Claims

1. A rail vehicle comprising:a rail vehicle structure including an underframe; anda carriage provided below an end portion in a longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle structure, whereinthe underframe includesa floor portion,side beams provided at both end portions in a width direction of the floor portion along a longitudinal direction of the floor portion, anda body bolster disposed at a portion where the carriage is provided, the body bolster being connected to the side beam,the side beam includesa side beam base portion bonded to the floor portion, anda replenishing portion bonded to the side beam base portion,at least a part of a lower surface of the side beam base portion and a lower surface of the replenishing portion is in contact with the body bolster, andthe replenishing portion includes a protrusion thatprotrudes outward in a width direction of the rail vehicle structure from the lower surface of the side beam base portion and that is bonded to the body bolster.

2. The rail vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the protrusion includes an inclined portion inclined at a predetermined angle from a vertical plane along the longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle structure, anda horizontal portion having one end portion connected to the inclined portion.

The rail vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the replenishing portion is formed of an extrusion molding material having a vehicle inner side surface plate, a vehicle interior outer surface plate, and a connection rib that connects the vehicle inner side surface plate and the vehicle interior outer surface plate.

The rail vehicle according to claim 2, wherein an end portion of the body bolster in a width direction of the rail vehicle structure includes an inclined portion inclined at a predetermined angle from a vertical plane along the longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle structure, andthe inclined portion of the body bolster and the inclined portion of the protrusion form a common substantially same surface.

The rail vehicle according to claim 4, wherein a lower end portion of the inclined portion of the protrusion and an upper end portion of the inclined portion of the body bolster are welded to form a welded portion, andthe welded portion is post-processed to have substantially the same surface in common with the inclined portion of the body bolster and the inclined portion of the protrusion.

6. The rail vehicle according to claim 1, whereina yaw damper support portion that supports one end portion of a yaw damper is connected only to the body bolster .

7. The rail vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the replenishing portion of the side beam is connected to a side structure constituting the rail vehicle structure .

8. A method for manufacturing the railway vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising:bonding a side beam material made of an extrusion molding material having substantially the same dimension as an entire length of the floor portion in the longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle structure to an outside of the floor portion in a width direction of the rail vehiclestructure;preparing the replenishing portion having the protrusion;forming the side beam base portion by cutting out a part of the side beam material on an outer side in the width direction of the rail vehicle structure;forming a side beam by bonding the replenishing portion having the protrusion to a cutout part of the side beam base portion; andbonding the side beam to the body bolster.
