Indeed, a rotation of the sleeve 60 relative to the reservoir 28 around the axis A14 of the cosmetic product refill 14 is not transmitted to the cap 46 of the cosmetic product refill 14. 1. A cosmetic product packaging device (10) comprising: - a cosmetic product refill (14) including: — a reservoir (28) adapted to contain cosmetic product, the reservoir (28) including a neck (40) provided with a thread (42), — a cap (46) including a thread (50) for being screwed onto the neck (40) of the reservoir (28), and — a sleeve (60) mounted freely for rotation around the cap (46), and - a cover (16) fixed to the cap, the cap (46) and the cover (16) including complementary reliefs (70, 72, 80) cooperating to make the cap (46) and the cover (16) rotationally fixed around the axis (A 14) of the thread (42) and the thread (50).

2. Packaging device (10) according to claim 1, wherein: - the plug (46) has a general cylindrical shape, extending along the direction of the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50), - the sleeve (60) has a general cylindrical shape, extending along the direction of the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50), the cylindrical surface of the sleeve (60) covering the entire cylindrical surface of the plug (46).

3. Packaging device (10) according to claim 2, wherein the plug (46) has at least one first relief (62; 64) in the vicinity of a first longitudinal end, the sleeve (60) has at least one second relief (66; 68), preferably in the vicinity of a first longitudinal end, the first and second reliefs (62, 64, 66, 68) cooperating to limit or even prevent the movement of the plug (46) relative to the sleeve (60), in a first direction along the direction of the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50).

4. Packaging device (10) according to claim 3, wherein one of the first and second reliefs is a radially projecting circular edge (62, 64) and the other of the first and second reliefs is a complementary circular recess (66, 68).

Packaging device (10) according to claim 3 or 4, in in which the plug (46) has at least a third relief (62; 64) in the vicinity of a second longitudinal end, the sleeve (60) has a fourth relief (66; 68), preferably in the vicinity of a second longitudinal end, the third and fourth reliefs (62, 64, 66, 68) cooperating to limit or even prevent the movement of the plug (46) relative to the sleeve (60), in a second direction along the direction of the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50), the second direction being opposite to the first direction.

6. Packaging device (10) according to claim 5, wherein one of the third and fourth reliefs is a radially projecting circular edge (62, 64) and the other of the third and fourth reliefs is a complementary circular recess (66, 68).

7. Packaging device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the reservoir (28) has at least one lug (44) received in a notch (94) in the cap (46) to hold the cap (46) in position, once screwed onto the reservoir (28).

8. Packaging device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the additional reliefs (70, 72, 80) comprise at least one first recessed relief (72), on one of the cap (46) and the hood (16) and at least one second complementary raised relief (80) on the other of the cap (46) and the hood (16).

Packaging device (10) according to claim 8, wherein the complementary reliefs (70, 72, 80) consist of a single first recessed relief (72), on one of the cap (46) and the hood (16), preferably on the cap (46), and a single second complementary raised relief (80) on the other of the cap (46) and the hood (16), preferably on the hood (16).

10. Conditioning device (10) according to claim 9, wherein the first and second reliefs (72, 80) are generally cylindrical in shape, extending along the direction of the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50), the first and second reliefs (72, 80) being of non-circular cross-section.

Packaging device (10) according to claim 8, wherein the additional reliefs (70, 72, 80) consist of at least one first recessed relief (72), preferably at least two first recessed reliefs (72), on one of the cap (46) and the cover (16), preferably also on the cap (46), and at least one second relief complementary protrusion (80) on the other between the plug (46) and the hood (16), preferably at least two second complementary protrusion (80) on the other between the plug (46) and the hood (16), preferably also on the hood (16), the at least one first recessed protrusion (72) and the at least one second protrusion (80) being offset with respect to the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50).

12. A conditioning device (10) according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein each second relief (80) is elastically fitted or press-fitted into an associated first relief (72).

13. Packaging device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the cap (46) is integral with an applicator element (55).

14. Packaging device (10) according to claim 13, wherein the applicator element (55) is connected to the cap (46) by means of a rod (57) so as to be received in the reservoir (28) when the cap (46) is screwed onto the neck (40).

15. Packaging device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 12, devoid of any cosmetic product application device and any cosmetic product dispensing device.

16. Packaging device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a base (15) formed of a casing (18) defining a housing (22) receiving the reservoir (28) of the recharging device (14).

17. Packaging device (10) according to claim 16, wherein the reservoir (28) and the casing (18) comprise additional elastic interlocking reliefs (24, 34, 36) for fixing the reservoir (28) in the housing (22) in the casing (18), in particular to limit or even prevent movement of the reservoir (28) in the housing (22) along the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50).

18. Packaging device (10) according to claim 16 or 17, wherein the reservoir (28) and the casing (18) comprise complementary reliefs (20, 30) cooperating to make the reservoir (28) and the casing (18) rotationally fixed about the axis (A 14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50).

Packaging device (10) according to claim 18, wherein the additional reliefs (20, 30) comprise ribs (20) on one of the tank (28) and the casing (18) and additional grooves (30) on the other between the reservoir (28) and the casing (18), the ribs (20) and the additional grooves (30) preferably extending parallel to the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50).

20. Packaging device (10) according to claim 19, in which the grooves (30) have a flared outlet (32).

21. Packaging device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the cap (46) comprises a sleeve (48) in which the tapping (50) is preferably made, and a cap head (52) rigidly fixed on the sleeve (48), for example by elastic fitting.

Cosmetic product refill (14) for packaging device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising: - a reservoir (28) adapted to contain cosmetic product, the reservoir (28) having a neck (40) provided with a thread (42), - a cap (46) having a thread (50) for being screwed onto the neck (40) of the reservoir (28), and - a sleeve (60) mounted freely for rotation around the cap (46), the cap (46) having a relief (70, 72) adapted to cooperate with a complementary relief (80) of a cover (16) of the packaging device (10) to make the cap (46) and the cover (16) rotationally fixed about the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the thread (50).

23. Cosmetic product refill (14) according to claim 22, wherein the cap (46) comprises a single relief (70, 72) of generally cylindrical shape, extending along the direction of the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapping (50), the single relief (70, 72) being of non-circular cross-section.

Cosmetic product refill (14) according to claim 22, wherein the cap (46) comprises at least one relief (70, 72), each relief (70, 72) being generally cylindrical in shape, extending along an axis parallel to the direction of the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapped hole (50), the axis of each relief (70, 72) being distinct from the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapped hole (50), the cap (46) preferably comprising at least a first and a second relief (70, 72), the first and second relief (70, 72) being symmetrical to each other with respect to the axis (A14) of the thread (42) and the tapped hole (50).
