Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Multifunctional inner cap and cosmetic container comprising such an inner cap Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of cosmetic packaging, and more particularly to a multifunctional inner cap and a cosmetic container comprising the inner cap. Prior art
[0002] In liquid cosmetic containers, an inner cap is usually placed on the opening of the bottle. When the brush rod is removed from the bottle and passes through the inner cap, the inner cap is used to scrape off the cosmetics adhering to the rod, in order to keep the rod clean. Thus, the inner cap only performs a scraping function, which makes it very limited in its functionality. Presentation of the invention
[0003] In order to overcome the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a multifunctional inner plug which, in addition to its scraping function, can be removably detached from the outer casing via a first connecting piece. Therefore, the inner plug has multiple functions and its connection with the outer casing is easy to achieve.
[0004] According to one aspect of the invention, a multifunctional inner plug comprises a plug body and a scraping zone. A first end of the scraping zone is fixedly connected to the plug body, and a second end of the scraping zone is free, thereby forming a scraping orifice. The outer wall of the plug body is equipped with a first connecting piece, which allows a removable connection with the outer casing. The inner wall of the plug body has a series of reliefs extending radially inward, and the outer wall of the plug body has a series of sealing ridges extending radially outward.
[0005] In one embodiment, the first connecting piece may comprise an external thread, reliefs or a notch.
[0006] In one embodiment, the outer wall of the plug body is equipped with a locking device, located between the first connecting piece and the sealing ridges.
[0007] In one embodiment, the locking device comprises a first rotation stop, arranged axially along the outer wall of the plug body, or projecting protrusions of the outer wall of the plug body, or grooves embedded in the outer wall of the cap body.
[0008] In one embodiment, the outer wall of the inner cap has steps projecting radially outward.
[0009] In one embodiment, the scraping zone has a conical structure, with a larger diameter at its first end than at its second end, and the second end of the scraping zone is provided with saw teeth.
[0010] The present invention also relates to a cosmetic container comprising the multifunctional inner cap, an outer cover, a brush rod, a brush head and a bottle body. A first end of the brush rod is fixedly mounted inside the outer cover, and the brush head is fixedly mounted at the second end of the brush rod. The inner cap is fixedly mounted on the opening of the bottle body, ensuring a seal between the inner cap and the bottle body. The brush rod is sealed connected to the inner cap. The outer cover is equipped with a second connecting piece, ensuring a connection between the outer cover and the inner cap via the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece.
[0011] In one embodiment, the first connecting element may be an external thread and the second connecting element may be an internal thread corresponding to the external thread; or the first connecting element may be a first ridge corresponding to a corresponding second ridge; or the first connecting element may be a ridge and the second connecting element may be a corresponding groove; or the first connecting element may be a groove and the second connecting element may be a corresponding ridge.
[0012] In one embodiment, the outer wall of the brush rod may be provided with a seal, the protrusion fits tightly with the seal, the brush rod is provided with a glue application ridge along its axis, the glue application ridge is integrally fixed to the outside of the lid by glue, the inner cap fits tightly with the sealing surface of the bottle body by the sealing ridge, so as to ensure a hermetic seal between the inner cap and the bottle body.
[0013] In one embodiment, the outer wall of the cap body and the inner wall of the bottle body are fixedly joined in the circumferential direction by a retaining member.
[0014] In one embodiment, the outer wall of the inner cap is provided with steps projecting outwardly in the radial direction, the bottle body is provided with a mounting portion, the steps engage the mounting portion to fix the inner cap inside the bottle body.
[0015] The advantages of the present invention are as follows.
[0016] 1) The outer wall of the inner cap of the present invention is provided with a first connecting member, while the outer cover is provided with a second connecting member. When the cover is closed on the inner cap, the first and second connecting members fit to removably connect the inner cap to the cover. Thus, in addition to its scraping function, the inner cap of the present invention can be detached from the cover through the connection between the first and second connecting members. Compared with the traditional detachable connection method between the cover and the bottle body in cosmetic containers, this reduces the difficulty of manufacturing and assembling the components of the cosmetic container.
[0017] 2) The outer wall of the brush rod of the present invention is equipped with a sealing gasket, while the inner cap is provided with a protrusion. The protrusion fits tightly with the sealing gasket to ensure the seal between the brush rod and the inner cap, which effectively prevents material leakage through the gaps between the brush rod and the inner cap. The inner cap is provided with a sealing ridge, while the bottle body is provided with a sealing surface. The sealing ridge fits tightly with the sealing surface to ensure a tight seal between the inner cap and the bottle body, thereby effectively preventing material leakage through the gaps between the inner cap and the bottle body. Thus, the cosmetic container has good sealing performance.
