[0051] In related art, the cleaning apparatus is, for example, a floor scrubber, the floor scrubber generally having a fresh water tank through which a cleaning fluid is supplied to the cleaning head of the floor scrubber while the cleaning head of the floor scrubber cleans the floor. The floor scrubber is generally replaced in the pile body after use and supported by the pile body. The cleaning head may, for example, be a cleaning roller having a bar-shaped cleaning surface, or a cleaning brush or a cleaning disc having a circular cleaning surface, etc.
[0052] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cleaning system comprises a cleaning apparatus 10 and a pile body 20, and the cleaning apparatus 10 may be a portable scrubber-dryer. It should be noted that the present disclosure develops the cleaning apparatus by means of a floor scrubber, which is only a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure and does not constitute a limitation of the scope of protection of the cleaning apparatus of the present disclosure, for example, the cleaning apparatus of the present disclosure may be a hand-held floor scrubber with a handlebar and manually operated by a user, and may also be an autonomously mobile floor cleaning robot with driving wheels, which can control the movement of the driving wheels and control the cleaning rollers to clean the floor according to its own stored program. In addition, for example, the cleaning device in this disclosure may be another cleaning device such as a mop machine, a sweeper, a motorized mop machine, etc.
[0053] The pile body 20 supplied in this disclosure is provided with a liquid spray orifice, through which liquid can be sprayed onto the cleaning head of the cleaning device 10 disposed on the pile body 20, in order to to self-clean the cleaning head of the cleaning device 10 through the pile body 20, which improves the ease of use of the pile body 20.
[0054] In what follows, embodiments of this disclosure will be described in detail as an example of a cleaning system comprising a portable scrubber and a pile body, the cleaning head being a cleaning roller.
[0055] As illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, a portable floor scrubber comprises a cleaning base 120 and a liquid supply assembly, the cleaning base 120 being provided with a cleaning head, a liquid outlet to be heated 127, and a first liquid spray port 1262 for cleaning the cleaning head, the liquid supply assembly being configured to supply liquid to at least one of the first liquid spray port 1262 and the liquid outlet to be heated 127; the pile body 20 being provided with a liquid inlet port to be heated 240 connected in communication with the outlet 127 to be heated, the pile body 20 being configured to be able to heat the cleaning liquid entering the liquid inlet to be heated 240;the pile body 20 being provided with a second liquid spray port 221 for cleaning a cleaning head, the heated cleaning liquid being able to be sprayed through the second liquid spray port 221 to the outside, the first liquid spray port 1262 not spraying liquid, or the heated cleaning liquid is sprayed through the first liquid spray port 1262, or sprayed through the first liquid spray port 1262 and the second liquid spray port 221 simultaneously. ;
[0056] More specifically, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the portable scrubber-dryer further comprises an apparatus body 110, a cleaning base 120 connected to one end of the apparatus body 110; the apparatus body 110 is provided with a handle assembly 130, and the handle assembly 130 is connected to the end of the apparatus body 110 which is away from the cleaning base 120, to be used by a user to hold and operate it, and by holding the handle assembly 130, the user manipulates the cleaning base 120 to move on the surface to be cleaned to achieve the purpose of cleaning the surface to be cleaned.
[0057] Wherein, the cleaning base 120 is hingedly connected to the apparatus body 110, for example, the joint or ball head connection. When the user holds the handle assembly 130, and manipulates the cleaning base 120 to move on the surface to be cleaned, by the hinged connection between the cleaning base 120 and the apparatus body 110, it is possible to adjust the relative angle between the apparatus body 110 and the cleaning base 120, so as to change the operating angle and flexibly adjust the cleaning position, so as to facilitate the cleaning operation.
[0058] As shown in Figures 3, 9 and 11, the cleaning base 120 comprises a base housing 1201, the base housing 1201 comprises a top wall, a side wall and a bottom wall, and the top wall, the side wall and the bottom wall enclose each other to form an accommodating space. The cleaning roller 121 is placed on the bottom wall of the base housing 1201, exposed from the bottom wall, and the bottom surface of the cleaning roller 121 is closer to the surface to be cleaned than the bottom wall of the base housing 1201, so that when the cleaning roller 121 contacts the surface to be cleaned, there is a gap between the bottom wall of the base housing 1201 and the surface to be cleaned, in order to avoid abrasion of the base housing 1201.The number of cleaning rollers 121 is, for example, one, two or more, and the cleaning rollers 121 are capable of rotating at a high speed to clean the floor. The cleaning roller 121 may be constituted by a rotating shaft and a cleaning cloth wound around the surface of the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is driven to rotate at a high speed to drive the cleaning surface to rotate at a high speed, so as to rotate at a high speed to frictionally clean the surface to be cleaned; the cleaning cloth may be detachably connected to the rotating shaft, so as to facilitate the replacement of the cleaning cloth, and improve the maintenance economy of the cleaning roller 121.
