Vacuum cleaner dust collection bag insert

Abstract

This product is a "vacuum cleaner dust collection bag base" made of paper sheets that constitute the dust collection bag for electric vacuum cleaners. Unlike conventional mass production methods using dedicated machinery, it is manufactured by folding a single paper sheet along the creases. As a result, this product is suitable for high-mix, low-volume production, and is particularly characterized by its V-shaped folding structure, which gives the base a distinctly different shape from conventional products. Furthermore, because this product is based on manual processes, it is easy to deploy with collaborative robots, etc., and is suitable for small-scale automation. The dust collection bag for electric vacuum cleaners is completed by folding this product along the creases and bonding the adhesive parts. The folding and bonding procedure is as follows, based on "Reference Figure 1" (names of each part) and "Reference Figures 2-10" (folding procedure). 1.
