Scale remover

Abstract

This tool removes fish scales using a motor-driven blade. As shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the Names of Each Part," the tool is configured with a blade mounted on a rotating shaft of the main body, and the blade is rotatable by a motor built into the main body. In the diagram, the blade has a flat bottom surface. It can be used vertically, as shown in "Perspective Diagram 1," or horizontally, as shown in "Perspective Diagram 2" and "Perspective Diagram 3." Even when used vertically, scales can be removed by placing the flat surface of the blade against the surface of the fish and moving it. The included anti-scattering cover prevents scales from scattering and ensures safety. The transparent anti-scattering cover allows the operator to view the fish and its scales while working. As shown in the "Enlarged View of Part AA in the Switch-Off State" and "Enlarged View of Part AA in the Switch-On State," the motor operates and the blade rotates only while the switch lever is pressed. Releasing the switch lever stops the motor and, therefore, the blade rotation. As shown in the "Enlarged view of the BB portion in the switch locked state," "Enlarged view of the BB portion in the right rotation switched state," and "Enlarged view of the BB portion in the left rotation switched state," by operating the rotation direction switch lever, you can keep the switch in the off state (restrict switching on) or switch the rotation direction of the blade. As shown in the "Reference oblique view with the top cover removed," removing the top cover exposes a USB port (Type-C), which can be used to charge.