[0059] As shown in [Fig.9], the bottom of the cleaning base 120 is provided with a first wheel 1291, the first wheel 1291 is placed on the side in the bottom of the cleaning base 120 away from the side of the cleaning rollers 121, the rotation axis of the first wheel 1291 and the rotation axis of the cleaning rollers 121 can be adjusted in parallel, by placing the first wheel 1291 in the user's manipulation of the cleaning base 120 to move on the surface, this can play the role of assisting the movement, to avoid the friction of the base housing 1201 and the surface to be cleaned;at the same time, the second wheel 1292 can be placed in the bottom near the cleaning rollers 121 at the cleaning base 120, the diameter of the second wheel 1292 compared to the diameter of the first wheel 1291 is smaller, which played a role in assisting the movement of the cleaning base 120 as well as assisting the rotation of the cleaning rollers 121; by means of the second wheel 1292, the second wheel 1292 can form a support for the cleaning rollers 121 near the base housing 1201, and reduce the resistance force when the user manipulates the cleaning base 120 to move it. ;
[0060] More specifically, the liquid supply assembly includes a first liquid outlet and a second liquid outlet, and the liquid supply assembly is configured to control at least one of the first and second liquid outlets to dispense the liquid, i.e., to dispense the liquid from from the first liquid outlet only, or from the second liquid outlet only, or from the first liquid outlet and the second liquid outlet simultaneously.
[0061] In some embodiments, as illustrated in Figures 2 and 6, the liquid supply assembly comprises a liquid supply tank 140, a liquid supply pump 124, and a liquid dispensing controller 125, and the liquid supply tank 140 can be fixed on the apparatus body 110. Fixing the liquid supply tank 140 on the apparatus body 110 can, on the one hand, relatively increase the height of the liquid supply tank 140, making water supply more convenient, and on the other hand, avoid fixing the liquid supply tank 140 on the cleaning base 120 and increasing the volume of the cleaning base 120, while avoiding affecting the difficulty of the rotation operation of the cleaning base 120.
[0062] As illustrated in Figures 6 and 7, the liquid supply pump 124 is provided in a housing space of the base housing 1201 of the cleaning base 120, for example, attached to a bottom wall of the base housing 1201. The inlet 1241 of the liquid supply pump 124 may be connected to the liquid supply tank 140 via a pipe to avoid the influence of the piping connecting the liquid supply pump 124 to the liquid supply tank 140 on the cleaning base 120 when it is rotated relative to the apparatus body 110, and to avoid a situation such as a break in the piping.
[0063] In this case, the liquid feed pump 124 is, for example, a peristaltic pump, because the cleaning liquid is generally an aqueous solution to which a cleaning solvent is added, which has a certain corrosive effect. By using a peristaltic pump to supply the liquid, the cleaning liquid only needs to be in contact with the pump tube and does not come into contact with the pump body. This does not cause corrosion of the pump body and improves the reliability and longevity of the liquid feed pump 124. At the same time, the peristaltic pump has a precise, stable, and well-sealed supply of the liquid and is simple to maintain, without valves or sealing elements. Of course, the liquid feed pump 124 can also be a vane pump, a centrifugal pump, an axial flow pump, etc., and the present disclosure is not limiting them.
[0064] The cleaning liquid contained in the liquid supply tank 140 can also be water or a solution of water and detergent, the present disclosure does not limit it, it is sufficient to be able to obtain a cleaning effect on the cleaning roller 121.
[0065] As illustrated in Figures 6 and 7, the liquid distribution controller 125 is provided in a housing space in the base housing 1201 of the cleaning base 120, for example, fixed to a lower wall of the base housing 1201, at a distance from the liquid supply pump 124.The liquid distribution controller 125 includes a controller liquid inlet 1251, a first liquid outlet 1252, and a second liquid outlet 1253, and the controller liquid inlet 1251 is connected to an output 1242 of the liquid supply pump 124; the liquid distribution controller 125 is configured to be able to control, in an open state, the distribution of liquid from the first liquid outlet 1252, or the distribution of liquid from the second liquid outlet 1253, or the control of the distribution of liquid from the first liquid outlet 1252 and the second outlet 1253 simultaneously; the liquid distribution controller 125 does not distribute liquid from the first outlet 1252 or the second outlet 1253 in a closed state.
[0066] Among them, the liquid distribution controller 125 may include an electronically controlled distributor, such as a solenoid valve, which may be configured as a solenoid valve to cooperate with the controller in order to achieve control of the direction of flow of the cleaning liquid, and may also cooperate with the controller to achieve control of the flow rate, flow speed and other similar things.Of course, the liquid distribution controller 125 can also include a mechanical distributor, such as a mechanical valve, in which the user, after placing the cleaning device 10 on the pile body 20, can install a mechanical switch on the cleaning device 10 so that the user can control the flow direction of the mechanical distributor in order to achieve control of the distribution from the first liquid outlet 1252 to distribute the liquid and / or control of the second liquid outlet 1253 to distribute the liquid.
