Abstract
The article of the present design, as shown in the reference plan view showing the state of use, is a spiral reinforcing bar arranged in the concrete pouring space of a joint between a pair of adjacent concrete slabs, forming a reinforcement structure at the joint together with joint reinforcing bars protruding from the end faces of the concrete slabs on both sides of the pouring space. As shown in the reference perspective view, the spiral reinforcing bar of the present design is formed by bending a single reinforcing bar to form a spiral shape in which multiple unit spiral reinforcing bars, each with a rectangular front view, are connected at a predetermined pitch in the spiral axial direction X. Furthermore, as shown in the reference plan view, the spiral reinforcing bar of the present design has a pair of vertical sides and one horizontal side of the rectangular front view of each continuous unit spiral reinforcing bar, which are arranged on an imaginary base plane, and the other horizontal side is a diagonal connecting bar extending in a direction inclined at a predetermined angle θ in top view relative to the imaginary base plane on which these three sides are arranged, resulting in an inverted Z-spiral shape in top view, with a series of reversed Z shapes. Furthermore, the spiral reinforcing bar according to the present design has an imaginary base surface that is inclined relative to a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the spiral when viewed from above.
