Abstract

Underwear (1; 1A) comprising a band (10; 10A) for use as a waistband or back band, and at least one garment piece (2) which is capable of being removably attached to the band (10; 10A) by means of removable fastening (5), characterized in that the band (10; 10A) is an elastic band and in that the band (10; 10A) is of a defined size of underwear, and said at least one garment piece (2) is of at least a defined size of underwear and is capable of being distinct from the size of underwear of the band (10; 10A).

Description

Title of the invention: Clothing, in particular underwear, in several removable parts

[0001] The invention relates to a garment, in particular an undergarment in several removable parts.

[0002] The invention will be more particularly described with regard to panties and a bra.

[0003] Clothing or underwear made of several removable parts is known.

[0004] For example, there are bras whose cups are removable for the breastfeeding function. For such bras, the cups are each fixed by two snap fasteners on the front of the back (torso) band and by a snap fastener at the upper end of each strap according to a plurality of pressure element positions, as for example illustrated in patent US6319092. However, this design is not aesthetic at the level of the snap fastener at the upper end of the strap, in particular when wearing an overgarment which may be partly transparent, or quite simply because it causes extra thickness. In addition, if the user's back becomes slightly oversized during the breastfeeding period, she is obliged to change bra size and therefore to buy a new bra.

[0005] There are also garments such as one-piece swimsuits comprising a bottom and a top which are removable in order to be able to change style and / or size between the bottom and the top. For example, patent application WO2022067451 discloses a swimsuit whose bottom and top are coupled by fastening means in the form of zips with an interface and coupling portion which is elastic to facilitate the fastening of the two pieces. However, if the change of size remains possible between the top and the bottom, such a garment does not in reality allow it to adapt to all body shapes, in terms of the chest as well as the waist (hip size), buttocks, and the person's stature (height of the person).For example, when it comes to bottoms, a person with a narrow pelvis will of course not be the same size as a person with a wide pelvis, but two people with similar pelvis sizes may still need different panty sizes because one will be taller than the other. In addition, one may have a curvy buttocks while the other has a flat buttocks.

[0006] The invention therefore aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by proposing a garment, in particular an undergarment, which can adapt to all body shapes, both in size and in height, that is to say in terms of back circumference (circumference chest size), hip size, or cup size for each breast, or even crotch length, the garment must also be easy and quick to put on and use, and offer different styles.

As illustrated in [Fig.5], for the same size of hip band 10A, for example 38 according to a length T1, the same shape of covering piece 2 of panties will be presented in at least two different sizes with respect to the inseam length, in particular in at least two different inseam lengths L1 and L2 corresponding to two different heights such as S and L, or possibly even with front parts 20' and back 21' also adapted in width.The person can thus make their panties to their size, both in hip size, crotch and width of the covering piece, as well as also in style.

Underwear (1; IA; IB) comprising a band (10; 10A; 10B) functioning as a hip or back band, and at least one covering piece (2; 3A, 3B; 4) which is capable of being removably attached to the band (10; 10A; 10B) by removable attachment means (5; 33, 34), characterized in that the band (10; 10A; 10B) is an elastic band, and in that the band (10; 10A; 10B) is of a defined size of underwear while said at least one covering piece (2; 3A, 3B; 4) is of at least one defined size of underwear and is capable of being distinct from the size of underwear of the band (10; 10A; 10B).

Underwear according to claim 1, characterized in that the strip (10; 10A; 10B) and said at least one covering piece (2; 3A, 3B; 4) respectively comprise parts (50, 51) of mutually cooperating removable fastening means, preferably parts of press studs (50, 51) mutually cooperating as parts of removable fastening means (5).

Underwear according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the band (10; 10A; 10B) has a rear part (1 IA) and a front part (1 IB) and in that the parts (50) of removable fixing means of the band are arranged on the front part and / or the rear part, in a single group continuously over a given length and at a regular interval.

Underwear according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it consists of a bra (IB) and in that it comprises a back band (10B) and one or two covering pieces (3A, 3B), each covering piece forming an assembly comprising a cup and a strap (30), the two cups being able to be of different sizes, and preferably the cup and the strap being irremovable.

Underwear or garment according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is used by an individual by adapting the size of the band (10; 10A; 10B) and the size of said at at least one piece of clothing (2; 3A, 3B; 4) to the morphology of the individual at the level of the parts of the body on which the underwear or garment is worn.

A method of providing a user with an undergarment according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the user selects on the one hand, a garment size for the hip band (10A) or the back band (10B), and on the other hand, a garment size for said at least one piece of clothing (2; 3A, 3B; 4).
