Sample preparation equipment set

Abstract

This sample preparation tool kit consists of a magnetic stir bar cover and a deep-well plate. As shown in the plan view, the deep-well plate has 1 to 12 rows and A to H columns of holes. The magnetic stir bar and magnetic stir bar diluent are placed in the A1 hole (magnetic stir bar and magnetic stir bar diluent cavity), while the magnetic stir bar cover is inserted. The lysing solution is placed in the A2 hole (dissolving solution cavity), the cleaning solution is placed in the A3 hole (cleaning solution A cavity), the cleaning solution is placed in the A4 hole (cleaning solution B cavity), the eluent is placed in the A5 hole (eluent cavity), and the cleaning solution is placed in the A6 hole (cleaning solution C cavity). Holes A7 to A12 and H7 to H12 can be used in the same way as the A1 to A6 holes, allowing for simultaneous operation on 16 sets of samples.