[0067] As shown in [Fig. 8], the cleaning base 120 is provided with a first liquid spray orifice 1262, and the first liquid spray orifice 1262 is connected to the first liquid outlet 1252 of the liquid distribution controller 125 via a pipe. The first liquid spray orifice 1262 allows the cleaning liquid to be sprayed onto the cleaning roller 121 to clean the cleaning roller 121.
[0068] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the cleaning base 120 is provided with a heating liquid outlet 127, and the heating liquid outlet 127 can be arranged on a lower wall of the base housing 1201 of the cleaning base 120; the heating liquid outlet 127 is directed towards the pile body 20 when the cleaning device 10 is arranged on the pile body 20. The heating liquid outlet 127 can be formed by a liquid outlet fitting arranged on the lower wall of the base housing 1201, in order to facilitate subsequent connection to other lines or connections.
[0069] The liquid outlet to be heated 127 is connected to the second liquid outlet 1253 of the liquid distribution controller 125 via a pipe. When the liquid distribution controller 125 commands the second liquid outlet 1253 to distribute liquid, the cleaning liquid in the liquid supply tank 140 is drawn by the liquid supply pump 124 and then passes through the second liquid outlet 1253 of the liquid distribution controller 125 to be sprayed towards the liquid outlet to be heated 127, so that the cleaning liquid flows towards the pile body 20.
[0070] More specifically, as shown in Figures 11 to 16, the pile body 20 comprises a housing 200 and a heating module 260; on a housing 200 are formed an inlet for the liquid to be heated 240 and a housing groove to accommodate the cleaning roller 121, i.e. a roller groove 210; when the pile body 20 supports the cleaning device 10, the inlet for the liquid to be heated 240 is connected in communication with the outlet for the liquid to be heated 127. The heating module 260 can be an electric heating module.
[0071] According to [Fig. 15] and [Fig. 16], the heating module 260, comprising a heating inlet 2610 and a heating outlet 2620 which are connected in communication by piping. Thus, when the liquid distribution controller 125 controls the second outlet 1253 to distribute liquid, the cleaning liquid in the liquid supply tank 140 is driven by the liquid supply pump 124 and then passes through the liquid distribution controller 125, flows to the liquid outlet to be heated 127, enters the liquid inlet to be heated 240, and then enters the housing cavity of the heating module 260; the heating module 260 is then configured to heat the liquid entering the housing cavity of the heating module 260 to a predefined temperature, the predefined temperature being, for example, from 40° to 60°, e.g., 40°, 45°, 50°, 55°, 60°, etc., the present disclosure not being cited here by way of example.Heating the cleaning fluid to 40°~60° can enhance its activity, thereby strengthening its cleaning effect, while avoiding the negative effects of excessively high temperatures on its activity; of course, the preset temperature can also be lower than 40° or higher than 60°, and this disclosure is not limiting in this regard.
[0072] As shown in [Fig. 13], the housing 200 is equipped with a liquid spray orifice for spraying liquid onto the cleaning roller 121, namely the second liquid spray orifice 221, and the second orifice of Liquid spray 221 is connected in communication to the heating output 2620 of the heating module 260 by piping to spray the cleaning liquid heated to a temperature predefined by the heating module 260 onto the cleaning roller 121; the cleaning liquid with a higher temperature is able to improve the cleaning effect on the cleaning roller 121.
[0073] The second liquid spray orifice 221 can be directed towards the cleaning roller 121, i.e. that the second liquid spray orifice 221 can spray the cleaning liquid directly onto the cleaning roller 121; alternatively, the second liquid spray orifice 221 can spray the cleaning liquid near the cleaning roller 121, and cause the cleaning liquid to splash onto the cleaning roller 121 or to flow onto the cleaning roller 121 through other structural elements, the present disclosure does not limit this, and it is sufficient that the cleaning liquid can clean the cleaning roller 121.
[0074] When the first liquid outlet 1252 and the second liquid outlet 1253 simultaneously distribute liquid, the first liquid spray orifice 1262 and the second liquid spray orifice 221 are able to simultaneously spray the cleaning liquid onto the cleaning roller 121 to improve the cleaning effect on the cleaning roller 121.
[0075] Therefore, the objective of spraying cleaning liquid at a predefined temperature onto the cleaning roller 121 is achieved through the cooperation of the liquid supply tank 140 on the cleaning device 10 with liquid distribution controller 125, and the heating module 260 on the pile body 20 with the second liquid spray orifice 221; the cooperation of the liquid supply tank 140 and the liquid distribution controller 125 is used to achieve two liquid supplies from a single liquid supply tank 140, thus avoiding the need to install another liquid supply tank separately in the pile body 20.This avoids the increase in volume of the pile body 20 due to the self-cleaning of the cleaning roller 121 by the pile body 20, and reduces the cost of the pile body 20; at the same time, the user only needs to maintain one liquid supply tank on the scrubber, which is more convenient for the user and improves the product's competitiveness in the market.
