[0002] Offshore wind power plants are a new type of power plant that uses offshore wind resources to generate electricity. Under the increasingly severe situation of oil resources, all countries have turned their attention to the sea areas with huge wind resources, and many European countries have established a number of offshore wind power plants with huge scale. In order to achieve comprehensive monitoring and cruising of offshore wind power plants, unmanned aerial vehicles are now7 commonly used to cruise and monitor the offshore wind power plants.

[0003] In order to control the monitoring situation, a camera is installed on the unmanned aerial vehicle to send back cruise pictures in real time. In order to facilitate consideration of cruise environment at night, installing a lighting device on the unmanned aerial vehicle for cruising is the cheapest and simplest solution.

[0004] In the process of cruising, in case of emergencies, it is necessary to further observe the area where the situation occurs. However, due to the wide lighting range and low brightness of cruise lights, clear lighting is impossible. SUMMARY
