Abstract

This product is a stator core primarily used in axial gap motors. As shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the Usage State," the rotor shaft is inserted into the central hole, coils are wound around each tooth, and the product is then fixed to the housing. This product reduces the inner surface area of ​​the central hole, avoiding the space between the teeth, which is the main path through which magnetic flux flows. By reducing the inner surface area, the area to be pressed during molding is reduced, which reduces the load on the molding press even when the molding pressure is increased to improve magnetic properties through higher density. Furthermore, by avoiding the main path through which magnetic flux flows, torque reduction is suppressed.
