[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2022-108078 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Here, the above-mentioned container is provided with a transparent wall that is provided on the wall of the container and allows the detection device to capture the outside of the container. Since the outside of the container is hot and the inside of the container is cooled by cold air, condensation may occur on the transparent wall. In this case, a problem occurs in that it becomes difficult for the detection device to detect the outside of the container.
[0005] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a cooling system capable of suppressing condensation on a transparent wall portion provided in a storage portion. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] A cooling system according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a cooling system for cooling detection equipment provided on a crane, and includes a storage section for storing the detection equipment, a cold air supply section for supplying cold air from a vortex tube into the storage section, a transparent wall section provided on a wall of the storage section to enable the detection equipment to detect the outside of the storage section, and a warm air supply section for supplying warm air to the transparent wall section.
[0007] The cooling system has a cold air supply unit that supplies cold air from the vortex tube into the storage unit. This makes it possible to cool the detection device arranged in the storage unit. Here, the cooling system has a transparent wall portion that is provided in the wall portion of the storage unit and enables the detection device to detect the outside of the storage unit. The transparent wall portion is cooled by the influence of the cold air supplied inside the storage unit. In contrast, the warm air supply unit supplies warm air from the vortex tube to the transparent wall portion. The warm air supply unit can effectively utilize the dry warm air separated from the cold air in the vortex tube to form an air curtain of dry warm air near the transparent wall portion. This makes it possible to suppress condensation on the transparent wall portion provided in the storage unit.
[0008] The warm air supplying section may supply warm air to the outer surface of the permeable wall section facing the storage section. In this case, an air curtain of dry warm air is formed near the outer surface of the permeable wall section, and condensation on the outer surface can be effectively suppressed.
[0009] The cooling system further includes a guide portion for guiding the warm air from the warm air supply portion so that the warm air is supplied to the permeable wall portion in a spread state, thereby forming an air curtain of warm air all over the permeable wall portion.
[0010] At least a part of the supply path through which the warm air supplied from the warm air supply unit flows is disposed inside the storage unit, and the cooling system further includes a case that covers the supply path inside the storage unit. In this case, the supply path through which the warm air flows can be prevented from being cooled by the cold air supplied into the storage unit.
[0011] The central axis of the outlet port through which the cold air of the cold air supply unit is discharged into the storage unit may be located at a position spaced apart from the detection device. This allows the cold air discharged from the outlet port to be shifted away from the detection device, thereby preventing the detection device from freezing.
[0012] The cool air supply unit may have a plurality of outlets that branch the cool air and discharge it into the storage unit, which makes it easier to arrange the outlets at a position offset from the detection device.
[0013] The cooling system may further include a temperature detector that detects the temperature inside the storage unit, and the cold air supply unit may supply cold air in response to the detection result of the temperature detector. In this case, it is possible to prevent the detection device from being excessively cooled.
[0014] The cooling system may further include an exhaust unit that exhausts cool air from the storage unit to the outside, and the exhaust unit may have a check valve that prevents air from flowing from the outside into the storage unit. In this case, it is possible to prevent hot air from the outside from flowing in through the exhaust unit. Effect of the Invention
[0015] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to suppress condensation on the transparent wall portion provided in the storage section. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0017] Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding elements are given the same reference numerals, and duplicated descriptions are omitted as appropriate. In addition, the drawings may be partially simplified or exaggerated for ease of explanation, and the dimensional ratios and the like are not limited to those shown in the drawings.
[0018] FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a ladle crane 100 to which a cooling system 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied. The ladle crane (casting ladle crane) 100 is a type of overhead crane, and is installed in an ironmaking facility or a steelmaking facility. It is used for carrying molten steel (molten metal) Fe from an open hearth or electric furnace (not shown) in a molten ladle (casting ladle) 8, and then tilting the molten steel Fe to pour the molten steel Fe into a tundish or converter (not shown). In addition, since the ladle crane 100 handles a high-heat material such as molten steel Fe, it lifts the molten ladle 8 with a main winding device 10, and lifts the lower part of the molten ladle 8 with a hook 7 of an auxiliary winding device to tilt the molten ladle 8 and discharge the molten steel Fe from the molten ladle 8. The ladle crane 100 is disposed in a working space 110 for ironmaking. In the working space 110, a tundish, a converter, and the like are provided.