[0076] In certain embodiments, the pile body 20 includes a liquid feed pump, an inlet of the liquid feed pump is connected in communication with the inlet of the liquid to be heated 240, and an outlet of the liquid feed pump is connected to the heating inlet of the heating module 260; alternatively, the inlet of the liquid feed pump is connected to the heating output of the heating module 260, and the heated cleaning fluid exits through the liquid feed pump outlet.
[0077] When a liquid supply pump is provided in the pile body, the liquid supply assembly includes: a liquid supply tank 140 and a first liquid supply pump, the inlet of the first liquid supply pump being connected in communication with the liquid supply tank 140; in other words, the liquid supply pump in the pile body can be considered as a second liquid supply pump.
[0078] As shown in [Fig. 8], the cleaning base 120 is provided with a first liquid spray orifice 1262, and this first liquid spray orifice 1262 is connected to the outlet of the first liquid supply pump via a pipeline. The first liquid spray orifice 1262 allows the cleaning liquid to be sprayed onto the cleaning roller 121 to clean the cleaning roller 121.
[0079] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the cleaning base 120 is provided with a heating liquid outlet 127, and the heating liquid outlet 127 can be arranged on a lower wall of the base housing 1201 of the cleaning base 120; the heating liquid outlet 127 is oriented towards the pile body 20 when the cleaning device 10 is arranged on the pile body 20. The heating liquid outlet 127 can be formed by a liquid outlet connector arranged on the lower wall of the base housing 1201, to facilitate subsequent connection to other lines or connections. The outlet of the liquid supply tank 140 is connected to the heating liquid outlet 127.
[0080] The inlet of the liquid to be heated 240 is formed in the housing 200 of the pile body 20, and the inlet of the liquid to be heated 240 is in communication with the outlet of the liquid to be heated 127 when the pile body 20 supports the cleaning device 10. The inlet of the second liquid supply pump in the pile body 20 is in communication with the inlet of the liquid to be heated 240, and the second liquid supply pump allows the cleaning liquid from the liquid supply tank 140 to be pumped into the pile body 20.
[0081] A pressure valve is provided between the liquid supply tank 140 and the liquid outlet to be heated 127; when the floor scrubber is not placed on the pile body, the pressure valve is closed; when the floor scrubber is placed on the pile body 20 and when the liquid pumping pressure supplied by the second liquid supply pump is less than the predefined pressure value, the pressure valve is closed; and the pressure valve is opened when the liquid pumping pressure supplied by the second liquid supply pump is greater than or equal to the preset pressure value; the preset pressure value can be adjusted as needed, and this disclosure is not limited.
[0082] As illustrated in Figures 11 to 16, the pile body 20 comprises a housing 200 and a heating module 260, the heating module 260 comprises a heating inlet 2610 and a heating outlet 2620, the heating inlet 2610 is in communication with the liquid to be heated inlet 240 via a pipe, a second liquid supply pump is located between the heating inlet 2610 and the liquid to be heated inlet 240, and when the second liquid supply pump pumps the cleaning liquid from the liquid supply tank 140 to the heating module 260, the cleaning liquid enters the housing cavity of the heating module 260; The heating module 260 is then configured to heat the liquid entering the housing cavity of the heating module 260 to a predefined temperature, the predefined temperature being, for example, from 40° to 60°.
[0083] Among other things, the second liquid supply pump can also be located between the heater outlet 2620 and the second liquid spray orifice 221 to allow the pressure valve to open in order to draw cleaning fluid from the liquid supply tank 140.
[0084] Thus, when the first liquid supply pump distributes liquid, the first liquid spray orifice 1262 sprays the cleaning liquid onto the cleaning roller 121; when the second liquid supply pump distributes liquid, the second liquid spray orifice 221 sprays the cleaning liquid onto the cleaning roller 121; and when the first liquid supply pump and the second liquid supply pump distribute liquid at the same time, the first liquid spray orifice 1262 and the second liquid spray orifice 221 are able to spray the cleaning liquid onto the cleaning roller 121 at the same time, in order to improve the cleaning effect on the cleaning roller.
[0085] In this case, the first and second liquid supply pumps, for example, are peristaltic pumps, because the cleaning liquid is generally an aqueous solution to which cleaning solvents are added, which have a certain corrosive effect. Using a peristaltic pump to supply the liquid, the cleaning liquid only needs to contact the pump tube, without coming into contact with the pump body. This prevents corrosion of the pump body and improves the reliability and service life of the first and second liquid supply pumps. At the same time, the peristaltic pump has a precise quantity of liquid supplied, a high degree of stability, good sealing, and is easy to maintain. without valves and seals. Maintenance is simple, without valves or seals. Of course, the first liquid feed pump and the second liquid feed pump can also be vane pumps, centrifugal pumps, axial pumps, etc.
