitoring and / or control of the usage of individual or all modules of an interior system. The usage data collected and stored using the sensors also enables optimized control of the modules.

[0128] The sensor signal(s) can also be used directly to secure the movement (safety queries) or to control the modules.

[0129] In the following, exemplary embodiments of such sensor elements are explained.

[0130] For example, a sensor element designed as a pressure sensor or several such pressure sensors can be arranged within the seat surface 62 of the seat element 61, shown in Figures 1 to 4, with which the use of the seat element 61 can be detected.

[0131] Alternatively or additionally, the arrangement of a temperature sensor with which the temperature of the seat surface 62 can be detected is also conceivable. A control unit connected to the temperature sensor can use the sensor signal to control a seat heater installed in the seat surface 62 of the seat element 61. It is also conceivable to arrange such a pressure sensor on the load-bearing sliding or rolling element 5 on the underside of the support element 3, 130 facing the base 2, 120, with which the use of the seat element 61 can be detected.

[0132] Sensors designed as touch sensors are advantageously mounted at various easily accessible locations on the partition walls 96 or shelves 94, as shown in Figures 7 to 14. Here, the sensor elements serve in particular to control the modules of the interior system, in particular their orientation.

[0133] It is also conceivable to arrange sensors designed as touch sensors in the vicinity of the platform 1, for example at a boundary surface, in particular the room wall 101 or the floor 102, preferably also for controlling the modules of the interior fitting system, in particular their orientation.

[0134] Another conceivable embodiment of a sensor element is a motion detection sensor or a brightness measurement sensor, particularly in the form of a camera, positioned near platform 1. Such a sensor element makes it possible, for example, to switch a light source on or off as needed.

[0135] The arrangement of a sensor element designed as a compass sensor on the platform 1 and / or on at least one module of the platform 1 enables sensor-controlled detection and, if necessary, alignment of the platform 1 in a room or the alignment of individual modules on the platform 1. Together with a timer, such compass sensors also make it possible to align the orientation of the platform or individual modules of the platform depending on a time.

[0136] Furthermore, the arrangement of a sensor element designed as a proximity sensor, for example in the form of an infrared sensor, on the platform 1 and / or on at least one module of the platform 1 is conceivable, with which, for example, an alignment of the platform 1 in a room, the alignment of individual modules on the platform 1 or, as in the example given above, an activation or deactivation of a functional element such as a light source is possible.

[0137] For example, a group of four seating elements 61 arranged on a platform 1 can form a conference position when aligned with one another during the day, while in the evening the four seating elements 61 are aligned with one another only in pairs.

[0138] It is also conceivable to use the above-mentioned sensor element variants on other modules or for purposes other than the examples given above.

[0139] With the platform 1 described above, a space-saving movement of a module of an interior fitting system or several such modules of an interior fitting system on one or more platforms 1 from a first defined (living) situation to a second or further defined (living) situation(s) is made possible in a simple manner and is carried out in a coordinated manner by the guide elements 4 and the guide cam tracks 23, 123.

[0140] The number and arrangement of the described platforms 1 with modular interior fittings system for rooms relative to each other or below each other are highly variable and can be optimally adapted to the available space conditions.

[0141] Without great effort, various usage scenarios of the modular interior fitting systems located on platforms 1 can be created by an organizing movement of platforms 1 and defined end positions can be reached.

[0142] As shown in Figures 22 to 28c, different configurations for different room uses can be created by arranging several partition walls 66 on individual platforms or with the furniture 6 arranged on the platform.

[0143] Thus, especially when considering boundary surfaces that limit the movement of the furniture 6, such as room walls 101, the modules of the modular interior design system can enable different configurations through different orientations. Instead of room walls 101, other boundary surfaces, such as other pieces of furniture 6 or fixed partition walls, can also be present.

[0144] Thus, by arranging partition walls 66 on the piece of furniture 6, for example a seating element 61, the piece(s) of furniture 6 can be arranged in a rotational position such that the piece(s) of furniture 6 are closed to two room walls 101 or other boundary surfaces arranged at right angles to one another, as shown in Figure 24a. Figure 24b shows the position of such a piece of furniture 6 open towards the room. Figures 25a and 25b show closed and open positions of two pieces of furniture 6 positioned next to one another, arranged on a single room wall 101 or another boundary surface, also in a closed (Figure 25a) and open (Figure 25b) position, respectively.

[0145] Arrangements with four pieces of furniture 6 arranged adjacent to one another are shown in Figures 26a and 26b as well as Figure 27, each with different rotational positions of the individual pieces of furniture 6.

[0146] Figure 28a to Figure 28c again show different rotational constellations of two pieces of furniture 6 arranged adjacent to each other, spaced from a room wall 101 or another boundary surface in different rotational constellations.
