Abstract
To provide a method for manufacturing resin molded products capable of manufacturing resin molded products that are lightweight and have high rigidity while reusing materials.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing resin molded products comprises a crushing process that crushes an end material 11 including natural fibers, thermoplastic resin, and foaming agent 23, to produce crushed material 30, a second layer formation process that is carried out after the crushing process and forms a second layer 42 by spreading the crushed material 30 on an upper surface 41A of a first layer 41 including the natural fibers and the thermoplastic resin, and a molding process that is carried out after the second layer formation process and that molds a plate-shaped resin molded product 20 that is formed by heating and pressing the first layer 41, the second layer 42, and a third layer 43 in a state where the second layer 42 is sandwiched by the first layer 41 and the third layer 43 including the natural fibers and the thermoplastic resin, with the first layer 41, the second layer 42 and the third layer 43 being integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