[0086] In some embodiments, as shown in [Fig. 15], the housing 200 of the pile body 20 has a housing space, and the heating module 260 is housed in the housing space. The heating module 260 is smaller in size and takes up little space. The heating module 260 includes a heating module housing, a heating inlet 2610 and a heating outlet 2620 are provided on the heating module housing, a housing cavity is formed in the heating module housing 260, and an electric heating wire or electric heating column is provided in the housing cavity to heat the liquid flowing through the housing cavity; a flow channel may also be provided in the housing cavity, and the heating inlet 2610 and the heating outlet 2620 are provided with an inlet and an outlet of the flow channel to guide the cleaning liquid to flow into the housing cavity, in order to improve the efficiency of heating the cleaning liquid.
[0087] In some embodiments, the cleaning liquid does not enter the heating module 260, and the heating module 260 is provided near the pipe carrying the cleaning liquid, and the temperature of the pipe carrying the cleaning liquid is raised by generating heat, thus achieving the objective of heating the cleaning liquid in the pipe.
[0088] In some embodiments, the cleaning fluid may not enter the pile body 20, and the heating module 260 is placed on the pile body 20 near the conveying surface that supports the cleaning base 120. The conduit from the cleaning base 120, which carries the cleaning fluid to the first liquid spray orifice 1262, is located at the bottom of the cleaning base 120. That is, when the cleaning base 120 is located on the pile body 20, the heating module 260 is placed next to the conduit for conveying the cleaning fluid. The cleaning fluid in the conduit can be heated by the heat generated by the heating module 260, so that the first liquid spray orifice 1262 sprays the cleaning fluid at a predetermined temperature, in order to improve the cleaning effect.
[0089] At that time, the pile body 20 may not be equipped with the heating liquid inlet 240 and the second liquid spray orifice 221, which reduces the production cost of the pile body 20.
[0090] Of course, the heated cleaning solution in the cleaning base 120 can also enter the pile body 20 through the liquid inlet to be heated 240 on the pile body 20, then be sprayed through the second spray orifice 221 onto the pile body 20.
[0091] Among other things, the heating module 260 can be exposed from the housing 200 of the pile body 20 to enhance the heating effect on the cleaning fluid in the cleaning base 120. The cleaning fluid distribution piping in the cleaning base 120 can also be exposed from the base housing 1201 of the cleaning base 120 to enhance the heating effect on the cleaning fluid. Of course, the heating module 260 and the cleaning fluid distribution piping can also be provided without being exposed, and this disclosure is not limited to that.
[0092] When the liquid supply pump is supplied into the pile body 20, it can extract the heated cleaning liquid towards the pile body 20 through the liquid inlet 240, and then spray it out through the second liquid spray port 221; the liquid inlet can be the liquid inlet to be heated 240, or it can be directly in communication with the cleaning base 120 through the liquid supply pump inlet to extract the heated cleaning liquid towards the pile body 20.
[0093] The inlet of the liquid supply pump is in communication with the liquid inlet, and the outlet of the liquid supply pump is in communication with the heating inlet of the heating module 260; alternatively, the inlet of the liquid supply pump is in communication with the heating outlet of the heating module 260, and the heated cleaning liquid exits through the outlet of the liquid supply pump.
[0094] In some embodiments, as illustrated in Figures 6 to 8, the cleaning base 120 is equipped with a first liquid spray assembly, the first liquid spray assembly is equipped with a first liquid spray inlet 1261 and a plurality of first liquid spray orifices 1262, the first liquid spray inlet 1261 is in communication with the plurality of first liquid spray orifices 1262, and the cleaning liquid is delivered to the first liquid spray assembly through the first liquid spray inlet 1261 so as to be sprayed through the plurality of first liquid spray orifices 1262.The plurality of first liquid spray orifices 1262 are arranged sequentially along the axial direction of the cleaning roller 121, and the spraying of the cleaning liquid is carried out at different positions on the axial direction of the cleaning roller 121, so as to improve the wetting effect of the cleaning roller 121.
[0095] In certain embodiments, as illustrated in Figures 13 and 14, the pile body 20 is equipped with a second liquid spray assembly 220, the The second liquid spray assembly 220 is equipped with a second liquid spray inlet 222 and a plurality of second liquid spray orifices 221. The plurality of second liquid spray orifices 221 are arranged sequentially along the axial direction of the cleaning roller 121, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed at different positions in the axial direction of the cleaning roller 121 in order to improve the wetting effect of the cleaning roller 121.The inlet of the second liquid spray set 220 is connected in communication to the heating output 2620 of the heating module 260 by a pipe, and the cleaning liquid at the predefined temperature from the heating output 2620 of the heating module 260 flows into the second liquid spray set 220, and the cleaning liquid at the predefined temperature is sprayed onto the cleaning roller 121 through the plurality of second liquid spray orifices 221 of the second liquid spray set 220.