[0019] The ladle crane 100 has a girder 1 that travels along a traveling rail 9 laid on the ceiling of a building (not shown). A main trolley 2 equipped with a main hoisting device 10 is installed on a lateral rail laid on the girder 1. The main hoisting device 10 suspends the molten pot 8 via a wire 4 by engaging a main hoisting hook 5 provided on a hoisting tool 6 with an axis 8a of the molten pot 8. An auxiliary hoisting hook 7 is hooked on a tilting metal fitting 8b, and by lifting the tilting metal fitting 8b, the molten pot 8 is tilted around the axis 8a (see the two-dot chain line in the figure) so that the molten steel Fe stored in the molten pot 8 can be poured into a tundish or the like.
[0020] The ladle crane 100 is provided with a detection device 20 that detects the state of work. In this embodiment, the detection device 20 is provided on a stand 120 provided on the girder 1. The detection device 20 is housed in a housing section 51 described later and is protected from high temperatures in the surroundings. The cooling system 50 according to the embodiment of the present invention cools the detection device 20 using cold air. The cooling system 50 is provided on the girder 1. The cooling system 50 may be provided on the trolley 2 or the hoisting tool 6, but from the viewpoint of the supply of compressed air described later, it is preferable to provide the cooling system 50 on the girder 1, which moves relatively little on the ground.
[0021] Next, a specific configuration of the cooling system 50 will be described with reference to FIG. 2 to FIG. 5. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the cooling system 50. FIG. 3 is a side view of the cooling system 50. However, in FIG. 3, a cross section of the housing 51 and the case 90 cut at the center position in the X-axis direction is shown. FIG. 4 is a cross section shown by line IV-IV in FIG. 3. FIG. 5 is a partially developed perspective view of the cooling system 50. In the following description, an XYZ coordinate system is set and described. The directions perpendicular to each other are the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction. One side in the X-axis direction is the positive side and the other side is the negative side. One side in the Y-axis direction is the positive side and the other side is the negative side. The direction perpendicular to the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction is the Z-axis direction. In this embodiment, the Z-axis direction is parallel to the up-down direction. The upper side is the positive side in the Z-axis direction, and the lower side is the negative side in the Z-axis direction. In this specification, the terms "upper" and "lower" are used, but do not limit the position of the cooling system 50 during use. In addition, the term “inside” refers to the inside of the storage section 51 , and the term “outside” refers to the outside of the storage section 51 .
[0022] As shown in FIG. 2, the cooling system 50 includes a rectangular parallelepiped box-shaped storage unit 51 that stores the detection device 20. The storage unit 51 includes side walls 51a and 51b that face each other in the X-axis direction, end walls 51c and 51d that face each other in the Y-axis direction, and a lower wall 51e and an upper wall 51f that face each other in the Z-axis direction. The side wall 51a is disposed on the negative side in the X-axis direction, and the side wall 51b is disposed on the positive side in the X-axis direction. The end wall 51c is disposed on the negative side in the Y-axis direction, and the end wall 51d is disposed on the positive side in the Y-axis direction. The lower wall 51e is disposed on the negative side in the Z-axis direction, and the upper wall 51f is disposed on the positive side in the Z-axis direction.
[0023] Each of the walls 51a to 51f has a heat insulating structure 52 as shown in Fig. 3. The heat insulating structure 52 has an outer wall 52a on the outside, an inner wall 52b on the inside, and a heat insulating material 52c between the outer wall 52a and the inner wall 52b. The upper wall 51f has a lid 53 for opening and closing the inside of the storage section 51.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 3, the cooling system 50 includes a detection device 20, a transparent wall portion 60, a separation mechanism 70, and a guide portion 80.
[0025] The detector 20 has a sensor such as a camera or a 3D lidar. In this embodiment, the detector 20 is disposed inside the storage unit 51 at a position closer to the negative side in the Y-axis direction and closer to the negative side in the Z-axis direction. The detector 20 is disposed at a position spaced apart from the lower wall portion 51e toward the positive side in the Z-axis direction and spaced apart from the end wall portion 51c toward the positive side in the Y-axis direction. The detector 20 is supported in a state where it is attached to the lower surface of the case 90 described later. The detector 20 has a detection surface 21 that detects the state of the outside of the storage unit 51 on an opposing surface 20a that faces the end wall portion 51c in the Y-axis direction.
