Method of manufacturing PTFE molded body

Abstract

To provide a method of manufacturing a PTFE molded body capable of reducing a cavity generated at a joint portion between a first member and a second member, and further extremely reducing heat deformation and occurrence of distortion of the first member and the second member.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a PTFE molded body according to the present invention has: a first step of welding a first PFA sheet 11 and a first block 12 made of a first resin at a melt temperature of PTFE to create a first member 10; a second step of welding a second PFA sheet 21 and a second block 22 made of a second resin at a melt temperature of PTFE to create a second member 20; and a third step of abutting and pressurizing the first PFA sheet 11 of the first member 10 and the second PFA sheet 21 of the second member 20 and welding the same at a melt temperature of PFA to create a molded member 30.