[0096] The second liquid spray assembly 220 has a plurality of nozzles forming a second liquid spray orifice 221, and by adjusting the shape and size of the nozzle outlets, the coverage area as well as the flow rate of the cleaning liquid sprayed from the second liquid spray orifice 221 can be modified, in order to improve the effect of the spraying of the cleaning liquid on the cleaning rollers 121; the design can be made according to actual requirements, and the present disclosure imposes no limitation in this respect.
[0097] The plurality of second liquid spray orifice 221 may be provided in a single row, or in two rows as illustrated in [Fig. 14], or in three, four, or more rows, and the present disclosure is not limited to this.
[0098] As shown in [Fig. 13], the plurality of second liquid spray orifices 221 are arranged in the groove of the roller 210.When the pile body 20 supports the cleaning device 10, the cleaning roller 121 of the cleaning device 10 is housed in the roller groove 210, and the placement of the plurality of second liquid spray orifices 221 in the roller groove 210 allows the cleaning liquid sprayed by the second liquid spray orifices 221 to be located on the cleaning roller 121, avoiding waste of the cleaning liquid; at the same time, since the cleaning roller 121 and the plurality of second liquid spray orifices 221 are all located in the roller groove 210, the space between the second liquid spray orifices 221 and the cleaning roller 121 is relatively small, which can improve the wetting effect of the cleaning roller 121; Furthermore, thanks to the blocking of the groove wall of roller 210, the high-speed spraying of the cleaning liquid onto the . Cleaning roller 121 can be avoided so as not to splash on the periphery of the pile body 20, which can avoid affecting the sanitation of the environment of the periphery of the pile body 20 due to the self-cleaning of the cleaning roller 121.
[0099] Of course, the plurality of second liquid spray orifices 221 can be arranged outside the groove of the roller 210, i.e. the plurality of nozzles is arranged outside the groove of the roller 210, and the spray direction of the plurality of nozzles is directed towards the cleaning roller 121 arranged in the groove of the roller 210, in order to improve the effect of the spraying of the cleaning liquid by the second liquid spray orifices 221 being arranged on the cleaning roller 121 as well as the wetting effect on the cleaning roller 121.Alternatively, some of the second liquid spray orifices 221 may be located in the groove of the roller 210 and some of the second liquid spray orifices 221 may be located outside the groove of the roller 210, forming a double row of liquid spray orifices provided to further improve the wetting and cleaning effect on the cleaning roller 121.
[0100] In certain embodiments, as illustrated in Figures 9 to 12, the liquid outlet to be heated 127 is connected to the liquid inlet to be heated 240 by a push-fit connection. When the scrubber-dryer is returned to the pile body 20 after use, the liquid outlet to be heated 127 is connected to the liquid inlet to be heated 240 by a push-fit connection, thus completing the connection between the liquid outlet to be heated 127 and the liquid inlet to be heated 240. The user does not need to perform any additional operation; it is the same as for the scrubber-dryer itself. The user simply has to return it to the pile body 20 after use, making it simple, quick, and easy to operate.
[0101] The liquid outlet 127 can be located inside the liquid inlet 240. By placing the liquid outlet 127 inside the liquid inlet 240 and fitting the liquid outlet 127 with the liquid inlet 240 together, it is possible to improve the seal of the connection between the liquid outlet 127 and the liquid inlet 240 and to prevent liquid leakage at the connection. Of course, the liquid inlet 240 can also be located inside the liquid outlet 127, and this disclosure does not limit it.
[0102] Furthermore, a sealing element is provided between the liquid outlet 127 and the liquid inlet 240 to form a leak-proof connection after the liquid outlet 127 and the liquid inlet 240 are joined. The sealing element can be fitted onto an external peripheral surface of the liquid outlet connector forming the outlet of the liquid to be heated 127; alternatively, the sealing element is disposed on the inner wall of the orifice forming the inlet of the liquid to be heated 240; alternatively, the sealing element is disposed both on the outer peripheral surface of the outlet fitting forming the outlet of the liquid to be heated 127 and on the inner wall of the orifice forming the inlet of the liquid to be heated 240. The sealing element can be, for example, a rubber ring, and the rubber ring can be installed in a removable manner, which facilitates the replacement of the rubber ring when the sealing effect of the rubber ring does not meet the requirements, and improves the sealing effect.