[0026] The transparent wall portion 60 is provided on the end wall portion 51c on the negative side in the Y-axis direction of the storage portion 51, and enables the detection device 20 to detect the outside of the storage portion 51. The transparent wall portion 60 is provided on the end wall portion 51c at a location facing the detection surface 21 of the detection device 20. In addition, an opening 61 is formed in the end wall portion 52a at a location where the transparent wall portion 60 is provided, through which the outer wall 52a, the inner wall 52b, and the heat insulating material 52c penetrate in the Y-axis direction. The transparent wall portion 60 includes a transparent member 62 and a support member 63. The transparent member 62 is a transparent plate-like member provided so as to close the opening 61. The transparent member 62 extends parallel to the XZ plane. Heat-resistant glass or the like is used as the transparent member 62. The transparent member 62 has an outer surface 62a exposed to the outside of the storage portion 51 and an inner surface 62b exposed to the internal space of the storage portion 51. In this embodiment, the transparent member 62 is provided on the inner surface of the end wall portion 51c. The supporting member 63 is a member that supports the transparent member 62 by sandwiching it between the end wall portion 51c and the supporting member 63. The supporting member 63 supports the edge portion of the transparent member 62 and exposes the inner surface 62b of the transparent member 62.
[0027] The separation mechanism 70 is a mechanism that separates the compressed air into cold air CA and hot air HA. The separation mechanism 70 includes a vortex tube 71, a compressed air supply unit 72, a cold air supply unit 73, and a hot air supply unit 74.
[0028] The vortex tube 71 is a device that separates the supplied compressed air into cold air CA and warm air HA by rotating it inside. The vortex tube 71 generates the cold air CA by using the principle of vortex theory (the principle of vortex tubes). Specifically, the vortex tube 71 rotates the supplied compressed air at high speed inside a tube. The vortex tube 71 separates the air into cold air CA (gas from which heat has been removed) and warm air HA (gas from which heat has been removed) by utilizing the internal vortex flow, compression, expansion, and pressure difference generated by this high-speed rotation. The vortex tube 71 introduces the separated cold air CA to the cold air supply unit 73, and introduces the separated warm air HA to the warm air supply unit 74. The temperatures of the cold air CA and the warm air HA are not particularly limited, but the cold air CA is set to about -20 to 60°C, and the warm air HA is set to about 60 to 100°C. In this embodiment, vortex tube 71 is disposed at the center position in the X-axis direction so as to extend parallel to the Y-axis direction. A cold air supply unit 73 is provided at the end of vortex tube 71 on the positive side in the Y-axis direction, and a warm air supply unit 74 is provided at the end on the negative side in the Y-axis direction. Vortex tube 71 is provided at a position between upper wall portion 51f and detection device 20 in the Z-axis direction.
[0029] Compressed air supply unit 72 is a mechanism that supplies compressed air to vortex tube 71. Compressed air supply unit 72 has a joint 72a provided on upper wall portion 51f and a pipe portion 72b that connects joint 72a to the end of vortex tube 71 on the positive side in the Y-axis direction. A compressor (not shown) is connected to joint 72a of compressed air supply unit 72. The compressed air is dehumidified by a dehumidifier (not shown).
[0030] The cold air supply unit 73 supplies the cold air CA from the vortex tube 71 into the storage unit 51. The cold air supply unit 73 has a bent portion 73a that extends from the end of the vortex tube 71 on the positive side in the Y-axis direction toward the positive side in the Y-axis direction and bends to extend toward the negative side in the Z-axis direction. It has a branch portion 73b that branches from the end of the bent portion 73a on the negative side in the Z-axis direction toward the positive side and the negative side in the X-axis direction (see FIG. 4). At each tip of the branch portion 73b, an outlet 73c is provided that discharges the cold air CA of the cold air supply unit 73 into the storage unit 51. In this way, the cold air supply unit 73 has a plurality of outlets 73c that branch the cold air CA and discharge it into the storage unit 51.
