This invention discloses a
blockchain-based online law
enforcement payment method, relating to the fields of
data transmission and access security. During the online fine-setting process, law
enforcement personnel, banks, and the administrative counterpart each create their own public-private key pairs. The process begins with law
enforcement personnel imposing online penalties on the administrative counterpart and encrypting the penalty amount, the law enforcement unit, the law enforcement personnel's and the administrative counterpart's public keys to form
ciphertext, which is then sent to the
bank. The
bank receives and decrypts this
ciphertext, encrypts the penalty amount, the law enforcement unit, and the law enforcement personnel's information to form
bank ciphertext, which is then sent to the administrative counterpart. The administrative counterpart receives and decrypts this bank ciphertext. Moving on to the
payment feedback process, the administrative counterpart encrypts the fine amount and the law enforcement personnel's public key to form
payment ciphertext, which is then sent to the bank. The bank receives and decrypts this payment ciphertext, confirms whether the fine amount has been deposited, and then encrypts the payment result to form ciphertext, which is sent to the law enforcement personnel. The law enforcement personnel receive and decrypt the bank's ciphertext to obtain the administrative counterpart's payment result.