[0103] In addition, the liquid outlet 127 and the liquid inlet 240 can also be connected by magnetic suction, and the magnetic suction element is provided on the liquid outlet 127 and the liquid inlet 240 respectively, and the magnetic suction elements on the liquid outlet 127 and the liquid inlet 240 are closely contacted and connected together by strong magnetism, so as to form a sealed connection of the liquid outlet 127 and the liquid inlet 240, and to facilitate connection and separation by magnetic suction, and maintenance is simple; This disclosure is not limiting, and any transformation of the connection between the liquid outlet 127 and the liquid inlet 240 falls within the scope of protection of this disclosure.
[0104] In certain embodiments, by equipping the base housing 1201 of the cleaning device 10 and the housing 200 of the pile body 20 with a positioning structure which cooperate with each other to help the floor washer to find itself in the predetermined position when it is put back on the pile body 20 after use, the reliability of the fitting of the liquid outlet to be heated and the liquid inlet to be heated 240 can be improved. The positioning structure can be, for example, a positioning depression provided on the base housing 1201 and a positioning projection provided on the pile body 20, and the relative positioning of the floor washer when it is replaced on the pile body 20 is achieved by the cooperation of the positioning projection and the positioning depression; the positioning projection and the positioning depression can be provided in several sets to further improve the auxiliary positioning.
[0105] The positioning structure can also be a wheel at the bottom of the cleaning device 10 and a wheel groove on the pile body 20 which accommodates the wheel, forming a relative positioning of the cleaning device 10 and the pile body 20 through the wheel and the wheel groove to improve the stability of the cleaning device 10 on the pile body 20 and to achieve an auxiliary positioning function.
[0106] In some embodiments, the heating outlet 2620 of the heating module can be connected in communication to the first liquid spray orifice 1262, i.e. the pile body 20 can be equipped with a hot water outlet, and the heated cleaning liquid can be exited through the hot water outlet to spray the heated cleaning liquid through the first liquid spray orifice 1262.
[0107] Among other things, the heating output 2620 of the heating module can also be connected to the first liquid spray port 1262 and the second liquid spray port 221 at the same time, i.e., when the floor washer is replaced on the pile body 20 for self-cleaning after use, the cleaning liquid heated to a predetermined temperature can be sprayed onto the cleaning roller 121 through the first liquid spray port 1262 and the second liquid spray port 221 at the same time to improve, to a great extent, the wetting and cleaning effect of the cleaning roller 121.
[0108] When the heating output 2620 of the heating module is in communication with both the first liquid spray orifice 1262 and the second liquid spray orifice 221, two heating outputs may be provided on the heating module, one of which serves as a hot water output, and the two heating outputs are connected to the first liquid spray orifice 1262 and the second liquid spray orifice 221 respectively, or the connection to the first liquid spray orifice 1261 and the second liquid spray orifice 221 may be made by one of the heating outputs 2620 provided on the heating module in cooperation with the liquid distributor.A non-return valve may be provided on the heating outlet pipe 2620 in communication with the first liquid spray inlet 1261 and on the heating outlet pipe 2620 in communication with the second liquid spray outlet 221 to prevent liquid reflux when the pipe is connected in communication.
[0109] When the heating outlet 2620 can be in communication with the first liquid spray inlet 1261, the pipe joint structure connected to the pile body 20 and the cleaning base 120 can be provided, so that the cleaning liquid can be sprayed from the pile body 20 to the cleaning base 120 from the first liquid spray inlet 1262. The pipe joint structure can be the same as the joint structure of the liquid outlet 127 and the liquid inlet 240, and will not be repeated here.
[0110] In certain embodiments, the cleaning device 10 further comprises: a wastewater tank 150 and a dirt suction channel 123, in which The wastewater tank 150 is configured to contain wastewater. The dirt suction channel 123 includes a channel inlet and a channel outlet. The channel outlet is connected to the wastewater tank 150, and the channel inlet is oriented towards the cleaning roller 121 and located on the side of the scraper 122 near the pile body 20. The dirt suction channel 123 is configured to carry the wastewater extracted from the cleaning roller 121. The wastewater tank 150 can be a negative pressure tank, and through negative pressure, the wastewater from the scraper 122, the cleaning roller 121, and the soil to be cleaned is drawn through the dirt suction channel 123 into the wastewater tank 150.
[0111] In this regard, when the cleaning device 10 performs a self-cleaning on the pile body 20, the wastewater generated by the cleaning can be sucked into the effluent tank 150 via the dirt suction channel 123.
[0112] In certain embodiments, as illustrated in Figures 4 and 5, the cleaning device 10 further comprises: a scraper 122. The scraper 122 is disposed in the base housing 1201, and the scraper 122 extends in an axial direction of the cleaning roller 121, and the scraper 122 is configured to scrape the liquid from the cleaning roller 121, i.e. the wastewater from the cleaning roller 121. The extension direction of the scraper 122 can be parallel to the axial direction of the cleaning roller 121 to improve the effect of scraping the wastewater at different positions on the axial direction of the cleaning roller 121; The wastewater on the cleaning roller 121 and on the floor to be cleaned collected by the scraper 122 is sucked up by the dirt suction channel 123 into the wastewater tank 150.