[0018] 3) The outer wall of the cap body and the inner wall of the bottle body are fixedly assembled in the circumferential direction by a retaining element. Thus, during use, the inner cap does not rotate relative to the bottle body and remains constantly arranged coaxially with it, which improves the stability and comfort of use of the cosmetic container. [0059] Example embodiment: As illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, a multifunctional inner plug comprises a plug body 110 and a scraping zone 120. A first end of the scraping zone 120 is fixedly connected to the plug body 110, while the second end of the scraping zone 120 is free and forms a scraping orifice 121. The outer side wall of the plug body 110 is provided with a first connecting element, adapted to be detachably connected to an outer cover 200. The inner side wall of the plug body 110 extends radially inward to form a relief 114, while the outer side wall of the plug body 110 extends radially outward to form a sealing ridge 113. Optionally, the sealing ridge 113 is arranged at the junction between the plug body 110 and the scraping zone 120. As illustrated in [Fig.7], when in use, the inner cap 100 according to the present invention is mounted on the opening of the bottle 500, and when the brush rod 300 and the brush head 400 pass through the inner cap 100, the scraping hole 121 of the inner cap scrapes excess material from the brush rod 300 and the brush head 400. The outer side wall of the inner cap 100 is provided with a first connecting member, and when the outer cover 200 is closed on the inner cap 100, it is fixed by means of the first connecting member, thereby sealing the brush rod 300 by means of the relief 114 of the cap body 110, and sealing the bottle 500 by means of the sealing ridge 113 of the cap body 110.Therefore, the inner cap of the present invention, in addition to its scraping function, is also removably connected to the outer cover through the first connecting member, which reduces the difficulty of manufacturing and assembling the components of the cosmetic container compared with the traditional method of detachable connection between the outer cover and the bottle body. The inner cap of the present invention ensures good sealing by superimposing with the sealing ridge of the bottle 500 and with the relief of the brush rod 300.
[0060] The first connecting element comprises an external thread 111, a protruding ridge or a locking groove. In one possible embodiment, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the first connecting element is an external thread 111, which is arranged on the outer side wall of the inner cap 100 in the circumferential direction, i.e., the inner cap is fixed to the outer cover 200 by screwing using the external thread 111; in another possible embodiment, the first connecting element is a protruding ridge, which is arranged on the outer side wall of the inner cap 100 in the circumferential direction, the protruding ridge protruding from the outer side wall of the inner cap, i.e., the inner cap is fixed to the outer cover 200 by snap-fitting using the protruding ridge; in another possible embodiment, the first connecting element is a locking groove, which is arranged on the outer side wall of the cap. inner 100 in the circumferential direction, the locking groove being embedded in the outer side wall of the inner cap, i.e., the inner cap is fixed to the outer cover 200 by snap-fitting using the locking groove.
[0061] The outer side wall of the cap body 110 is provided with a rotation stop device, which is located between the first connecting element and the sealing ridge 113. As illustrated in [Fig. 2], in one possible embodiment, the rotation stop device comprises a first rotation stop 112, which is axially arranged on the outer side wall of the cap body 110. Optionally, the outer side wall of the cap body 110 is provided with 3 to 8 first rotation stops 112, equally spaced from each other. The inner cap 100 is circumferentially fixed to the bottle 500 via the first rotation stops, which effectively prevents any rotation between the inner cap and the bottle, thus maintaining the inner cap and the bottle in a coaxial arrangement. In another possible embodiment, the rotation stopper comprises a protrusion that projects from the outer sidewall of the cap body 110. In another possible embodiment, the rotation stopper comprises a groove embedded in the outer sidewall of the cap body 110. Thus, the inner cap 100 may also be circumferentially secured to the bottle 500 via a protrusion or a groove.
[0062] As illustrated in [Fig.2], the outer side wall of the inner cap 100 is provided with a step 115 which projects radially outward. The step 115 is disposed on the outer side wall of the inner cap between the first rotation stop 112 and the first connecting element. By using the step 115 in combination with the bottle 500, the inner cap 100 is assembled onto the bottle 500 by an interference fit.
[0063] Optionally, the scraping area 120 has a conical structure, which means that the cross-section of the first end of the scraping area 120 is larger than that of the second end. When the cross-section of the scraping area 120 is circular, the diameter of the first end of the scraping area 120 is larger than that of the second end, and the second end of the scraping area 120 is provided with saw teeth. Thus, the presence of saw teeth on the scraping orifice 121 promotes scraping efficiency. The side wall of the scraping area 120 has a curved, sloping, or wavy cross-section in the axial direction. When the side wall of the scraping area 120 is curved, the scraping area 120 has an overall bowl-shaped structure. When the side wall of the scraping zone 120 is sloped, the scraping zone has an overall truncated cone-shaped structure. When the side wall of the scraping zone 120 has a . corrugated structure, the scraping zone 120 has an overall structure similar to a corrugated tube. Of course, the scraping zone can also have a semi-spherical, ellipsoidal or any other irregular shape.