[0031] The outlet 73c is bent obliquely downward from the branching portion 73b on the negative side in the Y-axis direction toward the negative side in the Z-axis direction. As a result, the central axis CL of the outlet 73c is inclined from the negative side in the Y-axis direction toward the negative side in the Z-axis direction. Also, as shown in FIG. 4, the central axis CL is disposed at a position on the outer side in the X-axis direction than the detector 20. That is, the central axis CL of the outlet 73c on the negative side in the X-axis direction is disposed on the negative side in the X-axis direction than the end of the detector 20 on the negative side in the X-axis direction. The central axis CL of the outlet 73c on the positive side in the X-axis direction is disposed on the positive side in the X-axis direction than the end of the detector 20 on the positive side in the X-axis direction. When viewed from the Z-axis direction, each central axis CL is parallel to the Y-axis direction. As a result, the central axis CL is disposed at a position separated from the detector 20. The detector 20 does not exist on the central axis CL. As a result, the cool air CA discharged from the pair of outlets 73c flows obliquely downward in the space between the detection device 20 and the side walls 51a and 51b. As a result, the cool air CA bounces off the lower wall 51e, the end wall 51c, and the upper wall 51f, in that order, and flows throughout the storage section 51.
[0032] The cooling system 50 further includes a temperature detection unit 75 that detects the temperature inside the accommodation unit 51. In FIG. 3, the temperature detection unit 75 is attached to the end of the detection device 20 on the positive side in the Y-axis direction, but the attachment position is not particularly limited. The temperature detection unit 75 may be provided at any position between the outlet 73c and the transparent wall unit 60. The cold air supply unit 73 may supply the cold air CA in conjunction with the detection result of the temperature detection unit 75. If the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit 75 does not reach a predetermined threshold, the cold air supply unit 73 supplies the cold air, and stops the supply of the cold air CA when the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit 75 reaches the predetermined threshold.
[0033] The cooling system 50 further includes an exhaust unit 76 that exhausts the cool air CA from the storage unit 51 to the outside. The exhaust unit 76 is provided near the end wall unit 51c on the negative side in the Y-axis direction of the lower wall unit 51e. However, the position of the exhaust unit 76 is not particularly limited. The exhaust unit 76 has a check valve 77 that suppresses the flow of air from the outside into the storage unit 51.
[0034] The warm air supply unit 74 supplies the warm air HA from the vortex tube to the permeable wall portion 60. The warm air supply unit 74 supplies the warm air HA to the outer surface 62a of the permeable wall portion 60 facing the accommodation portion 51. Specifically, the warm air supply unit 74 supplies the warm air HA to the permeable wall portion 60 by the vortex tube 71. The warm air supply unit 74 extends from the end of the vortex tube 71 on the negative side in the Y-axis direction to the negative side in the Y-axis direction. The end of the warm air supply unit 74 on the negative side in the Y-axis direction is attached to the end wall portion 51c at a position on the positive side in the Z-axis direction from the permeable wall portion 60. In the end wall portion 51c, between the attachment position of the warm air supply unit 74 and the opening 61, the heat insulating material 52c is omitted, so that a flow path 78 of the warm air HA is formed between the outer wall 52a and the inner wall 52b. The discharge port 74a of the warm air supply unit 74 penetrates the inner wall 52b and opens in the flow path 78. As a result, the warm air HA discharged from the discharge port 74a flows along the flow path 78 to the negative side in the Z-axis direction, and flows along the outer surface 62a of the transparent member 62 at the position of the transparent wall portion 60. As a result, an air curtain of the warm air HA is formed near the outer surface 62a of the transparent member 62.
[0035] The cooling system 50 further includes a guide section 80 for guiding the warm air HA from the warm air supply section 74 so that the warm air HA is supplied to the permeable wall section 60 in a spreading state. As shown in FIG. 5, the guide section 80 includes a guide member 81 attached to the flow path 78. The guide member 81 spreads parallel to the XZ plane and has a main surface 81a and a tapered surface 81b that are arranged facing the inner wall 52b while being spaced apart from the inner wall 52b. The tapered surface 81b is formed so as to bend from the main surface 81a to the positive side in the Y-axis direction. The tapered surface 81b is provided on both ends of the main surface 81a in the X-axis direction. The tapered surface 81b spreads to both sides in the X-axis direction as it moves from the positive side to the negative side in the Z-axis direction. Note that a tapered surface having a shape corresponding to the tapered surface 81b of the guide member 81 is formed on the heat insulating material 52c. As a result, the warm air HA discharged from the discharge port 74a formed on the positive side of the flow path 78 in the Z-axis direction spreads to both sides in the X-axis direction as it travels toward the permeable wall portion 60 along the tapered surface 81b.
