A novel external spring-loaded perfume pump device, characterized in that it comprises a pump body (1) and a press head (2), the outer side of the pump body (1) being provided with a latching cover (3), the latching cover (3) comprising a plastic body (31), the lower portion of the plastic body (31) being provided with an insertion interface (32) for cooperating with the bottle mouth, the lower portion of the plastic body (31) being provided with a plurality of dip teeth (33) which are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction around the insertion interface (32), the inner side of the dip tooth (33) being provided with an engagement tooth (34) which projects laterally into the insertion interface (32) and is used to engage with an engagement loop on the bottle mouth, and the outer side of the plastic body (31) is sheathed,below the engagement loop, an outer cap (4) which can fit without play to the dipping tooth (33) and contract the engagement tooth (34) inwards so that the engagement tooth (34) engages on the bottle mouth, the pump body (1) is provided inside it with a pump core component which is connected to the press head (2) and can pump the liquid when the press head (2) is pressed, and the pump core component includes a locking cover (5) disposed in the pump body (1) and a hollow pump rod (6); the upper part of the insertion interface (32) is provided with a projecting connecting portion (35) which projects upwards, a limiting groove (36) and an insertion orifice (37) are provided in the projecting connecting portion (35), the upper end of the pump body (1) is provided with a projecting limiting ring (11) which projects outwards,The upper end opening of the locking cover (5) is provided with a flange (52) which projects outwards and bears against the upper part of the projecting limiting ring (11); the projecting limiting ring (11) and the flange (52) are inserted from the insertion opening (37) and are constrained in the limiting groove (36); and the projecting connecting portion (35) is provided with a rod hole (38) to allow passage of the pump rod (6).

A novel external spring-loaded perfume pump device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the lower end of the stem of pump (6) penetrates under the locking cover (5) and is sheathed with a piston (8) which can move up and down relative to the pump rod (6), the locking cover (5) is provided with a spring cavity (51) extending into the pump body (1), a first spring (9) for pushing the pump rod (6) upwards is provided in the spring cavity (51) and a second spring (10) for pressing the piston (8) downwards is provided between the pump rod (6) and the piston (8).

Novel external spring-loaded perfume pump device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the upper end of the pump rod (6) is connected to the press head (2), the press head (2) is provided with a sprayer (7) in communication with the pump rod (6), the lower end of the pump rod (6) is provided with a truncated cone (63) which can be locked below the piston (8) to close a central hole in the piston (8) when it moves upwards.

Novel external spring-loaded perfume pump device according to claim 2, characterized in that: the pump rod (6) comprises an upper pump rod (61) and a lower pump rod (62) the upper end of which is fixed by insertion into the lower end orifice of the upper pump rod (61), and the second spring (10) is sheathed to the outside side of the lower pump rod (62) and is pressed between the lower end face of the upper pump rod (61) and the piston (8) with a simple structure.