[0064] As illustrated in Figures 3-10, a cosmetic container comprises a multifunctional inner cap 100, an outer cover 200, a brush rod 300, a brush head 400, and a bottle body 500. The first end of the brush rod 300 is fixed to the outer cover 200, and the brush head 400 is fixed to the second end of the brush rod 300. The inner cap 100 is fixed to the opening of the bottle body 500 and forms a hermetic seal therewith. The brush rod 300 also forms a hermetic seal with the inner cap 100. The outer cover 200 is provided with a second connecting piece, and the outer cover 200 and the inner cap 100 are connected to each other by a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece. As illustrated in [Fig.7], during assembly, the outer cover 200, the brush rod 300 and the brush head 400 are fixed together, the inner cap 100 is fixed to the opening of the bottle body 500, the brush rod 300 and the brush head 400 are inserted into the bottle body 500, and the outer cover 200 and the inner cap 100 are detachably assembled using the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece. Thus, in this invention, the features usually designed on the outer cover are integrated with the inner cap, which reduces the difficulty of coordination between the outer cover and the bottle body in the prior art.
[0065] In a first possible embodiment, as illustrated in [Fig. 2], the first connecting piece is an external thread 111, and, as illustrated in Figures 11 and 12, the second connecting piece is an internal thread 202 corresponding to the external thread 111. In a second possible embodiment, the first connecting piece is a first locking ridge, and the second connecting piece is a second locking ridge corresponding to the first locking ridge. In a third possible embodiment, the first connecting piece is a ridge, and the second connecting piece is a groove corresponding to the ridge. In a fourth possible embodiment, the first connecting piece is a groove, and the second connecting piece is a ridge corresponding to the groove. Thus, the inner cap 100 and the outer cover 200 can be fixed together by screwing or snapping.Of course, the inner cap and the outer cover can also be secured together by magnetism, press fit, or other commonly used means. As shown in Figures 11 and 12, the inner wall of the outer cover 200 is also provided with an unlocking ridge 201 and retaining teeth 203, and the open end of the outer cover 200 is provided with . several retaining teeth 203.
[0066] As illustrated in Figures 13 and 14, the outer wall of the brush rod 300 is provided with a gasket 302, and, as illustrated in [Fig. 7], the relief 114 tightly fits with the gasket 302 to seal between the brush rod 300 and the inner cap 100, thereby preventing materials from leaking through the gap between the brush rod and the inner cap. As illustrated in Figures 13 and 14, the brush rod 300 is provided with a glue application ridge 301 in the axial direction, and the glue application ridge 301 is attached to the outer cover 200 using glue, as illustrated in [Fig. 7]. The inner cap 100 is attached to the bottle body 500 in a sealing manner by tightly fitting with the sealing surface 502 of the bottle body using the sealing ridge 113.This prevents materials from leaking through the gap between the inner cap and the bottle body.
[0067] The outer side of the cap body 110 is fixedly assembled, in the circumferential direction, between the side wall of the bottle body 500 and a rotation stop piece. Thus, the inner cap 100 does not rotate relative to the bottle body 500. In a possible embodiment, the rotation stop piece comprises a first rotation stop 112 and a second rotation stop 501, as illustrated in [Fig. 2]. The outer side wall of the cap body 110 is provided with a first rotation stop 112 arranged axially, as illustrated in [Fig. 15]. The inner side wall of the bottle body 500 is provided with a second rotation stopper 501 which engages with the first rotation stopper 112. Thus, the inner cap 100 is circumferentially fixed between the cap body 110 and the bottle body 500 by the first rotation stopper 112 and the second rotation stopper 501.In another possible embodiment, the rotation stopper piece comprises a strip-shaped rib and a strip-shaped groove for receiving the strip-shaped rib. The strip-shaped rib is provided on the outer side wall of the cap body 110, while the strip-shaped groove is provided on the inner side wall of the bottle body 500, or the strip-shaped groove is provided on the outer side wall of the cap body 110, while the strip-shaped rib is provided on the inner side wall of the bottle body 500. Thus, the inner cap 100 is circumferentially fixed between the cap body 110 and the bottle body 500 by the strip-shaped rib and the strip-shaped groove. In another possible embodiment, the rotation stopper piece comprises protrusions and grooves for receiving the protrusions. The protrusions are arranged on the outer side wall of the cap body 110, while the grooves are arranged on the inner side wall of the bottle body 500, or the grooves are arranged on the . outer side wall of the cap body 110, while the protrusions are arranged on the inner side wall of the bottle body 500. Thus, the inner cap 100 is circumferentially fixed between the cap body 110 and the bottle body 500 by the protrusions and the grooves.
[0068] As illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the outer side of the inner cap 100 is provided with steps 115 that project radially outward. As illustrated in [Fig. 15], the bottle body 500 is provided with a mounting portion 503. The steps 115 engage with the mounting portion 503 to secure the inner cap 100 securely within the bottle body 500.
[0069] It should be noted that, for a person of ordinary skill in the art, several modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the idea of this application, and all such modifications are within the scope of protection of this application. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention should be determined according to the appended claims.
