[0085] The determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the different products tested is carried out using a method adapted to liquid media in 96-well plates. The MIC measurement study is carried out using GLYcoDiag technology, using the microbial strain Malassezia furfur (American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) Reference: 14521) as the organism. The cultures are reconstituted according to the instructions of the collection center supplying the reference strain. It is interesting to note that the soy unsaponifiable also has no inhibitory activity on M. furfur, thus demonstrating the specificity of the activity of the avocado unsaponifiable according to the invention.

Claims

Claims 1. Avocado unsaponifiable matter for use in the prevention and / or treatment of pathologies and disorders induced by a yeast of the genus Malassezia, said avocado unsaponifiable matter containing at least 50% by mass of furanic lipids, preferably at least 60% by mass, relative to the total mass of the avocado unsaponifiable matter.

2. Composition comprising avocado unsaponifiable matter for use in the prevention and / or treatment of pathologies and disorders induced by a yeast of the genus Malassezia, said avocado unsaponifiable matter containing at least 50% by mass of furan lipids, preferably at least 60% by mass, relative to the total mass of the avocado unsaponifiable matter.

3. Composition comprising avocado unsaponifiable matter for use according to claim 2, characterized in that the composition contains at least 0.25%, preferably 0.50% by mass of avocado unsaponifiable matter, relative to the total mass of the composition.

4. Unsaponifiable avocado for its use according to claim 1 or composition comprising unsaponifiable avocado for its use according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the pathologies and disorders induced by a yeast of the genus Malassezia are chosen from the group consisting of seborrheic dermatitis, in particular infantile seborrheic dermatitis such as cradle cap, pityriasis capitis, Malassezia folliculitis, pityriasis versicolor and dandruff.

Unsaponifiable avocado for use according to any one of claims 1 and 4 to 6 or composition comprising unsaponifiable avocado for use according to any one of claims 2 to 6, characterized in that the unsaponifiable avocado is capable of being obtained by a process comprising at least the following steps: i. a step of heat treatment of the avocado oil concentrate, advantageously carried out at a temperature of 60°C to 90°C, preferably 80°C, ii. a step of saponification of the avocado oil concentrate in the presence of an alkali ethanolic or aqueous solution of the soda or potash type, making it possible to obtain the unsaponifiable avocado, iii. optionally a step of precipitation of the soaps obtained in step ii., iv. at least one step of extraction of the product obtained in step ii. or iii. in which the unsaponifiable avocado is purified by liquid / liquid or solid / liquid extraction with at least 50% by volume of a solvent chosen from ethyl acetate, propyl acetate and butyl acetate, relative to the total volume of extraction solvents, and v. optionally an additional purification step of distillation and / or deodorization.

8. A process for preparing avocado unsaponifiable matter comprising at least the following steps: i. a step of heat treatment of the avocado oil concentrate, advantageously carried out at a temperature of 60°C to 90°C, preferably 80°C, ii. a step of saponification of the avocado oil concentrate in the presence of an ethanolic or aqueous alkali of the sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide type, making it possible to obtain the avocado unsaponifiable matter, iii. optionally a step of precipitation of the soaps obtained in step ii., iv. at least one step of extraction of the product obtained in step ii. or iii. in which the avocado unsaponifiable matter is purified by liquid / liquid or solid / liquid extraction with at least 50% by volume of a solvent chosen from ethyl acetate, propyl acetate and butyl acetate, relative to the total volume of extraction solvents, and v. optionally an additional purification step of distillation and / or deodorization.

9. Process for preparing the avocado unsaponifiable according to claim 8, wherein the extraction solvent of step iv. is ethyl acetate.