[0036] 3, at least a portion of a supply path 79 through which the warm air HA supplied from the warm air supply unit 74 circulates is disposed within the accommodation unit 51. In this embodiment, a vortex tube 71 as the supply path 79 and a pipe portion 74b connecting the outlet 74a of the warm air supply unit 74 and the vortex tube 71 are disposed within the accommodation unit 51. The cooling system 50 further includes a case 90 that covers the vortex tube 71 as the supply path 79 inside the accommodation unit 51. The case 90 is a box having a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The case 90 is attached to the upper wall portion 51f.
[0037] Next, the operation and effect of the cooling system 50 according to this embodiment will be described.
[0038] The cooling system 50 has a cold air supplying section 73 that supplies cold air CA from the vortex tube 71 into the storage section 51. This allows the detection device 20 arranged in the storage section 51 to be cooled. Here, the cooling system 50 has a transparent wall section 60 that is provided on the end wall section 51c of the storage section 51 and enables the detection device 20 to detect the outside of the storage section 51. The transparent wall section 60 is cooled by the influence of the cold air CA supplied inside the storage section 51. In response to this, the warm air supplying section 74 supplies the warm air HA from the vortex tube 71 to the transparent wall section 60. The warm air supplying section 74 can effectively utilize the dry warm air separated from the cold air CA in the vortex tube 71 to form an air curtain of the dry warm air HA near the transparent wall section 60. This allows the dew condensation of the transparent wall section 60 provided in the storage section 51 to be suppressed. In addition, the air curtain can also suppress the adhesion of dust to the transparent wall section 60.
[0039] The warm air supplying section 74 may supply the warm air HA to the outer surface 62a of the permeable wall section 60 that faces the accommodation section 51. In this case, an air curtain of the dry warm air HA is formed in the vicinity of the outer surface 62a of the permeable wall section 60, and condensation on the outer surface 62a can be effectively suppressed.
[0040] The cooling system 50 further includes a guide section 80 for guiding the warm air HA from the warm air supply section 74 so that the warm air HA is supplied in a spread state to the permeable wall section 60. This makes it possible to form an air curtain of the warm air HA over the entire permeable wall section 60.
[0041] At least a portion of the supply path 79 through which the warm air HA supplied from the warm air supply unit 74 circulates is disposed inside the accommodation unit 51, and the cooling system 50 further includes a case 90 that covers the supply path 79 inside the accommodation unit 51. In this case, the supply path 79 through which the warm air HA circulates can be prevented from being cooled by the cold air CA supplied into the accommodation unit 51.
[0042] The central axis CL of the outlet 73c, which discharges the cold air CA of the cold air supply unit 73 into the storage unit 51, may be disposed at a position spaced apart from the detection device 20. This allows the cold air CA discharged from the outlet 73c to be shifted away from the detection device 20, thereby preventing the detection device 20 from freezing.
[0043] The cool air supply unit 73 may have a plurality of outlets 73c that branch the cool air CA and discharge it into the accommodation unit 51. This makes it easier to arrange the outlets 73c at positions shifted from the detection device 20.
[0044] The cooling system 50 may further include a temperature detection unit 75 that detects the temperature inside the storage unit 51, and the cold air supply unit 73 may supply the cold air CA in conjunction with the detection result of the temperature detection unit 75. In this case, it is possible to prevent the detection device 20 from being excessively cooled.
[0045] The cooling system 50 further includes an exhaust section 76 that exhausts cool air from the storage section 51 to the outside, and the exhaust section 76 may have a check valve 77 that suppresses the flow of air from the outside into the storage section 51. In this case, it is possible to suppress the inflow of high-temperature air from the outside through the exhaust section 76.
[0046] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
[0047] In the above-described embodiment, the warm air supply unit 74 supplied warm air HA to the outer surface 62a of the transparent wall portion 60, but it may also be supplied to the inner surface 62b, or the warm air HA may be supplied to the inside of the transparent member 62 by using a double structure for the transparent member 62.
[0048] In the above embodiment, vortex tube 71 is disposed inside storage unit 51, but it may be disposed outside storage unit 51. Accordingly, hot air supply unit 74 may be disposed entirely outside storage unit 51.
[0049] Furthermore, the target structure to which the cooling system is applied is not limited to a ladle crane, and examples of the target structure include overhead cranes such as soaking pit cranes and cranes with slab lifters. [Explanation of symbols]