[0113] When the pile body 20 supports the cleaning device 10, in the circumferential direction of the cleaning roller 121, the angle between the second liquid spray orifice 221 and the scraper 122 is greater than or equal to a predetermined angle, so as to ensure spacing between the second liquid spray orifice 221 and the scraper 122; the predetermined angle may be 90°, i.e. the angle between the second liquid spray orifice 221 and the scraper 122 is, for example, 90°, 100°, 110°, 120°, 130°, 150°, 160°, 170°, 180°, etc., and they are not listed here.By ensuring that the angle between the second liquid spray orifice 221 and the scraper 122 is greater than or equal to 90° in the circumferential direction of the cleaning roller 121, there is sufficient spacing between the second liquid spray orifice 221 and the scraper 122 to allow the cleaning liquid to sufficiently wet the cleaning cloth on the cleaning roller 121, thus improving the self-cleaning effect of the cleaning roller 121; at the same time, there is a certain spacing with the inlet of the dirt suction channel 123 to prevent the cleaning liquid. sprayed through the second liquid spray orifice 221 is not directly aspirated into the dirt suction channel 123.
[0114] In certain embodiments, as illustrated in [Fig. 15], the pile body 20 further comprises: a drying module 230, the drying module 230 being configured to provide an airflow; the housing 200 of the pile body 20 being provided with an air outlet 231 of the drying module 230, the drying module 230 emitting an airflow from the air outlet 231 through the drying duct 232 to dry the cleaning roller 121; the drying module 230 emitting an airflow through the air outlet 231. The airflow may be ambient temperature airflow or heated airflow, and the use of heated airflow is more suitable for air-drying the cleaning roller 121.
[0115] The air outlet 231 is located outside the groove of the roller 210; after the cleaning roller 121 has been cleaned on the pile body 20, it is necessary to carry out a drying treatment with the cleaning roller 121, and by placing the air outlet 231 outside the groove of the roller 210, it is possible to improve the circulation of the airflow, thus improving the drying effect on the cleaning cloth on the cleaning roller 121, increasing the efficiency of the air drying, reducing the energy consumption required for drying, and improving the energy efficiency ratio of the product; at the same time, it is possible to prevent the cleaning liquid sprayed by the second liquid spray orifice 221 from entering the air outlet 231.
[0116] Of course, the air outlet 231 of the drying module 230 can also be located in the roller groove 210. When the second liquid spray orifice 221 is located in the roller groove 210, the air outlet 231 is situated in the roller groove 210 relative to the second liquid spray orifice 221 on a side of the roller groove 210 that is close to the opening of the roller groove 210. This can prevent the cleaning liquid sprayed by the second liquid spray orifice 221 from entering the air outlet 231. Furthermore, the air outlet orifices 231 of the drying module 230 can also be provided both outside and inside the roller groove 210; that is, the drying module 230 has a plurality of air outlets. 231.
[0117] In some embodiments, the floor scrubber is equipped with a charging connector 128, as illustrated in [Fig. 9]; and the pile body 20 is equipped with a charging connector 250, as illustrated in [Fig. 11]. When the floor scrubber is replaced on the pile body 20 after use, the charging connector 128 on the floor scrubber is connected to the charging connector 250 on the pile body 20 to charge the floor scrubber through the pile body 20, i.e. the load of the floor washer using the pile body 20 and the electric heating of the cleaning liquid.
[0118] As shown in [Fig. 15], a power adapter 270 is provided in the pile body 20, and the power adapter 270 is connected to the load connector 250 and the heating module 260 to power the load connector 250 and the heating module 260, respectively. Power supply control of the heating module 260 and the floor scrubber charging are achieved by a single power adapter 270, without adding any additional components and without increasing the size of the pile body 20.
[0119] The second liquid spray orifice 221 can be directed towards the cleaning roller 121, i.e. the second liquid spray orifice 221 can spray the cleaning liquid directly onto the cleaning roller 121; alternatively, the second liquid spray orifice 221 can spray the cleaning liquid near the cleaning roller 121, and cause the cleaning liquid to splash onto the cleaning roller 121 or to flow onto the cleaning roller 121 through other structural elements, the present disclosure does not limit this, and simply using the cleaning liquid can clean the cleaning roller 121.
[0120] Other embodiments of this disclosure will readily come to mind for those competent in the subject matter upon examination of the description and practice of the invention disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover all variations, uses, or adaptations of this disclosure that follow the general principles of this disclosure and include means of common knowledge or customary skill in the art that are not disclosed herein. The description and embodiments are to be considered exemplary only, and the actual scope and intent of this disclosure are indicated by the appended claims.
